Crain service department was prompt and friendly in changing my oil and rotating the tires on my 2020 Equinox. I have to say service was quicker than I had expected. I wish the service personnel had went over the items checked and indicated the weight and amount of oil used in changing my oil. If any questions or items to monitor , I would like to be an informed so future service could be performed to assure that my vehicle last a long time. I usually keep a vehicle for 10 to 15 years before purchasing a new or slightly used vehicle. Quality service after the sale is a big factor in determining if I will buy from the dealership again.

The service and sales team were phenomenal as usual. The GM or whomever he was left a bitter taste in my mouth. I didn't go in to buy a vehicle but if I did and he was the person I had to deal with, I would probably take my business elsewhere. The young lady and the gentleman that did all they could to make me happy, keep up the good work. Great things are in store for you.

I had a very unusual circumstance where my car had a problem that was difficult to diagnose and a few engineers had to come out from GM to help multiple times. I was not thrilled that it took so long to diagnose the problem, but I think the dealership did everything they could and were very up-front and honest with me. I think they helped me out better than most dealerships would have. The communication was the best communication I've ever had with a dealership. Will definitely continue using Crain Chevy for my service needs.

I called Crain Chevrolet to obtain the price for a duplicate ignition key and was quoted a price of $41 which I thought was unreasonable. Nevertheless, I went into the dealership a few days later to have the key made. To my chagrin, an hour and a half later, I was summoned to the cashier to pay a $204.00 bill!! Unbeknownst to be, my initial quote did not include a so-called “programming” fee. What an incredible ripoff. This is why potential and actual customers distrust dealerships!!

I arrive at the Dealership at 7:35am. I needed a ride to work. I had to wait 15 minutes for a shuttle ride. I left a message for someone to pick me up to take me back to the Dealership. Noone returned my call. I eventually call back two hours later. Then they sent someone to pick me up.
