The new dealership is beautiful, so much better than their Plano location. Great selection and nice people. Sales team was very patient with us as we navigated the very fair lease deal we received. Finance office was professional, friendly, and engaging. This is our second Volvo and Crest Volvo is very much a reason we are return customers. Service on our previous Volvo was excellent at Crest and competitively priced. Overall highly recommended.

Wow, Crest Volvo offers an incredible car buying experience! Jackson, who sold me my car, was fantastic! He really knows the vehicles. He is great at communicating, answering my questions and dealing with the "drama" that is car buying with a reluctant spouse! I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. I also love that my car purchase comes with free car washes at Crest...that makes caring for my car that much easier. The warranty and extended warranties here are impressive, plus the inspection points on their CPO cars. I feel really confident in my purchase. After lots of research and online comparison, Crest was the best price and, after test driving, the best amenities with the car buying/ownership experience. Rachel in finance was really patience and helpful when going through all the paperwork and fine print too. I would highly recommend Jackson and Crest Volvo in Frisco!

We purchased our very first Volvo from Crest yesterday. Billy Delgado and the whole staff were extremely nice. It was a different experience for us being that’s it’s a dealership and all. Jorge the finance guy was also great. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we got the percentage that we wanted. Billy D was definitely talked about all the way home. It was truly and honor to have him as our salesman. We’ll be recommending Billy and the Crest team to our friends and family. Thanks Crest for an amazing experience!

Nov ‘21-Still the best Volvo dealer and worth the drive. New facility is impressive. Lyn still really takes care of us and goes out of his way to help. I know people who go to the Volvo dealer by Love Field and they don’t have nice things to say. I’m happy to drive a little further for this level of service. Thanks Crest! I’ve been going to Crest since I got my Volvo. They always treat me great. They’ve never tried to upsell me or talk me into things I don’t need. In fact they go out of their way to save me money. I’ve worked with Lyn Ford In Service for years and he’s taken great care of me and my car. He’s always available to answer any question and I really trust and appreciate his help. This is the only place I would ever go to work on my Volvo!
