Tony and the finance team were great to work with! Very relaxed no pressure! They gave us a great deal on the trade in of our 2015 Ford F-150 truck and we love our new Ram Laramie!! We came back a month later and sold our Jeep Rubicon Gladiator to them and again great service from the team. Highly recommend working with this dealership. I live in Anderson township and it’s worth the drive!

Absolutely the easiest purchase I have made at a dealership.... no haggling back and forth for hours everything was laid out and the price we agreed upon was the price I paid.... no surprises....one of the most smoothest vehicle purchases ever.... also want to mention Cory the salesman we worked with was awesome not the typical pushy salesman..... will definitely shop here again...

I love my truck!!!! Ryan was fabulous . I never felt pressured. If you haven’t been in the new dealership, you gotta check it out.. it’s awesome! Told a co-worker about my truck, he went the next day and bought a gladiator right off the show room floor!!! How’s that for business!! I should have read the service reviews before taking my Jeep to have something installed. They had my car for a week to do a recall, an installation (of which I supplied the parts) and we also asked for an appraisal. They called to let me know how much the installation would be and wow. Just way beyond what I was quoted at a place that does these installations daily. I guess I should have known better when Cronin had an opening in a week versus the other place I would have had to wait a month and a half for an opening. It was also more than 3 times more expensive! I called and left a voicemail asking to not have it installed and that I would like to speak to someone about an itemized bill to see what was costing so much. They claim they never got the voicemail and installed it anyways. So I'm out way more than I should have been. Maybe they are hard up for money since they moved into a new building. I Don't understand why it's hard to find a good place to do business when it comes to cars. For some reason I always have high hopes that a Jeep dealership should be more trustworthy but that was not my experience, sadly. Unfortunately, I read reviews after my bad experience. I hope you don't do the same.
