The only reason I'm giving this dealership one star is because I can't give it anything lower. I've been a Cadillac owner for over 6 years, this is my 3rd Cadillac. I realize I'm spoiled by the awesome experience with my previous dealership in Henderson, NV but I've had a miserable time with this one. I made an appointment to have a problem with a display looked at and made arrangements for it and scheduled an appointment for 9/9 at 8:30. We dropped off the night before. After not hearing anything I tried to reach them to be told the car hadn't even been looked at. I told them I need it back on 9/10 by the afternoon. They said they would try to get it in and see what was going on. I waited until the afternoon to call back and waited on hold for over 30 minutes, because they are not the best at calling back. After being told my paperwork was in someone's office and there was a meeting they said they would call me back. I waited for a few hours with no call. I called back and was told they were trying to call me that they did not have time to get it in, they are at least two weeks backlogged and I could come get it. I told them it was completely unacceptable to set an appointment and not set any expectations that I might be without my 2020 Cadillac XT5 for possibly two weeks until they could get it in. I understand that the current situation makes it impossible to do loaners and that parts are scarce but this is completely horrible service. I was told "I understand" and that was the extent of it. I contacted Cadillac today to lodge a complaint.

The worst dealer I have ever been to for service. I had my Cadillac towed to Crestview with multiple electrical issues and a no start condition. I did not hear anything for 3 days so I called and the Service Manager who said" Oh I am so glad you called as I had these keys sitting here and had no clue who are what they were for." ( Even though I had already received a text/email confirmation from the dealership advising they were aware the vehicle was incoming and what the issues were). He then proceeded to advise that his mission that day was to actually find my Cadillac as he had no idea where it was. A week passed with no call - so I contacted them to inquire status for which I was advised it was next for evaluation that same day. Another week passed and still no word - so I made another follow up call with same useless update. Sill another week passed without a call - so this time I showed up at the dealership in person. After 15 minutes of the service representative fumbling around saying he didn't even see my vehicle in their system - the Service Manager appeared and told me that it just went into the shop and would be looked at by a Technician that morning. That was a complete lie as I saw my Cadillac in their back lot sitting like it had been for over 3 weeks. I advised him he was lying and took my keys and left!

I went into Crestview this morning looking to turn in my 2014 Jeep (loaded, leather etc 7000 miles) for a new Cadillac. The sales person I met with, I THINK his name was Kevin had dismissed me before we even got into anything. "Have you been here before?" No... "oh..." (condescendingly) He then went on to say that "our customers don't come here looking for a Jeep, they're here to buy a Cadillac, so we really don't want your Jeep on our lot" Oh? I'm sorry, you don't want to sell a new Cadillac today? Because that's what I was there for. He then went on to explain that this dealership doesn't work with the company I currently lease my Jeep thru (Chrysler capitol) and frankly, NO Cadillac dealer is going to be able to do anything for me. I felt like he was talking to me like I was some homeless person bothering to ask him for change. NOT the wife and business partner to one of the largest auto glass companies in Michigan. Oh... sorry Kevin, maybe I should have mentioned that 1st to get your attention. SMH... So, I left Crestview, drove straight to Jim Riehl's Cadillac on Hall Road and was treated like complete royalty when I walked in the door. Oh, did I mention drove home in a 2016 CTS LOADED. THE exact model, color, features and couldn't be happier. So NO, I would NOT recommend this dealership. Crestview couldn't GIVE me a new Cadillac to change this and write them a good review. When my friends and family ask me, I will NOT recommend Crestview. That snobby attitude... what a joke. But hey, I LOVE my new 2016 CTS. Thanks for NOT taking my money Crestview because Jim Riehl's has EARNED a life long customer. Notice I said "earned" That's how you get things in life. Success, wealth, loyalty. All EARNED.

My Re-Call Issue on my 2014 Cadillac ATS was Promptly Taken Care Of by Crestview Service Dept. In addition, new brake pads were installed to eliminate the squealing noise when in "reverse" and applying the brake. I have always had excellent service at Crestview Cadillac, Inc. in Rochester, MI.

I was in twice recently - once for a recall. In that instance, the dealership handled it it quickly and efficiently. In the other instance, I needed to bring in my wife's vehicle (SRX) - a vehicle not originally purchased from Crestview. (prior to moving to the area) Since she is a teacher and school was starting, I needed to get the vehicle in for service on short notice. The dealer was very good at accomplishing this.

The sales rep was personal and knowledgeable. The furnishings looked old and tired. For a luxury brand such as Cadillac it is the decor just didn't say "luxury". The local Chevy dealerships are more impressive. We were there on a Saturday for over three hours over the lunch hour. The only thing we were offered was bottled water. We left very happy with our new vehicle but the in show-room experience was below our expectations for Cadillac.

This trip to the dealership was a recall by GM. My recall work was accomplished by the dealership just as they told me when I took the car in. I just don't like having to take my time to have something fixed that should have been done right the first time. I have had 4 Mercedes Benz autos and never had to spend my time to have something fixed because of a recall for quality issues.

I recently lease a 2012 Cadillac Cts from Crestview Cadillac. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and extremely respectful of myself and my time. He led me through the leasing process and never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. I will not list names but another Cadillac dealer I visited in the area did give me an uneasy feeling which is why I went to Crestview. After my poor experience a friend referred me to Crestview and now I hope to be a customer for life. I have already referred them to three other people.

He walked me thru the dealership and showed me all the options open to me. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and kind. The salesman walked me thru the complete history of the car. They washed and cleaned the car so I could see it inside the building and not outside in the snow. I just bought my first General Motors car ever. After shopping dealerships for the car I purchased I decided to go with Crestview Cadillac. I found the dealership to be clean, and sales people user friendly. Everything was taken care of including contacting my insurance agent for the transfer. Our last vehicle I bought the sales person was very pushy and, in my opinion, a shiny. The original price given was the one presented at signing with no pressure to buy additional options, insurance etc. I am very happy with the professional service I received at this dealership.

I stopped by with no appointment on a busy Monday afternoon in service. They took me in and addressed my rear axle seal within an hour (TSB). They also identified that my front differential seal required addressing as well. They took care of both issues (under warranty of course) that afternoon and provided a free loaner CTS.
