Had a great experience buying a car today... Robert and Frasier from the sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful and made my car buying experience easy and pain free... great place great staff very accommodating it's 5 stars from this guy⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE! First I want to say that I have never once left a negative review for any business. I am a small business owner and reviews can kill a business, but I felt that this was too important not to say something. With that being said, Renee, the GM did reach back out to me with many apologies and between him and Austin, the situation has been resolved. They were both very helpful and had great follow-up to make sure the problem was resolved. It is sad to me that it takes what I consider to be an extreme measure to get something that is very important taken care of. But it was taken care of and I am thankful and happy. ************************************************************************* Buying the new Sorento was the easy part. The hard part has been getting anyone to return my call to get the extended warranty cancelled that I know for a fact that I said I did not want to start with. Left 2 messages for anyone in finance to call me back. Then spoke with Rene, the General Manage and was certain I would get taken care of but I am sad to say that I still haven't heard back from either. If I had known this is how they handle business after the sale, I don't think I would have purchased my vehicle from them. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

First off I want to say how awesome the service department is. They really changed my mind on somethings. I'm very picky on who works on my cars and good service goes along with me!. Matt got my stinger in and out quick on the first service and is correcting a small issue I have with the car. Highly recommend the service department. Thanks again!!!

I have been trying to get some help with my paper work to tag my car and still have no answer. Very unhappy with the service after the purchase.
