Super sad that my 2016 Ford Explorer Ltd. blew a head gasket and coolant started leaking into one of the cylinders. This car was the first one I ever bought on my own and had a lot of sentimental value so it was hard for me to let it go. HUNTER CASH was my sales representative and SUPER helpful. He was very kind and was not pushy. He was very understanding of my anxiety and very reassuring throughout the 5 hour process. I feel he listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. I feel he worked really hard for me and was able to get me a good deal. I also appreciate the manager, RICARDO, for approving the offer for my trade in. All in all, once it was finally done, I'm happy to have had the chance to do business with them. I'm rating them 4 stars because the process was so lengthy. Additionally, the guy in finance seemed nice at first but while we were chatting, I was sharing a story about something and he yawned very loud and obnoxiously. I thought it was rude.

I felt like a friend or family member not just someone buying a car. They went out of their way to make my experience good. They did not try to guilt me into a car on their lot but want I wanted and made it happen. Chris Mason was a super great guy!!!

Went to Covert and met Ricardo Casas, the Sales Manager. He's awesome. Super knowledgeable about the various options of Fords compared to other vehicles on the market. Answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. Definitely ask for R.C. when you visit this dealership! Thank you, Ricardo!

I just recently bought my 2019 Chevrolet Z71 from Covert Ford Hutto. Everything was beyond perfect from start to finish. My sales representative Sidney Clark was great. He was personable and very commutative throughout the whole process. I had some specific questions about my trade in and one of the managers - Evan Ramsey went out of his way to personally help me with the process. They even had someone drive down to South Austin to pick up my trade in. If you are looking for a new or used truck Covert Ford Hutto is the place to go! I would also ask for Evan Ramsey and Sidney Clark - they will not let you down!!!!

Been into the dealer recently and Ricardo was a pleasant surprise! He was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and extremely knowledgeable.
