While I was driving I noticed 2 signals on my panel inside the car. I am from Coventry and had used this shop in the past for service to my 2009 Chevrolet Impala. I went to this shop worried about the signals that I was getting. I walked in and the owner was there. He stopped what he was doing and helped me right away. I was very relieved when he checked out the signals told me that I needed air and not to worry. Filled the tires with air and I was able to get home safely. He did not charge me and was very courteous and accommodating. This experience literally made my day and restored my faith in what Kindness truly means . Thank you very much 😊☺

This review is 4 years late, but here it is 😊 In early 2016, I was looking to buy my first car. Sadly these days it’s hard to find dealers with integrity, and who are genuine and honest. I was very lucky to find that in Tom at Coventry Auto Sales. I walked in planning to look at a particular car but it had already been sold. Tom was great and found me a 2001 Toyota Camry with low mileage that he had on the lot, and once I took the test drive I was sold on it. I wasn’t able to take the car home that day, but Tom was fantastic and held it for me until I could. He also arranged for the car to be brought to my house, and brought my plates to me so I could drive it to work 😊 A few weeks after I got the car, a sensor needed to be replaced, and they fixed it for me no charge! I cannot say enough good things about this place and of Tom. A fantastic dealer with a great heart! I definitely plan on coming back the next time I’m in need of a vehicle.

Tom is a great man who cares deeply for his customers and friends. He is also a great family man. He is so close to his grandkids and they are always out helping him. The boys are very friendly and care about their grandpa so much. As for the technician, Steve, he is unbelievable. He knows just about anything that is going on in your car. I've never seen such a good mechanic. They make sure everything gets done right. I would definitely recommend Coventry Auto to anyone who wants to do easy business and buy a reliable car.

We purchased a car from Coventry Auto back in November 2013. So far we found one issue that they took car of after the 30 day warranty was up. They also addressed issues uncovered by my mechanic before the sale was finalized. I would buy from them again.

I had high hopes for these guys but it ended up being a very bad car buying experience. After agreeing to pay the asking price in exchange for them fixing the broken parts/burnt out bulbs we found, they did a terrible job with the dashboard, leaving several parts out and an incomplete job (several parts were put back in the incorrect order leaving ugly overlapping panels, and several plastic screws/screw caps were left out entirely). They told me they were putting two new tires on the car, but then put two retreaded (essentially refurbished) ones on. Although they changed two tires, they didn't balance them. I had already brought the car back twice and had to wait a week and a half for them to fix what they should have fixed long ago, so I just payed my own mechanic to balance them to save from having to deal with them again. They were so eager and uncaring when it came to cutting corners. To top it all off, they had an issue with the finance company and were calling us daily harassing us, trying to make us pay for the finance company's dealer conveyance fees. They were incredibly unprofessional and left us pulling our hair out. If you have any choice at all, don't do business with these people.
