We purchased a vehicle through crossroads Chevy and was a very pleasant experience. Austin (the salesperson) was very helpful, took pictures, of the car, did the visual inspection we asked him to do, answered all our calls without delays and was very patience with us. We never set foot at the dealership and ended up with a vehicle from crossroads Chevy, to me it says a lot about their professionalism and their products. Kudos to the team specially to Austin.

I had been to three other car lots ... This salesman was the first person to walk up and talk to me. The GMC dealership could have had a great sale, but no one wanted to talk to me for the first twenty minutes and then I had to ask. I was very impressed with him and the car.

Crossroads service department was guardian angel level helpful. I was traveling to a wedding in North Carolina from Michigan, while uploading 29 foot camper, and my check engine light started flashing and I lost power, I was able to limp off the highway and happened to be right in front of crossroads Chevrolet. So I called and explained the situation and the receptionist said to bring it up and they would put the scanner on it. Turned out to be a cracked spark plug, best case scenario, they checked the coil just to make sure it wasn’t damaged, and I was back on the road, very reasonable price as well. Thanks crossroads, made it Greensboro only a couple hours behind schedule.

Been having problems with vehicle since only 2 months out of warranty. General Motors would not back their vehicle. Got letter "worded" like recall, thought GMC may be finally backing their product. Recall letter was a scam, just a solicitation for this business. Crossroads did not fix my vehicle but quickly assessed a 100 dollar "diagnostic fee" just to hook up a snan tool. Advanced Auto will do this for free. This Sealership just like all the others. If your buying a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go up the road a few miles to Hometown Kia and get yourself a good car with a 10 year and 100 thousand mile warranty. I am embarrassed for America.
