Just purchased a pre-owned RDX. Had a great experience here and was so happy NOT to be pressured into buying. Took me two months to actually move forward with a decision, so this is a testament to not being pressured by the sales team. Worked with Chris Brown who was very honest and thorough. Prior to this purchase I serviced my MDX here for six years. WONDERFUL service with outstanding professionalism. I always enjoy the free shuttle ride from Mike or a loaner vehicle, either way, Crest Acura is very accommodating. I appreciate the complimentary car wash and vacuum each time I am there. Mostly I appreciate the knowledge of the sales team (Ed Wilson, manager) as well as the ease of this purchase. Would definitely recommend.......

I recently bought my second Acura RDX from Crest Acura and could have not been more satisfied with the experience. I shopped around at other dealers but found the atmosphere at Crest Acura to be the most comfortable. My Sales Consultant, Chris Brown, was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I was able to take my time and think things over without being pressured. Chris promptly answered my texts about the car I was considering buying and we were able to reach a deal that was quite fair. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Chris Brown and Crest Acura.

I usually do not go out of my way to write reviews, but the buying experience that I had at Crest Acura was unlike any I have experienced before, and felt that it should be shared. A few months ago I was in the market for a new car. I picked out my top five cars and test drove the first two. The Acura TLX was car number three. I didn't even get to cars four or five. After a few minutes walking around the showroom, Candis greeted me warmly. She asked if I had any questions about the TLX. My initial response was "I am just looking". She made herself available, but no overbearing. I asked her a host of questions, all of which she answered honesty, and without hesitation. She clearly knows the product. We went out for a test drive, and it was evident that Candis knew the car inside and out. After the drive, I was hooked and officially done looking for cars. This was the car that I wanted. We discussed leasing versus buying options. At no point during the discussion did Candis make me feel pressure to buy on the spot. This was the point that I knew Crest was a reputable dealer that I wanted to do business with. After a 30 minute discussion, I told her that I needed to think it over. I left and then came back two days later. We negotiated the price for both a lease and new car. I feel that we came to a good agreement. Some dealers refuse the negotiate. This is not the case with Crest Acura. Candis put me in the car that I wanted, for the price I was willing to spend, all without the pressure and angst that can sometimes accompany a new car purchase. Her after sales follow-up was as strong as her sales pitch. I am glad that I had the Acura TLX as one of the cars on my list, and even more happy that I had a sales rep like Candis to guide me through the process in a seamless and stress free way. Candis gives new meaning to the car buying experience. Thank you!

I just purchased a used 2015 TLX fromPaul Bondy & Dave Thompson they were awesome to deal with. I told them what I could afford a month for a payment and they got me the payment I asked for. I will definetly buy another car from Crest Acura. My husband is currently looking to buy an Acura because my car is so awesome and Paul Bondy was an excellent salesman. Paul was so helpful and he checked in with me 9 days after my purchase to make sure everything was okay. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL & DAVE you guys are awesome.

I used to have my Acura serviced by a different dealer that is truly customer focused. My experience after 5 visits to Crest Acura has been very disappointing. They failed to diagnose a problem correctly and installed a series of parts at a cost of $1,100 that were not needed. The problem ended up being an incorrect installation of a part that Crest previously installed incorrectly. I finally resolved the problem by taking it to another Acura dealer that quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. The other dealer had two of the parts checked that Crest installed and said that the parts that were replaced were not damaged or defective - they were not necessary. I subsequently learned that Crest marks up parts by 25 to 70% above Acura suggested list price. When I asked Crest about the pricing, the actually said that they charge more because they don't have competition in the area. It was worth it for me to drive 90 minutes to another Acura dealer. By the way the other Acura dealer makes a customer service follow-up call after each visit. After 5 visits to Crest, I never had a customer service follow up or questionnaire which leads me to believe that their dealer service rating is probably not accurate.

After finding a car online the process of buying the car was easy and fast. I'm in the Rochester area so spoke with Paul by phone to arrange to come to see the car the following day. He had everything ready and after a test drive I decided to purchase the car. Paul took care of insurance, DMV, trade in etc. in a few hours and I drove my car back to Rochester the same day. Paul was pleasant and easy to work with. Good experience.

Had the oil changed and they looked over my car for the summer. Found my brake pads getting low so i had them change the front brakes. Not bad for almost 35k on my MDX. I won't trust anyone else to service my cars, i even bring my Accord there. Fast and friendly as always.

I recently took my 2013 Acura TSX into Crest Acura for service... this was my second time taking it there in the 2 years that I have owned it because my rotors were warped. All under 19,000mi.! The first time was back in October 2014. They re-surfaced the rotors under warranty and sent me on my way. I knew that the problem would re-appear since they didn't actually replace the rotors. 6 months later and the problem comes up again... my rotors are warped. I call and make a 7:30am appointment to drop my car off and have it repaired yet again... I'm informed that I will receive a call to let me know what the problem is and if it will be covered under warranty. They said any work would be done by 1:00pm. Well 1:30pm rolls around and I still haven't received a phone call. I call the service department and quickly get put on hold... once the rep. finally returns on the line, he informs me that my car hasn't been looked at yet. They have now had my car for over 6 hours and haven't even looked at it! I'm not sure what the point of me making an appointment and dropping it off at 7:30am was if they weren't going to work on it right away. I'm told yet again that I will receive a call once they have looked at my car. 2:50pm rolls around and I finally get a call... they tell me that the rotors are warped again and they're going to re-surface them AGAIN. If anyone knows anything about brakes, if you're going to re-surface your rotors then it should really only be done once. I asked why they just wouldn't replace them and they said because they still fall into Acura's metrics to re-surface them again. I'm then told that my car will be ready by 5:00pm. I show up at 5:00pm and my car is still sitting in the service bay. I finally get my car back and it feels better, but now after a week has gone by my brakes are starting to fade yet again. I'm sure in another month or so I'll be bringing my TSX back to the dealership for more brake work.My experience purchasing my TSX from Crest Acura was great. I purchased it brand new from a salesmen who was referred to me from a co-worker and he was great. Unfortunately he no longer works there... but any time that I've had to bring my car into the service department, I have had a bad experience. Even on my first inspection, they took almost 2 hours to complete it when I had an appointment made. It's kind of sad that it's xxxx near impossible for a dealership to have the total package now-a-days...

We bought our mdx at crest. There service department is horrible! During a recent repair they gave my wife a loaner car. After she returned it , they called her hours latter and told her they found a scratch and small dent on the passengers side door . They wanted our insurance company to pay crest's body shop 1500 dollars to repair it. We were unaware of any damage done to this car. They persisted and crest called our insurance company and filled a claim against us. On another occasion our back up camera stopped working and crest could not figure out what was wrong with it, after the first hour they worked on it.They then called us and told us they had to charge for a second hour to determine what was wrong. We told them to forget it and payed them for an hour of service and received nothing for it. These are just two examples of many issues we had with this awful dealership. We will never go back there.

I told them what I was looking for (Acura ZDX) and they didn't have it in stock. Almost walked out of there until Jim Barr told me even though they didn't have the vehicle they could get one there, and they did indeed give me the exact car I wanted. Had my own financing from my credit union, and they were able to get me a better deal. Traded in my old car for a very fair price and just like that the process was done. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted and everything about this deal was very competitive. Most importantly everything was straight up. Joe Recignoe was straight and honest about everything. Everything about this was exemplary. I will highly recommend Crest to anyone I know in the market for an Acura. If you are reading this I advise visiting with them. I am 100% sure they will exceed you expectations.

The sales service and the repair service provided were exemplary of the high standards associated with a luxury car and dealership. I purchased a used 2007 ACURA TL from Crest, 90 miles from my home, because they had the car I wanted. The car was well prepared. The deal was fair and a great value with Crest accepting my used 2002 ACURA TL. Immediately after taking delivery I discovered I could not pair my phone to the Hands-Free Link (HFL) application. Diagnosis determined that the HFL module was faulty. Crest replaced the part at no cost to me and paired the phone for me. The sales area, service bays, and service customer waiting area met the high standards associated with Acura. Tom Gasparini's follow-through on the sale, constant attention and hard work arranged the service repair for my convenience. The service coordinator was very pleasant. The unit was quickly replaced at the appointed time with minimal waiting. It has been a great car buying experience and I am a very satisfied customer of Crest Acura / Cadillac. I am confident in recommending Crest to others.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Crest Acura service. They had estimated a total cost of repair which I agreed to. This estimate included a reduction in charges incurred on the first day of service which failed to resolve the problem. When the bill came, it included the total charges from the first day. When asked about the bill, they replied that I had misunderstood. I would advise Acura owners to never patronize Crest Acura for service

My husband and I were in the market for a used MDX. Bruce was absolutely fantastic. He treated us so kindly and although we weren't making a "big" purchase, he never made us feel less important. Shortly after our purchase, I was in an accident with the MDX (slippery roads in Syracuse, NY). Fabian and his team did an outstanding job with the repairs and helped walk us through the insurance process. We love our MDX and have a peace in knowing we can count on Crest for ongoing maintenance and service. Best of all, they do it with integrity and character.

I have been driving an Acura for the past 8 years. Not only do I love my Acura (every one I had), but the dealership is just wonderful. The service is exceptional, and I can't say enough nice things about it. Everyone always goes out of their way to be exceptionally nice and helpful. I would recommend the car because it's great, but it's the service that you come back again and again for, so to always be above and beyond satisfied is fabulous.

My Acura broke down making a long trip just outside of Syracuse. They got me in immediately even though late in the day and tried figuring out the problem. There was a lot of confusion and difficulty finding out what was wrong because of the complexity of the issue but Joe and the staff did a great job keeping me informed and also loaned me a vehicle so I wasn't stuck for 2 days. They eventually got the issues resolved and took great care of me and were able to save me potentially a couple thousand of dollars. Joe provided great service where there was an easy opportunity to take advantage of an out of towner in desperate need of help. Crest Acura did a fantastic job and I really appreciate the quality work and service they provided.

This was my second purchase with Crest Acura. I previously purchased a 2011 Acura RDX in December 2010. Crest saved me over $2000 on this first purchase. I traveled over 60 miles because they were able to give me such a great price for my trade in; I live in Rochester, NY. Not only was the price of the car great but they treated me like gold.So when I was looking to purchase the 2013 Acura RDX, again I made the trip to Syracuse, NY because they gave me $1500 more for my trade then the local Rochester dealer. And the treatment I received was just as great as my first purchase.The bottom line is that Crest will save you money by working with you on not only the price of the car, but also your trade. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and very professional. I dealt with Salesmen Mark and Jeff as well as the Sales Manager Craig. Each of them went above and beyond in their customer service and courtesy. I would highly recommend Crest Acura to anybody in the market looking to purchase a vehicle.

I read previous reviews and was actually looking forward to going to the dealership, which is hard to believe. I did my research on the 2012 MDX before going to the dealership and had a couple of quotes from different dealerships already. If they could match or beat the quote, I was ready to purchase the vehicle immediately. I was greeted with a warm welcome. I didn't want to waste my time or their time so I was upfront with them. I told them that I have been price shopping and asked if they could match or beat the competitors price. They asked to see the quote and make a copy. I was weary at first and they told me that they needed to make a copy to justify the price they were going to offer. I asked them if they were going to contact the other dealerships that gave me quotes. They said they wouldn't. I showed them the quotes, which was probably my mistake. They couldn't beat the price so they made a sales pitch regarding their customer service and satisfaction due to their upfront, honest business practice. I told them to write me the best offer they can give me and I would go home and think about it.A couple of days later, I decided that I would purchase the car from them, that the convenience of dealing with a honest, reputable local dealership was worth the price difference. I called them up and let them know that I would be coming in tomorrow.I called the other two dealerships to thank them of their hard work and to inform that I was not going to be purchasing a vehicle from them, that I was going to purchase from the local dealership. I was then told that it was unprofessional of me to have given their quotes to a different dealership, that the manager from Crest Acura from Syracuse called them directly. I was surprised and pissed. I immediately called Jeff Parker (Jim was the manager that was working with him) and asked him if they called the other dealerships. He denied that either he nor the manager contacted the other dealerships. I confronted him and caught him lying. I told him that I would not be coming in to purchase the vehicle, that he lost my business for being deceitful.From this experience, I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from them. They couldn't even match the price that other dealerships around the area where offering. And they had to stoop so low by calling the other dealership to eliminate the competition. All the reviews on this post were great. I wish I could write a great review too. This was just my own experience and recommendation. I hope this review helps

This was my 8th car purchase and by far the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at this dealership. We were a bit jaded when we walked in after having a pretty awful experience at another Acura dealer but I am so happy that we decided to try these guys out. Negotiations were easy, the salesman (Tony) was wonderful, & the entire deal was done in an hour flat. We even had our extremely rambunctious two year old daughter with us (horrendous idea, I know) but everyone working was very understandable. They even gave her a new balloon after she popped the first one! They did not have the car we wanted in stock so we figured we would have to wait a few days before we could pick it up but twenty four hours later we were driving it off the lot. Furthermore, Tony took the time to go over every little detail and feature of the new car before we left. We really enjoyed our experience with Crest Acura - our only complaint is that we didn't go there first! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was impressed with how much time the salesperson took to show all the features of the MDX we purchased. When we took delivery, the salesperson stayed late (after store was closed) and took much time showing my wife all of the features and how to use them. By the time we drove home, we were comfortable with all the features. The people at Crest Acura -everyone we met- was very courteous and accommodating. Truly, the folks at Crest made car buying an enjoyable experience. This is my second purchase from Crest. Both experiences were equally as great. They certainly have earned our loyalty.

I have leased 4 Acura and it is because of the service I receive at Crest Acura. I test drove other vehicles but the package I receive from Crest is unbelievable. Their service department is the most professional and friendly I have encountered. They are honest and do their best to accomdate you. They provide shuttles and rides to the airport if need be. They clean the interior of your car at no expense to you. I have recommended Creat Acura to many family members and friends. They constantly checked in with you to see how your driving experience is going and if they can be of any help.I also believe the technology within the MDX is excellant. The navigation is far superior than any of your competitiors. I travel over an hour to purchase from this dealership becuase of the service I receive. It is somewhat inconvenient but it is worth it with the service I receive.

Superb support for my '96 Integra GSR, on the rare occasion service is needed. Bought car in Binghamton when Miller Acura was in business. Since then, I take my car to Crest in Syracuse and am very impressed with customer treatment. I make appointments for the service and it has always been while I wait. Immaculate garage. No high pressure from sales staff, though I do intend to buy my next car there.

I had a wheel bearing go bad on the day before I was to leave for a business meeting in VT. I was a Saturday. Of course it couldn't happen during the week. I called my salesperson Chad and he personally made sure I had a vehicle to drive that weekend for my meeting while the service dept fixed my car the next week. I found that if you buy a car from them, the 1st rate treatment dosen't stop at delivery. They really go out of their way to ensure a pleasant ownership experience
