I’ve been going to Crescent Ford for service for about a year now. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean, and the service is exceptional. I know that I’m never going to be ripped off, which is a big deal for me as a woman. My questions are always answered and documentation is always provided. My car is always handled with care, and services are always completed in a timely manner.

We had a great experience in choosing and purchasing our new car. Austin, our salesman, treated us with patience and respect. It meant a lot to us to not get what could be considered a traditional sales spiel. He took the time to talk with me to be fair and honest about my trade in and the options for financing. It is nice to be able to feel like everyone is honest in the process and transparent. Thank you and I'm loving my car.

I had recently taken my Ford Fusion to Crescent Ford in High Point NC. I had to have work on my airbags for the recall. While I was having the airbags worked on, I had the technicians look at the control arms. When I went to pick up my car, I was given an explanation of the diagnoses. I was told I would need all four control arms replaced. The front two needed it, while the back two were on their way. Parts and labor would cost $1500. THEN, I was told it could be another $1000. It is possible, that the process of doing the repair could cause more repairs. I was not too happy to hear that. Why is the technician already saying it might be more of a cost? If I bring in my car to have something worked on, I should only have to pay for that service, not for an additional $1000 that might happen. Does the technician already know he/she is going to not be careful? Why would I want to set an appointment with a facility that is OK with telling me its going to be $2500 instead of $1500? I understand businesses want to make money, but customers want to save money as well. What reason would I go somewhere, that the technicians are more than willing to charge me for their inability to do the job right the first time?

My experience at Crescent Ford was phenomenal! I walked on the lot just looking for guidance and hoping to get some answers on the New F150s. The lot had low inventory due to the chip shortages but I worked directly with salesman Jerry Bowen for about 2 weeks to locate a truck at a dealership near Charlotte, NC. Jerry was able to make the magic happen and have them swap for something on the Crescent lot. Jerry is very flexible to work a deal over phone calls, texting, and emails without hesitation. I talked to many dealerships that wouldn't do that at all and easily lost my business. The truck was my dream truck and it would not have happened without Jerry and the team at Crescent! Would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle work with the Crescent team.

The staff at Crescent Ford High Point are great! I have always been apprehensive and nervous when going through the car buying process, but the sales team at Crescent Ford made it very easy and I left with a smile on my face (and a new Ford Bronco)! The team in the service department are professional, patient and have provided the service I expected. I am happy with my new car and the decision to purchase from Crescent Ford High Point.
