Craze auto is the only place I go when I am looking for a car.I just bought my 4th car from them. The sales staff are very pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating. I blindly walked into this place with two flat tires on my wife's Subaru and the man behind the desk got up and literally fixed them on the spot because the mechanic was out to lunch. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. To top this all off, they wouldn't even let me pay! Actually restored my faith in humanity a bit... While I was waiting, the people inside were extremely nice, offered me coffee etc... While my interaction here was brief, my experience made a lasting expression. I would absolutely recommend Crase to others.

Just made my 4th purchase from Crase Auto, Sarah Baker is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell she wants her customers to be happy with the sales service and purchase. My car is just what I wanted and Sarah took time to show me all the features before I drove off the lot. Even took the time to have the XM subscription from my old car transferred to the new one. I always recommend this dealership to my friends and family, and they too have always been very happy that they went to Crase Auto.

I recently just purchased my third Explorer from Crase Auto, I go back to them every time for my upgrade and they find exactly what I want! I also purchased my second work car from them, I sold my first when I was laid off and as promised they found me another when I went back to work! I love the buying process, their cars are serviced and clean, the sales staff is the best around, the finance manager does an excellent job getting the best rate possible, the warranty company they use has never let me down when paying claims, the service dept is honest and have a quick turn around...they keep me coming back!

I got a very quick response to my initial inquiry, but then I had some things that came up that prevented me from following up as quickly as I should. By the time I did get back to them, the vehicle I was interested in had already been sold. It says a lot about the dealer that he was getting quick responses when he posted cars on the internet.

What wonderful people. I was in need of a reliable Wheelchair Van for my Wife. Crase Auto had a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander LT with a Braun in-floor ramp. When I went to drive it, there were a few problems with the Van that concerned me. They fixed them and found a couple more items that were not working properly and fixed them too. After all of that I figured they would want more for the Van, but they sold it to me for the exact amount they quoted me to start with. And not only that they gave me an excellent trade for my Car. They are polite, helpful, courteous and so willing to help you. None of the Car Dealer back alley shyster wheeling and dealing. Thank you Crase Auto Connection

I'm a previous customer and was so satisfied it brought me back to Crase. No hassle buying. You can look at vehicles comfortably without a salesman jumping on you right when you pull up. They don't talk any bull. It is what it is and the staff is friendly. Had one minor problem right after i purchased my car and they were on it right away & took care of problem. Honestly I've had my car for 7 yrs & no problems. Tony is awesome salesman & sarah in office very sweet girl. Buying a car is a trying time when you have shady salesman using their pitch but not at Crase.
