Went back in February of 2021 and purchased a New Edge from them. My salesperson Colin was amazing!. He took his time to go over all the features of the vehicle with me. He wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted that fit my needs and me personally. He went over all the paperwork with us and let us know about any specials. He was fantastic! Highly recommend him! They did not take very long at all to do all the paperwork and get us out of there. Was a very smooth transaction. They have really stepped their game up and done a lot of positive changes there. This was our 6th vehicle we have bought from Crossroads Ford.

I purchased my truck back in April. To date I’ve been very satisfied with this vehicle. Got my first oil change last week. During the purchase of the vehicle the salesman payed attention to my needs and what I was looking for. Actually visited several other sites in triangle area but ended up coming back to crossroads Ford for my truck. So for everything is going well.

I had a wonderful buying experience at Crossroads Ford of Sanford. I was on the hunt for a Ford Bronco Sport and the dealership told me they would reach out when one came in, and sure enough they did-on a Friday afternoon. And I went and purchased it that same evening. The buying experience was easy and the salesperson-Karen Cisneros-was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions about the Bronco. I enjoyed working with her and everyone else at Crossroads Ford of Sanford!!

I took my 2006 Ford Fusion in for mechanical repair. The work was performed and my car runs like new. I was able to drop my car and and be notified when it was ready. Thank you so much Crossroads Ford of Sanford for all you do.

Colin helped me purchase my vehicle. The process was quick! The vehicle I was interested in was ready to test drive when I arrived. Colin is very professional and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made sure all of my questions were answered. He remained with me from the beginning through the end of the purchasing process. I did not have lots of sitting and waiting, which I really appreciate. Colin made me and my son feel like VIPs. Thanks Colin!!
