Just bought our homes second vehicle form CMC and couldn't be happier. Clutch went on our Saab within a week of purchase and CMC stood behind their work taking care of everything n/c. I've known many people in the area who have purchased from CMC and the local reputation is they stand behind ALL of their vehicles/are loyal to past customers. The BMW I just picked up had been fully serviced, all new Bridgestone run flats, brakes, rotors, detailed, etc. CMC makes purchasing a used luxury/performance car as if you were paying MSRP off the showroom floor. They don't cut corners which is why we like them and have yet to find otherwise.

These people really know their cars! Just purchased another car from CMC, with the same great service and effort to put the customer in the right car. No phony sales people, and Scott really know cars.

If you're even considering a car on this lot, go for it. You will not regret your purchase.I came to the lot knowing what I wanted, and Scott didn't waste my time trying to point me to anything else. He sat me down in the car I was interested in, and let me take it for a spin. Returning to the lot, he laid down an estimate, and told me everything he knew about the car including condition of the brakes and tires. I asked about a few warnings on the iDrive, and he assured me all would be taken care of when I came back. Brakes? "We'll do pads and rotors fronts, the backs are new" Tires? "We'll give you brand new tires before you leave the lot"I put down a deposit, and setup a time to pick it up. The car had been fully detailed, the warning lights were fixed, and tires and brakes were done. He gave me a little bit of bad news -- the light for the TPMS system was still on even after replacing the module, so it will have to come back for that... Not a problem! He was very flexible with when I would drop it off, and told me if I have any other problems between now and then to let him know. Dropped it off, got a loaner, and had my car back problem solved the next day. I really got the feeling Scott would do anything for a customer. I also get the feeling that he wouldn't waste his time trying to turn crap cars. All of the cars on the lot were gems, and even the loaner, which originally was a car for sale on his lot, had a stack of maintenance records a mile high. I will definitely be coming back for my next purchase (or if I can convince my girlfriend to move from her Toyota to something European ;)

I live locally and try to keep some of the money in town. Stopped one day to a tire plugged. Mechanic took a quick look to verify that it did not puncture the sidewall. He plugged the tire and it took all of 5 minutes. Best part was he didn't even charge me. Its been several months and no problems.I also inquired about their APR tunes. Sales guy was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Planning to purchase a tune in the next month.

Wrecked my used 1966 Cadillac, was looking for a replacement. Have passed this dealership many times, saw their inventory in passing, figured I couldn't afford them. Checked the out. Found an Audi A6 Wagon, the price was right, and I bought it. After about a week, I regretted the purchase, the Audi wagon was too low, I had a hard time getting out.Asked Scott, the salesman, if he would take it back (never expecting him too) and he said "YES". He found me a BMW X3 for the same price, didn't charge a premium, and i bought it. It needed 2 front tires, so Scott replaced all 4, stating he wasn't happy with replacing only 2.This is my dealership for sales and service.

Just bought a used Audi from CMC, I have to say the experience was incredible compared to the large car dealerships that I've gone through in the past. The people who run CMC actually love these cars, they're not just random sales people/mechanics who happen to work at an import car lot. You can tell that they hand-pick the inventory and they know the ins and outs of these cars.Sales experience: I spoke with Scott via email and phone before going there for a test drive, and he was extremely responsive with calling/emailing me back. He answered all of the questions I had about the car, gave me the price I was looking for, and gave me a fair amount for my trade-in. (Side note: I previously brought my trade-in to the goof-ball dealership where I originally purchased it and serviced it for the last 7 years and they offered me less for it than CMC.)Inventory/Service Comments: I don't have much experience with their routine service offerings, but you can tell that CMC takes good care of the cars on their lot. You can expect their inventory to be running in top-shape and if any problems arise while you're looking at a car they'll take car of it without hassle. All of their cars are super clean and they have a nice selection for being such a small shop.

Was complaining to a coworker about the high cost of my upcoming timing belt service. He commended Coventry. They quoted about half what the dealer wanted. Car runs great. What a relaxed and friendly atmosphere too.
