The sales department was very helpful! Our representative, Paul Billeci, was able to provide me on the spot pricing and found available inventory at a time where there is very little! He even was able to expedite the process so it only took us one day to price it out (with a trade in), locate our new Aviator, and sign all of the documents without ever stepping foot in the building. Lastly, because it was my wife's birthday, he was able to find a big bow to put on the car with about a 4 hour notice. Definitely recommend him and Crest Lincoln!

Dropped off my MKX to have drivers seat looked at. I have to say it has been a very pleasant experience so far from the person who I made the appointment with to Nancy Frasier who wrote me up in the service department to Bob who gave me a ride home. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Exactly what a dealership and service department should be. I think I have just found a new home to have my MKX looked after. (I bought my car at another dealership that is far away and this is my first time at Crest.) Update 02-05-20: Took my car in for oil change and to have my key fob looked at. The key fob quit working and I changed out the battery twice with no luck. When I checked in, the service person checked out my fob and discovered I put the batteries in upside down. He fixed it no charge. The price for rotating tires, topping off fluids and changing oil was very reasonable. Glad I went back. I highly recommend Crest for service on your Lincoln. Update 11-25-20: Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, air and cabin filters replaced and brake job. I couldn’t be happier with workmanship and professionalism of this dealership. Plus they do not try and gouge you when you get service. I still recommend Crest for service. When I’m ready to replace my car, they will be the first place I look.

Car pick and delivery excellent. Transmission shift issue still evident. Have not verified first. Will need to reschedule for first.

On July -19-2016 I bought a new Lincoln MKX from Leka Gjokaj the salesman scammer and he sold me on the MKX and on July-21-2016 I found out that the car is been in a wreck it only have 50 miles on so it must be dropped from a transport so I took the vehicle back and Lika which he told me there is nothing they could do abought the vehicle so I contact Lincoln manufactured and thay told me there is nothing they could do so now I have been sold on a damaged vehicle and no body wants to help I hate that dealer thay scammed me they deceived me on a $50,000 plus tax so I well put VIN 2lmtj8krxgbl33657

I bought my first Lincoln yesterday. Went to Crest Lincoln in Sterling Heights with my wife and we were simply amazed at the new Lincolns, the cleanliness of the dealership and the quality of the people there. After test driving the Cadillac XT5 and the Lexus RX350, we were impressed with the look, the drive, the features and the feel of the MKC. Then after working with Roger Tauck (our new dealer) to see pricing, we cut the deal. Couldn't be happier with the result. To top things off, Roger worked a great trade-in price for our CTS. We drove in to the dealership with a five year old Cadillac and then drove out with a 2017 Lincoln MKC and a nice check in my pocket! Roger made the transaction simple, affordable and even tuned the stereo to my wife's favorite country station. We've never been treated so kindly by any other dealer.We plan to do business at Crest for a long time to come. You should too.

We stopped in after having a bad experience at another dealership and to be honest we were quite ticked off when we arrived. Jacob Gonczar greeted us as we viewed the vehicles on the lot. We talked briefly, explained our previous experience to him and let him know that because we had just had a bad experience we were not going to be easy to deal with (the salesman at the other dealership was also named Jacob). He suggested we just call him by his last name and assured us that they would do everything possible to show us that they wanted our business. Jacob gave us the space we asked for, stayed nearby enough to answer any questions that we had, opened vehicles for our inspection and allowed us to test drive as we felt necessary. I must say that his professionalism allowed us to become at-ease with him and once it was all said and done, we were pleased to make a purchase with him being our salesman. We will definitely return to Crest when it's time to purchase again even though it's not our closest dealership. We will also recommend that our friends and family go see Jacob Gonchar at Crest Lincoln when they are looking to purchase.

Could have been better experience, enterprise rental actually slicked me into getting extra insurance for no apparent reason when my 2013mkx was in for service, told me that out of the $50. Deposit that only $20 would be used for incidents and that the dealership didn't and wasn't paying for the bill. All service calls you would provide a vehicle at no cost.......well not this time!

The Service was excellent, drove my car into the Service Bay, greeted by Jim Linville asking how he would be able to help me, stated that I was overdue for an Oil Change for my Lincoln MKS. Jim stated that he would be able to take care of me immediately and have the request complete in approximately a half hour. In the meantime I went into the Show room to see the New Automobiles on display. Jim came to the showroom to notify me that the car was finished and reviewed the Service Report and the work performed with the Oil Change.I received my car with a complete wash and left a very satisfied customer, I deal with customers myself and am very conscious on how I am treated when I deal with any service or sales people. Oil change was fast, but when I was in a accident and my insurance didn't want to pay they took a very long time (weeks) to put the car back together so I could drive it out of there. This cost many car rental fees. Including 1500 with your enterprise located in your shop and hertz when I found out they were charging me so much I returned that rental and had to get another elsewhere.

I took some time to finally make the decision to move forward with purchasing a Lincoln and I am glad that I did. The service of the entire dealership has been great and made the purchasing process seem easy. One of the other things that stuck out was each member that spoke to me while I was either waiting on my salesperson to take care of something, or if I was walking to the waiting area or restroom, everyone spoke and said "hello" and it was genuine. I did not feel like I was just another number or any person off the street, but that they were glad I was there, even though I was not working with them directly. Overall the experience was great!

Had tires rotated along with oil change. Mechanic forgot to give our wheel lock wrench back. We had to go back inside the dealership to get it. Then my husband noticed that we only had 3 wheel locks out of 4. We had to have the car taken back into the garage to have #4 put back on. We found out the 4th one was stripped but the mechanic didn't say anything. The assistant manager of service replaced all 4 with new ones with no charge. Shaun gave us a card for a free oil change next time at no charge for the inconvience.

Just picked up my new Lincoln MKS on Thursday. The only problem I have is that I can't get The garage door opener to work. The hard-wired opener works as well as two hand held openers work, but no matter what I try, following all of the instructions, I still can't get the car remote to work. I don't know if there is a problem with it or not. I'll keep trying even though I've tried it several times.

This is my fifth Lincoln; the 3rd that I've leased through Crest. My salesperson is/ has been for all 3 cars, Chris Tessmar. I'm sure many people compliment their sales person for various reasons but I must tell you, very sincerely, that Chris is the most genuine, honest, helpful salesman I have ever had in my 4 decades of purchasing cars. He is the biggest reason that I go to that dealership. Period. I am not exaggerating when I say that I call him with what I am looking for and he has EXACTLY what I want the following day. This last car also had a lovely bouquet of flowers inside as well. Certainly a first for me.

Since purchasing my vehicle in late 2010 I have NEVER had a bad experience at Crest Lincoln. From my salesperson (who still remembers me!) to each service adviser, to getting my fixed properly and on time.I have extended warranty that provides me with a loaner and the rental company also is very friendly and accommodated. This last visit was an oil change and all point check up. If I can make any suggestions it would be the lounge chairs in the waiting room are comfy but too deep someone like myself who is only 5ft tall, when I sit in the chairs my feet do not touch the ground. It can be very uncomfortable.

Upon arrival, your customer representative Shawn, greeted me in a very warm fashion, was very informative regarding the work to be completed with estimates of time and cost. Really appreciated his attitude and accuracy of estimates. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. All work was performed as requested. Only issue was that when we went to the service station up the rode, someone had noticed a nail in the front tire. I don't know if this was missed during the tire inspection/rotation or if it occurred in that short stretch of road. In any event upon returning home and once again noticing the nail, we had to return to Crest to have the nail removed and tire repaired.

I brought my 2013 MKX in last Wednesday morning (3/11/15) because I was experiencing some issues with my transmission (I believe). My truck was only in service for Wednesday and Thursday. I picked it up Thursday evening. The dealership was unable to detect the problem (Murphy's Law right???) but assured me that if I experienced the problem again, to please bring it back in. My salesguy (Leka Gorjga) told me that if the problem came up again, to call him and he would arrange to have someone from the dealership meet me at my house with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn't have to waste time driving all the way from Oak Park to Sterling Heights to drop my car off and make it in to work on time. Major plus because traveling that far in the morning to Sterling Heights then driving to work to Dearborn is a major haul and a pain. As I was leaving the dealership at 8pm, I noticed that the oil change sticker in my window indicated that an oil change was needed by the next day and the miles were near what the sticker said. I went back in the dealership to schedule an appointment to come back and was saying how much of an inconvenience that was going to be and the service guy (Tim) told me no worries, they will change my oil right then and there. And they did even though they were probably trying to shut down for the evening. I was very pleased. I feel Crest went out their way to accommodate me and I appreciate it very much. This is my second Lincoln vehicle with them and I will continue to buy my Lincoln's from this dealership because of their impeccable service towards their customers!

The thing I liked most was that Crest puts the A,Z Plan discounts and other applicable rebates, etc. when listing a vehicle on their web site.With one call to the dealership, I was able to reserve the exact car (MKZ) I wanted, found out the exact price including taxes and title, and have it placed in reserve. I was able to take the vehicle out for a few hours so my wife could take a look at it--having two small children at home this was great because we didn't have to drag them in, nor did we need to arrange our schedules separately to see the car. This was my second used vehicle purchase here, dealt with Bill and Leroy who were both helpful and accomidating. Vehicle is a 2009 mkx loaded with everything except remote start. Worked out a deal where they would include a factory remote start, which would take a couple days, but they would deliver it to my house with a full tank of gas. We have shopped and bought several used cars from your used car dealership. The last two times LeRoy was our sales person. We were disappointed not to find him when we arrived. We were met by a young man named Mitch who was two days on the job and had not sold a car yet. Though nervous and anxious he was assisted by Matt the Assistant Sales Manager. They made a good team and Matt was very helpful and guided Mitch through the sales pitch. At some point LeRoy came out from one of the office behind and said hi and remembered everything about us including the last vehicle we bought right down to the license plate number. He announced he was Sales Manager. Good move in our opinion on Crests part. Long story short from approximately 1pm to 6pm we bought the vehicle, it was detailed and we were out the door. The entire sales staff was very helpful, non pushy (would have left ask LeRoy) and we left feeling our needs were met and hopefully we were a good customer in turn. We will return as always to Crest Service Department for our service also. We find MOST service write up people knowledgeable and attentive.

I buy a vehicle once every 4 or 5 years and I never look forward to it because of past sales experiences. This time was not one of those occasions. The showroom is bright and inviting and the waiting area for service is on the high end to be sure. Clean, modern and technology oriented, if you have to wait for service it doesn't feel so bad. The WORST dealership EVER!If you want the "Shady, Slimy & Sleazy Used Car Salesman Stereotype" service, go ahead with this dealership.Complete waste of my time.I'm really sorry that i can't give them "0" star ratings they deserve.My contacts were mostly - Mike and his mgr Leroy -. Mike never followed up. Whatever said and done with the used car sales mgr Leroy were lost somewhere in the dealership. After 2 weeks, a conversation with their superior made me realize that they were putting words into my mouth. In the end it boils down to this - they did not want me to have a 3rd party car inspection done on a cpo we were interested in.Please be aware!!If you are considering to buy a used car from this dealership, make sure that you have a 3rd party inspection done - even if you are thinking about a CPO.Over the years, we've dealt with many dealerships. At times even when the car is a CPO from Lincoln / Cadillac and it does not have any accidents reported on the Carfax, some are involved in accidents and repaired.Any malfunction stemming from an accident will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty!!!I wonder why this dealership has 2.5 stars on Yelp.

I contacted the dealership online and was told that the car would be ready and waiting when I got there. I arrived late due to traffic. The car was there, clean and ready for a test drive. First and foremost, my five year experience with Crest Lincoln has been excellent.....five stars!! I have leased three of the MKS models and found the sales representative (Dino Martino) to be honest and very easy to deal with...a real professional. The relationship did not stop after the sale . Any time I had a question regarding the automobile, Dino was only a phone call away. The service department is outstanding. It is very obvious that customer service and satisfaction are top priorities. I might add that my only reason to come for service is for regularly scheduled maintenance as the three MKS's have, with the exception of a minor hood misalignment on the 2012 model, required no additional servicing. In other words, problem free. And I like the complementary car wash with every service appointment. The telephone answering staff are very polite and helpful. The phone never rings more than a couple of times before being answered and the response is cheerful and projects a very good image of the dealership. The "Thank you for choosing Crest Lincoln, how may I direct your call?" sets a positive tone for any conversation. I recently leased a 2014 Lincoln MKS...what a pleasant surprise! As good as the previous MKS's were, the 2014 is a quantum leap forward. Cadillac, BMW, Audi and Lexus....take note! The body may look like the previous models, but the similarity stops there. Additionally, in 2011 I purchased a Ford Escape from the sister dealership, Crest Ford. Dino was the salesman. Again a very positive experience. I look forward to seeing the much anticipated 2016 Lincoln MKS....or is it to be called Continental? My congratulations to the ownership and staff at Crest Lincoln...Job well done!!!

The car I was driving needed some major repair work and with over 150,000 miles I decided it was best to start looking at getting a new car. Not really ready to do so and kind of in a lousy mood because I wasn't in a position to purchase a new car, I actually drove away from Crest in a new car and in a good mood. The process was easy and straightforward. Their help through the entire a process from selecting a vehicle, to filling out all of the paperwork and transferring all of the goods from my old car to the new one, as well as taking my old one in on trade was smooth and easy. Everyone always cordial and happy, eager to help and answer any questions I had. Definitely a great experience.

Avoid the service department at all costs!! Not only is the service dept manager miserable to work with, his service advisor is worse! Extremely condescending and rude. I actually called him out on the fact that he kept interrupting me while I was speaking & he couldn't have cared less & told me such. I was stuck there getting service as Lincoln was covering a portion of the work. I had such a lack of confidence in their work that I took my car to another Ford mechanic to have it checked out once Crest was finished with it. Good thing I did as the engine cover wasn't installed properly & was pinching the upper radiator hose (left alone it would've worn through the hose) & the transmission fluid leak they claimed existed (and wanted $518 to fix) DID NOT exist!! I wouldn't trust them with your car!

Avoid Crest Lincoln at all costs! Not only is the service manager rude (as other reviews attest to), the service advisor is worse. He is extremely condescending; and good luck on finishing a sentence as he interrupts you constantly. I actually called him out on it and he didn't care. Any problems you have with their service to your car will be turned around so that it's your fault. I had such a lack of confidence with their service that I took my car to another Ford mechanic to have checked out. Sure enough, he found a problem in how they put the engine cover on (was pinching the radiator hose) and Crest said I had a transmission fluid leak (wanted $510 to fix) - guess what? - NO fluid leaks anywhere. Find another dealer to go to! My want to rethink about purchasing a Lincoln also. My 6 yr old, 89K Navigator needed the engine replaced because a part INSIDE the engine broke off and damaged the piston. Lincoln contributed $1600 toward the $6200 bill for the new engine - I expected more from a Ford truck engine than 89K miles!

Of course, I was expecting the worst with them, as well. QUITE THE CONTRARY! I was greeted by a very friendly salesman, Bill DeBell, who quickly turned my bad experiences into a very positive and productive experience. He teamed up with their wonderful sales manager, Leroy Dafoe, and gave me a deal that I absolutely could NOT pass up! I have never experienced this heightened level of customer service in my 41 years on this planet, right down to my last signature on the paperwork with Angela. I realize that sounds exaggerated and over the top, but it's the God's honest truth. These two gentlemen and the rest of the staff at Crest are very honest, genuine people, and that's so hard to find nowadays. I would, without hesitation, recommend Crest and these gentlemen to anyone looking for a car! From beginning to end, you cannot beat the service! (If you go in, make sure you have Bill make you a Latte!)

I am new to the area and desperately needed a new car with no clue where to begin. I haven't had a car payment in over eight years, and the last car I purchased was from my mother. After searching online and visiting more than seven dealerships in the area I was frustrated with the car search process. However, unlike the other places, Crest Lincoln was friendly and honest. I worked with Bill, and right from the beginning he listened to what I wanted from a vehicle and worked with my budget. Bill was very patient and checked their entire inventory to find the style of car I was looking for. In contrast, a few of the other dealerships tried to sell me cars I did not want, ones with battery problems or issues with the accelerator and told me that was just part of buying a used car. This was not the response I got from Bill or his colleagues. The car I purchased from Crest Lincoln drives and looks brand new with more features than the others and was sold to me at a more than fair price that fit my budget. The positive customer experience did not end there. The whole staff was extremely friendly and patient while I filled out the paperwork and waited for the credit union to complete its work. To complete the experience, everyone greeted me with smiles when I picked up the car, and Bill took the time to teach me how to use my new car features. The customer experience was so positive and impressive that my boyfriend intends to purchase his next car through Crest Lincoln, and I certainly will be a repeat customer. I strongly recommend Crest Lincoln.

I worked with many of the sales staff in the process, specifically Bill DeBell, Matt Kelley and manager Leroy DaFoe who all accommodated my requirements. The overall purchase experience was enjoyable and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used car. I had a factory option installed 2 days post purchase and found the facilities very clean and comfortable while waiting for the repair. Keeping customers updated on the vehicle status through screens in the waiting lobby is a nice feature not present with my local Lincoln dealership.

two times i brought my 2011 town car in for service and both times they found no problem at this time!!!! 1st time was the a/c not blowing cold & they found no problem but when I got to florida and brought it to service they found a leaky vaporizer and replaced it!!! Now when I brought it in for the a/c vent not blowing equally, rough&knocking cold starts after being parked for a couple of days, the engine light came on and they said it's normal to have a misfire and NO PROBLEM FOUND!!! NOW I NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT DEALER FOR MY WARRANTEE SERVICE !!!! P.S. ONLY 25,000 Miles & I've had Lincoln Town Cars since 1993 !!!

I contacted this dealership through Cars.com via email. The following day, I received not only an email response, but 2 different individuals form the dealership contacted me (one was internet sales rep, one was general sales/customer service at the dealership). The car I was interested in was already sold, but they were eager to gather information about the car I was looking for (used car - mileage, price, etc.) and stated they have someone who goes out multiple times a week looking at used cars and he would take a look. They wanted my business and were going about it the right way. Every day I was driving by this dealership. I never knew how great this place is until I found there a car. The sale person- Roger Tauck defiantly is a guy that you want to talk to. He took care of me with my purchase better that I was expected. The package that was introduced to me in the first place was grate. Than my trade-in step made my deal even better. Finally my package was finalized in the financial department with extended warranty, better interest rate that I cant resist. All of that in one night! I cant ask better that that. One month later my new Ford Explorer 2012 had a problem with the touchscreen, stopped responding. Well, I took it in where I bought it, I talk to the same guy whom I deal with. This problem was resolved on the professional level. They replaced the broken part with the new one. It took them a few days to fix it but I wasnt disappointed because I got equivalent loaner instead. Nothing, but positive things I can say about this place. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

We went to Crest Lincoln Mercury with the intent of buying a used Fusion we saw online, but our very knowledgeable salesman was able to sell us on the attributes of a Milan. And we saved money as well. Once we made the decision to buy, my 21 year old turned it into an event and he patiently sat through pictures and the excitement of the first car buying experience. This is important to me. Let me look for a car and draw my own conclusions, Yes Roger had a lot of knowledge, but he let me know the final decision was mine and mine alone, thanks Roger. I eventually came back drove it again, told him i will buy it if you fix these couple of items, and they did! I had a wonderful experience at this dealership and it was mainly because of my salesperson Shannon. She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and straight forward. She personally delivered my car to my home and spent over an hour explaining all the features and how they work. She called me after a couple months to ask if I liked my new car and if I had any questions, she also did a 6 month follow up call. Bottom line I would recommend Shannon when purchasing a new car. Her customer service is outstanding and it over exceeded my expectations.

I leased my 2012 MKZ from Shannon at Crest in July last year and both the sales person and the dealership did everything as promised and exceeded my expections. I ended up getting out of my Chrysler 300 a year early because of excess miles and got into my MKZ for 2 years vs. 3 years on my 300 as well as a comparable lease payment on a luxury vehicle which i didnt think was possible. I will refer anyone in the market for a Lincoln to my sales person Shannon and continue to do business with Crest for years to come

My experience with Crest Lincoln dealership was amazing. The amount of time that Shannon Orlando spent with me to assure that I was a satisfied customer meant a great deal to me. She still contacts me regularly to see how the car is and if I need anything. That to me is more than customer service. I am a single mom and it was overwhelming to make a decision on my own but she walked me through the entire process, this is the type of experience I believe she wants all her customers to have. I am a new /used car owner! My car had serious issues, it was a 1997 Saturn, and it finally called it quits. I was in such a panic to find a car since I needed reliable transportation! I went online to Crest Lincoln and located a G-6 with low miles. This is how fast Roger my salesperson is- My Saturn called it quits Friday- I went to Crest that day processed my application, (also anything they need to help you with Bad Credit no Credit they will tell you so you can get the best possible car for what you have.) test drove two cars including the G-6 and drove off the lot on Tuesday! Not only does Crest Lincoln have one dealership they have a Ford Dealership as well. Roger was more than willing to have a Ford car dropped off to the Sterling Heights location if I chose to purchase something from the Centerline Location. He did not just send me all over he had all the cars I picked ready for me to drive. They took my old car and gave me a reasonable trade-in for it. If you are looking for great customer service and reliable people Crest Lincoln is amazing. The Used Car Department is fabulous funny and extremely helpful! The financial part of it is a breeze and they walk you through it step by step explaining everything. Being a new car buyer- I really felt like they were not trying to take my money. When my left tire needed to be aligned I brought it into the Crest Service Department, they hooked me up with a car wash vacuum and wipe down. My car looked brand new. Any questions I have about my car I can easily call Roger and he will let me know what to do. They have made me feel so confident with my used car purchase that I can not wait to refinance and get an even better deal! I highly recommend this dealer these people to everyone I know. I am so happy with my purchase and I love my car. Great choice!

I give Crest Lincoln the highest marks when purchasing a car! The salesman I dealt with was Shawn Johnson. I explained to Shawn that I had always driven a car and was ready for an upgrade, and what my budget was. He was very professional, and never pushed me to purchase or even look at anything thing that was not in my budget. After giving him my information over the phone, within an hour I not only received a call back, but he emailed me picture of potential vehicles that I may be interested in. The first vehicle he sent me information I bought! He also sent me additional photos of others, but was right on the money for what I was looking for with the very first one! He handled my trade in without any problems, explained all my paper work in detail with me, showed me every feature of the vehicle, encouraged me to ask questions, and I knew that I would be recommended him for years to come. The finance department was just as professional and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions, and at no time did anyone pressure me! Since I have made my purchase, Shawn has followed up to make sure that everything is satisfactory, and that I have no issues. I feel that Crest Lincoln goes above and beyond. I have always purchased from a dealership, and each time it has been a different one. The difference between Crest Lincoln and the others is that Crest Lincoln wants your business for a lifetime and not just a sale for the day. They understand that, and thats the reason they go above and beyond with each sale. Crest Lincoln has my business for a lifetime.

Worse than pathetic is how I would explain this dealership. The managers here have done nothing but lie and attempt to mislead me in order to get more money out of me and my insurance company. I had body work and mechanical work done to my car here and have had major issues with both. I won't go into all of the details because it is too much to list but I will tell you the results. My car is still there after over a month of work for minor damage and repairs. They were not able to successfully repair the mechanical issues and I ended up putting the old part back in so that I can take it to a real mechanic. When I went to pick up the car there were red gouges all over the passanger door and a 2 inch hole in my leather passanger seat!! Crest has denied responsibliy for both with the explaination that they were never in that seat but the fuse box is located under that seat and the panel cover was off and sitting on the floorboard. I am going to have to sue them for damages. Beware of this place, the customer service is merely a cover to get their hands into your pocket and I have yet to find an honest soul in this place. My car is worse off now than when I brought it in 6 weeks ago.

I've dealt with Crest Lincoln for the past 5+ years and have never expericed a more professional staff, both in sales and service. I've also had occassion to use the Crest Body Shop and they did an excellent job. The car looked as good as new.I highly recommend Crest Lincoln for new car purchases and service as well. My husband and I were in the market for a new MKX. We went over to the dealership and was greeted by a very friendly saleswoman named Shannon.She took us for a test drive and she was able to tell us everything and anything about the car. I have never met a womman more knowledgeable about a product. It was wonderful. After driving almost 40 miles to look at a Lincoln that was shown on cars.com as having installed GPS and calling to verify that the car had a GPS...we arrived to find that this car never had a installed GPS ..they showed us another car and would not disclose that the car had had an accident....very disappointed and would never recommend

I went to Crest Lincoln for the purchase of a used Lincoln MKX because after searching online state wide as well as some dealerships in Ohio, Crest Lincoln had by far the best deals on the used MKXS.I made my initial purchase of an 08' Mkx on March 1,12. On March 17, 12 I was hit head on and the vehicle was a total loss.I called Shawn Johnson the salesman who sold me my first X and told him what happened and I told him as soon as I could make another purchase I would be back to get another X.He told me he could get me what I wanted when I was ready, yet because of the low mileage and QUALITY of my initial purchase, I was nervous that he wouldnt be able to get me as good of a deal as I had the first time.What did he do? Wow, later that SAME day he called me and told me he had another vehicle in that was almost the same thing that I had before. Low miles and all. Not only that, although the 2nd vehicle I looked at was an 07' I liked it better than the one I had before! Once again, NOT ONLY THAT, the vehicle had better features AND it was $$$$ less than the first one ! YAY!So here I am one week later , after the accident ready to go pick up another vehicle . I am telling everyone I know that when they are ready to purchase another vehicle, especially used or PREOWNED CERTIFIED vehicle to GO TO CREST LINCOLN FIRST. I live in Ypsilanti and it is so worth the trip . Shawn Johnson has been my salesperson , but I have every confidence that all of them are just as great!

Both Steve and David were friendly, professional and competent in the recent transaction of buying a vehicle which we had leased for 36 months. Steve was thorough in offering us the option to purchase the leased vehicle as compared to buying a new vehicle and David provided good information on the extended warranty options and very helpful in finding us a good rate for our loan. The service department has also been friendly and professional in maintaining the vehicle the past 3 years and we will continue to return for the same type service.As I become more aged I am happy to have a dealership in which I have confidence.

I saw an add on Cars.com for a 2005 Saturn View. Priced $9,478 with only 38k miles; I immediately called and went in for a test drive. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! It was nice; Or so I thought. I took it for a test drive and asked the salesman what it was priced at. He replied by saying "$11,999 but I have to believe that you saw it advertised lower." I should have known when he used that phrase! I told him the price and he said "wow! thats a steal!" The test drive went great; the car performed perfectly. However, It had tires that were worn on the outer-edges (you know what that means); the roof looked like it had undergone some water damage (maybe from the moon roof); and the bumper had a good dent in it. I was sold! I went back that night to have a good friend check it out and he loved it too! After the test drive, we sat down with the salesman only to find out that the Vue and all other "Used" cars on their lot are sold AS-IS. they dont offer any sort of guarantee on the cars AT ALL! Only to add insult to injury; the salesman would not budge on the price. BUT, I was still sold. We agreed that I would leave a deposit and come back the next day to buy. Later that night I started to research buying an "AS-IS" car from a dealer. Every website said "ABSOLUTELY NOt"; "Never sign a document that says "AS IS". The dealer assumes no responsibility to the car once purchased. WOW! then I started imagining all the things that could happen once I buy the car and got it home.I figured since I was buying an extended warranty, then I would wait and make my decision based on the APR................Then a girl, I will call her "N," called and started going over the warranties with me and I started to feel happy again because the prices were actually reasonable. Then I told her that I wanted to fincance about $6,000-$6,500; she says "oh! well I didnt get those percentages in, just hold on a minute"; she then comes back to the phone and starts talking again about the APR she got from the bank. Now mind you, I have decent credit and I am putting $5000 down in cash.------------------------------------------------------------------------She says "10.9%" APR; then she waits for my response. I couldnt believe it and said that I thought it was outrageous (all the while I am maintaining composure; At this point I was in shock; I just kept saying "wow". she then proceeds to tell me "10.9% IS ALOT IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOUSE BUT ITS NOTHING WHEN YOU ARE BUYING A CAR. [...] ITS ONLY $3.00 EVERY POINT" I then told her that I dont care about how little it effects my monthly payments, I care about what I am paying in Interest overall. she says "LISTEN MA'AM"...<---in a rude and inapropriate tone!! then she continues to tell me that I am not telling her what I want and that "OBVIOUSLY I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE IS SAYING". Ok, I am not dumb by far; I knew perfectly well what she was saying and I certainly didnt like her reaction to me being in shock from the apr. I then said "N, thank you so much for your time; I am going to contact my salesman; Have a wonderful day". She said "yeah, you too and before I could finish my good bye, she hung up.------------------------------------------------------------------------Needless to say, I did a u-turn and headed to the dealership. when I got there, I think it was written all over my face that I was ticked off. My salesman was there but he was completely ignoring me and didnt even acknowledge that I was there. Once he came over to me, he asked what was up. I told him what had happened and that I was sorry for cancelling his sale but that I was DONE. he then said that he wanted me to talk to the manager about what had happened, I told him absolutely not and that I just needed my deposit check and I would be on my way. He then kept telling me to talk to his manager. I am not stupid, I know that the guy inside the office with the huge window that overlooks the salesmen is not just a manager. I know his job is to swoop in and save the sale if he can. I say no and he says he needs a minute to go next door to the main bldg. and get my check. In the meantime, the "manager" comes out of his big-windowed-office and decides to excuse the credit-girl, N, because its "the end of the month and she is swamped". He said that he could cash in a few favors with the bank and give me 8.9%! I still couldnt believe he was trying to sell me, I told him that was a ridiculous number too and that I was done! That girl ruined the deal and sadly enough, I know that her attitude represents the dealer ship as a whole. Then the guy said, "hey, can you give me two seconds, the General Manager wants to come over personally and apologize". When that guy came over, he said the same thing and that he was sooooo sorry, and he really wanted to help me. My husband and I went to Crest Lincoln Mercury to lease a 2008 Lincoln MKZ on Saturday, June 28. After test driving the desired vehicle, our sales consultant, Joy Perry, worked up a deal that was accepted by us and the sales manager. An out-the-door- price was quoted and an appointment to take delivery on the vehicle was made for the following Monday, June 30, at 4:30pm. We received a call from our sales consultant at approximately 12:00 on Monday, June 30, with the news that she had accidentally calculated the lease mileage for 10,500 miles, not the 12,000 miles that we agreed upon during our previous meeting. She was, however, able to grant us the 12,000 miles at a slight increase of our agreed upon price. We accepted the increase and arrived promptly at 4:30 to take delivery of our new vehicle. As we proceeded to sign the paperwork, we were told that our monthly payment had risen $30 due to a sales tax that was never quoted in our out-the -door price. An out-the-door price meaning that all taxes and fees are included in the agreed upon price. Crest Lincoln Mercury, the Sales Manager, nor Joy Perry, the sales consultant made any attempt to offer a solution to the discrepancy in the pricing of the monthly lease payment. The deal became null and void when we expressed our dissatisfaction with sudden increase in price from the actual price we were quoted and agreed upon. Due to the lack of customer service from all parties involved with Crest Lincoln Mercury, we are not recommending them for any Lincoln and Mercury purchases in the future.

I was interested in a Mountaineer and an MKZ. I was quoted pricing over the phone based on all of the necessary information that was very attractive. On arriving at the dealer I was told the quotes were based on ridiculous assumptions that had nothing to do with what I discussed with them. Actual rates were 35% - 40% higher!! Horrible BAIT & SWITCH tactics. I will never do business with them again.

First off, I never bought the car. Attempted to purchase an '04 Ford Taurus from the dealership. Per Carfax, it was in an accident with "minor/moderate" damage. When I asked if I could inspect under the car to see if there were any major problems, I was told "No," in so many pleasant words. When I discussed the previous accident and went further, stating that I wanted my personal mechanic to look at it, again "No," in so many words. Red flags all over the place. The response was "we perform a several-point inspection when the car is purchased and we wouldn't sell it if there was something wrong." Yea right........then why wouldn't they offer a 30, 60, 90-day, etc. warranty if the car is "problem free"???So, I trusted my gut instinct and went somewhere else...
