Saeed was my sales manager he was very thoughtful and patient. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and I ended up with a beautiful BMW. He went above and beyond and always takes my call. BMW is lucky to have him. Please give him a raise Mr.Lopez was my service advisor for my car. I was highly impressed with the professional report he gave me. He too was patient and knowledgeable. Also the ladies at the new car counter were pleasant and helpful. Great job! Kris

Wow, really impressed with this dealership. What put me over the top was how helpful Phil was. Phil overheard an transportation issue I was having at the dealership and was super helpful volunteering to drive me back to my house - very friendly and cordial too. I appreciate how he was so assertive in helping - I guess it comes with his background at Disney. Great Job Phil.

The overall experience was good. Rick is a fair and knowledgeable “closer”, and the finance manager as well. Alan could stand a bit more energy and enthusiasm during the initial process, but was thorough in his follow through. Tiffany was not present during the sale but followed up to make sure it went well.

Crevier BMW one of the best dealerships in the OC! They were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I don’t like negotiating price at a dealership, I always do it online and just come in and sign. Since we came in to test drive and we found a car that we liked, I told them I do not like to waste time on negotiating, after that they made the process go so fast, I was very impressed. I definitely will be back to get my next car here!

First time to be in this dealership but they made me feel at ease and comfortable when we came in to their office. Chase K., the advisor, explained everything we needed to know in buying a car from them. The negotiation was super straightforward and quick. Also, they have lots of cars to choose from. I would highly recommend Crevier BMW to my acquaintances.

This was my first and only time at Crevier. Been a CA resident for only 7 months. Had shopped 3 other BMW dealerships in OC and south, but my only trip there produced the sale. They had the product I desired and they made the numbers work. No hassle! Very courteous and professional. At this point, very pleased.

One of the Pre owned sales guy just wasted my time and provided with an incorrect info on the car that I was interested in. My time is very valuable and it was wasted. Also some of their cars are overpriced and this guy was an absolute example of an inexperienced person by not even considering your request to see if they can price match....

My 5K service, warranty, and recall work needed on my BMW i3 was done to my satisfaction at zero cost as promised. I requested a loaner and was given a brand new X5 which was immaculate to drive for the 2 days my car was in for service. Brent both called me and emailed me letting me know my car was done and they returned it to me beautifully detailed and good to go!

We have taken my wife's 2006 Z-4 to Crevier twice to try to diagnose an electrical problem. First time, they said it was the DCS unit, but wanted $2400 for repairs. We took it to a local repair shop we trust and they fixed it for $800, but the same error lights kept coming on. Took it back and Crevier claimed that it was still the DCS unit despite having just put in a new OEM unit. Our repair shop had gone as far as to install our display and DCS in a fully working Z4 and neither showed any problem. Despite this ,Crevier insists that it is the DCS unit. Further, after saying nothing the first time, they now insist that we can't have an after-market battery in our car, that we need at $600 BMW battery and that we must do this urgently. I called South Bay BMW in Torrance and they confirmed that Crevier's battery diagnosis is incorrect and that it is permissible to have an after-market battery in our car. These people are expensive and give you misleading diagnoses and bad advice. Avoid their service department!

From the moment we walked in, Anthony Tran's goal was to take care of us. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and truly cares that his clients have the ultimate driving as well as customer service experience. We had a challenge initially in finding just what we looking for, but Anthony, along with Louis Gott went the extra mile to ensure we felt valued and would soon be driving our 2016 BMW 428i GC. We ultimately ordered from Germany, and the entire experience was exhilarating... from the website from which we could track the progress, to the early arrival of our vehicle. Anthony and I would text to confirm the details and expected time of arrival....even though it was his day off or after he had finished his day at Crevier. His attention to detail, energy, and passion for BMW is unparalleled. Anthony went to great lengths to accommodate and facilitate the most amazing and gratifying purchase experience ever imagined! I would highly recommend Anthony Tran, and Crevier BMW. We are thoroughly enjoying what is now our third BMW to date. It is exemplary service such as this that catapults Crevier to the #1 BMW dealer in the nation!!

Our experience was excellent, as usual. Aaron took care of us very professionally. Our X3 was serviced timely and the loaner car meant we did not have to alter our schedules because our car was "in the shop". Thank you Aaron and Crevier.

I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone was so friendly. My husband is the one that chose CREVIER. We stopped at Shelly BMW, turned around and came back to CREVIER. My feet still have not touched the ground. Can't believe we are driving a BMW. I loved it when I was told "Welcome to the Family". Stacy Blaugrund you made us feel like family.

I took my car in on 2/8/16 for a simple oil change and requested it to be done by 2pm. I get there and they asked if I got a call that my car was done. I replied no. Dan comes in to tell me when they tried to reset my car after the oil change that it may have been hooked up wrong and that they need to put in a new "foot module" in, I have no idea what that is. Then he said, but were going to warranty it out (OF COURSE ARE, IM NOT PAYING FOR YOUR SCREW UP!!) and then he said they need it for 2 days and gave me a loaner. He called Tue and said it was done, I replied, I thought you saId you had to order the part? He replied, oh we had one in stock. Really?? C'mon now. You don't know you have a part on hand? Well I picked the car up Wed late afternoon. I get home from work on Friday 2/12/16, I went in to put my gym clothes on and when I went to leave for the gym, my car wouldn't start. I tried several times and all it did was click, and then the entire dashboard lit up, the radio was flashing and I got a burning smell from the vent. I immediately called Dan wanting to know what did you guys do to my car. He said I need to bring it in, how am I supposed do that when it won't start. He replied, I don't know but we don't have any way to tow it. I said again. What did you guys do to my car, you jacked it just getting an oil change and now my entire car is jacked up. While talking to him my windshield wipers randomly went on and won't shut off. I proceeded to tell Dan everything that was going on and he tried to claim it wasn't necessarily from the oil change. REALLY??? You did jack it up, You had to give me a loaner because the mechanic screwed it up trying to reset the computer. All I have to say is, as much money as Roger Penske has you guys can't get qualified mechanics that know how to reset a computer??? Crevier BETTER FIX THIS AND FIX IT RIGHT OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION!!! I have not had one problem with my car until I brought it to Crevier. I WILL NEVER EVER USE CREVIER AGAIN!! This has nothing to do with Dan, it has EVERYTHING TO DO WITH CREVIER BEING CHEAP AND HIRING PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THE xxxx THEY ARE DOING!!!! I will also make sure anybody and everybody knows what you did to my car and to recommend going to Sterling BMW or Irvine BMW!!! DO NOT USE CREVIER!!!! TO ADD TO THIS. AFTER GETTING MY CAR BACK THAT WED 2/10/16 I GET HOME FROM WORK FRIDAY 2/12/16 AND 15 MINS LATER GO TO LEAVE AGAIN AND MY CAR WOULDN'T START, IT JUST CLICKED. I TRIED A COUPLE MORE TIMES AND THE DASHBOARD LITE UP AND I GOT A BURNING SMELL FROM THE VENT. I CALLED MY ADVISOR DAN WANTING TO KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO MY CAR. WHILE TALKING TO HIM MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS CAME ON. DAN SAID I NEED TO GET IT TO THE DEALERSHIP, I SAID HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT, I DON'T KNOW BUT WE CAN'T TOW IT. THANK GOD I HAVE AAA. DAN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THIS MAY NOT BE RELATED TO THE OTHER PART THEY ALREADY SCREWED UP. REALLY!? I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED JUST TAKING IT FOR AN OIL CHANGE! ! ILL WAIT TO SEE WHAT LIE I GET NEXT, BECAUSE I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TOO!!! DON'T GO THERE, THIS IS MY WARNING! !

Paul Mooridian at Crevier BMW took complete care of me from start to finish. Even during the negotiation I felt like he was my advocate even though know he works for Crevier! Paul called me in the morning told me he tracked down the car I requested which was being delivered to Crevier from another BMW dealer. I came down to the dealership and the car was everything Paul quoted. We cut a deal and I was out with a new car in record time. Very professional and satisfying transaction. I would recommend Crevier and specifically Paul M. to anybody wanting to purchase a car.

Working with Kevin (and the entire staff at Crevier BMW) was the best car buying experience I have ever had! BMW car purchasing experiences are normally pretty darn good, but Crevier was on a different level. I contacted Crevier through the chat portal, and (lucky for me) Kevin Le was the person who contacted me back on my inquiry. We chatted via email on the phone, and I presented my offer. Kevin sent me all the information I requested when we were confirming the deal via email / phone, and when I got there, the 5 star experience continued. Everything was top notch, the receptionists were very pleasant, even the person in parts we chatted with (Teresa). Wafaa Hamood our finance manager, and that experience was also very pleasant. Our options were presented clearly, with easy to understand pricing for the add on options, and no feeling of pressure. Normally, being in the "finance office" is the most stressful part of purchasing a car, and there was NO feeling of this while there. After weighing our options, we chose not to add on any of the protection packages but she still treated us like we were the most important people in the world. Even the wash and wax job on the vehicle was stellar! I would definitely recommend people keep Crevier BMW in mind when shopping. I drove an hour to get to them, simply because they had the vehicle we wanted (found on cars.com searching). The drive was worth it, and I would definitely do it again.

Richard Kim, at Crevier BMW is the most professional Service Advisor that I have ever worked with. His knowledge, Communications Skills and Professionalism is way above any reasonable expectation that one could have. As a result, I use Crevier BMW exclusively to service and repair both my 3 series and 5 series BMW's, and would recommend Richard to anyone looking for the best Service Advisor possible.

We recently leased our second BMW from Diamond Yeung at Crevier in Santa Ana and highly recommend him as a sales adviser. When the lease from our previous BMW was due, I wasn't sure which model BMW would best suit my needs. Diamond was very patient, and educated me about the different features in each of the vehicles we test drove. He worked with us to get the deal that we wanted, and we took the car home that day! Diamond called me the next day to make sure that I was totally happy with the car and his services. If you are looking for a sales adviser that is honest, friendly, personable, very knowledgeable about BMW products, takes his time to answer your questions, and doesn't waste your time, then Diamond Yeung at Crevier is the guy to see!

Originally had a horrible experience with Paul Cox last December when I brought in my BMW 528i for an alignment and etc. I must be a fool to repeat service at Crevier when my wife experienced a headlight failure warning message, vehicle automatically silencing lock/unlock chirping and door lot closing to lock/unlock command. Again, my wife was assigned to Paul Cox and received a horrible service. Even after explaining the malfunctions of my BMW to Paul Cox, he simply turned down my wife with needed diagnostic and service of the vehicle. Paul Cox told my wife that there is no loaner vehicle available and that she return 5 days later for service, My wife told me on the phone what had happened. I called Paul Cox and advised him that these malfunctions are signs of electrical failure and service should be done ASAP. Even after the call, Paul Cox never mentioned the availability of complementary rental car during service and reiterates about a loaner car not being available until Tuesday. I escalate this issue with John Choe, Crevier's Service Manager. John Choe at no time apologies for Cox' sub-standard customer service. Choe promised that he will resolve the issue after I mention to him that electrical failure is a serious issue and even great for a mother of two young children driving the malfunctioning vehicle without proper diagnostic/service. Instead, Choe makes my wife explain again the issues of the car and blames "someone" for possible vehicle malfunction. Choe frustrates my wife and constructively makes her leave the dealership without servicing the vehicle (Choe promised me on the phone that he will get the car serviced). I had to escalate the issue to the Operations Director of Crevier (Roger See) and BMW North America for Cox and Choe's lack of customer service. BMW North America apologized to me for Cox and Choe's sub BMW standards and customer service. See reassigned Richard Kim to service my vehicle and provide a loaner car the following day. Fool me once shame on them, fool me twice shame on me, fool me three times shame on whom?

I won't bore you with a terribly long story. What I will say, is that I was originally told that a necessary brake service would not be covered under warranty because they weren't "due" yet. However, the service team agreed the rotors were warped causing my steering wheel to shake violently. I escalated this issue to BMW corporate and the service manager at Crevier. I immediately assumed the worst and thought I was going to have to engage in some kind of legal battle to get this issue resolved. However, I left a message for the service manager Jackie Deemer. She returned my call in about 20 minutes and assured me BMW would be covering 95% of the costs to remedy the situation. I was honestly I a bit shocked, and of course relieved. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the team at Crevier. I'm so glad there are still people out there who care about their customers. Also, shout out to Sunny, who has always been a great SA. I highly recommend him.

Richard Kim is my service advisor and he was extremely helpful with every step of the process. He made sure that my vehicle was treated with the utmost amount of care. It's always welcoming coming to crevier and being greeted by name, and we always get along and have little side conversations to pass the time while I wait for my loaner vehicle. At the end of my lease in 3 years I would be more than happy to lease another vehicle at Crevier.

This BMW dealer is the worst I have experienced. They claim to be the biggest bmw dealer in Southern California, but the service they provided sucks. I purchased a brand new x5m in May, and after first 3000miles service, the car drifted to left hand side. After paying $350 and doing the so called 4wheel alignment, it drifted to the right hand side even worse! The way they explained is because tires has been wore unevenly, and if I keep driving couple hundred miles, it will correct itself! I visited the store 3 times in a week, but the problem is still there. The most irresponsible thing from them is after the alignment, they said it's been done and the car is good to go, but it was so obvious that it drifted to the right. How can they say it's good to go?! I don't trust this dealership, and I highly recommend you not to do services in Crevier BMW! They are not responsible!

I had a mechanic read the engine error codes and the repair was a I had a mechanic read the engine error codes and the repair was a mandated extended emission warranty by the state. The service department was unable to find that error code and I was told it would be $2,100 to fix the emissions issues. After paying and picking my car up, within 34 hours the service engine light came back on. So for $2,100 not including tax my car was still not working right. I'm afraid to take it back in because I'm sure they will find some thing newly diagnosed wrong with my car.

On January 31, 2015 I went to Crevier BMW and purchased a brand-new BMWM4 " The Ultimate Driving Machine". I waited in great anticipation for for nearly a year for this particular Model to be produced and available for purchase. However, only two short weeks after my initial purchase, the vehicle experiencing a strong gas smell within and throughout the vehicle, i.e. a couple weeks laterthe engine light came on the vehicle began riding very rough and spuratic. It eventually became too difficult and unsafe to drive. As a result, I was forced to have it towed to Crevier BMW in Santa Ana to have the vehicle inspected. The service department said they inspected the vehicle and found an oxygen sensor defect and malfunction among other issues, I subsequently picked up the vehicle when the service department told me it was fixed and drove the vehicle home.Unfortunately, two weeks later, the vehicle broke down yet again. This time the vehicle seized working in heavy traffic and I was nearly rear-ended by the vehicle immediately behind me. I was able to get the vehicle running again, but it quickly lost power and I could not shift gears and it was whining and burning fuel filled the vehicle cabin same as before. As a result, I had the car towed to Crevier BMW again. The service department called me and said that he had to consult BMW North America because they were unable to repair the vehicle. Roughly two weeks later, the service department called me and said the vehicle needed a part and the part was on back order. Additionally, he said it would be approximately 30 days before for the part to arrive from Germany. He said the part was a DME Digital multi out electronic part. And that this part was basically the brains of the electronic system for the entire vehicle. He said driving with this part malfunctioning was a serious problem. So, it begs the questions, if this malfunctioning part was so very vital and serious to the safe driving of this vehicle, why in the world would the service department tell me I could resume driving the vehicle as normal until the part arrived from Germany? Do you place profit and the bottom line over a persons health, safety and welfare? The service adviser and service personnel all knew this malfunction rendered the vehicle undriveable and unsafe for the roads and highways, yet they instructed me to drive it nonetheless. To make a long story short, I picked up the vehicle after the German part was inserted and two weeks later the vehicle began to drive erratically and very jerky throught the gear changes. It also was losing some serious power and would not accellerate over 45 MPH. I was frightened for my life while driving on the interstate at this low speed. Other vehicles were sounding their horns and almost running me off the road from every conceivable direction. The following morning I drove the vehicle back to the dealer. When I met with customer relations manager, Jenna, she promised me that the GM was goingto call me back and sort this entire mess out. However, that call never came.As of today, I have no car and I have totally lost trust, faith and hope in the Crevier Dealers and their so called customer service department. Lastly, the person who claimed to be assisting me with my complaints was Nancy McDonald. And she was very rude and mean spirited to say the least. She acted very unprofessionally and fed me lies and falsehoods at every corner. Never in my life thus far have I experienced such a farce

All I can say is WOW! This is my 4th consecutive lease with BMW and I've never had a car shopping experience like I did at Crevier! I've always been a BMW girl, now I'm a Crevier BMW girl! Arnie Kushner and Dave Bunnell made this car shopping experience smooth and easy, and I felt like a true VIP. I happened to catch Arnie coming back from his lunch break and he patiently walked the sales floor with me and after not really liking anything, he suggested a new 428i they just received, similar to the color I really wanted but couldn't find. It was love at first sight! Arnie and David helped me by answering every question I had and worked with me to make sure I got the car I loved! I wouldn't go back anywhere else! Thank you Arnie & David!

My experience at Crevier BMW was absolutely top notch. Mr. Wayne Whitesides went out of his way to help me find, build and most importantly, acquire my dream BMW. My family planned to buy a BMW, but we were just not ready to commit to anything. We went to Crevier BMW to just look around , but within the hour we were ready to make the purchase and sign the dotted line. We went looking for a valencia orange X1 and we came out with exactly what we wanted. The dealership was amazing, but our advisor Dan Fann was even more so. He showed us everything we wanted to see and tried (and succeeded) in making this the most pleasant and painless car purchase ever. He was very attentive and had what we wanted as a top priority. When my family is ready to buy our next car we know the first place we are going to come back to is Crevier BMW to see Dan Fann. Anyone in the market for a BMW should first check out Crevier BMW and definitely talk to Dan Fann for the best experience ever.

After 30 years of driving Japanese cars, I ventured into the German car arena. This is the first time in 30 years I've bought a car "on my own" as well. Marlene Tapie and Tovi are the best! Both are easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about their products, and absolutely no pressure. I am now driving a Certified Preowned 328d and loving it! If you're in the market for a new (or CPO) car, I highly recommend talking to Marlene and Tovi before making a decision.

Horrible customer service. Charged my card $250 in 2 separate transactions WITHOUT my authorization. Daisy in Customer service agreed to wait to her back from me by the 23rd of Jan and proceeded to charge my card on the 14th. Her supervisor Melissa is even worse. The claim was a 30 day claim. If the claim was only opened on the 9th of Jan, you couldn't simply give the customer s courtesy of waiting until the 23rd on a 30 day claim? Do NOT use Crevier BMW. Irvine BMW has much better customer service and business standards.

There is absolutely no way I could ever trust this dealership again to service my car and I suggest you do the same. I had some sort of blow out on the freeway and the tire pressure monitor light came on. As it was dark I couldnt see the extent of the damage and drove the car home as the tires are run flats. The following day, I saw the tire was damaged, there was a hole in the plastic cover behind the tire, and some wires and what appeared to be a small electrical box of some kind appeared to be hanging out. At the dealership I am introduced to Aaron B. the service adviser (SA) and from the start I felt that there was something off putting about him in the way he related to me. Interesting to note is a previous reviewer (another woman) had also had issues with this service manager, and I have seen his name mentioned in other negative reviews on other websites. I asked the SA if there is any warranty on any of the parts to be replaced and he said no. I told him about the hole and the tire pressure monitor light being on. He recommended that I do not repair the hole as it is not worth it. What? My car is a 2013 model and I told him that I want all the repairs done and not just the tire changed as he recommended. I left the car with the dealer and was told I would get a call back with regards to the cost of the repairs. I called that evening and the SA has already left. I called the next day and the SA still did not have the info with regards to the repair costs. In the mean time I had done some research and found out that the Pirelli run flat tires are covered by warranty, including road hazard warranty, and the amount to be refunded will be prorated if the wear on the tire is more than a particular standard. I contacted Pirelli to confirm the details and they said that the SA should know how to fill out the claim for me. I called the SA and he initially denied knowing of this warranty but did say that he had submitted claims for many other tire brands previously. Hmmmm. (Interestingly, this dealership sells their own tire warranties). The SA then stated that there had been an alignment issue which caused uneven wear, and this was why the tire had blown out. (Even the service manager when I spoke to him later had asked how the SA could possibly have known this). I drive this car VERY carefully to avoid potholes as I know how much the tires are to repair. When I had had another tire replaced one month previously there was no mention of an alignment issue or uneven tread wear. I tried to give the SA the phone number and details of the guy I had spoken to at Pirelli in order to submit the claim. The SA REFUSED to take the details and told me "I have spent enough time on this." It sounded as though he was going to hang up the phone on me! Later the SA left a voicemail message and initially the call was muffled but you could clearly hear the SA cursing in the background, and then his voice became clear and he asked me to call him back. When I returned the call he quoted almost 2oo PLUS labor for the plastic cover needed to cover the hole on my car. (Another dealer later quoted 3o plus labor costs for the exact same part). I had had enough at this point and chose to pick my car up the next morning, so I could take it to another dealership I could trust. Ten minutes up the freeway the tire pressure monitor light came on again and as I was on my way to work I didnt turn back. At work I noticed paint missing from my rim consistent with where the tire would be removed, which was not damaged prior to the tire change. I contacted the customer service rep Jackie Deemer and told her the whole story. She arranged a meeting between John Choe the service manager and myself. Mr Choe offered to get my car taken car of but at this point I had lost trust for the dealer ship. I took my car to Irvine BMW where it received a full diagnostic test to check why the tire pressure monitor light had come on again. Turns out that the tire pressure monitor sensor arm(?) was broken, and I was told driving the car in this state could be dangerous if there happened to be a tire issue. Crevier BMW hadnt investigated this and had simply changed the tire. I will never let this dealership service my car again. If they could miss something as blatant as this, what else could they miss without me knowing? I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional and rude SA. I have heard this dealership has gone seriously downhill since being taken over by Penske, and I believe my experience certainly reflects this.

Talk about totally not being treated to a luxury experience. I sat down to talk numbers and was brought back with a price at full msrp! The guys dan fan/fong - wouldn't even talk of the subject of invoice pricing. Just kept giving me the runaround about their website pricing and how they incorrectly valued my trade in. I have gotten other numbers from friendlier bmw dealers so I knew what I wanted. But will not from go to Crevier ever!Instead of being upfront they hid things and didn't give info on how they got their numbers. I was so unimpressed!

Crevier BMW "totaled" my car, when it was supposedly being test driven by a service mechanic after repair of an estimated $800 fluid leak (coincidentally, that repair was recommended just 6 months after the extended warranty expired). Crevier staff put 12 miles on the car, which was still 3 miles and heading away from the dealer, when the mechanic hit the rear of a stopped car causing deployment of the airbag and extensive front end damage to my vehicle, which was determined to be total. Understandably, accidents occur, but I question the 12 miles on the car to test for repair of a leak & the fact that the car was being driven mid-day away from Crevier in the city streets of Santa Ana (where the driver/mechanic also lived). At a minimum, 15 miles would have been put on the car & that assumes that it would have u-turned and headed directly back to Crevier had the collision not occurred. I was not contacted by anyone at Crevier (other than 2 brief and dismissive calls by the service writer and several interactions with the service manager, who was notably sympathetic). In fact, no further contacts were made after I declined to negotiate a purchase of a replacement car. Crevier/Penske is apparently self-insured for this loss and advised me to have any further interactions with a claims adjuster. I was offered (& eventually accepted) "fair market value" of the car and received payment 2 months after the car was destroyed. The market value in no way reflects the extent of my loss or the very poor response by Crevier to this incident. Consumers should be very wary of taking vehicles to Crevier BMW for repair & should certainly look carefully at the use and miles put on your cars while at Crevier.

Alex Lopez is the worst salesman I have ever encountered, rude, arrogant, and disrespectful to his customers. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealer unless you want to have a terrible BMW experience.

Not a good experience. Crevier was a great dealership, I purchased three cars there previously. Crevier was bought by Penske Automotive since my last purchase, and in my opinion they have gone straight downhill. My experience was not good. The entire philosophy of the company has changed, in my opinion they were dishonest and flat out lied to me about a transaction. If I ever am forced to step foot on that lot again, I will check to see if I still have my watch and wallet before I leave...

This was my first experience in purchasing a BMW. Marlene was excellent! She provided exemplary customer service and made my buying experience easy - without any stress! Something I had never experienced when buying a car. I would recommend Marlene and Crevier to all.

I had purchaed several BMW's from another dealership but I was very unhappy with thier service. Crevier was recommended, so I gave them a try, I was so pleased with the service that I decided to purchase my next vehicle from Crevier. My sales person was Marline Tapie. She is very professional and knows her BMW's. The price was more than fair but equally important was the process. I don't have a bunch of time to waist hanging around a dealership so she had me out quickly. She did however take her time to make sure that we knew how to work all of the gadgets on our new X5.

Found a car that I loved online through BMW north America's web site, after agreeing on a price with Susan Otto I decided to fly 1000+ miles to get this car because i wanted and it could be a mini vacation for me..after landing at the airport i went straight to a local bank a few miles from the dealership, picked up a cashiers check for the full amount of the car, and made my way to get my dream car. once at the dealership i was told that since i was paying with a cashiers check and did not wish to use any Financing , that they could not allow me to drive the car home for 2-3 days until the check cleared the bank,, at this point the bank was closed for the day and what was to be a quick turn around started to get prolonged. i was expected to get a room and wait a few days until i could start my trip home,,, i ended up paying fora room for one night , went to the bank the next morning and cashed out the check at the dealerships request and made my way back to the dealership to pay for the car in CASH,,,stressful to say the least, its not a comfortable feeling walking around Orange County with 40k in cash on you...after a 14 hour drive back home, i am very happy with the car, but i feel untrusted, and badly treated by that location. the sales person i dealt with "Wayne" was great, and i felt bad that management but him in that situation, to have to ask me to wait in town for a few days or go get cold hard cash... all i can say is,, if you do not wish to use credit to make a purchase at this location,, go else where!

I purchased a part (sun shade) for my wife's BMW. While I was paying I asked the parts Employee the installation process. He said it was simple that I can even do it. I said I would not be around to install the sun shade. My next question was can somebody install it here. He said it's was easy and we can do it and we'll take care of it. Then the disaster began, my wife takes it in and they want to charge her an hour and a half of labor. Close to $200 to install a sun shade that cost $200. If you say you're going to take care of it, that means you're going to care of it. Then I call and speak to Jackie Deemer the Customer Service Manager. She was rude, short, and didn't allow me to say a word. Her whole goal was to shut me up. Mission accomplished! Thank you Jackie and thank you Crevier BMW

This is the 6th car we have bought from Marlene. She is absolutely wonderful with every process of the car buying experience. Her customer service is outstanding, and has gained a wonderful reputation with me, my family and friends. All of the friends who have done business with Marlene have all been very pleased. She is patient and facilitates in applying options that best suits our individual situations. When I think of an outstanding experience in customer satisfaction and results, Marlene is by far the best.

This is my second certified pre-owned BMW purchase at Crevier. I purchased a '07 335i (E90) about three years ago. It was nice car - but the CPO expired earlier this year (2013). Since the warranty was out - I decided to see what options I had for a two door coupe. I was really satisfied with the CPO experience at Crevier - I called the Client Advisor that worked with me on the 335i and found out he was in a different line of business - but I did speak to him and he put me in contact with one of the sales managers, David Bunnell.I made an appointment after work and met David who assigned Saul Braslavsky to work with me on what vehicle and options I would like. I settled on a 2011 328i coupe. I had some equity on my trade-in and I ended up driving off the lot without anything out of my pocket. There were a couple of blemishes that Saul coordinated with their detail shop to correct and Sonny my Service Advisor worked on some minor items in the vehicle that are still covered by the original manufacturers warranty.I couldn't be happier with my experience with Crevier. They are still going through a construction renovation with their sales area (their competed service area renovation is awesome!) - but the customer service experience always exceeds my expectations.

After working with an excellent salesman by the name of Diamond who seemed to know every detail about the 335i that I wanted to lease, the sales manager blew it. My one-year old daughter was getting restless after 45 minutes at the dealership, and I needed to wrap it up, so I asked for the lease price of the vehicle. I had already given my range, and stated that I would lease the vehicle if they could meet it.The sales manager, Eric Grombacher, stepped in and pointed out that I wouldn't have enough time to complete the transaction tonight. He said "you should come back when you have more time." I told him that I could come back the next day, but I had already given him all of the assumptions and that he should know what my lease payment would be now. His response was "we don't give prices out for people to shop around."What??? I had my checkbook in hand and was ready to make a deal, and they knew it. What a complete insult! With all of the great reviews that have been left about this dealership, I cannot believe that a sales manager would make such an audacious statement and insult a customer so carelessly. And, for the record, why would I not be allowed to shop the price around?I have to believe that the dealership has earned a good reputation by better service than this. This sales manager should be reprimanded for the kind of treatment I received. I'm sure his version of what happened would be different than mine if his boss were asking him about it, but this dealership should understand that I am the customer, and my perception is all that matters!

Marlene was very easy to work with and provided great guidance on the new BMW 328 diesel models that were coming out. She helped me pre-order the car to my specifications and kept me updated throughout on its progress from Germany to the US. I'm very happy with my car and Marlene is definitely someone I would work with again.

I recently leased a BMW 320i from Marlene, and overall it was an exceptional experience. When I lease a car, I typically like of a lot of details on 'the numbers.' Marlene was able to answer all of my questions in a prompt and efficient manner. I found Marlene to be refreshingly up-front and transparent during the process. With my lease, Marlene ended up in a competitive selling situation with an 11th-hour offer from another dealer, and she handled this situation with style and grace. When it's time to turn in my 320i, and look for a new car, Marlene will be the person that I call.

I began my 3rd BMW experience at Crevier BMW as I had received exceptional service in years past. I have been working with Marlene Tapie who was an amazing help in making my decisions. My original goal was to pick up my car in Munich and explore Germany before having the car brought home. Marlene walked me through each step culminating in one of the most amazing car delivery experiences and one of the most exciting vacations I have ever had. My experience at Crevier has always been a positive one, but this one was just amazing and I plan on returning in a few years to repeat the process.

If you are buying a BMW or are even thinking about buying one, please make sure you talk to Sean Waller from the Crevier internet team. I have owned a different car every year for the last 4 years. I have spent countless hours dealing with horrible sales employees to not leave Sean Waller a raving review on his professionalism and amazing customer service. Sean was very easy to talk to, polite, attentive and most of all he listened. I didnt buy from him on my first visit but I came back two days later to purchase with him. I sent requests for internet quotes to Irvine, Beverly Hills and Rusnak after my first visit with Sean. The quote from Irvine was a joke, Rusnak never emailed me back or phoned and still hasnt to this day, and Beverly Hills jerked me around and made me feel so unwelcome to the point where I walked out of their dealership. Sean Waller always returned my calls and texts, treated me with respect, gave me everything I asked for and took the time to understand what I wanted and worked to find me the perfect car. He even followed up with me after his weekend off to touch base with me. I work very hard in a luxury retail environment and have done so for almost eight years and I would never leave a review if my experience wasnt the best of the best. Sean displayed exemplary customer service and went the extra mile to make me happy and I would recommend all my friends, family and personal clientele to buy their next BMW with him. I'm leaving this review for Sean Waller because I want everyone to know where they can receive the best service while also having the best experience buying a new car.

I recently bought a BMW 328i from Marlene Tapie. I had visited other dealerships looking at other makes of cars and so got to experience a lot of different sales presentations. The difference between Marlene and everybody else was huge. Buying a car should be fun and exciting, not stressful. She was exceptionally thorough in explaining the car and exerted absolutely no pressure. She walked that fine line between being interested in you without being pushy. Now that I have purchased I am even happier I chose Marlene. It was absolutely the best car buying experience ever. We negotiated the price over the phone and when I showed up everything was ready and waiting for me. There were no surprises and her assistants, Erin and Sasha, made me feel like they had all the time in the world to explain the inner workings of my new purchase. If you want a completely satisfying, happy car buying experience look no further. I recommend Marlene without any reservations.

In my opinion, Crevier is the best dealership in Orange County. I have never received more courteous and friendly service from a dealership! Marlene Tapie is my Sr. Client Advisor and she is awesome! She has a very thorough knowledge of BMW products/finance. I've dealt with advisors from competitors in the past and felt like they were just talking to you for the "sale". Not Marlene, she truly has your best interests at hand and knows the best car for your needs!! Marlene and her assistant, Erin, are two of the best representatives of BMW automobiles and Crevier BMW!!! Randy Martin in Finance made the paperwork fast and easy!!

I have leased a BMW for the better part of 10 years. My experience with Marlene Tapie and Creview BMW was by far the best experience I have ever had. From my initial phone call, Marlene answered all my questions and always quickly retunred my phone calls. The very same day Marlene was able to source the car I wanted. I did my own research on the value of the car and shopped a few dealerships prior to touching base with Creview BMW. In terms of the deal, Marlene gave me the best pricing on the car the first go round that beat all the other dealerships. There is a reason Marlene has won so many awards. She will provide you with the best price and service you expect!

This is a review for Crevier BMW sales department as well as Creviers salesperson, not for service department. I was shopping for a BMW 135i. I gave Crevier salesperson two other BMW dealerships lower price to match. The salesperson flat out told me that Crevier BMW will not match other dealership and Crevier BMW will be the highest priced dealership because Crevier BMW has the best service. He then gave me a 10 minute lecture that I need to learn how to pay for service. What an arrogance! So I just walked away from Crevier BMW. There are plenty of BMW dealerships around who are eager to earn my business and not insult me like Crevier BMW.

Went to this dealership early on a Saturday morning just to test drive a specific car. Had planned on visiting at least two more dealerships to check out similar cars (6 Series). The salesperson, Stacy, was very nice and professional. Went on a nice test ride of both freeway and back roads. Stacy impressed me with her knowledge of the car. By the time we got back to the dealership, I had made up my mind to make an offer on the car, even though I had two other cars still on my list. The offer/counteroffer process was very smooth with no hassle. We reached an agreement and the deal was made. Very easy. Great staff. Everyone was very friendly and did everything possible to ensure I was satisfied. This continued even days after the sale when I discovered that the second key did not function properly. A new key was ordered immediately. I can't say enough about this place. I will definitely be buying a car from these folks again.

We brought a preowned 750li the sales transaction was easy. The car had a few minor scratches that we asked to have touched up. So, we dropped the car off the first time it was there all day and when we can to pick it up the scrachted hadn't been taken care of, all they did was wash the car. So, we had to came back again to see if they could get it right this time but 8 hours later the car was washed again but the scratches remained. When we pointed this out to them they asked to leave the car and it would be taken care of the first thing, 8 hours later we called to check on the car and we were told that it was halfway finished and would be done tomorrow. How long does it take to touch up and couple of scratches? Apparently at Crevier it takes about 30 hours. They make takening your money smooth but once that is over they really don't do anything to make you happy or want to go back for anything.

This is our first BMW and we knew we wwanted a certified pre-owned. Marlene was referred to us by our daughter Jennifer. Our daughter made an appointment and we were greated by Marlene. She was very informative and listened to what we wanted then we went out and looked at the cars available..The experience was great all of our questions were answered...All who spoke with us were very knowledgeable. We never felt pressure and compared to other dealers we had visited we welcomed that. I would definitely use Marlene again in the future as well as refer her to our friends and family. Her assistant Erin was so helpful going over the cars operation step by step. Great experience from start to finish...Love my car....

I went in because my car had a lighting recall. As a service on their behalf, BMW USA mailed me a letter letting me know the service would be done free of charge. I dropped off my car and took home with me a very nice 2012 model.Service so far was only satisfactory. Nobody was really meeting the standards that I had for BMW. The image of the company is failed to be represented in service.I got a call asking if i wanted a complimentary through inspection. SURE! Sounds great to have a service that generally costs $160 for free. Right? WRONG!I get a call to tell me that service was gonna run at $3000!!!My car was fine, running great, and no major service was needed.I didn't have the $ to afford such a procedure, so I told them I would be picking my car up and that as soon as I could I would get that taken care of.I get my car and withing me getting on the 55 freeway on ramp I noticed a "whistling" sound coming from my engine. WTF?!?!2 exits later I'm off the freeway and my car is up in smoke! So much smoke is coming from my car. I'm terrified that I may have blown my engine. I'm parked at some business, lift open my hood, and see a hose completely disconnected. UMMM HELLO?!? Coincidental? NO.I then look in my trunk to find that the job they did on my passenger rear tail light is beyond sloppy and under BMW standards. The light box was not closed all the way and wires were left exposed. Even the most amateur car technician should realize that that is not acceptable.Lastly, the complimentary car wash? Much appreciated but my car looks like a cheetah with the amount of water spots left on it. I get a better job done at the local drive-thru gas station car wash. But besides all the bad I already went through the worst was yet to come. When i called crevier explaining I was 2 exits away stranded and the reasoning their response left me in shock. They refused to take any responsibility. The guy I spoke to had no sense of customer service and did not give me any resolutions. Here I am, stranded, with wisdom tooth pain, missing out on my dentist appointment because Crevier BMW failed on me.I advise to everyone reading this to select a better dealership. Im not the only one this has happened to, and I hope nobody follows me.Crevier BMW is a shame to the legendary BMW name and logo. While re-constructing their lot perhaps they should also check their staff.Legal matters are being discussed... update to come.

Marlene Tapie is magnificent in dealing with people! I say this because I shopped 5 other dealers and even though the other dealers thought they were being helpful, I felt the most comfortable with Marlene and her Assistant Aaron. Like most consumers, no body wants to be attacked when they walk in to a dealership. When I walked in to Crevier BMW in Santa Ana, I felt like I was dealing with my best friend! I called to speak with someone who would take time to answer some questions for me by telephone before I would commit to coming in. Toni was very helpful when I called and gave through answers to my questions. When I came in Toni was very polite and again she took the time to make me feel confident and not pressured if I were to buy a vehicle. Toni listened to what I was interested in regarding the car and the price. She had me test drive the 2011 328i and the 2012 328i, and while driving she would explain in detail the cars capabilities and functions. I have already referred a family member to go and see Toni, and I will continue to refer Toni in the future. Toni is very knowledgably with the BMW and that made me feel even more comfortable to want to purchase a vehicle, so I did. Thank you Toni youre a great salesperson and you have a great personality, I wish you the best. God Bless you. Elena

She also helped me to clean the scratch, and made it much better :) She said that all her customers are also her friends, and i totally believe that. Toni is that kind of person who really cares about people. I really like her a lot, and highly recommend her!

Toni T. was (by far) the most personable and patient sales person I have ever encountered. For almost six months she listened to my nuttiness and never once lost hope in selling me the car I wanted. Today, one year later, I still look forward to visiting with Toni when I go in for my weekly car wash.

Our experience purchasing a new 335i at Crevier BMW this week was exceptional. My husband and I were treated quite well from the initial contact call through to finalizing the paperwork. Having visited another BMW dealership first, I was particularly impressed with the comparison in terms of customer service, knowledge of the product, and the effort made to ensure that the experience of buying our new car was a very positive one. We have not had a single second thought or regret about this transaction. I highly recommend Crevier BMW, and Stephan Caraway in particular (although judging from the sales manager, their staff may all be top notch as well).

Marlene was great at helping me pick out a new car for my wife's birthday. She got us the best deal we could have hoped for and it was the perfect car for my wife. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! She made the whole process easy and enjoyable for me and for my wife. The car is gorgeous and my wife might even let me drive it (someday).

After getting a service vehicle from the loaner department I had a blowout on one of the tires. I understand that I am responsible for the blowout and replacement of the loaner tires however I was charged the full amount of a brand new tire when the car already had over 6,000 miles driven on it before I received it. I feel I should have at least been pro rated the difference of the 6,000 miles but they were unwilling to budge on this and not only charged me full price but the price of the tire was more than what it could have been bought for at a certified Goodyear tire shop. I spent many hours of my busy day trying to straighten this out with Melissa and it was very hard to even get a response from her. Finally after 3 phone calls on separate days and 2 or 3 emails I received a response noting that the full amount would be charged. I was very surprised at this outcome and Crevier has not only lost a service customer but they've lost my business for purchases in the future. I will never send any of my friends, family or business associates to this dealer for this reason. Not because it was the service departments fault but because if this is the way they do business, I want to make sure I'm being taken care of the next time something like this happens. There are no excuses for this type of service.

This was my first experience in buying a BMW and Frank Chirat made it an extremely enjoyable event. I was absolutely positive that I wanted a 2012 BMW 328i Sports Wagon and Frank made it happen, we went over the entire build at his desk, adding all the options and accessories that I wanted on my new car. Once we had me new car created in cyberspace, Frank got all the paperwork together and I was able to order my car. He informed me when BMW would actually start assembly of my car, and from there I was able to follow it's progress from Munich, Germany to Port Hueneme, California. The car is exactly what I wanted, it rides and handles exactly as I had imagined it would when I first decided I wanted a BMW.

Picked up my BMW X3 from Crevier BMW. An extremely pleasant experience, started from showroom and garage to see the exact model and color that I selected, all the way to test drive and car pick up. Richard Kim was very friendly and eager to answer my questions and explain completely all features of the vehicle. Thanks to Richard that made the car buying experience such a pleasure. Great job!

I was looking for a car to lease and it was the last day of the month so the lease program would be over the next day. I knew exactly what I wanted and Richard took less than 24 hours to look for the car we needed and immediately brought it over from another city a couple hours away. As soon as it was brought over, Richard contacted us and we bought the car. It was fast and easy and he gave us the best deal that was possible. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

We live in Ventura County, a long drive from Santa Ana. Richard was both friendly and very professional. He answered all of my questions, responding quickly to both emails and phone calls. We were looking at used BMWs, and particularly interested in one that had just arived. When no photos were yet available online, Richard took photos and emailed them to us.We look forward to doing business with both Mr Kim and Crevier again. Will be referring both to family and friends.

We bought a used BMW from this dealership about a week ago. Richard was friendly, personable and went over and beyond to make sure that our purchase fit within our budget and that the car was perfect before we drove off the lot. We drove up from San Diego and spent about 5 hours at the dealership and Richard not only made made the purchase as smooth as possible but that we were comfortable the whole time we were there. Thank you so much, Crevier BMW, and Richard. We are BMW lovers in general and will definitely take another drive up there the next time we get our next car!

Frank is a pleasure to do business with. This is my second lease with Crevier and Frank. I recently moved from Anaheim Hills to Palos Verdes but still go to Frank for my new cars. The main reason: I trust Frank. He gives me the best deal he can and is very pleasant to deal with. He's funny too.

I made this account just so I could write a review about Frank. He's every bad cliche you can come up with about car salesman. He's fake, he withholds information, he uses double talk, dodges questions, etc. I really don't know how he is getting the high reviews he gets.I was very interested in a 2012 328. I was considering a purchase or lease, but hadn't really decided which. How I wanted to finance the vehicle is immaterial and really has no bearing on the negotiations for the purchase price. I asked him several times for very specific information concerning car pricing. He would always answer back with questions. When I answered his questions, he would not reply or would just reply back with a final sales prices but no breakdown of the numbers. Specifically, I wanted to know how the lease number would break out (money factor, residual, etc).Anyway, I found 3 other dealers who were actual normal people and who were glad to answer my questions. I went to one of them on a whim one day and bought a car off their lot.Buyer beware of Frank.

Purchased my 6th BMW from Crevier, and again received professional, no-hassle service and an excellent price. I have referred several friends to Crevier over the years; each one reported having the same quality experience. This was my first transaction with Marlene, and she made the purchase experience a pleasure. No worries dealing with this best in the business dealership.

This was my first experience with BMW. I drove a Mercedes Benz for the last 3 cars over 11 years. I felt ready for a change. Marlene could not have been more accommodating and informative with helping make the right choice for me. She even helped answer questions for me after hours from home. Overall, a great experience, thanks primarily to Marlene.

One of the worst service experiences ever was at Crevier. John Deck is rude, condescending, arrogant and out to make a bonus with his scare tactics and threats that BMW will void warranty if purchasing alignments, etc along needless up sells. NO MORE TO CREVIER/PENSKE. SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS BEYOND AWFUL AND WILL GO TO ANY EXTREME TO HIDE COMPLAINTS AND AVOID SURVEYS FOR UPSET CUSTOMERS.

I have to say going to Crevier has been the best car buying experience I've ever had to date. Dealing with Stephan, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The car I wanted wasn't at the dealership at the moment, but Stephan was able to have the car I was looking for the following day. He definitely knows his stuff and seems to have a passion for cars and Bimmers in particular. I was able to get the exact car I wanted to which I'm very grateful for! He took his time to show me all the different features of the car. He even helped me synch my phone to the iDrive! He made himself available to answer all of my questions. This was my first time buying a BMW and it doesn't appear to be the last time either! Crevier and Stephan have definitely set the bar in my car buying experience! I'd also like to give a mention to Jesse in the Parts and Accessories department. He was very helpful and friendly when I took my car in to get the wheels powder coated and when I swapped out the grilles for black ones.

This is our second BMW 335i purchase at Crevier. This was our first time dealing with Marlene. She was absolutley amazing to work with. We made an appointment, walked in, Marlene and her assistant Erin found a handful of cars. We decided, went through financing, car was cleaned and Erin went through every detail of the car/nav system. I have really never had such a smooth transaction when it comes to the purchase of a car! I would highly recomend working with Marlene and purchasing from Crevier BMW. I love the service department as well. That's why we were back.

I buy a lot of cars for myself, my friends and my family. I don't have time for BS and insist on professionalism and attention to detail. I have bought BMW's and Minis from 3 different SoCal dealerships, but buying from Crevier through Robert Lingenfelter has been consistently superior to any other dealership. I think I've bought 7 or 8 BMW's from Crevier for myself and just as many for family and friends. Most of these have been European Delivery where the car is initially delivered in Munich Germany, and after enjoying a European vacation with a new BMW the car is shipped back to the States and magically appears at Crevier. There are lots of things that could go wrong with this, but it never has for me because Robert has been selling BMW's at Crevier for over 20 years and arranging European Deliveries for just as long - he's an expert at this. Yesterday I picked up my 2012 650 vert at Crevier after a perfect European Delivery in Munich last month. The car was spotless after 900 miles in Europe and shipping it home - Robert quickly set all the electronic gizmos and sent us on our way - but would have gladly spent hours with me if I would have required more orientation. If you need a new BMW call Robert at Crevier and you will be treated fairly and with respect - it's the only way Robert knows!dk

Crevier BMW has some of the best selection around for new and used cars. When they say you cant be extremely picky when buying a car unless you order it, here its not that way. From every model in every color, to different color intoners. They have so much to choose from. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase from Crevier BMW.

Crevier BMW is the BEST in the Western Region. After looking around BMW of Monrovia and Savage BMW I was told to look at Crevier, and I did. They have a very large selection on there lot and they have a wide selection of colors. Crevier will not try to shove you in a car that you don't want. Susan Otto is the girl to go to. She is AMAZING and she is very personable and will go out of her way to help you and to get you in the BMW of your dreams. The Service Department is just as good. They will get you in and out and they will get the job done start to finish. The dealership it self is amazing. Leased 3 cars from them and will keep leasing cars from them.

This was my first experience with Crevier, and I was very impressed. Eric is a first class salesman, and Crevier is a first class dealership. The entire process of selecting and leasing a new 2012 650iC was very effecient and enjoyable. Eric was upfront and to the point. I did not have to play cat and mouse with him to get to the answers I was looking for. And, there was no good guy/bad guy routine of bouncing me around between Eric and a "manager" nor Eric and the finance department, etc. Further, I was simultaneously returning my leased 2008 650iC, which I had not leased from Crevier, and the lease return department was equally upfront and effecient.

Eric Grombacher was excellent as usual. This is the third car I bought from him. I had actually came into the dealer and Eric was off for the day. The sales advisor that I dealt with at that time came off as rude and the typical "car sales man". I immediately walked out, but the next day Eric called me to follow up. He was apologetic and wanted a chance to service me. He gave me the rock bottom price and wasnt pushy about it. The deal was done in about 30 minutes. All 3 times that I dealt with Eric went smooth and quick. I have and will continue to refer Eric clients. Thanks Eric.

I recently purchased a new BMW (leased 328i Coupe) from Creview BMW. Marlene and her assistant Erin were recommended to me from a friend, Cortney, who also purchased a BMW from Marlene in the past. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Aside from the possible make/model the only thing I knew about what car I wanted was that I owned a BMW years ago and love them. I knew I wanted a BMW, but had little idea of colors, options, lease/buy, or financing choices. Marlene was extremely patient and friendly at our initial scheduled meeting. With her obvious experience, she helped to quickly figure out what car I wanted. Marlene allowed me to test drive the car with my girlfriend while she waited in the parking lot. Nice touch by her. Within an hour, I knew I wanted the 328i. The next day, I had leave town (East Coast) for the week. While gone, I got no hard sell from Marlene. She let me think about it. I contacted 2 other BMW salereps that week but found neither gave me a better offer than Marlene. When I got back into town, I purchased the car. Marlene had all possible paperwork completed when I got there. I got through the financing meeting fairly quickly and the car was ready and looked great. Erin went through the entire car and all features for about 30 minutes. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I highly recommend this experienced and easy going duo. Crevier is great. Free car wash(es) for the entire lease is so cool. Check them out and tell them Brendan sent you.

Sean usually sells new cars but a mutual acquaintance sent me his way when I wanted to buy my certified 335. He was very patient with my extensive needs and found me the car i wanted within 3 days of us first speaking on the phone. Visiting crevier was very relaxing and easy, they honestly got me through the door and out with my BMW in about 45 minutes. The price i got was stunning as well. My lease on my 550 was up in August and I was uneasy on what dealership I wanted to go with. Due to my experiances I have had with my local dealership that I have leased two 550's from,I really didn't want to give them my business. Kevin was highly recommended by a coworker of mine. I live in Downey and wasn't sure if I wanted to go to Orange County sence it was the furthest dealership from me.I'm so glad I did. Kevin took such great care of me and my daughter. He made us feel welcomed and was very attentive to our needs. He and Mike Weldon made the entire process seamless!Kevin took extra time to show us all the functions and made sure we understood it all before we left. My loyalty will now be with Kevin and Crevier BMW. It will be nice to finally have something nice to say about a BMW dealership to my friends, family and customer's. Before I forget I need to mention how at ease Kevin made me feel after I got home from the dealership. I was showing my car to my family and I notice a little ding on the side of the car. I called Kevin to tell him and he told me to enjoy the car and on my next day off just bring it in and they will take care of it.I went in on my next day off and Kevin and the service dept.took care of it within 10 minutes with no problem or hassle.Unlike my local dealership with my last 550. They installed my satellite radio and in the process scratched my entire roof. What an ordeal.Took over a month for them to get it right. It was their mistake but made me feel like I did something wrong. So when I saw the ding when I got home all I could think about is not again. But I was wrong Kevin handled it with a no problem attitude and put me at ease. Now not only is Kevin highly recommended by my coworker but now also by me!z

This is the third car that we have bought from Crevier BMW and the second with Marlene's help. Marlene and her assistant Kristin were at all times professional as well as friendly. Marlene patiently answered our questions while instructing us on the many new features of the car, and further she offered her continued assistance in the future as she anticipates that we will need further help fully learning all the "bells and whistles" of this wonderful machine, the X6. Thanks again.

My wife and I stopped by Crevier BMW during her search for a new vehicle. She was a little unsure of what she wanted and after a day of varying quality salesmen (and women) at numerous other dealerships, it was a pleasure to meet Kevin. He was very personable, highly knowledgeable in his product, extremely patient and helped her look at the various options available to her. It was very gratifying to conduct the sale in a no pressure environment and we concluded the day (very late into the evening and far past the time that Kevin should have finished work) with the purchase of a beautiful 328i sedan. We were so pleased with the overall experience that I went back to the dealership 4 days later to find a new car for myself. Once again, Kevin showed great professionalism and went above and beyond to try and find me the car that I was interested in. Unfortunately, the vehicle I wanted was just not available anywhere in the country (and I know that he spent 2 days looking!). However, everything eventually worked out just fine, as with further discussion and test drives, we decided that another vehicle would suit my needs and he worked really hard to get me the price that I wanted. I am now the happy owner a shiny new M3.Throughout the whole experience, he took care of all our needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Very thoughtful, professional and followed through on everything. We are very satisfied customers!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. This is my 5th vehicle purchase and 1st BMW. Absolutely love the car. Marlene and Kristin are dedicated to costumer service. I have never exprienced that level of dedication from anyone. Their professionalism and dedication is unmatched. Everyone that I interacted with at Crevier was polite and helpful. The environment is very pleasant and comfortable. If they do not have what you want or need you can rest assure that they will not stop until they get it. Again, Marlene and Kristin are awesome and I couldnt have asked for better/easier car buying experience.

On Wednesday, July 20, 2011, I was looking at the pre-owned vehicles and Michael Nguyen approached me. He assisted me in getting the information on the 08' X3. Besides a couple of misrepresentation, (ex: carfax shows 3 owners and he states that it actually only has one owner and they count the auction as the 2nd and the dealer would be the 3rd owner) everything was going well until I asked him to pull up this vehicle and input the options in Edmunds.com. He went into Edmunds but, refuse to put in the options. He started to click to other sites and talk about other stuff. After asking him 4-5 times to get back into Edmunds, he abruptly turns the screen and keyboard to me and said, "you do it, I don't know how" and coincidently, the computer was frozen as soon as he handed it over to me. I felt he was ignoring my request and trying to distract me...I told him, "I wanted to see what Edmunds show so I can make a fare offer but, it seems like you don't want do what I am asking". Michael raised his voice and said I offended him for saying that. Then he scrambles for a pen, with his rude and unprofessional tone said, "THIS WOULD BE A FARE OFFER!" and slams his pen down after scribbling down the exact sales price listed on the vehicle and tells me to have a good day. I was APPALLED by his hostility towards me and couldn't get out of his cubicle fast enough. The very next day, I purchased an 08' X3 from another dealership who was happy to show me everything I ask for. The carfax for the vehicle I purchased states 1 owner and dealer got from auction. Be forwarned when you deal with this Michael Nguyen...he's quick with his words & clever to load you with information he wants to share, distracts you and takes the paperwork away before you can verify anything. I emailed him to let him know how disappointed I was of his unprofessionalism and he responded, it wasn't his fault the computer froze. Really...he's trying to blame his poor actions on the computer?? That's hilarious!I have been servicing my previous 09' 328i vehicle with Crevier and been extremely happy with the excellent customer service I received. I would still recommend people to go to Crevier but, STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL NGUYEN!!!

It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I have owned or leased approximately 10 BMW's and , of course , have encountered numerous sales people. None compare to Marlene. After receiving an email , I calledher and we worked out a great price on the new BMW I wanted. When I finally met her,I had a few questions which she immediately resolved. This caused my great price tobe even lower. I have never had such an amiable , seamless purchase with a car.To use golf as an analogy , a few can reach a par 4 with one swing from the tee box.Marlene would ACE it. She's that special. If your interested in the Ultimate Driving Machine , don't be foolish.Introduce yourself to the Ultimate Client Advisor.

My son purchased a 535 1 1/2 yrs ago.Initial sales experience was good. He was advised to purchase the additional tire insurance (which he did) as replacing run flats was expensive. Today he brought the car in (flat tire) and was told it does NOT have run flats on it! I made numerous calls to sales/finance/service advisers and got either an answering machine or was put on hold for more than 10 minutes then disconnected and started over. In addition to deceptive (outright false information as he was told the car had run flats) about the initial purchase, even the "tire insurance" is useless, as there are numerous "fine print" exclusions. (Rim was bent hitting a pot hole which caused the tire to lose air, sidewall damaged, so sad, not covered.) Useless tire insurance, he would NOT have purchased without run flats! He needs a $500 rim, $271 each tire x 2 (replace in pairs) and $240 alignment.

I have had a M3 for the past 4 years. I love everything about it, form the body lines and gas mileage to the sleek look and power it has. I saw a brand new one the other day and my heart dropped. I felt the same way about that car as I did about mine the first day I got it. I went back to the dealer that I got my car at and they werent able to do much for me. I wasnt very happy about the service I received from them. I remembered the license plate frame from the one I saw was from Crevier BMW. I decided to give them a try. When I got there, I was greeted. My salesman and I took a walk around the lot and I told him what I wanted. They had 3 in stock so we went for a drive and I just knew I had to have it. When we got back we signed papers. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 M3. Thx to the staff of Crevier BMW

I have recommended Marlene to a lot of my friends and she has always gone beyond the normal to make things happen. I grew up in the car business and have been involved in a number of dealerships myself (retired). Have had many sales people work for me and have had plenty of customers customer contact as well, Marlene is way above the normal experience that you get in a dealer ship. I took my vehicle in for a scheduled brake fluid flush as part of the no cost maintenance. They also performed a recall that I was not aware about. All work was done on time and as always, my service advisor, Sonny is great to work with. The technician also found about an issue that I was not aware of and that was repaired under warranty. The staff is always friendly offering you coffee or water.Crevier always exceeds my expectations.

They wanted to charge my wife $400 dollars for an alignment when it should be $80-$150. Only reason I took it there is it's under a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. The only thing they could charge for is wear items.Dan, the service rep, called me back after he heard we were unhappy. Good salesmen, tried to tell me about his deaths in his family his hardships. Bottom line, it does not mean he can overcharge me. He is just a brainwashed salesman pushing what the company tells him to, or he is truly trying to rip people off. He says there alignment is $275, plus a road test for $100, plus a nitrogen fee of $100. He said I was getting a deal for all in one of $400. Its all absurd. Nitrogen is air folks!!! He is filling it with air! LOL.They should cost $80-$150, I called a got quotes. This includes the nitrogen and the road tests. Also, regarding wheel alignments, your car does not need them, even after replacing the tires if there is no reason. So they should have checked first. Heck, I would not believe this dealer even if they did. Heck, they could screw up the alignment just to make the money on fixing it. They are that bad!

My 745i would not accept the key so I had to tow it to them. They said my battery needed to be change and charged me $500 for it. I was stuck because there was a $320 diagnostic fee. When I got home after picking up the car I took my key out and noticed my Cartier Key Ring was missing.I immediately called them and left a message.I called them back the next after after no response and John was adamant about not receiving the key with a keychain. That keychain had not left that key for 5 years. After talking to Paul Cox the service manager and escalating it to his manager Mr. Cho.After all of this they denied that my keychain and that they will not take any responsibilty for it.I took my car to Sterling BMW for 5 years with that same keychain on my key and there was never an issue. I take my car to Crevier BMW once and this happens.

Normally I do not look forward to buying a new car but my recent experience at Crevier was very pleasant. I leased my first BMW from a different dealership which I was very unhappy with, the customer service was very poor to say the least. My husband suggested we take my car to Crevier for my lease end inspection and for service. When we called we were able to make an appointment right away and get a loaner car too. When picking up my car the service adviser referred my husband to Marlene Tapie in sales to see if she could work out another lease for us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. After deciding which car we were going to lease we called Marlene and she set an appointment for us to come in and finalize everything. It was a very pleasant and pain free experience, were very impressed! We would like to thank Marlene for all her hard work and hospitality, she is very valuable to Crevier! We look forward to working with Marlene in the future.

Four years ago I was referred to Crevier by a close family friend and was fortunate to be introduced to Marlene Tapie. My first BMW experience and not my last. After 3 years my lease was up, and I moved into an X5. Marlene found me the exact vehicle with the exact specifications and offered to deliver the car. Crevier is a top notch firm and Marlene offers 'Concierge Service'. I look forward to the next one and will continue to refer business associates and friends. Thanks for all of your determined hard work.RoseAnne Foxx

We were referred to Marlene from friends that had worked with her in the past. When referred you always hope you have the same experience if not better then the person that referred you. My wife and I could not have been more happy with our entire experience. Marlene went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She listened to us and made recommendations based on the reality of what could and could not be do. We will always use Marlene when buying a car. Thanks for the great experience! I sent an internet inquiry to Crevier requesting a test drive. The response from Susan Otto, Internet Sales Manager, was rapid and and courteous. The test drive was easily scheduled for my convenience. Ms. Otto provided a detailed review of the car's features and capabilities. The test drive's lenght and variety of roads was more than sufficient. Ms. Otto's focus on customer service, her professionalism and her friendly personality all made the auto buying experience at Crevier efficient, enjoyable. I plan to do business with Crevier when next buying a catr for a family member.

Marlene was referred to me by a really good friend. Both my friend and her Dad worked with Marlene and had only wonderful things to say about her. I had never leased a car before and my lease was coming to an end soon and I was clueless as to what I was supposed to do once my lease ended and how the whole process worked in general. I was actually pretty scared about the whole process looming ahead. Marlene was such a breath of fresh air and sat down with me and took a lot of time to teach me "Leasing 101 for Dummies" and was so patient and thorough. Marlene is always so helpful and prompt in returning my emails and I really feel like she is looking out for my best interest and I trust her completely. I have and will continue to refer Marlene to anyone and everyone I know as she is one of a kind!

Marlene was a pleasure to work with. She was well versed in the model and features in my X5 and was key in facilitating an enlightening test drive and inspection. I will and have recommended her to friends and plan to return in the future when it is time for another vehicle for my family.

I'm buying my second BMW and a big reason besides the amazing cars they produce is the service I received when working with Marlene. The professionism and personal attention I received from her made my car buying experience a smooth and comfortable transaction. I think she has a lot to offer BMW and their buyers. So excited to receive my new 550i!! Thanks Marlene!

Marlene Tapie is so wonderful to work with! I have purchased 3 cars from Marlene (2 new and 1 used) and each experience has been great. Marlene makes the car buying experience so easy and is extremely service oriented. She goes above and beyond to find just the right car and the right situation. I will only go to Marlene for all future car purchases (BMW or otherwise). I have referred friends, coworkers and clients to Marlene, and all have loved her!

Marlene was referred to me by a good friend who had purchased a new BMW from her at Crevier and was highly pleased with the experience.Soon after the referral I contacted Marlene and also purchased a new BMW. She first made sure that she understood exactly what I wanted, then searched the dealer and area inventories to find the right car. Throughout the process there was full disclosure of purchase price, trade in value, all confirmed in writing. In a few days the right car was delivered and I drove away in a 335i with a broad smile on my face.Buying a new car can be a giant hassle and even unpleasant, I've been there done that. Thanks to Marlene and the folks at Crevier the whole process was pleasant from start to finish.

I was referred to Marlene Tapie by my brother, who had consulted with her a year earlier about buying a new BMW. Both of us found Marlene to be a pleasure to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. As I'm sure all car buyers would appreciate, she is a "no pressure" sales person. She wanted me to take the time to fully consider ALL my options: the various models, pre-owned versus new, buying or leasing. She went into much appreciated detail about the various extras available, and whether or not they would be suitable, or essential for me, given how I planned on using my vehicle. I would recommend Marlene enthusiastically and without hesitation to anyone considering the purchase of a BMW. I will certainly be a return customer. Rick Gartner, MD

Marlene Tapie is the only person I will ever go to for my cars! She considers all matters and needs and will put you comfortably in a new or used vehicle of your liking. She is quick and efficient and really "does her homework" ahead of time to make your car buying experience fast and easy. Having known Marlene for years now (our daughters brought us together), it is easy to see why she is so well respected in her field, and exceeds in everything she does! She also will make sure you know and understand the vehicle so you don't drive off the lot with questions. Please go to Crevier and introduce yourself to the #1 salesperson, Marlene Tapie. You will not regret it, I guarantee you!!!

Eric did a great job on follow up, negotiating and delivery of our new 335IS. It is the second vehicle we have purchased from him. I have purchased vehicles from Crevier and had my car's serviced there since 1988. They always do a great job. Highly recommended!

Went to the dealership hoping to get the car i wanted and a good deal but ended up getting even a better deal. I highly recommend CREVIER BMW and ask for ERIC GROMBACHER. Will do business with them again hopefully in the near future.

Eric made the process painless and even enjoyable. We were in the market for a SUV since my wife is pregnant with our second child and Eric was able to provide us with everything we needed and even more. He showed us the benefits of a 3rd row, power liftgate, and safety features that are important with young children. I would highly recommend Eric Grombacher when looking for a car or SUV.

I'm now on my third car from Frank, so I think that speaks for itself. Before then my cars were from Irvine BMW. A few years ago when it came time to get a new car I went to both Irvine & Crevier. I had inquired via the web and Frank called me immediately. He has always been very helpful and friendly. It is so nice to go to a dealership and the person that sold you your last car is still there. Last year after I had a pretty bad accident and I really couldn't afford a new car, Frank made sure I got the deal I needed to get into my 2011 328ic. I've referred several people, including my son and daughter in law, to Crevier and Frank in particular, because I'm confident they'll walk away happy.

After visiting more than seven (7) dealerships including two other BMW dealers, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, and Acura, we narrowed our decision on quality, ride, performance. dealer service and value for the price. My wife and I were very pleased with our buying experience at Crevier. We made a great choice with the BMW and our dealer.

I was pleasantly overwhelmed by todays sales experience with your sales person Stephan! Id read some very interesting reviews about the new 335d, and walked in and asked the receptionist for the diesel sales expert, both she and a passing sales person both said that would be Stephan ~ and they correct! As a car enthusiast, I read all the car magazines. For me, the norm Ive experienced is that the representative knows less about the car than I do, but that was anything but the case today. While I came in focused on the 335d, Stephan also pointed out the X-5 diesel and asked some great questions about how I was intending to use the vehicle, type of driving, etc. I happened to find both of these BMW Executive Owned vehicles and he was very thorough in walking me through both cars what options they had & didnt have (and why that may be important to me, or not) as well as the pros and cons about these vs. purchasing a new vehicle. The test drives really helped me understand both the diesel drive trains and the differences between the two vehicles. He then took me over to some new 335d that has some additional color & equipment I was considering. There wasnt a detailed question I asked (and I asked some pretty obscure questions), that he didnt have the correct answer for. Plus, I never felt under the gun or working to his timetable. He casually asked me about my employment, and then mentioned as a business owner that the new X5 may qualify for a $25,000 first year depreciation. I wasnt aware of the implications, and it took everything into a totally different light. Congratulations on having such a remarkable sales person on your staff. While I live in San Juan, Ill have no hesitation in driving right past Crevier BMW to work with Stephan directly when Im ready to purchase.

I just want to thank EVERYONE at Crevier BMW for helping me get into my dream car - a white Certified Pre-owned BMW X3 with beige interior! Not only did they have a few X3s to choose from, the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I felt comfortable with my purchase and everyone there went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me and make me feel important. I had spoken to a few other dealerships in the area prior to visiting Crevier and was given attitude and made to feel like they didn't care if they got my business or not. The salesman were some ofthe nicest down to earth car salesmen I've ever met. I went to them with an offer, and they made it happen!!!! I was truly surprised and impressed with the way I was treated there and I would encourage everyone I know to go to Crevier BMW.

Crevier BMW did a great job when I had my car towed to the service department due to it overheating. I have had my BMW for 4 years and it has never had any major problem. Every time I have it at Crevier they always figure out the problem, fix it, and send me on my way! Thanks to your service department I still have my BMW and when I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely bring the favor to Crevier BMW. They do a great job with their process in the service dept. hopefully sales are the same with the execution process.

First BMW and all I can say is thank you to Shawn. What an amazing job that was done. The process was smooth I filled out some paperwork, went on a test drive. Came back and she was ready for me to tell her yes, and off to finance I went. The finance dept. was great they explained everything to me, made sure I was up to speed with the process, and then they delivered my new BMW. I havent bought a car in 8 years, but all I can say is it went smooth for me.

I took my 530 in to have the alert lights reset and Crevier told me they would not reset the lights if I didn't use their overpriced service. Last time they did my brakes it was $2800 so I got it done elsewhere for less than $500. Riverside BMW offered to reset the lights for $75.My car is paid off in March 2011 and I will buy another BMW, but not from people who want to hold me hostage to their service department, Crevier. They Lose.

I have a business with 7 business owned vehicles and they are all purchased from Crevier.. This is the best dealership I've ever dealt with from sales to service they truly are top notch. I suggest this dealership to anyone in the Orange County Area whether for a new car purchase or vehicle service as they have a HUGE fleet of free loaner cars, BMW's, to use in the duration of the service appointment.

I loved my previous BMW which was totaled in a wreck, so buying this car was more than just a sales transaction. The salesman understood that and got us into a car that eased the pain of losing the other one. They are no-nonsense, which is extremely important to me, but they were fun and easy to deal with at the same time. they worked hard to get us a deal we could live with, and even after we had agreed on the terms, they found us a better finance rate which lowered our payments even more. And then, since we ran out of time that night, they prepped the car and delivered it to us the next day, an 1 hour away! They were great, and good to deal with. Car-buying is not high on my husbands list of fun things to do, but even he ended up liking this dealer. If you're in the market for a car, go see Crevier Sales Team. You'll be glad you did.

Short of moving Crevier to Corona where I live there is nothing you can do. I live 5 or so miles from Riverside BMW and feel they are so substandard compared to Crevier that I drive 70 Miles and pay about $15 in tolls to just get to Crevier. I am afraid to visit other BMW dealerships because I know they will not meet the expectations that Crevier lives up to. You Guys Rock! Don Crevier if you read this I will be in your commercial!!!!!

I was contacted by Frank, promptly after sending you the email on Friday. I visited Frank that afternoon and was very impressed by the facility and the welcoming response I received upon arriving. We were able to successfully put a deal together on a new 2011328i, including my trade in, and we are very happy with the new vehicle. I had visited Sterling BMW the previous day and did not receive anywhere near the same treatment nor did they have near the equivalent service, that Crevier had to offer. I am a 1st time BMW owner and have to say I had a great experience in purchasing my vehicle with Frank, and would like to thank you for having him contact me. The whole process was very comfortable including the financing handled with Dino. The car was purchased for my wife Melanie and she is a very happy BMW owner. I returned the following day to drop off the extra key and introduce Melanie to Frank and Dino, and we were once again welcomed professionally by your staff. You should be confident that you have a great staff and excellent salesman, Frank Chirat. I am confident that we will be purchasing again from Crevier and Frank, in the future. I would and will recommend any of my Friends/ Relatives/ Customers to Crevier BMW.

My previous positive review about Crevier was my purchasing and finance experience when I acquired a low mileage 2007 CPO 335i sedan. Since then, I have had my car in service for brake work, an issue with the BMW Assist module, creaking noises in the interior and a scheduled oil change. In each and every service visit, I have been treated like family. Every concern is acknowledged with a no excuses, we will fix it attitude. My service advisor (SA) has been Sonny Mendonca and he has been great! He would contact me at least once a day with a status of the issues and approximate time for completion. I have owned other luxury vehicles like Audi, Cadillac and Acura and Crevier has been the BEST.What I am dreading now is that I won't be taking my BMW into service anytime soon because scheduled maintenance isn't due until mid-next year (2011), but if something does happen - I can rest assured that Crevier will address my needs.

Upon arriving at Crevier BMW, I was greeted by TC, a kind and caring person who made it his mission to assist me in my quest for a new car. At no time during the process did I feel pressured to make a purchase. When I was ready to make my purchase, TC was very accommodating with his schedule and fit me in last minute. Throughout the purchase process, TC ensured that I had a clear understanding of what was going on and what further steps needed to be taken to properly complete the transaction (he didn't leave me at his desk for 30 min having no idea what was going on). Once it was time to complete my paperwork, Dino in finance was called over to assist me. He was very patient and friendly and ensured that everything was explained thoroughly. Upon the completion of the purchase, TC brought my car out, gave me a tutorial on how to work everything and then surprised me with a free rubberized trunk liner, iPod connector, and BMW valve stem covers!Crevier is by far the most professional and customer service friendly dealership I have been to to date. In fact, it was the first BMW dealership that hadn't written me off for being younger than their typical clientele. I would like to say a personal thank you to TC and DIno for making the purchase of my 335i coupe a very smooth and enjoyable process. I will definitely be returning back to TC for all future purchases.

I walked into Crevier BMW with pretty high expectations. My friends aunt bought her BMW from Crevier and I went expecting great, friendly service. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Stephan Caraway. Friendly, no pressure, very informative, and extremely kind are just a few ways to describe Stephan. I was full of questions and inquiries and Stephan happily assisted me. Very friendly, I consider him a friend and I recommend his services. I happily purchased a 328i, NAV, Premium package and Steptronic transmission and saddle brown leather car. Great car. He even gave my parents a personal touch and introduction to the car and himself. Awesome guy. Thanks for everything Stephan!

I was unsure of what I wanted in a car. Robert spent time helping to better educate so I could make that decision. He shared his knowledge and was patient while I asked many questions test driving.I was greeted by Al and he assured me that whatever decision I made I would be well taken care of, and I was!I picked up my car from E. J! The paperwork was ready and the car was waiting to be driven off the lot. With that, I got a car I love at the price I wanted with the comfort of knowing I can rely on Crevier for the future. So much so that my husband is going back to get his new car next week! Thanks to them for making what I consider to typically be a, "not so fun event," an exciting one!

July 28, 2010Crevier BMWTo whom it may concern;I want to take a moment to praise the quality of service that I received in the purchase of my new 2011 BMW 3.5D. After deciding to purchase a BMW I called my friend who owned two BMWs in the past 4 years. He recommended Shawn at Crevier BMW. She is the best , he said to me. I called Shawn and within minutes she put together a great deal for me over the phone. She gave me a great price without haggling. My custom ordered BMW arrived several days ahead of schedule and exactly the way I ordered. Eric met me to show and explain the vehicles functions. He was thorough and knowledgeable. When I arrived at finance I was told that the interest rate that should have been secured for my car was slightly higher than originally promised. Without asking, Eric lowered the price of the vehicle to compensate for the rate difference. In other words, the policy of Crevier BMW, is to sacrifice its profits in order to keep promises to its customers. In the past I owned BMWs, Porsches, Range rovers, MBZs, so I am accustomed to a level of service befitting high end vehicle. Crevier BMW, Shawn, Eric, and the finance department exceed all my past experiences. You have earned a loyal customer for life. Thank you for being so wonderful.Best wishes,Joe Polonsky

I have ventured out to Crevier (even though Irvine BMW is much closer to both my office and my home) due to numerous bad experiences with sales people at Irvine BMW. To my surprise, Stephan Caraway, the sales rep I met at Creview, change my opinion about BMW dealerships. I enjoyed the honest, no pressure, no bs treatment I received from Stephan. When I first met Stephan I was not ready to purchase a car and Stephan understood my position right away and did not pressure me at all. When I was finnaly ready to get a new car, I convinced other family members to go see Stephan so I can happily say that we have 3 new BMW's in the family because of Stephan Caraway and the pleasant experience Crevier offered. I would highly encourage anybody to go see Stephan and Crevier for an impeccable experience and great prices. Thanks Stephan for all your help.

Based on internet reviews and various BMW forums I decided to stop by and check out this dealership. I first met with TC about an hour before they closed and he was very helpful in assessing my needs. We took several cars for a test drive and we left the dealership without being presurred for a follow-up visit. We went back to the dealership the next day to have our Audi A4 appraised as a trade in. After some additional test drives of their certified BMW's I selected a 335i which came fully loaded (18" runflats, NAV, Steptronic). Without much haggling I got the car at a price that exceeded my expectation (based on the MSRP). When signing the paper work with Mike in Finance, I was not presurred to sign any additional protection services, etc. I did end up getting the maintenance package, but at a fair price and added to the life of the load.Upon our inspection of the vehicle before we took delivery, we noticed a couple of scratches, a broken rear passenger vent and a small hole in the headliner. As of this writing, the vehicle is still at Crevier and I hope they take care of these small issues. I know the vehicle is a CPO, but I believe BMW tries to recondition these vehicles to like brand new. I did recieve several calls from Sonny in service with updates on the replacement of the vents and an air bag/restraint part that had to be repalced as well.So far I have been thoroughly impressed with my sales, finance and service experience at Crevier. However, I am anxiously awaiting to see if they address the pre-inspection items. Stayed tuned.

Two words! SUSAN OTTO!I will save you the complete details, but Susan Otto was the best. Attention to detail, compassion and honesty were some of the observed traits of Susan. She helped us purchase our 7 series without a hiccup and was consistently on top of the situations of either our added on ceramic window tinting or our loaner. Just all around good service. As for the dealership, it is comfortable and with a Deidrich's in-house...PERFECT. I would recommend CREVIER to anyone looking for any make or model. Call Susan Otto today! She is the best in the dealership! I strongly recommend her to any and all. I do not work for Crevier nor am I affiliated, but I am someone who typically purchases a vehicle every year. I have seen them all and She is the best!

Susan Otto at Crevier is awesome! I began my search via internet and Susan is the Internet Sales Manager. We communicated via email, than by phone and then in person when I went in to meet her for my appointment. Susan is pleasant, professional, friendly and caring. Being a first time BMW buyer I was a bit nervous; however within the first few mintues of meeting Susan I was no longer nervous just super excited! Susan was never "pushy", she is super nice and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a new BMW. I am glad I made contact with Susan as I do not believe I would have had that great of an experience elsewhere. Contact Susan Otto at Crevier you will not be disappointed!

I recently purchased a 2011 X5 50i from Crevier BMW and the experience exceeded my expectations.Crevier is one of the largest So Cal BMW dealerships and they just happened to have exactly what I wanted in their inventory. I've had positive experiences with car purchases in the past, dealing with Internet sales managers. They tend to have more experience and are easier to deal with. At Crevier, I worked with Susan Otto, their Internet Sales Manager.Susan was great to deal with. I made an appointment with her and the car was queued up and ready for test drive upon my arrival. I already knew that I wanted the car, so she didn't really have to sway me.The pricing discussion was straight forward. There was a bit of the typical car dealership back and forth. Yet, I was haggling. I think it's fun. I also managed to get a price that was well below the average for the car, so it was worth it. If you're one that doesn't enjoy the process of negotiation, then you're never going to enjoy buying any car from any dealership. Just have fun with it. Nobody's feelings get hurt, it's business. The rest of the process through finance was pain free and done quickly.A day after purchasing the car I returned the car to get the windows tinted and a hitch added. They gave me a loaner X5 while they did the work. No complaints there. Susan even held my hand during the service process just to make sure everything went well. It did. Then I decided that I wanted to get my wheels powder coated black. They charged me their cost for the powder coating and were quick to put loaner wheels on my car so I could continue to drive it.The wheels were complete one day late. I wasn't very upset about it but, Susan sent someone to me, with a loaner car, and picked up my car to put the wheels back on. I didn't have to go out of my way to get the car to them. Two hours later my car was returned to me, with my new wheels, completely washed and clean... and in the center console was a gift certificate to Javier's for dinner. That was Crevier BMW and Susan's way of apologizing for my custom wheels taking one extra day.I can't say enough about the experience that I had at Crevier. The service I received from Susan and team was outstanding.I definitely did NOT experience anything like this when I purchased a similarly priced GMC Yukon. Crevier is different and will earn your business.Crevier can also broker any make/model of car, so I'll definitely go back to Susan and team when it's time for the next one.

We have purchased several cars from Crevier, and specifically from Stephan Caraway. Each time Stephan has gone out of his way to find us the right car at the absolute best price. His service is exceptional and he is always reliable. We absolutely trust him; he is very honest and never tries to "sell" us on anything. We have come to consider Stephan a friend, and recommend him often.

Shawn Veronese and her team, especially Eric, are absolutely great to work with! I have bought from Sterling BMW, Irvine BMW and now twice from Crevier BMW. Crevier has by far exceeded my expectations every time from a sales and service ongoing perspective. The team is very friendly, accommodating, and honest to work with through every step of the way. Shawn has taken care of me and my bmw needs for several years now and it always feels like her team "rolls out the red carpet" for me every time I come in there. They have great follow up and make sure that you walk away satisfied, comfortable and excited about your experience and purchase. I LOVE my car and would absolutely recommend not only Crevier BMW, but also Shawn and her team as the best to work with. I will only work with Crevier now!!

Stephan is great, at no time did I feel that I was pressured to buy a car.Stephan was very knowledgeable about the car and features and frankly he is a great promoter of BMW.He made buying a very expensive car easy and held my hand all the way through the process.Mike was friendly and sys hi to me all the time.Zack in service is fantastic, I wished he worked customer service at my company.I was very upset about a scratch and he reassured me it will be resolved- he got the Mngr for me, and really made me feel that he cared about my issue.

My response is regarding the Service Advisor. Not professional AT ALL. I have purchased two BMW's from Crevier (Not leased) a 540i upgraded with all Dinan products and currently owe a 760i. I have been trying to resolve for months a false FTM alert that randomly alarms. I was just left a voice mail that says I have to purchase three rims that are causing the alarm!!! Having spend well into the six figure range for these cars with the dealership, that is a complete insult to my intelligence. Not happy at all with the service and that is a shame because the dealership is above par.

Brought in a 335I for presale inspection. Quoted on the phone for $160.00 and was advised to come in on a weekday for faster service. Showed up Monday and met Jose. Jose asked if I knew how much, I replied I was told $160.00 He said no its $260.00. When I told him I called in he said and I quote "We are very busy, its not worth our time to do these inspections, your can go try other dealerships if you don't want to pay $260.00. When I asked to speak to a manager, he started making excuses and ended up saying okay we can do it for $160. Later I asked for a print-out of the vehicle's service history. He started going off with excuses like "Its for dealers only, we can't view it on our systems, Its for original owners only (original owner was with me), etc."

Purchased my 2009 328i sedan waited for a week for them to deliver the car to the dealer I had to call to see if the car was in. They said it was I told them I couldn't make it till the weekend (3 days after I called) and told them not to let anyone test drive it I wanted it brand new with 5mi on it max if I'm going to have to wait a week for it to arrive. When I came in it has 10mi on it. The guys tried to played it off like the miles were from driving car of the truck to the lot. 5 miles I would understand but 10 is not acceptable for a car coming from the dock. To top it off I had to hassle them to get my $1000 deposit back because I heard others reviewers had a hard time getting their deposit back. With that being said there sells are there strengths, service is just straight out horrible. Really makes bringing in your car a joke. They don't care about your vehicle and always run out of loaner vehicles. I had an alarm installed and programed and the scratched my hood with out telling me. The only reason I found the scratched was because the day before I had to wait for my ride to pick me up because they were out of loaners, they hit the front end of a black 5 series and the service adviser came out and was giving the customer a hard time not wanting to repair it, I over heard the adviser say would I know if this wasn't your fault? I was furious when I witnessed this, just thinking about it happening to my car that i just purchase. So when I picked up my car I did a detailed inspection on it. Sure enough I found a 10" scratch on the hood. Keep in mind the car is a little under 2 weeks old. After hassling with my adviser he came out with some wax asked one of the guys for a dirty rag and tried to remove the scratch. I didn't work. So he schedule me to come in to get it buffed out. With out any documentation on the incident. I had to hassle him at least 7 times before he gave me a copy of the scratch in print. I was glad that I did that because when I called in to bring in the car they said nothing about a scratch was on file. So I brought in the paper document and they had to buff out the scratch. Also many times I scheduled an appointment and nothing was on their file. I am very disappointed in the service department of this dealer. The best department that they have going on for themselves are their parts department the people are very nice respectful and know their stuff. For those bringing in their cars for service please take my review into consideration, I normally don't write reviews but to pay this much for a luxury vehicle and receiving this lack of service quality is totally unacceptable, I'm glad I decided to try out the service before purchasing extended warranty and maintenance. Remember to thoroughly inspect your car before driving off the lot because they wont let you know if they damaged your car. If anyone knows of any other BMW dealer with a good service department around the OC please post it up I'm done with Crevier's service department.

We visited your dealership again on 3/14/09 to have the car washed. It was absolutely horrible. After an hour, We went to the receptionist desk and asked if the car was ready. They advised it was not. We got a cup of coffee from Diedrich and 45 minutes later, we went back to the receptionist desk and they had our keys! I asked why they didnt page us or call us, after all, when you check in, they ask for your cell phone number. She advised that she doesnt do that. When we got the car back, it was not cleaned. What a waste of our time. The employees don't care! They just want your money! Don't go here!

I have nothing but praises for Crevier in Santa Ana. Eventhough I didn't buy my car there, the staff and the dealership had and is always service with a great attitude and professionalism. I don't get a loaner because I didn't not buy my car there, but Crevier provides drop off and pick up at my convenient. Drivers and Staff has always been very friendly and curtious. Though my BMW is under warranty, I felt bad because I go there for service all the times and I didn't buy my car there. I felt I gave my money to Assael (don't recommend anyone to go there) and taking free stuff from Crevier, but Crevier never refuse and only provide professional service. Service rep. called to follow up and provide time frame for each service because he values my time. Not only the friendly staff, it provide many free services (i.e. car wash, oil top off, and inspection). If I buy my next BMW, I will spend my money at Crevier. I definately recommend Crevier dealership to other shoppers. Happy buying.

I took my 02 Mini in for service. Car was pulling to the left and had significant tire wear. They told me I needed new brakes and 2 new tires (almost 1600.00). Included in this price was replacement of a plastic reservoir and $50.00 for a new air filter. I requested the used brake pads. While expensive the repair appears to be fine. I did not get the used brake pads and my key was broken. I noticed the "unlock" button didn't work later that afternoon. Called Crevier the next morning. They told me to bring it by it may need to be re-programmed. I stopped by and they checked the key. "Sorry your key is broken you will need to order another one" (over $250.00 with programming). I told them the key was fine when I dropped off the car. "Sorry".They also told me I needed some expensive replacement of some suspension bars. My Mini has 49M. I'm going to get another opinion on that one. It doesn't seem right that something like this would be required with so little miles. The whole time I was with the service rep I felt like he was trying to up-sell me at every step.I'm planning on getting a new Mini in the next 12 to 24 months but have serious doubts about dealing with Crevier. I did have a good experience with my salesman Christian Banks and had planned to call him when ready to get a new car. I just hate to reward this dealership with a purchase.

Crevier misdiagnosed my car, changed the starter & charged $1,600. Problem still there... Brought it back they changed another part, next day same problem. Took it back they broke the OBD access cover in the process. Even though the service rep apologized for that and fixed it. The service manager later claimed that I broke it and they fixed it for free as a favor - yah right.. on the 3rd return they attempt to relate the problem on the instrument cluster and charge me another $1000+ I denied and took the car out to a BMW shop. The independent shop diagnosed it in no time, the problem was the ABS all along fixed it for one third of what Crevier charged for uthe nnecessary repair.. yeab.. Crevier is #1 in doing misdiagnoses, over charging & twisting facts.. They're good for nothing, advised all friends and relatives be aware and - STAY AWAY FROM CREVIER -

Stopped by Crevier BMW in Santa Ana and decided on leasing a BMW 328i sedan. Steve was really straight forward and nice. We haggled a little be on the price and Steve decides to bring over the manager. The manager tells us that he can't give us our price of $415 because the dealership would only be making "$6 dollars". The manager, who is a condensing a**, finally relents and we settle on his so called "$6 dollar deal". When it is time to sign the paperwork for the lease, my wife and I are shocked to find that the car has 332 miles on it. My wife and I felt like we had be taken for a ride but having spent so much time there, we decided to buy it if they were willing to give us something in return. Another manager had asked us if we were willing to buy the car if he would give us a free ceramic tint job which was listed for $794 but couldn't have been worth more than $40 to them. My wife and I decided that the tint job would be an ok compromise. 5 mins later, the manager comes back and goes back on his word and tells us the best he can do is to give us the tint job at "cost" which is $300. I tell him that the deal is off so my wife and I leave. On the way out, the original "$6 manager" comes back to try to talk us back into the deal.He tells us that we are leasing the car and 332 miles shouldn't matter. I tell him it's the principle. I tell him that I am leasing a NEW car and not a used car. He repeats over and over again that the dealership is only making "$6 off the deal" and asks me how I would define a new car. I tell him that by definition, something new shouldn't have any miles on it but I understand if a car has 10-15 miles on it due to test driving. A car with 332 miles has been driven for over 5 hours on the freeway or more than 10 hours by local street driving. The prick gets angry and red and tells me that I'm willing to leave after 4 hours of negotiating. I tell him to find me another car with the same options with less mileage and I would be willing make the deal. He tells me 332 miles isn't a big deal. How the heck is this prick going to tell me 332 miles isn't a big deal? The "$6 dollar " manager gets really angry and leaves. After 4 hours of haggling, my wife and I leave the place without a deal. The only person I feel bad for is Steve because he was a genuinely good guy.

I have been trying unsuccessfully for one week now to obtain a refund on what I was told was a $1000. refundable deposit. Apparently this was misrepresented to me. After doing some research I discovered that Crevier has a poor reputation and very low ratings from its customers. The $1000. was processed without my permission (I provided my credit card information in good faith and was told it would not be processed until the sale was agreed upon). We never came to resolution on final price, financing, or shipping of the vehicle as I am out of state.I have already contacted BMW North America to lodge a formal complaint of deceptive business practices at Crevier and will continue to pursue whatever action is available to obtain my refund. All prospective BMW buyers should beware of Crevier BMW and avoid this dealership if purchasing any BMW manufactured product.

I took my 2004 325CIC in to Crevier for some simple service, when it was returned to me it had spots all over the hood and the dealer refused to accept liability. I have always stored my BMW in the garage and it was spotless when I droped it off. Looks like I will have to sue them in small claims court.STAY AWAY FROM CREVIER!!!!

I bought my 2005 Z4 from Crevier and when it came time for service I took it back to them. They were very nice and even called me to comfirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment I was late due to the drive from The Empre. I was given a 325i as a loaner. My Z4 had to stay over night and I was able to take the loaner home. The next day, I picked up my Z4. Everyone was nice and friendly and I never waited more than 20 seconds before someone would ask if I needed help. I was treated like royalty.

These are my latest thoughts on my recent M Coupe purchase:I can't say who is to blame for the event happening. Everyone blames everyone else. It's probably BMW NA's fault. But it doesn't matter who started it. What matters is when you make a promise, you KEEP the promise! If there are no consequences for breaking a deal, then all of what holds society together starts to break down. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Here is the forum thread that chronicals the hold: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/showthread.php?t=169519&highlight=Coupes+holdCrevier told me the delivery date range. Then I pointed out the forum thread about about the hold, asking if my car was effected - THREE WEEKS before the delivery date. I was told that the hold did not effect my car's delivery. Their story never changed, despite my repeated queries, until two days AFTER the car was supposed to be delivered. Then I was told, guess what, your car is on hold, we're so sorry, we'll "make things right". After three more weeks of "We don't know when it will be released.", I was told it was delivered and ready to be picked up. So, let's "make things right", right? This started by offering me $25 less than the amount I lost just on the interest on the money I had paid them, based on the promise of driving home in the car that Sunday, and in the form of credit to their parts counter. I told Frank that the bare minimum was a check to me for $150, as that was my lost interest, or else we'd be going to court. But if he really wanted to "make it right" he would compensate me for the wear and tear on my M5 during the hold, and for the extra month I paid to store my Mustang to make room for the Coupe, based on what he himself had told me. But he fell back on the "but we gave you such a good deal" BS. He also claimed that BMW NA told him nothing about the hold, no doubt so he COULD blame them once I (and others) got screwed. But that's not my fault or my problem. BMW, through Frank as their agent, made a contract with me for $. Then they broke their contract. It doesn't matter if it was at the dealership level, the national level, or the intergalactic level. The customer should be compensated first, THEN the inner factions of BMW can figure out how to divide up the penance. But they don't care about their customers, not on the dealership level, not on the national level, and not on the corporate level. The only reason I own any BMW (and I own 3) is because no one else makes a better driver's car. But in the future, they will be my last consideration instead of my first, specifically because of how they treat their customers. Crevier lost a customer, and so did BMW because of them, for not wanting to part with $300 on a $52,000 deal as compensation for screwing a customer.

I took my 540iT in to: 1) check the oil quality due to the previous radiator problem, 2) Replace the windshield weatherstripping, 3) replace a cracking engine belt, 4) check a PDC sensor. All these were done on time and I went to pick up the car friday night at 6:30pm. The car had already been brought to the front, and having key in-hand I told my family to proceed to dinner and I'd meet them there. Then the problems started...Immediately upon starting the car I got a transmission failure warning. The car was taken back to the shop for diagnosis. While waiting, I discovered in the paperwork that the techs checked the oil LEVEL and not it's QUALITY as I had specifically asked. After waiting a while I walked back into the shop (being agitated at being late for dinner, the last with my wife for the long weekend due to a conference in San Diego). The tech stated that the battery had been low, they charged it a bit, and it should be further charged by driving. He did not explain WHY the battery was low. FYI: We have had NO previous problems with the battery or charging system. Anyway, now very late for dinner I set off, only to discover my gas tank was nearly empty, the computer stating that I had a range of 19 miles. How much idling did my car do at Crevier??? Did they joyride in it??? My paperwork does not show the odometer reading when it was dropped off. Luckily I had enough gas to get to dinner, but everyone else had already eaten and were about to leave in order to get to San Diego on time. Also, I noticed that both the rear windows had been left down a crack (not enough to see easily). Luckily I discovered this before the rain hit on Saturday. Why had they been lowered???p.s. That's now seven times in a row that Crevier has done something bad to one of my cars during service. SEVEN!p.p.s. The PDC had been "chewed on" and was thusly not elligable for warranty repair. I was quoted at least $260 (two hours labor) to pop it out and solder the wires together. I think this is rediculous, as it should only take about a 1/2 hour, hence my "1" rating for pricing.

I ran my mini-cooper through water during the rainy season this winter, and ended up having $8500 in damage (water got into the pistons and bent the pistonshaft, and made a hole in the engine block. I bought the car from autoland, but I took the car to crevier to have it fixed (because I had a good experience previously with there service when the window motor in my driver's side door siezed up). They took an unusually long time to get the parts to fix the engine (in fact they ordered the wrong part at first), so they appoligized for the delay and gave me a loaner 325i even though I didn't buy my car from them and was under 21 at the time! During the process, they called me several times with conflicting information (one person left a message saying the car was fixed, then someone else left a message saying it wasn't), but I quickly figured out that the only person that was on top of things was Tess, my service advisor, so I just ignored everyone else and listened to her. When I finally got the car back, someone in the service department had torn the driver's seat. Crevier immediately offered to replace the seat for free, had a loaner waiting (!) when I dropped off my car again. When I finally got the car back, the electronics controlling the CVT transmission failed, and I had to take the car in again. Crevier again had a loaner waiting. During this time I had gotten behind on my car payments (1 month) and when I returned to Crevier to pick up my car they couldn't find it! Crevier called to report the car stolen and found that it had been repo'd. They appoligized to me (!) for allowing the car to be taken off their lot, and unoffically allowed me to keep their loaner another day while I got my mini back. (I paid 1200 to the finance company and got it back the next day). After this, my mini had the same electrical problem two more times, and each time, I took the car in as soon as I noticed the problem (I called only about 15 minutes ahead) and Tess had a loaner waiting for me the minute I arrived. Ultimately, the electrical problem kept coming back and I eventually traded in the car for another (a 325xi). Overall, Crevier's customer service (at least is my experience) was OUTSTANDING. Their only downfall is that their technicians don't seem to be very good. I would recommend this dealership because although their service time and quality is just average, their customer service is excellent, and their sheer willingness to help in every way possible can turn a frustrating service nightmare into something tolerable.Oh, and all I ever paid them was the $500 deductible on my insurance (for the water damage). Everything else was fixed under warrenty, no problems.

Went in for brake inspection. I stated sounds like poor front brakes, I thought needed change. Also, they wanted to charge me for fan replacement at $960. Service advisor stated brakes are ok at this time. Then, I went to Desert BMW, they stated front brakes do need be changed and that the fan replacement would cost $514 which includes labor. Crevier totally misdiagnosed my brake inspection & wanted to overcharge me for the fan replacement. I totally felt they were dishonest with me. Salespeople are great, service advisor and service manager were totally unprofessional.

My previous experience with this guy was positive. Guess I caught him on a bad day, but still no excuse. Took my M3 in for the rod bearing recall. Was pointed out on a previous visit that my strut bar was broken all the way through. Instead of asking if I wanted to buy a new strutbar, and they would install it for free while the engine was already out, those knucklheads put my broken bar back on.<br><br>very unprofessional. and they have the nerve to ask for 5s every time you pick up your car.

When I dropped my car off the interior trim was fine. The service person called me and told me my trim on the inside looked a little loose and they could fix this for $990. When I picked up my car the trim was falling off. In addition my car was not washed and there were grease marks on this front and back window.

Crevier has been able to fix problems with my car after another dealership had the car for days and claimed they couldn't recreate the noises and malfunctions. This really makes me wonder if all BMW mechanics, foremen and shop directors receive the same training. The service at Crevier is excellent and I am extremely satisfied. Albert called when he said he would and kept me regularly appraised on the progress of my car. The folks in their parts department are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Theresa, Vaheh and Art are the parts staff I have dealt with. Despite being a bit out of my way, I have decided to stick with Crevier for excellent service.

Returned their called, that person asked if he could call me back. Never did. Oh well, ended up getting my car at New Century BMW.

I had Inspection I, II performed at Crevier BMW. Each time they overfilled engined oil.(putting 7quarts instead of 5.5...) The problem starts with the service advisors's B.S...I told Chris Woodley(my advisor) to extract some of the oil...but he did not even know how many quarts of oil M3 requires...He then refused to do it, saying it was a typo!! So I suggested to check the dip stick...yes, it showed they overfilled. Chris then went to talk with mechanics in service depart, still trying to prove that I was wrong or something...then I really started to get pissed off! Hey, did Imention they overfilled twice already? Anyways, Chris told me that he extracted some oil and it's good to go. So I came backhome and a few days later I check dip stick again. Guess what, oil still overfilled...WTF So I went back to the dealer and addressed the issue to Chris. He said that he never acknowledged the overfill before and said the infamous statement again...."it was a typo". Well I had it enough and left. But I wouldn't recommend anybody going to Crevier BMW...Just look out guys....

What a difference! Also answered all of my questions regarding extended warranty.<br>As with most cars, I had a couple of minor issues (small trim pieces, etc) that were discovered after purchase. I now have an expensive sports car I cannot drive on public streets because the sales managers have been stringing me along for months about getting the DMV paperwork squared away. Each sales manager tells me a different story (sounds like somebody lying?) about how "Dara" is on top of it and getting it straightened out. Talked to Dara today, and she says she's sorry but she has so many DMV problems backed-up she's not familiar with mine, and that NEITHER sales manager has spoken to her about the problems, and that she's taken NO ACTION to date. My recommendation: If you want a pre-owned BMW, buy it out of the paper, have a BMW-Certified mechanic check it out. If you need financing, go to your bank or credit union. You'll save a few thousand, and the so-called convenience, "Crevier Difference" service, and protection of buying from a reputable dealer are actually negatives at this dealership -- not something you should have to pay through the nose for, as you will at Crevier. Be careful out there!

Although they are good at diagnosing problems with your BMW, they are not the nicest dealer for service. After having gone to them for years and paid for service on a total of 8 BMW's they have absolutely no regard for satisfaction of a return customer. Zero. Ziltch. My car was just over warranty and had a minor interior trim issue that was a problem for 1-2 months, but I didn't have time to go to the dealer and leave the car there all day (they don't give loaners and I work too far away for their shuttle service) until the car was just over warranty (like 2 days). And they wouldn't fix the problem! Unbelieveable! I asked them about the many other times I've used them for service in Orange County, all the ca$h I spent there, etc. <br>"Sorry it's out of warranty" was the parrot like reply. <br><br>I EVEN SHOWED HIM THE BMW SERVICE BULLETIN STATING THE EXISTENCE OF THE PROBLEM AND WHAT BMW RECOMMENDS TO DO FOR A FIX. UNDER WARRANTY. His only reply was where did I get a copy of that service bulletin!!!<br><br>This guy would make a great NAZI!<br><br>The other work they performed cost a fortune. I'll never ever ever go there again not even for a fucking $0.05 washer (which by the way, with their grossly inflated pricing would cost $49.95)<br><br>The interesting thing is that I never received a call from BMW regarding evaluating this service. Hmmm? I would bet money that they didn't report it because they knew that I would give them a bad review.<br><br>Overall, they are on par with Assael (Asshole) BMW as a dealer to completely avoid for service. Keep in mind that Bob Smith BMW still wins as the worst dealer for BMW service on planet earth.

The salesperson and the service rep were fine, but the dealership scores very high on the incompetancy scale. They lost my contact information several times. They lied to me about a number of things (the order status, where the car was, what was done to it, what I was owed, whether they'd attempted to contact me or not....... the list goes on). My car was delivered undetailed and without the requisite tank of gas. When I returned for it, I was made to wait an additional 4 hours over the promised time. When I got the car back, it was very dirty and it was apparent that the detailers had been driving the car with the handbrake on.<br><br>The service technicians were incompetant as well - of 6 issues I identified, they claimed to have fixed 5. I get the car home to find only two had been dealt with.<br><br>I'm not going back to them for anything, and highly recommend others avoid them as well. I don't care how polite you are to me if you can't get the job done. Please, get me someone who can.

First time I went to Crevier interested in X5, I drove in with my friend's X5. We got a nice test drive and presentation.<br><br>Second time I went to crevier by myself wearing normal work clothes, I had to wait 15-20 min before the CA came out, I called and made an appt to go in. He wouldn't even go over the price with me, and talked with me at the side door. His name was danny nguyen, dont deal with him if he still works there.<br><br>Third time I went to Crevier because I was ready to purchase. A random CA (gaby) just let us take a 4.4 X5 out by ourselves even though I've driven all the X5's already. I was ready to make a deal for the car and made several offers, but they couldn't do $2500 under MSRP. But service was very good despite the fact. I ended up going elsewhere and got $4100 off MSRP. But would still recommend the dealership.

Excellent service from their service & parts dept! They know their stuff! I drove 40 miles passing 4 dealerships to see their award winning service I keep hearing about on Bimmer Roadfly! Their service was great for my first oil change! Their parts dept is the best! They hosted in April 2003, an X5 owner post sale convention in Indio, CA. Crevier arranged the tech session, giveaways, promotions, the best food, and a great time! They do this for non Crevier customers as well - treating you very well! I'll buy my next BMW from Crevier! What a great eye opening dealership located among a sea of other dealers in the Santa Ana Auto mall! Well worth the drive !

Purchased our 3rd car (03 M3 Coupe) this month and had a wonderful experience with our client advisor, Joe Prado. Would certainly recommend.<br><br><br>One downside is a longer than average wait if you wish to custom order an 'in demand' car such as an ///M series. I had to wait approx 1 year.
