I had been dealing with two failed e-checks and was told that I needed the Vent Solenoid repaired after spending money on a catalyst converter and the technician discovered that it was a broken wire that needed to be replaced (saving me a couple of hundreds of dollars). What a relief to finally have the check engine light out and a car that rides like new. Thanks

We brought my vehicle in for a hub issue. They reached out to my husband and told him the hub was fine, but the tire was cupped, so they put the tire on the back for us. While there, the check engine light went on, so the found the issue (which was a fuel sensor), and fixed that issue so we didn't have to make another appointment. We will definitely use you again in the future. Thank you, Christine Walker

If Crestmont is the only dealership that can get the vehicle. All Sierra.s currently on website says the have 4, 5 or 6 miles on the odometer. Mine had 255 miles. (Did manager or salesperson drive for a couple of days?). I feel that makes it a demo and not new. Truck was not ready for pickup. Took 4 hours to prep, poorly as it was, and install tonneau cover that was ordered 2 1/2 weeks earlier. I received phone call on Thursday morning that truck was in and it was agreed to be picked up Saturday morning. After waiting 4 hours at dealership I just wanted to leave.

Lynn, the sales professional was wonderful. She was not pressuring us and made sure we got what we wanted. She even helped detail the vehicle before we left the lot. The finance department was great and made our experience smooth. I was so stressed I wouldn't be approved for financing and they made it happen. Will return to Crestmont for our next vehicle purchase.

They serviced the vehicle, did not wash and when asked they tossed some water on it and literally only dried the driver door. Not good for service or management. Also broke my air intake hose to the engine. Did not send information to service it. And had multiple times to do so. Check your camera Crestmont.
