After shopping at a few different dealers and experiencing what they were "selling", shopping at Cronic seemed exponentially easier. I sent an email first thing Tuesday morning. Within no time, I was contacted by the online sales manager Ritchie. Throughout the day we emailed back and forth and spoke a few times. By late afternoon we had a great deal worked out and I was in a jeep wrangler unlimited by 8 that night. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the families second purchase from them and they always have the lifted jeeps and trucks in stock. Great place overall.

These guys are amazing we did an app online they called me got the rest of my info asked what I was interested in wanted to know what my needs were to make sure I was satisfied with what they had to offer. They called me with an approval. I made it to the dealership they met me at my car shook my hand. We went inside did my paperwork they explained my car features all my warranty info told me to call if I need anything. A totally different experience than I had at the other dealer that shall remain nameless. In all my years in buying cars this was by far my best experience. I was given the name & phone # of Brandon Rosier from my son - he works with someone who recommended Brandon. I called (he took my call even though he wasn't working that day) and explained what I was looking for & told him that a dealership in Fl had the vehicle. He called me the next day and stated he had checked their inventory but didn't have what I wanted. He checked around locally and was unable to find it, as well He offered to call the FL dealership for me, which he did. He's very professional, easy to talk to and listens (so many car salesmen tend to be "fast talkers" and don't seem to hear well). Even though he didn't make the sale he has contacted me to ask if I got the car and also asked me to bring it by the dealership so we can meet and he can see this car I traveled to FL to purchase. I will make it a point to do that.

Our daughter totaled her car and she was set on a Renegade. We wasted our day going to a huge chain dealership only to be made to feel like a number and to sling shot me out to numerous finance companies and a rate that was insane. We can to our senses and went to Cronic the next business day and within 2 hours we entered, test drove, financed with one company reviewing only, and signed the papers. Richie and Brandon were great. We've since purchased 2 more Jeeps since then. Next time we will not waste our time going any where else.

I am the person who is absolutely cautious about dealerships. In fact I can say that I have never had a positive experience at one, but Jeff at Cronic changed all that for me. These guys are great, very friendly and the antithesis of those pushy and obnoxious shysters over in the Union City dealerships. Before I called or contacted Cronic, I did a lot of research before I started E-mailing them. I had Ritchie Lewis in mind and he was the sales person I was put in touch with. I wanted the exact car with the exact options that they had on the lot. After about 13 emails back and forth since this was an extremely long distance purchase for me, I put a deposit down, and about week later flew to my home town after about 10 hours of flight time, got a rental, slept a few hours and drove 400 miles to the Dealership the next day. They were actually taking stickers off the car when I arrived bright and early. Overall, I spent about an hour there at the dealership, got introduced to the sales associates and talked a bit, the usual stuff. Funny thing is, while I was signing the financial paperwork, two gentleman came in and were looking at the two hellcats on the lot (i.e. opening the doors, hood, getting in and making themselves at home, etc.) Mine had a sold sign on it and I guess every sales guy came out and were obviously flustered saying "you can't do that, the customer is in the back buying this car right now!!!" I didn't find out about this until after I got home of course but its humorous in retrospect. After I drove off the lot (safely, mind you) I drove about a mile to complete dropping off the rental and there was white smoke and the smell of burning plastic coming from the hood vents. I was frustrated of course and called the dealership. They had a mechanic out to me in 5 minutes, looked at the car and apparently there were stickers on the underside of the car, particularly on the exhaust all the way down, and they burn off naturally as the engine is run. No more stickers after the 400 mile trip back. Overall completely satisfied with the experience. There are manufacturer's imperfections with the pitch black paint (which I will have corrected of course) but other than that zero problems with the car or the break-in process.

I started my experience on the phone with Jeff Danger who was prompt in returning my call. I was traveling from out of town and he set me up with a salesman named Milton Weakley. He was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and if he didn't know the answer he didn't hesitate to go find out. He was not pushey which is a pet peeve of mine with salesman. He allowed me time to make my decision all the while working to get me to the payment I was comfortable with. After the sale,he suprised us with a gas voucher as we had a long trip home. A couple of days ago, which was about a week after the sale he called to inform me he had found the second set of keys to the truck and was going to mail them to me. Last year my husband and I visited Cronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I was not very trusting, having been burned by other dealerships in the past. Ritchie Lewis and the team at Cronic made a believer out of me that day, putting my husband in the vehicle he wanted AND putting me in a brand new vehicle that I wanted. This year, with my oldest son growing up, getting ready for college, and needing to begin building credit, we visited Ritchie again. My son drove away with his 2013 Dodge Dart at a very good interest rate AND with an additional 48,000 mile warranty. Again, I am impressed. I had ordered a hitch/wiring harness for my van thru this service department. When I called to make the appointment, the lady said it would take 1 1/2 hr for work to be done.(This is important to me bc I have a toddler). When I dropped van off, their system was down and they were not paying any attention to what I was saying bc instead of installation they wrote recall??? Then called me an hour after my drop off/scheduled apt time and said it wasn't a recall. I advised them that of course I knew that and I had ordered it to be put on. So I asked again, how long would it take to be done, and she said a "couple" of hours. Ok, I went to dealer at 10:15 and sat waiting. In the customer waiting room. Then at 1:20, I asked how much longer? Same lady said I will check and then told me 20 minutes. at0 minutes go by and another lady asked what I was waiting on and she would check on it. Then they proceded to call me around to the side and tell me after I waited all day that they were going to put me in a car because she didn't realize what I was having done(she made apt and called me this morn), and it wouldn't be ready until tomm. AFTER I had sat in waiting room all morning with my toddler!! If it had not already been started, I would have gotten my van and left immediately. I will NEVER, Never, go back or refer this service center to ANYONE!!!!!!

I wanted a mid size truck to replace my beloved, but aging, Dakota. Richie and Jeff helped me find a good 1500 instead. In fact, Richie had been patiently helping me on line for about two years. Both listened carefully to my (possibly) odd combination of preferences, and Jeff located the winner. The net price was fair to both of us, considering that two private transactions would likely have saved me some money. I rarely buy cars (once per 10 years) and even more rarely use a dealer. I've never traded before, and I'm 63. The only thing that could have gone better would have been to not surprise me at signing with add ons, especially the administrative fee. Apparently it's routine for GA dealerships, but completely unfamiliar to me. It's very probable, though, that Richie included it in the "out the door" price and I just didn't recognize it until I saw it in writing. After my first experience buying the 2015 Dodge Journey, My eyes saw a second car that if I owned a car this would be it. Mr. Christopher Turner the sales associate I just had the pleasure of doing business with, seen my interest and proceeded to show me the 2014 Dodge Charger RT model. All I can say is WOW, I've only owned Dodge Trucks since 1998 and was currently in a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi and LOVED my truck, Never wanted another vehicle, but just sitting in this car changed my mind. Mr. Turner was so sure I was going to own a car and I had my doubts a lot since my truck was paid for. But the gentleman that Mr. Turner is once again made me so comfortable and trusting him so much more after first sale, I knew I would get a great deal from him again, all this in less than a week of buying my first Dodge from him. I live in Rex and checked out Landmark Dodge, where all 8 of mine and my late husbands deals where handled can honestly say this time disappointed me when I went there. I wanted to test drive the Dodge Charger RT 14 model, the sales man proceeded to bring me a 15 model to try to up sale me, I Didn't Want The 15 Model and made this clear when I entered and spoke with him. So that says he didn't care what I wanted or even listened because I ended up test driving a 15 model, then left and called Mr. Chris Turner and going all the way back because he listened and got me out of my truck into this 2014 Dodge Charger RT. This is what a true sales associates does, listens, provides, and works with the customer needs and manages to not only satisfy the customer but hopefully his Boss since he got 2 sales out of just Me. Mr. Chris Turner was my sales associate, and he was such a gentleman and really truly had the most patience since I'm not a easy women to please. Mr. Turner was very personable, professional, was able to answer every question without making me feel like I was being a brother, he was very accommodating to all my demands. If possible I would have given him a ten out of ten for the Customer Service, Quality of his work, friendliness was a 20 he had me laughing so much, the price in which already researched Mr. Turner excelled with the pricing and rebates, I walked out feeling like I was never treated with so much respect and had fun actually buying a car, and usually that's a headache I don't care to do much but he changed my mind. So I think I need another car. I'm coming back here and to Mr. Turner and already refereed a friend to visit them. The finance gentleman Mr. James Parer was fun, very nice had just as much fun with him, also he was also professional, personable and we had fun signing all the papers, this is the best purchasing of a car I've experienced. Just saying Thank you seems so simple compared to the great feeling I had leaving, really impressed me and that's not that easy. I will always refer anyone to this company.

I did not find these guys as the typical dealer. I thought the sales person I dealt with (Ritchie) did an excellent job. I knew the price I wanted to pay (it was realistic) there was no haggling. The finance team was accommodating to my schedule. They did a great job of walking us through the various features on the vehicle, and explained everything in intricate detail. Overall, I got the truck I wanted with no haggling at the price I knew I wanted to pay for it, and i'm confident they made money on a no haggling deal. Overall, I will buy from them again.

The guys at Chronic made my car buying experience wonderful. They gave me everything that I asked for, met all my requirements and even matched competitor's rates. Jeff was very thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. Even when he realized there were not two keys included with my (used) car, he went the extra mile to get me an extra key. They also provided a driver to drive my old car all the way back to Atlanta while I got to drive my new car back home. A lot of dealers wouldn't do that and it really impressed me. Brandon in the finance department was extremely knowledgable and very patient while we went through the warranty options and all final details. I found the 370Z that I bought from Cronic online. I called and Gayron was very professional and knowledgable. I could not ask for a better experience with the way that he handled the sale. Brandon, on the other hand, was often curt on the phone and kept insisting that the way my bank does business is not the way that business is done at your dealership. When I made the first call to Gayron, I had already visited my bank and financing was complete. Brandon asked that I call him and the main reason for the call was to ask what interest rate I was paying. I am well aware that you are running a business and the bottom line is that you have to make money to stay in business, but manners and diplomacy are always appreciated. Knowing that Nissan had 0% interest as a limited promo, I still opted to work with a great local credit union and whereas I appreciate Brandon's effort to win business for the finance department, his methods leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps saying "We have a great offer now and I would love to extend them to you" or " I think we could save you some money on interest, we have some great offers", but asking "What interest rate are you paying" is not the best approach. Women are typically not treated well in a car dealership and stunts like this are the reason that many women dread buying a car. I love cars and this should be fun! I am paying a lot of money for a vehicle and it should be the highlight of my year, not an experience where people with poor manners and no business savvy make you chase your tail all day to get a simple answer. My credit union sent a certified check and expected me to come back with the title for the car in exchange for a form of payment that is considered cash. Brandon recommended that I call Louise and talk with her. When I asked her about the title, she said she wasn't sure that it was at the dealership. That seemed odd to me because you can't sell it if you don't have the title. I explained to her that my credit union wanted to know when we would get the title and her question was "When will we get our money?" Again, this is a unique way to do business and if I had had this experience early in the sale, I would not have bought a car from Cronic. Then, after driving a couple of days out of state, I found that the dealer tag had blown off of the car. Yes, it seems obvious that it's a Z and that I was going fast, but not that fast:) I called Brandon back and told him that I had lost the tag and he wasn't sure what to do. This has to be something that happens sometimes, but it took a couple of days to get down to the fact that neither Georgia nor Tennessee would give me another tag, and I couldn't get my permanent tag, because I had no title. In all of these transactions with Brandon, he was considerate enough to give me his cell number, but I was disappointed with his professionalism and demeanorLet me say again that Gayron did a fantastic job and saved this sale! The guys who delivered that car were also professional and a delight to work with. I love my car and although there were a few snags, I am glad that I bought a car from Cronic. Please take good care of Gayron, he is a jewel!

I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 back in January and had mentioned that my wife would be looking to get a new car in 6-9 months. Cronic / Frandoo respected my request not to hound us about when we would be ready for our next purchase. I went in to get an oil change and walked around and found Frandoo. He told me I needed to check out the new Chrysler 200. He went in and got the key to a 2015 200C. It had all the bells and whistles that my wife would be wanting. I was very impressed wife the car. I got home and told the wife about it, but she did not seem impressed. She finally agreed to go look at one after a couple of weeks of me telling her she needed to go check this car out. Frandoo was not there at that time so Matthew Peck grabbed the keys to one of the 200s. We ended up going through 3 different models before she made a decision on the exact one she wanted. The people at the Cronic Dodge are a pleasure to deal with and were willing to allow her to check out as many models as she needed in order to pick the car that was right for her. Kudos to Frandoo for going above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

I met two men today. One, Jeff Dangar, I met approx. 6 weeks ago, and Brandon Rosier, I met today for the first time. They got me into a new Jeep Cherokee. They were very polite and helpful. I first spotted the dealership online when looking for Dodge dealerships. I was in the market for a dodge charger. I wanted a good deal on the vehicle that I wanted without having to settle. I was going to tint the windows, put rims on the car, and upgraded the stereo system. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jason who was very friendly and professional. He worked with us to get the best possible deal. We walked out with a vehicle we wanted without having to settle for something we didn't want. I don't have to upgrade the car at all like I thought I was going to have to do. Everything was done for me. The windows are tinted. There is a upgraded stereo system installed and there are 22' rims on the vehicle. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. I will definitely recommend Jason Youngblood. I would also like to mention I previously went to the dodge dealer in Morrow, Ga and was unable to get a vehicle because they were not willing to work with me and my situation. Keep up the good customer service. We were 100% satisfied when we purchased our vehicle.

The reason that I have decided to give the rating that I have given Chronic Dodge is due to the terrible customer service I received from Sales Manager Bill Kapernick. Upon picking up my vehicle after getting interior work done, I noticed several small scratches upon the bottom of the tailgate. Which seemed to have appeared after the vehicle was washed by the dealer. I brought the scratches to Bill's attention who acted like it wasn't a problem or a big deal at all. He simply instructed me to return the following week by their scratch and dent guy. He mention that the scratch and dent man was at their location only on Wednesdays. After stressing to Bill that taking yet another day off work was a major inconvenience and significant loss of income he then told me that if I did not like the ways I was doing things then I could take my vehicle somewhere else. After several days I received a phone call from Bill, after I had made a complaint to Chrysler customer service, to which he stated that he took no responsibility and said I had scratched the vehicle myself.

We first visited this dealership in late May and met Mr Jean, sales rep, who patiently showed us several RAM models. We looked at pricing but did not get a formal quote. Subsequently we visited another RAM dealer and two Ford dealers. No one seemed to have time to talk and we walked through showrooms and climbed through vehicles while being completely ignored by sales staff. I estimated the value of my trade and we returned to Cronic in mid-June. I also had several advertised "discounted" prices in hand for the model vehicle we wanted. Once we settled on a specific vehicle we got a trade evaluation and settled on a deal. The trade offer was on target between Edmunds true market price and KBB. The price for the new vehicle was better than even the volume discount retailer offer we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our buying experience. Folks were friendly and honest. There was no BS. My wife loves her new truck. We go back for the bed cover and step rails next week. I got a good deal from a good dealership.

He was prompt with his responses, even before we ever set foot in the dealership. He made it so easy to understand and he helped us reach our goal. We did not feel pressured in any way, which was very important to us. Even with an awful credit score we did not feel pushed aside or unimportant in any way. In our opinion requesting information online about a vehicle was the best way to approach getting a new one. I have been buying new vehicles for me and my family for over 23 years in 6 different states and I can honestly say that working with Ritchie Lewis at Cronic Chrysler/Dodge in Griffin, GA ranks as the absolute best car buying experiences I think I've ever had. This includes the time I purchased through a 'family member'. What impresses me about this dealership is the level of teamwork I experience throughout the car buying experience. I think many of us have had the 'telemarketer' experience at least once in our life; when the salesmen will do anything, say anything, and promise anything to get you in the door, into THEIR office, and sell you a car that makes THEM the most money. Not the case with these guys at Cronic!!! I appreciated the fact that whether I was talking with my salesman, the Sales Manager, or the Finance Manager I felt like they listened to me and respected what I said I wanted or didn't want. All in all, I got THE car that I wanted, at the price that I wanted. Oh...the only thing that wasn't what I wanted was the Finance Interest Rate...it was actually 3 FULL POINTS LOWER than I was expecting and pushing for. How many other dealers do you know that would have given me a rate THAT much better than what I asked for? I know others that would have smiled, given me what I asked for, and made a better profit on the deal!! I'm telling ya...I love these guys at Cronic!!! Now if I could just get that new Dodge Challenger for the same price as my super awesome Dart that I just got... :-)

A friend of mine said I should come to this Dealership. And I did. Told me to see Richie Lewis and he would take good care of my needs in a car. I could not have picked out anyone better myself. After I told Richie that I am Disabled and needed a super riding Van, he pulled up in this beautifl silver Town and Country. He didn't even know that was what I wanted in the first place. Just what the doctor ordered! Everything that I could ask for and more. Richie did all in his powers to do as much as he could for me. And I thank him for that. He made my buying experience easier than I expected. So then, to the main part, for me, financeing. Richie said not to worry, Brandon is a great guy and will make this happen for me. So off to Brandon I go. Very likeable guy. Someone that is not all about money. He told me he can get the payments like I want. And he did! This was a great experience for me. I went looking for a good used pickup truck and I looked at several dealerships in my area. I really hate buying a vehicle because of the games dealerships and car salesmen play. I must say my experience with Cronic GMC Dodge was great. They told it like it was and didn't play all the games and never once was I pressured into feeling like I had to buy a vehicle. Parker in finance worked very hard to get me approved with my we will call it challenged credit. Frank Boothe was the best! If you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle hands down he is your salesman. I was kinda un decided as to exactually what I wanted and not once did Frank act like I was putting him out and try to hurry me thru so he could move on to the next sale. I felt like he was my personal salesman. He even helped me thru a spell of buyers remorse due to some sentimental issues with my trade. He stood in the freezing cold and talked to me like we where old friends and never once acted like he had somewhere else to be. If I had only bought truck from where I started my car buying journey (at Cronic) I would have saved myself a lot of undue car buying stress. So if your looking to purchase a vehicle Cronic is where you should go and be sure to ask for Frank Boothe and get Parker to work his magic on your finance side!!

Both Richie and Bill made this transaction very easy. I have purchased several dodge vehicles from one of the big dealers in the area and when I left the dealership I felt like I was overwhelmed and unhappy with the transaction . After dealing with your staff I left with full knowledge of the details of the purchase . Since the purchase all promise made have been followed and the staff has gone above and beyond their response abilities . I will definitely will do further bussines with Cronic .

We moved away from Griffin for about 5 years and were never able to find a dealership in our area that came close to comparing to the service we were accustomed to at Cronic. We are back in Griffin now and one of the first purchases we made when we moved back here was a 2012 Grand Cherokee. I was beginning to look at the smaller SUV class because I'm tired of driving a small car. I test drove the Escape, Rogue, Edge and Sportage but my husband wanted me to try the Compass as well. I wasn't interested in the Compass but did test drive the Patriot. I really liked it head and shoulders above the others. My intent was to also test drive the Tuscon but the deal on the Patriot was such that I decided to go ahead and purchase it. We have many Jeeps in our family but I've never owned one myself - they're all happy I've joined the fold. As an vehicle buying experience goes, this one was less painful than others I've had. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend Cronic to others.

I don't remember the name of the person that I primarily dealt with,so I put the name of the person that I remember. Yes, I definitely had a fine experience there. I had to get four new tires, an expense that I didn't really have the extra money for, but they searched around and gave me a great deal on a set of tires that had to be ordered. They told me to come later the next day. The next day I arrived and my tires were put on in record time! I would definitely recommend this service department. They were very courteous and professionally prompt as well.

We were searching for a comfortable family car. We own a Honda Odyssey and have previously owned a Chevrolet Venture and Ford Windstar. We were anxious to test drive the Town and Country minivan. Very delighted. Our saleman, Karl, was honest and helpful with us. He showed us other cars that we requested to look at and there was no pressure involved. I was looking for a crew cab truck. Karl saw me on the lot and was very helpful in showing me the models I was interested in. I really liked that he was not pushy at all, and suggested a couple of alternatives in the same price range. I was looking at a Dodge Ram 1500 outdoorsman. I looked at the others, then left to consider. No pressure when I left, never said the old sales cliche "what can we do to get you in this today". I hate that and got that at the Chevy dealer across the road about one hour earlier. So the initial look was a good experience, with short test drive. I came back later that evening on my way to dinner with my family to show my wife the truck. Karl offered to lend me the vehicle for the night, so I accepted and transferred kid's car seats over and went on our way. The overnight drive sealed the deal. It allowed me to drive in my real world circumstances and to see the vehicle as I would typically use it. I still loved it, so went back the next morning with the view, if I get a fair deal on my trade in (jeep liberty diesel) and price, I will buy it. Karl worked with his manager, James, and we worked out a deal we were all happy with. So I bought a new 2012 Dodge 1500 Outdoorsman model, and so far, I love it. Also, Brandon in finance was great, and He helped me understand all the costs, and I ended up buying the extended warranty, which I would not normally do. Brandon made a couple of good points, and got a price on it that I thought was fair, so I bought it. I think it was a smart move, especially with all the electronics.Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend that dealer/sales team to work with.

I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Cronic and was extremely pleased with the service I received and the vehicle I drove off the lot. As a first time Wrangler purchaser, I found the sales department to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding me through the purchase and modification process. They patiently worked with me to pick the right options on my Jeep and gave me some great advice before ordering everything for me from the manufacturer. Additionally, I used their recommended aftermarket shop to lift the Jeep and install aftermarket wheels and tires, about which the sales staff also gave me loads of useful advice. The work was done well, and quickly, and I was easily able to finance it all into the initial car note.The staff seemed as enthusiastic as I was in building out my Jeep and appeared just as excited when it arrived. I found it refreshing to purchase from people like this and I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Wrangler (and I live in Atlanta, 45 minutes away). Furthermore, I couldn't imagine that any car buying experience would be much different at Cronic - attentive customer service, knowledgeable staff and a fair price!

We recently brought our car over for an oil change and when we went to pick it up, a light was on in the dashboard and we were told we had to go get it checked out by the Service Department. Since our car is relatively new, 2006, we were dismayed. When the service rep took us out to the car and we told her about it, she suggested that it could be something as simple as the gas cap. She said that if we recently got gasoline, there might be a possiblity that we did not tighten the cap properly.Sure enough, we tightened it and 2 days later the light went off. She took the extra mile to talk to us about our problem and this really made the difference.We got a great price on the oil change, a thorough review of our systems and she saved us time and money. Whenever we need service, we would not hesitate to go to Cronic Automotive in Griffin with our Dodge. They were pleasant and helpful and went that extra mile to help us. worst customer service i have ever encountered....starting with service receptionist, service manager, all the way to dealership owner, wanda cronic. the sad thing about my experience with cronic today is that i have a long-standing friendship with wanda and her husband. i am a professional clown, and have entertained for their children, as well as for dealership events. wanda cronic has known me for decades, socially and professionally. that's why i was shocked at the treatment i received today at the cronic dealership. my pt cruiser recently had the engine replaced by a local shop. the shop owner recommended that i take my car to cronic so that the code could be changed to accomodate the new engine. the shop owner called cronic, told the service manager that he had replaced my engine and needed cronic to sync the code. service manager agreed and told shop owner to take car in to cronic for servicing. when shop owner made follow-up call to cronic today to see when car would be ready, a woman named lorna told shop owner that they refused to work on my car due to a bad debt !! shop owner assured cronic that shop would cover costs. then shop owner called to tell me of conversation with lorna. i immediately drove to the cronic service department to speak with lorna. i told her that i had never been to cronic for service; therefore, i could NOT have "burned" them (as she put it to shop owner) for an unpaid bill. she told me that the owner, wanda cronic, had been the one to refuse service to me....... wanda insisted that i had refused to pay for service in past. i called wanda cronic and told her that it was not possible because my car had never been there for service. she insisted that she remembered it!
