My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Johnathan and the team at Cox Chevrolet. Our purchasing experience started off a bit rough with Javier. He seemed disinterested in working with us - or following up on the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Fortunately, we were able to be put in touch with Johnathan who quickly accommodated us with the service we needed to make the purchase a very pleasant experience. He did a wonderful job assisting us through the sales process, by making it as seamless as possible. He ensured the time at the dealership was short and efficient. Johnathan and the his associates really made us feel comfortable during the process. It felt less like a business transaction, and more like working with good friends. I appreciate the light atmosphere he created and the laughs along the way. I'd recommend to anyone in the area that they go see Johnathan at Cox Chevrolet, for their next vehicle purchase.

Could not say enough positives things about this whole transaction. Our salesman Jarrod Mordecai was excellent to deal with and his "no pressure" approach was a welcomed change from our usual dealership experience. He was very generous with the test drive allowing us ample time to get used to the car and to weigh our options before ultimately deciding. Once we were ready to purchase, Neal Ayass made the transaction super easy and worked us a great deal. We had a great experience and I will definitely use this purchase as our benchmark for any future car purchases we look to make, and if it is a GM product, we will be contacting Cox Chevrolet first.

Vincent made buying my 2022 Rapid Blue Camaro the easiest / most seamless process. He assured that the location could get one and would be my best option. Not only did he do so, he diligently spent his time keeping me updated with texts and emails for any requests I gave or for just exciting updates. He is not just knowledgeable about Chevrolet related info, he also is knowledgeable about all sorts of cars. I will continue to buy future cars with Vincent or recommend him to anyone. It’s wonderful to work with a passionate person who is just as excited for your new car as you are. Can’t wait to pick it up next week. It’s my dream car! Thank you again.

Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV from Cox Chevrolet this past weekend and we could not be happier. Our salesmen Jerrod Mordecai and his finance consultant Neal Ayass both worked a fantastic deal where we saved so much. The whole transaction was seamless and there was never any pressure put on us as they allowed for a very generous test drive and gave us time to think about our decision. Would definitely do business with them again.

Our experience here was simply outstanding. We made the deal mostly over the internet, phone and texts. They did exactly as they said they would do. No gimmicks, no slick moves. Our salesperson Tristan was thorough, not only was the car we had chosen clean and ready to go when we got there,the paperwork was all done as well. In the past, going to a car dealer was an all day event and super stressful as the "deal is made". This was so smooth. I would bet we weren't in the dealership more than an hour total. Definitely the way to go. And definitely worth the three hour drive we took to get there. Very impressed!
