This was my first time using your dealership for my 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. I worked with Dina B. and she was awesome. I came in with many questions and very needy with it being my first time in. She accommodated all my needs and was able to answer all my questions professionally. She is still working on finding a part that was out of service for me. I bought 2 Corvettes and have had both serviced through The Chantilly Criswell but I am happy to use your location after the service I received from Dina B.

I purchased a Colorado from this dealer while living out of state. Chris Morgan was the sales person who took care of me and he was amazing and was able to set up the sale even with us living out of state. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone at the dealership was fantastic and very helpful. I especially liked how when I asked for the out the door price of the Colorado that I was interested in, Chris gave us the information and even worked to get us the most discounts for which we were eligible! There was no negotiating or price changes when we got to the dealer and the sale proceeded smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership!

Service was great!! Right from the beginning, I was taken-in and accepted... car and all. The service department kept me informed of my vehicles progress and even offered me coupons lowering my cost. We had a nightmare scenario that our service advisor handled perfectly for us - the A/C on my Suburban died when we were fewer than 300 miles away from 100k miles and the end of our warranty, and we were leaving for vacation the next day. Charles coordinated with the warranty company to ensure that the work would be covered and indeed, it was. Charles has helped us on other visits and has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied with each visit. We are grateful for the excellent service!

Richard Beckett and his Criswell are crew are excellent. This is the third vehicle I have purchased through him. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful in the search process because the car I wanted is not typically on their lot. He also took steps to make sure the car was thoroughly inspected by both MD and the manufacturer so the original warranted would convey. I’ll be back for future car purchases, no doubt!
