I recently needed a good chunk of work on my front suspension and drive shaft. My first thought is always CR. I trust this service department 100% with my truck. Truthful, straight forward, always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Chris, the manager, has a top notch crew back in maintenance and up front in service. One of the wonderful folks up front is Jake. I trust Jake with all vehicles in my household (and one of them is not a CDJR) and have for many years. The drive was worth it. I wasn't pressured into anything. Tyler and Kyle listen to what I wanted and made sure I got what I asked for. To top it off they got me a payment lower than I had asked for. Thank you! ** Update** Just returned the lease. It was easy, and painless just like they promised. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service! Jake Allen made the whole process of getting my car quick, easy and not stressful at all. I live over an hour away and it was totally worth the drive out to Adrian! I will definitely be recommending this dealer to anyone I know looking for a car!

Salesman made himself available at the last minute due to our schedule. Up front and honest customer service. Was never rushed into a decision or felt pressured. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
