This dealership is 1 of the best in NC that I have ever encountered. I went to have the oil changed and tires rotated in my parents jeep. I drove right up to the service department doors where I was waived in, and they had me in and out of there within the hour. The staff is very friendly, and they have a super clean bathroom and waiting area in their service department.

I am going to be completely honest on this, because I want people to know about this place! This is by far, THE BEST car buying experience I have ever had! Everyone who works here was amazing! We have purchased many cars in the triangle, and never had anything close to the quality of service we had here. From the test drive, to the sale, to me driving off of the lot in my new truck. They don’t haggle you on prices, they do the best they can the first time so there is no back and forth! It’s hard to find an honest car salesman nowadays, but I found an honest dealership with all honest people! I will recommend ANYONE who is looking for a new vehicle to try these guys and gals out before you make the mistake of going elsewhere! Thanks for the top notch service Cox!

By far the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. They worked with me knowing my financial and transportation status to get me into ma brand new car off the lot. The salesman was absolutely professional the whole way through the process and was not rushing me at all to get some but was showing me my options that would work best for me! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a used or new car!
