I came upon Crescent Automotive online and made the trip from Augusta, Ga to Aiken, SC (only about a 30 min drive). I was looking for a used, dependable car or truck with less than 100k on it and between $10k-20k. The selection that was available is top notch - SUV’s, trucks, and cars pretty much all within that range. As soon as I walked up to a vehicle, I was immediately greet by Russ Vernon, who was a great help and exactly the kind of car salesman I like - not pushy, didn’t complain about how many vehicles we wanted to see, and was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. I prefer smaller, family run businesses because of the customer service you receive from before the sale, during, and after. These Guys are top notch and we’re very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend working with them if you’re in the market for a vehicle. Thanks for the help Russ! 10/10

I reached out to them and spoke with Mark. I asked question about the Colorado Truck I was interested. Mark was very forthright and honest about the vehicle. Vehicle was offered at a fair price. I explained that I was coming from Kansas to view the vehicle so I asked him to turn some tests for me to ensure it was what I had hoped for. He done so as well as took care of my requests. He picked me up from the airport and had the vehicle detailed and waxed when I got their. Filled it up with fuel and DEF before I left. It was a great experience. Thank you to all the staff for your courtesy and assistance.

I was looking for a car for my son and dreading it. Chelsea and the staff at Crescent made finding a car so much easier. They made buying the car easy as well. Mr. Satcher Man is awesome at his job and genuinely cares for his customers! We had a couple minor issues with the truck when we first got home, so we took it back and he made sure we were more than taken care of, free of charge. No hidden fees and everything is upfront and straight forward. We will definitely buy another car from Crescent.
