He sat down with me and ran the numbers for vehicles I was interested in. He found a car that worked best for my circumstances that wasn't what I originally wanted. I ended up loving the car he suggested and the next day came in and made the purchase. Mike was awesome and made the process stress-free. He even cleaned out my old car while I filled out paperwork. My 11 year old TSX left me stranded late on a Friday evening with a bad starter. I had it towed to Criswell Acura that night. Was promptly called the next day by David the service manager. They determined quickly it was my starter and gave me a reasonable price to repair. I needed a loaner car to get to work. David went out of his way to ensure I had transportation, and arranged a loaner car quickly. Furthermore kept me informed the entire time my car was in the shop. David went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. With a costly repair and having my car there for a week or so- he kept in contact almost daily to give me a status on part arrivals, to include contacting me after the tornado went through the area to tell me my car was safe. I mean- come on- he didn’t have to do that after the tornado passed within .25 mile of the dealership. David represents the best of what customer service can be and has ensured that as long as I own an Acura I’ll be taking it to Criswell. When I picked up my car, he worked in a bit of a discount which was a welcome surprise. Frankly I won’t go anywhere else with my Acura. Thank you to David and Criswell for the great service and legitimately putting the customer first.

I blew a tire coming over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on my way to Philadelphia. I couldn't find a tire at 3 stores. I called Criswell Acura and backtracking on my trip was well worth it! We just purchased a new RDX from Criswell Acura in Annapolis and couldnt be happier with the vehicle and the purchasing process. This will sound odd, but purchasing a vehicle is not ONLY about the best price. Dont get me wrong, a good price is extremely important but so is the way customers are treated by the dealership and salesman. When buying a new vehicle, one would expect to be treated well -- Criswell Acura did just that (unlike some other dealers that we visited). Nate Chapelle, our salesman made our car buying experience pleasurable exactly what it should be when you are spending that much money. Nate is exceptionally professional, polite, respectful, and responsive. He is very knowledgeable about Acura products, lives up to his promises, and is not pushy. He explained the options, but let us make the decisions. As promised, Nate expedited our sale had everything pre-prepared, the vehicle cleaned, along with a full tank of gas, no waiting around, no trying to sell us extras, and we completed the entire transaction in about an hour. This is almost unheard of! When we drove away, we could not believe how fortunate we were to find a dealer like Criswell, and A salesman like Nate. We will highly recommend this dealership to any of our friends and family, and are happy to tell them about our wonderful experience.

I just want to say the professionalism and knowledge of Gerry Jackson is the best I've ever experienced (while buying a car)! My 2012 Acura TL was recalled because of an airbag issue. I didn't want to buy another car as sometimes the car buying experience can be a COMPLETE nightmare and waste of time. Not at Criswell Acura. Gerry not only answered all my questions about the recall but his knowledge of the product (2016 TLX Technology) was very impressive! Gerry didn't pressure me (which I HATE) was very patience, and had the "what can I do for you" attitude!! If you are in the market for a new Acura I would highly recommend going to Criswell!!!

I purchased my 3rd Acura this month from Criswell Acura. Paul Daley and Lamont Randal were the best! Paul was wonderful and worked with my crazy end of year work schedule in trying to get this sale done. No constant phone calls and working via emails worked for me and he knew all about the product he was selling. Lamont Randal stepped in when Paul was off and wrapped things up with ease and attention to details. I felt like they really wanted me in the car that I had chosen. After buying two Acuras from another dealership, I am now a Criswell customer and happy to be one. I would recommend them highly.

This was one of my best car buying experience. I was there with 3 kids to buy the car and was not sure how I was going to handle the buying while managing the kids. Sales Associate Kevin Cramer made it possible. Kevin offered my kids some juice and chips while I checked out the car. Took the whole family on the test drive. He even hung out with the kids while I was busy with the finance manager getting the financing paperwork done. Even though the whole transaction took about 2 and a half hours, it was one of the best car buying experience I had.

Went to the dealership to look at a Q5 diesel today and was not even given the time of day by the sales person. He mumbled his name, and did not even want to show me the vehicle. When he did show me i had to ask him to unlock it and he even shrugged off my questions. Little did he know i was looking to buy today, but guess he did not care. I went down the road to the Mercedes dealer, who i would recommend to anyone by the way. Good luck if you're trying to buy from these people.

I recently purchased my TL and just had my first maintenance taken care of. It was great! Called on short notice and was provided options (the one I took advantage of was "get here before 3 pm and I'll have you out in about an hour"). Not only was Mark very personable and professional but he also saved me time (out in less than an hour) and money (my actual cost came to be less than the estimate quoted). In the title of this review I mentioned "Our" Guy, well my wife gets her MDX serviced here and highly recommended Mark. I am a firm believer in first impressions forming a lasting impression. Accurate, fast, friendly, informative, and, above all else, honest. While their costs are higher than you might pay at some private shops, they are not outrageously so and I find I'm more than happy to pay the little extra to get the service Criswell provides.

The only "hiccup" in my repair experience concerned getting a new airbag for my A8's back seat. It turned out the airbag had to come from Germany. My car was at the service department for 2 weeks which seemed to be on the long side. That said, I was provided with a Q5 for the whole time which may well have convinced my husband and I to consider buyinig one if we decide to replace our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our service advisor Ray Johns, went out of his way to keep us informed about the status of our A8's service. in addition, he had the car detailed and had it driven back to our home in Tolchester, MD (about 1 hour 15 minutes away) when all the service was completed.

The work in question was performed on my 2004 Acura TL (about 135000 miles) and involved replacement of the timing belts, water pump, and accessory drive belts, a four-wheel alignment, and a major engine tuneup (total cost of about $1400). Service and the management of the repair by the service representative was as always excellent. Criswell's service department is the best that I have ever used (to put this in context I am a retired engineer and have worked as a auto mechanic and am probably not easy to please-- I now do all of the work on my wife's BMW Z3 because of my lack of satisfaction with the work performed my my local BMW dealer). If I did purchase another Acura (I currently own two, one of which was a replacement for a third Acura) it would be for the most part because of the quality of Criswell's service department. On the negative side of my experience with the Acura brand, I purchased my 2004 TL new and was very dissatisified with the Factory's district representative's response (ie authorization of repairs) to obvious factory quality problems (defects and poor workmanship) and will probably not pay the premium associated with another new Acura purchase. My last two Acura purchases have been previously-owned, ie with enough mileage so you can see what if any problems the factory believes are "normal conditions" Richard Savio

Called Ray Johns for issue with tire inflation and scheduled appontment immediately. Once at facility Ray and tech explained issue and offered new tire change at competative price. Sevice was done timely to my satisfaction and A 5 Cabriolet was presented clean and sparkling. In addition, the facility was clean and the selection of individual coffee is a plus. I needed a replacement coffee mug and the parts person was very responsive. Thanks.

I rarely, if ever, post a review. And, like many people, if I do feel the urge to post, it's usually because I need to tell the world how I was wronged. You see, I'm "too busy" (cough!) to post anything nice, but somehow I can find plenty of time to complain. But, not this time. My experience with Criswell Audi was very smooth, and I owe it to the service team to take some time to write my positive comments. From the first phone contact to handing back the loaner keys, it was a quick, painless process. And, unlike some service centers, they didn't make me feel unwanted or deny me a complimentary loaner car just because I didn't buy my Audi from them, but in hindsight I should have. My Service Advisor, Michael Lynn, struck the perfect balance of professional and friendly while quickly and adeptly taking care of my wife's Audi. I felt he genuinely valued my time, and it was important for him to put me back on the road as quickly as possible. During my two visits, I spent a total of about 15-20 minutes in the service area. I bought my Audi in Alexandria in 2010 however felt comfortable with the service at the Annapolis Audi due to the professionalism of the staff and willingness to ensure the customer is well informed, efore, during and after the service, top notch. Loaner caars have been offered depending on the work being done and your schedule. I live in Waldor however drive out of my way to get service at this dealership all based on the quality of service provided. Keep up the great work.

This dealer took a deposit from us for a vehicle on order and promised it by a specific date. Five days after the date had passed they told us they'd sold the vehicle to another customer. Do not do business with them. Both the dealers and their managers will break their promises and will not honor their contracts.

While traveling from NC to NY, I ended up needing to have my brakes replaced on my Audi Q7, while staying with family in Davidsonvile. They recommended Criswell Audi. I purchased my Acura in Virginia and would always take it there to be serviced however in the last few years though I was hesitant at first, I decided to take it to Criswell Acura on West Street and I can't say enough about them. Mark Scherger is the best and Tom "Junior" is the tops in my book. If I ever have questions or concerns Mark and Junior are always there to answer them and put me at ease. The reception area is always clean and offers it's customers coffee, water, fresh fruit and treats. From the moment you pull your vehicle in with the attendant who takes your car to the end when you pick your car up they always make you feel special. But the most important thing is they take great care of your vehicle. It is so hard to find a good mechanic and one you can trust. Mark and Junior have never let me down and I would recommend them highly as well as the dealership. Thank you all for the excellent customer service; it really does keep people coming back. After trading in my Audi A-6 to purchase an Acura TL, I was contacted by the management to ensure that I was happy with the car. When I confessed to being challenged by the advanced technology, an appointment was made for additional training at my convenience. My sales representative met with me immediately. Most questions were efficiently addressed. For the rest, on-site resources were accessed for collaboration and the service department made room in their schedule to inspect and address the one question that required their input. All staff at all levels were remarkably personable and accommodating. This impression has been reinforced on multiple occasions through years of Audi ownership. It is great to see that it extends to the Acura division as well.

Customer service is the number concern at Criswell Acura. Easy to make an appointment and estimated time of completion is always accurate. Waiting room facilities are very comfortable with complimentary snacks, water, coffee and juice. They give you an accurate pricing estimate up front. This dealership has restored my faith in having the authorized dealer do the repairs versus an independent shop. They get the repairs right the first time!

We've been coming to Criswell for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed by either the Service Department or the Sales Department. Buying a car here is a great experience! Getting you car serviced here is the same: The mechanics are all topflight (I've been around cars all my life and have talked with these folks on many, many occasions) and they have all been here for years and years. If you've never driven an Acura you should try one. So, if you are going to get and Acura or looking for the best service Criswell is the place to go! We now live 20 miles from Annapolis and still go to Criswell. .

This is my third Acura TL. Acura has done an outstanding job of producing a comfortable, reliable, and attractive car with excellent performance . My one complaint is the Nav system which does not recognize many long standing addresses and locations. It is so bad that I would recommend buying the car without Nav.

Approximately 2 years ago I purchased a brand new Acura TL from Criswell and after some adjustments on both ends we were able to come a consensus. Both parties were satisfied! Over the past two years i've been taking my car to Criswell, which is an hour from where I reside. The service is worth the drive. The waiting room is exceptional and the service technicians actually do a wonderful job as well. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with the service department. They also follow up with you as well, which is few and far in between. More importantly, they are honest. That is crucial in this day and age given the amount of dealerships looking to profit off of your lack of knowledge. It says a lot about the organization and their willingness to provide class A service. Thanks again for a pleasurable experience.

Your service department does a great job in repairing cars, bur is almost impossible to get through to on the the phone. Calls are put on hold for extended periods of time, then a message is taken and if your lucky, you might hear back in a couple of hours. This really leaves a bad taste in the mouth of someone who has paid a lot of money for a car and is paying dealer service prices to maintain his car. He called took time to call and tell me some important things about my car and suggested what needed to be done (which I did) and my car was still promised to me on time, it was washed and waiting for me when I got there. Everyone was super nice, but for a car with 19,000 miles, I thought $222.00 was outragious for basically an oil change!!!!!!!!!!!! (It was a B1 service...but why does a car need all the checks with only 19,000 miles (especially since it was purchase at 15,000 miles....so all the checks were done 4,000 miles prior! May have considered a different car had I known this. Even my mercedes upkeep was cheaper!

There is nothing cozy or inviting to this service location but I was impressed by how quickly I was able to get in, drop off my car and hop in my loaner. When I called later in the afternoon the service man informed me my car was done -- however I never received a call from him letting me know this... That would have been appreciated. If you have to stay and wait for your maintenance, don't expect much. Also my car was not washed or vacuumed inside upon receiving it after service. Audi of Chantilly always did this and it was just a nice feeling to get into a clean car after paying for service. Criswell should step up their game in that department. I highly recommend Ray -- I did not work with him this most recent experience but I have in the past and he is by far the best service writer on the Criswell staff. Also, I noticed my license plate cases were removed and replaced with Criswell ones... I am not the type to mind that too much because I really dislike Audi of Alexandria where my car was purchased from but I think it would be nice to ask before doing so... Anyways, it was easy, quick and painless. Also used a coupon which always makes you feel a little bit better about going to the dealer for service.

Customer Services is fine, however, I get the impression that the service department does not want you to come in with repairs or maintenance without an appointment and I am always told that I may have to leave my car to get needed repairs before the car is even seen and need to make an appointment to a loaner car. This is really frustrating, so for my normal maintenance I take my car to Honda, who take my car right in and perform what ever service is needed. They just can not do my warranty work if needed. Please note I live quite a distance from the dealership. Also, every time I bring in my car for repair, there is always something left undone or a mishap that brings me back for a fix that was caused by the service department. The front seats in my car were replaced, well they were not put on by a machine so the leather seat covers were rinkle and did not fit properly, back to the service department, next I took my car in for a window repair, nothing was found wrong, so a couple of months later I take the car in for a window repair because the window will not function. The window is repaired, however, now there is a piece of plastic hanging out of the door. So, now I have to travel back to have the door opened and the plastic put back in place. The wait time was short this time.

Had a rattle develop in the right front of my Acura (concerned me, Acuras don't rattle), called Mark Scherger, brought it in Friday evening and got it back Saturday with new upper control arm bushings, 130,000 miles and the rattle's gone, it's as tight as a new car again. Service was excellent as usual, standard when you're dealing with Mark. Workmanship was also excellent, never have to bring it back when it's serviced on West Street. This is why I will buy another Acura from Criswell, when I trade next.

35000 mile service was without incident. No problems. Condition of the shop on the other hand was poor. Customer has view of the repair facility while waiting for repairs to be completed. What I observed was simply unacceptable. Employee drinking fountain was adjacent to clean up sink. Consequently drinking fountain was a muddy mess, unsuitable to being used. Trash cans were overflowing with excess simply spilling onto the floor. Employee work stations were in a state of disarray with tools, rags, etc. everywhere. The service manager came and went to the shop several times while I was there. The condition of the shop didn't seem to bother him. I mentioned the shop condition to the service rep who helped me. He did point out who the person responsible for the shop was but didn't seem too concerned that conditions were so poor. Audi is an upscale vehicle so I expect excellence throughout the system. A big disappointment here.

I've owned my RDX that I purchased from Criswell for almost 2 years now. Only until recently did I start visiting their service department, I've always been the "oh I can take care of that on my own and save myself lots of money" type of person. Boy am I kicking myself after only 3 recent visits to their service department. My first visit was for a routine oil change. Synthetic oil and filter change, plus labor I found to only be a matter of $5-$10 more than me doing it myself, depending on how much you can find the oil for at your local auto parts store. Not only saving myself the time and trouble, I was also able to work while waiting in the lobby utilizing Criswells complimentary wifi. My second visit was for a strange noise from the under carriage. The initial visit did not solve the problem, and I was a little upset. NOT TO WORRY, a follow up visit one week later solved the problem, and I did not have to come out of pocket much at all since I was upset that it was the second visit for the same problem. On 2 out of my 3 visits to the dealer, I was provided with an immaculate loaner car to allow me to make it to work. (The only time I wasn't provided one was for an appointment scheduled on the fly to make it before I was headed out of town, at which point I was offered a loaner but the days would have conflicted with my schedule, not the dealers fault. Poor planning on my behalf.) MARK SCHERGER is the service writer you want to see. He is understanding, efficient, professional, and always seeking the best interest of the customer, NOT the highest ticket possible. Start to finish, Criswell Acura's service department, even the gentlemen that shuttle the cars will play a huge decision in my next vehicle purchasing decision and will be the only place to perform work on my RDX because we deserve it.

Smooth drop-off and car was serviced on time (10,000 mile check). Came to pick it up and my car was blocked by a loaner from the dealership and they couldn't find the keys. Waited long time for calls and searches for the keys. Not sure how that could have happened. Not first problem with service coordination. Plus when I bought the car, the sales person told me that they would shuttle to Severna Park but when I asked for it on first service, they said that was out of their range. Sales person has left the company though. Basically told sorry about that.

In my 30 years of car buying and owning experience, Criswell easily sits at the top of dealers. Bought two Acuras there and each experience was a joy. I remember telling the salesman that I wanted to be out in an hour with the car - it took less than that. I've spent more time trying to buy a couch. Love it. The service experience is always top notch. Very friendly, very thorough. Like most dealers, though, they are a bit pricey. And the loaner program can't beat (unless they delivered and picked up!). I purchased my A5 from Criswell Audi in 2008. My Exclusive Service Consultant is Mr. Dick Schiavone. He is always friendly, professional, and definitely customer service oriented. I just had my 55,000 miles service performed and, as usually, am thoroughly satisfied with the excellent results and wonderful customer service. When my car is in for service, he always calls after inspection of the car to discuss/explain any issues. The work is always excellent. I have never had any problems after picking my car up from service. The car is washed and clean inside and out when I get it back. I usually request a loaner with my service appointment so that I can continue my normal workday uninterrupted. The loaners are always new and clean. I certainly trust Mr. Schiavone and the Technical Service Professionals at Criswell to keep my Audi in great operational condition.

I have had my TSX serviced twice now for oil change and tire rotation. I make an appointment to do so.Both times it has taken over an hour to perform this service. Why should I continue to make appointments, only to wait over an hour, when I can go to Jiffly Lube any time, and wait only half the time, and not pay as much for the same service?

I had no real issues with the buying process at this dealership. I have however had issues with the service department. Maybe I am just used to a higher standard of service and workmanship having previously owned a Lexus in Annapolis. To start I basically had to beg the service advisor for a loaner so I didnt have to just sit and do nothing at the dealership. Then when the work was completed I get in my car the first time and see the worst attempt at vaccuming I have ever seen. The second time I got service at the dealership they didnt vaccum at all and they do the worst job washing the car I have ever seen. Pretty sure the car shines more after a light drizzle.

50K checkup for Acura MDX. Mr Sherger clearly spelled out what was going to be done and the cost and when I returned to pick the car up he went over everything. He gave extra attention to the one area that I was concerned about and took it on a test drive to make sure everything was good. Drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy. They even washed the loaner before I took it out because it was sitting under a tree during the night and had lots of flower buds on it. Great service from the entire team. I have to say this is the most reliable car I have ever owned.

Took my A4 here to get serviced at the last minute and the service department, specifically Service Manager Steve Savageaux and Service Advisor Ray, were so accommodating and helpful, which put me at ease since this is the first time I've had to go to an outside dealership to get my car looked at and repaired (my father's been in the car business for more than 30 years, but I currently love out of state.) Despite the fact they were booked for two days, they still took me in right away, had the problem diagnosed and sent me on my way in a complimentary loaner to ensure that I didn't have to wait around all day. Now, one day later, my car is all fixed up and running like new again (no more scary shaking!). Thank you Criswell Audi and your wonderful service team for providing me with such outstanding customer service. I now know where I can go if ever I have another issue with my car.

Everyone was extremely considerate. I was greeted immediately. I only have two minor issues. I had 10 picture frames that I had to transfer from my car to the loaner. It would have been nice if someone offered to help me move the frames. The loaner was ready and in excellent condition. I was told my recall repairs would take about 1 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I called to find out what the status of my work was. I was told by the time I arrived that my car would be ready. I took some extra time and then left for Criswell. I don't understand why nobody called me when it was well past 1 hour and I still had to wait another 15 minutes or so once I arrived. These are relatively small issues and they would not stop me from recommended Criswell. The service area was very clean and all the employees were thoughtful and friendly.

I recently had some recall work done on my 06 Acura MDX. The scheduler told me that they opened up at 7:30AM and that's when I showed up. He is very nice, always greets me with a smile and just has a cheerful and positive attitude. He is very knowledgeable about repair services and always answers all my questions with patience and in great detail. Also, the waiting area is great -- wireless internet, TV, snacks and drinks makes the wait go by fast. I normally would go between Criswell Acura and another Acura delearship in Laurel for repairs during the 2 years I've had my vechicle. The overall customer service is great, the service advisors are very personable and knowledgeable. The other staff appear to be freindly and warm. The accomodations for waiting are small but has the extras you would expect in a high end dealership. The complimentary inspection was great and the available exterior wash was nice. If you are in a hurry, be sure to tell them and they make all the necessary adjustments to get you in and out in a hurry.

The ambience is fantastic, the coffee and other snacks are always ready and available. Very friendly service with input from all involved. Could not have been a better experience. They supplied a clean loaner & met my schedule requirements. I will definitely make the 2 hour trip back to Annapolis for my next service. There are dealers closer, but none better.

I had a difficult time scheduling service. I called two mornings in a row and was sent back to the service department and to voicemail. I left a voice message on the first morning for Dick, I never received a return call. Once schduled, I was in and out in a day and was provided a free loaner vehicle. As is normal, once I was scheduled, my experience was great. Follow up by service rep and quick turn around was great.

I brought my car to Criswell for the 45,000 mile service and, once again, it was superb. Ray, the service manager who takes care of my car, is exceptional. He goes above and beyond to be sure that I have a loaner. He reviews past service records to be sure everything is up to date. He always calls to discuss any service so there are never surprises. As long as Ray is in the service department, I will continue to deal with Criswell.

I kept getting a service light, so, on a whim, I called to see if I could stop by to get it checked. Not only did they take care of my car at my convenience, but they gave me a loaner car to use.

I bought my 2007 RL from Criswell in 2006. After repairs at the Criswell collision center the control for lowering the headrests no longer worked. It was recommended that I take it to the dealership after they were unable to find the problem. At the dealership they thought it could be something simple, but did not stop until they found the problem an hour later. I truly appreciated the concern and caring attitude by the service department.

Arrived for an unscheduled service and was promptly attended to and offered a loaner car til my car had completed service. Staff were very efficient and polite. I am very happy with Criswell Acura service and would not trust another service operation to work on my car.

I recently had company in town and a punctured tire. My well-laid plans for the weekend would have ruined. The people at Criswell Acura managed to work me into their busy Saturday morning service schedule, put on a new tire, and had me (and my company) back on the road in about an hour. Thanks to Mark and all the service folks!

Why purchase or service an Acura anywhere else. This is a dealership that just does it all right. Sales, finance, service, follow up, Criswell will probably be the last car dealer I ever ail have the privilege of working with. Even if I move to Seattle! Great folks with the best product. Overall I would rate Criswell Audi service department excellent. I've had two times where I've brought my car (2009 A4) to them and been pleased when I left. Dick Schiavone is top notch when it comes to communication. I've had to call only once when he didn't call has expected but even that was a miscommunication on my part. I will continue to bring my car to their service department.

Unexpectedly our schedule changed and we had a window of opportunity to have my wife's A5 Cabriolet our second Audi serviced. I called Ray Johns on the outside chance he could help us out. As usual Ray said bring it in and we'll work it out. We were provided a loaner, and the service was very professional. Hats off to Ray for helping us on the spur of the moment. Thank You

Once again and as usual, the quality of Criswell service on my 2010 Audi Q5 last Saturday was superb. I certainly have come to expect this because I have an excellent service advisor in Ray Johns. Both my wife and I have Criswell Audis and we would not consider having our cars serviced anywhere else so long as Mr. Johns is our service advisor. My appointment was easy to make even after I had to cancel a Thursday appointment due to illness. Service was performed in a timely manner and within the time frame that Mr. Johns mentioned. I would liken Mr. Johns' attention to his customers to that of attention given by a concierge in a quality hotel. I know that Criswell employs highly qualified technicians to service vehicles. My wife and I had been loyal Criswell Acura owners for years and always had those vehicles serviced at Criswell. In 2010 we moved to the Audi franchise at Criswell. Since then Ray Johns has been our service advisor. While it is important to have competent service technicians in the back, so to speak, it is much more important to have such a good will ambassador up front who makes you feel welcome, treats you with respect, and always a warm welcome and smile when you call or arrive for service. Customers like us do not deal with the service technicians in the back. We deal with the service advisor up front. Ray Johns is the epitome of professional service management. With all due respect to George Criswell, I think even he would have a difficult time filling Ray's shoes.

Getting service from Crisswell Acura is a breeze. Checkin in fast, they have a comfortable waiting area with free wifi for people like me who need to work while I wait for service. They got me out in a very reasonable period of time and took the time to review all aspects of the service with me. This is the first dealer I ever felt like going back for service time and again because they do it right and treat the customers very well.

Have purchased a number of Acura's over the years from Criswell and their Customer Service and Repair quality and fairness is a key reason we keep coming back! While the Acura, for us, has been a low maintenance vehicle we value the quality and fairness of the service side just as much as the car itself - both have been outstanding! while we go right to Chris Thomas for all our repair work we have found all who we meet to be excellent as well.

This is my second experience with Criswell, and both have been stellar. Their customer service is unparalleled. The first time, they had no loaner car, so one of their drivers made sure I made my hair appointment on time. The car always hums when returned after servicing at Criswell. The Service department at Criswell Audi is great. Since 2003 I have been working with Dick Schavonie as my service rep. and he always goes above and beyond any expectations I may have. If you are new to using Criswell Audi's service department I would recommend that you ask for Dick as your service rep. As for the dealership side, my experience with them has not been great. They always have sales people working but, hardly ever is their anyone to look at your car for trade-in value. Then when you finally get someone to look at it for trade-in value they usually low ball the price. After you decline the offer they call you every month asking if you are ready to buy a new Audi (very annoying).

Beware. Poor customer service. Poor customer communications. So much for the 'Audi Experience'... Put a down payment on a new car order. Waited a month for an order status and the finally had to go into the dealership only to be told the car really wasn't ordered but they would look for another one and get back to me asap. When the salesperson, Adam, did not, reached out yet again and was contacted by the sales manger. Was told first that it was too late to configure the color/features and then told it went to someone else. After being told I'd have to wait 2 weeks just toe get a new order status from their system and then yet another week I ended up 2 months later with nothing. Buy somewhere else. Buy something else.
