Service was great. I bought from Criswell due to the excellent service dept. team which we have used from the previous 2 dealerships. They were bought by Criswell and they were kept on. It's rare that I would recommend a service dept. at a dealer but Dave & Amber along with the rest of the crew have taken care of us on the last 5 Jeeps. Karl the salesman was great as well as was the rest of the team. Based on my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their Jeep dealership.

Our Dodge Dakota was driven in for service by Tim Neff, neighbor, and service was performed in a satisfactory manner. He then drove it back to us that evening, We will continue using Criswell service for our needs. I was able to make the appointment to have an oil change and Inspection performed in a timely and courteous manner.

Every one at Criswell Woodstock are exceptional. Very Customer Service oriented. First and only time I can remember purchasing a vehicle without all the back and forth. Easiest purchase, ever. Go see Kim, Jennifer and Carl. You wont be sorry!!!

Recently had issues with my Jeep. Took it to a dealership in Front Royal and had a horrible experience. Long story short, my vehicle was never fixed after having to wait a couple weeks for an appointment. I called Criswell in Woodstock and they got me in the very next day. Dave called me in the afternoon and told me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and told me it was fixed and ready to go! It is unreal how easy it was to get in touch with someone at Criswell. There were no long hold times and I didn't have to end up leaving a message. Will 100% be taking my Jeep back here for any work needed to be done.

I went in there thinking I would not get a truck but came out with a a great truck, with low mileage and great price, I had tried other dealerships but they all told me I could get a truck because of the negative equity but Karl did great as a salesman and provided me with all the info and helped me understand the whole process, I would definitely be recommending friends and family to here. Ask for Karl if you go
