So ended up looking for a certain car online and found one did all the transactions online and mail. A viola was amazing easy to work with and quick. Having the car delivered was really cool experience and everything turned out great!!

Five Star Experience from beginning to end!!! Abiola Akintunde was absolutely awesome!! Completely professional, informative, helpful, followed up as promised and most importantly not your typical pushy salesman. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Maserati Ghibli SQ4. The whole process was hassle free. They provided us with a more than fair trade in value for our 2013 Range Rover Sport and matched a competitive price we had received from another dealer on the car. We drove in from out of town, the car was ready to go, the paperwork was ready to sign and the full team was expecting our arrival and greeted us by name as we walked thru the doors. Anastasia Oganov was amazing as well! She was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and had our paperwork ready to sign so we didn't have to waste any time. Omar Stwodah, the General Manager, runs a well oiled machine!! He was super friendly and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner that evening. A BIG THANK YOU to Abiola, Anastasia and Omar for making the experience stress free, flawless and pleasurable!

Being a native New Yorker I naturally wanted the best deal in town and called every Maserati dealership in New York. At one dealer in NYC I got the rude "You need me more than I need you treatment", at another dealer it was " No way we can't go down on sticker", and at yet another dealer it was "trust me your getting the best deal in town" which it clearly wasn't. After a tiring search I found George Liapis at Criswell Maserati in Germantown, Maryland. He said Michael I will do the best of my ability to earn your business, your trust and give you the best price possible. Not only did he do all he said he would but I got First Class Treatment all the way. I was so impressed with George that instead of having my new Maserati shipped up to New York I decided to drive to Germantown to meet George and his associates. Omar the Dealer Manager and Anastasia the Finance Manager were just as pleasant and made my experience worth every mile I drove to meet them. Thank you for a great price and experience Criswell Maserati !!!

I came to the dealership and told them that I was over a year from making a purchase. George still showed me the inventory, toured the facility and took me on a test drive. There was no pressure just a good informative meeting. When I am ready for a purchase I will be sure to buy from Criswell. The entire staff was courteous and made me feel as if my business was appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership. They are top knotch!!!

I bought a pre-owned Grand Cherokee which had been traded in on a Maserati with 24,00 miles on it...but it looked right off the showroom floor. The Chriswell sales specialist, George, was very low key, friendly and eager to please. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic in Virginia for a pre-purchase check, and then arranged for a nearby Jeep dealer (also associated with Chriswell) to accomplish two uncompleted recalls. We took delivery yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the outcome, and would unhesitatingly recommend them...particularly to those in the market for a Maserati, which is obviously their area of expertise. :-)

I purchased a pre-owned Audi A7 from Criswell Maserati in January of 2015. The entire purchase experience was brief and flawless with none of the stereotypical sales pressure or tactics. I felt very comfortable with every staff member, from the general manager to my sales specialist to the gentleman who cleaned and prepped my car. This is a beautiful facility and there is no stuffiness or pretense that one might expect at a luxury/exotic car dealership. I would highly recommend Criswell Maserati to friends or colleagues or anyone in the market for a used car or new/pre-owned Maserati.

Professional, friendly, patient, hassle free, and extremely courteous. After the test drive I negotiated purchase via email/phone and they were very responsive! On the day of picking up the car I walked in at 11:00 and was out by 12:00! Simple as that! I recommend Criswell. And General Manager Omar is first class!

What can I say about these guys? Positive things only. I had been looking for a Maserati Ghibli for the past 4 months or so as my Mercedes' lease was about to run out. This was the second dealer I walked in and the third I was in touch with. George was the first sales associate that greeted us and he was very professional, kind and fun to work with. Omar, the manager was probably one of the most flexible, easy going manager at a car dealership that I've ever seen. I got there, told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay for my Maserati and just like that he worked the numbers out. Dealership is very clean and well organized. Overall, just a positive experience with these guys. Highly recommended.
