I hate buying cars. Really hate buying cars. But in life, the time comes that you have no choice. Over the last 20 years, we have bought more than 15 cars and I have never been able to recommend a dealership until now. My appointment was set up efficiently; since I am a widow with only one car and it was to be a few hours long, I was able to obtain a ride home after dropping off my car and a pick-up to retrieve it. That was wonderful. Crowley also performed a second minor service which saved me a second trip there in the near future. It was a very successful day; I was pleased with everything.

The sales management and staff at Crowley are terrific.I just bought my 8th jeep from them - 3 Cherokees, 1 Grand Cherokee and now my 4th Wrangler Unlimited.They are friendly and courteous and give me a great trade-in value along with a very good price on the new vehicle.They go out of their way to accomodate whatever my needs might be for transferring equipment as well as delivery of the new vehicle - they went so far as to give me a loaner for the day so that they could transfer some of my hardware to the new vehicle and have it ready for me that same afternoon.

We have had several issues with this place in the service department. Once they scheduled a service appointment for me on a day in which they weren't even open! Also have had them try to charge me for things that are still under our warranty. Additionally it takes forever to get basic things like oil changes done. My past experience with the Chrysler dealership in another town is that it's very easy to drop off the car for the oil change, and you don't need an appointment. At this dealership, you must make an appointment and then also wait for awhile inside the service center just to give them your keys and "check in". Once I also sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours on an oil change, finally asked what was taking so long and turns out the car had been done for a while and no one informed me in the waiting room. Now today my husband is late for work because he requested to have the car by noon after dropping it off this morning for some maintenance. The shop claims he didn't tell th he needed it by noon but he definitely did and was approved for this. This place seems to need better training and processes.

I booked an appointment to see a Jeep. When I showed up I was told they sold the Jeep I came looking for. They didn't email or call me or anything. I live 40 minutes away so I was little upset but I understood they had to sell it. The Sales Manager seemed annoyed that I came in and barely looked up from his monitor to acknowledge me. I had to beg him to get up and help get me a test drive with a comparable Jeep. Why am I begging a Sales Manager to assist a customer? It was a Sunday and the place was dead!!! He then pawned me off on a new sales associate that had no personality of any kind and barely wanted to talk about the car. After he drove me though a school zone for a test drive I decided to cut my losses. I drove the Jeep and loved it. What a great machine. I cannot wait to purchase one from Crowley's competitor.

After experiencing a no heat/overheating issue with my 2013 Dart on 4/4 I brought the car in and was notified later that day that both the upper and lower radiator hoses had failed and that they wouldn't be able to get one of them for 3-4 DAYS! I was told that the labor would be costly because of the work involved in replacing them but they would discount it (10%) which they did. I have no problem paying for the repairs. I do have a problem however with the fact that due to their "No Loaner" policy I had to rent a car at my own expense for the week because they couldn't get the part in a timely manner. The cost of the repair and parts came to approximately $452 and the rental for the week (I didn't get the car back until 4/9) came to approx. $242 so it cost me almost $700 to replace two hoses. Seriously? If I wanted to spend that kind of money for repairs I'd have bought a Mercedes. At least I'd have gotten a free loaner. Plus, I had to bring the car BACK on 4/11 because of the same issue! I was told that the mechanic that worked on the car didn't bleed the air from the cooling system properly the first time. As I said I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for repairs but I think that Chrysler should have at least paid for the rental. It is not my fault that they couldn't get the part in a timely manner and I shouldn't have to pay for someone's incompetence. I sent an email via the Crowley website on 4/11 but have heard nothing. This was the fourth car I have purchased from Crowley dealerships and it is likely the last.

After being pre approved online by Chrysler financial for over 35k for a vehicle and knowing we would be a little upside dow with our trade we decided to contact Crowley!!! Big Mistake!!! The sales manager states that in order for us to even look at a car even though I had the pre approval I had to fill out a credit application!!! So he could run my credit yet again, even though I was pre approved!! I bought my jeep a year ago used for 13,995$ and they offered me 2500$ for it after Toyota offered me 7500$ for it!!! That was a slap in the face, they basically said there was nothing they could do unless I wanted a 800$ per month car payment in a Cherokee, a downgrade from the jeep I drive now!! But in the rudest way possible because all they cared about was their bottom line! I contacted Chrysler financial and they didn't seem very happy about the experience. They stated that I was pre approved for a reason and I shouldn't have been treated that way! They lost a customer for sure!! I left went to Toyota got a 4 runner 425$ a month and they paid off my jeep and this is a high mileage lease!!! Thanks Hoffman! I don't know how this man became a sales manager he is rude, demeaning, treats women like they are stupid, and def is only there for his pay check and commission...Ken I'm sure you could do better than that!!

We previously purchased 3 vehicles from Crowley jeep and were always pleased with the service and dealership. However, our last experience was an absolute nightmare. We were going back to the dealership to turn in our leased vehicle which we leased through Crowley Jeep. When we got there we were told by the manager John Bryant ( someone who we never had dealings with before) that he could not take the lease in that day because he did not have the odometer statement document in his desk and he needed that in order to accept the leased vehicle back. So we said fine we will come again on another day and while we were there we decided to check out a few different vehicles to see what we could lease or purchase next. Our sales agent was Andy which we dealt with previously, however this time, he proceeded to explain that with our lease turn in, there would probably be significant charges, like a charge to us for replacement tires, a charge for this, a charge for that, all of a sudden, and according to Andy any other vehicle options were starting to diminish and become less and less attainable. Needless to say, we were quite surprised. They then tried to get us into a durango for way out of our budget range. When we told him what we could manage in way of a monthly payment they then proceeded to show us vehicles that just would not in anyway accommodate our growing family. So we left feeling quite depressed about our car situation. When we returned home, we researched some different options for us and made a call to the bank in which the lease was under. The bank stated to bring the vehicle back and just leave it on their lot for turn in. They stated that the odometer statement was a slip of paper that EVERY manager should have at his desk and every employee should have. They also stated that it was a 2 minute paper to fill out. SO we returned to Crowley, left the keys in the vehicle and told them that since they couldn't help us into another vehicle we were just returning the lease and doing what the bank told us to do. John turned bright red, proceeded to shout at my husband, cursed at him and name called him. We left the lot immediately & once we left the lot, we received a rude phone call from John Bryant stating that "IF you don't come get your vehicle, it will be dropped off at the walmart parking lot without plates and you will be liable for whatever happens to it" WOW- we were in shock. We then returned to the dealership, grabbed the leased vehicle again and told John that we will NEVER do business with any Crowley dealership again. HE then again insulted us by saying "GOOD we don't want customers like you anyhow" WOW- three time buying customers and you don't want us? We were blown alway. My husband is in law enforcement and deals with rude, obnoxious people day in and day out and now he is supposed to take this kind of treatment off duty as well. NO. He does not. We realized that this manager, John, may simply not have wanted to deal with us because we were returning a lease and now uninterested in any options for another vehicle that they were giving us. In the end, We went to another dealership to speak with them about car options and WOW- we could afford a durango and they would gladly accept our leased vehicle with NO extra charges. The vehicle was in mint condition so it was NO PROBLEM! The odometer statement disclosure was a 5 inch piece of paper that literally took 3 seconds to fill out and it was in every employee and managers desk at the new dealership we went to. The new dealership was amazed by how awful we were treated by Crowley and they definitely did a wonderful job of helping us get into a new vehicle comfortably and as quickly as possible ( I was pregnant at the time as well ) We tried to reach out to Ken Crowley to let him know we were displeased since he is so adamant on his commercials that he likes to know when a customer is dissatisfied and...we never heard back from him. SO to Mr. Crowley- we are still highly unsatisfied with our experience at your dealership. We are in shock that your dealership would treat a three time returning customer in such an awful way. John Bryant is someone who should be terminated for the manner in which he treated us. Because of this manager John, I can safely say with 100% certainty that your dealership will not only NOT get any business ever from us, but also NOT from our family, our friends, & you will NEVER get any business from the west side of the state who is involved in any type of law enforcement. Congratulations. Thanks for never getting back to us Mr. Crowley and I would advise you to look into your manager John, because it seems there are more than one complaint against him just on this site alone.I am glad to say, we found a new dealership and good riddance to Crowley.

I had a "Service Transmission" warning flash up over thanksgiving. I booked it in with Crowley, and dropped the car off early morning. When I picked up the car a few hours later, they told me they'd not been able to find anything so updated the software. Ok, I get that. Driving back to work, I noticed that they had put 15 miles on the car. I knew a road test would be necessary but that seemed rather excessive. I have a dashcam so decided to take a look at the footage. Well, seems the guys at Crowley have quite an appetite. First test drive, the guy drives over to the local bagel joint. I can hear rustling and munching as he devours them on the test drive. Half an hour later, the car takes off again, different mechanic this time. First stop is the McDonalds drive through. After collecting his "Number 12"meal (and small orange juice), he parks up and eats his meal in my car. Point to note here, I would not even allow my kids to eat McDonalds in my car (if they liked McDonalds which they don't!) Next stop, the Dollar store, after that, it's off to his (or somebodies) house. Finally back he goes to Crowley.Totally unprofessional. No respect for customer property.

I walked in with a current ad the dealership had just advertised and after a few questions and answers from the salesman I was directed to a more suitable vehicle. Purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited this past weekend. The setup with a sales specialist, separate sales manager and financing associate made the dynamic with my salesperson easier as he was not on the hook for the trade in or financing dance. Felt very comfortable walking thru the door the first time. I went to look at a 2014 Grand Cherokee they had just gotten in. While it was exactly what I was looking for the paint had numerous scratches so I was going to pass on it. Jon B told me if I put a hold on it with a small deposit, they would have the body shop make it look brand new and if not they would refund and find me another one. Once I saw it after it was done I bought it immediately. The body shop indeed made it look brand new, not a single scratch and the Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat paint is amazing in the sunlight. Both Jon B and Bill W were patient, extremely knowledgeable and made sure to describe all the functions and features during my inspection and test drive. They also made sure I got everything I wanted including the cargo cover that was missing and had the trailer package installed for me. Great dealership, 10+

I am writing to detail my extreme displeasure in the over seven years of poor service quality and experiences I have received at Crowley Jeep in Bristol, Connecticut. I used to go to Crowley Jeep for service because they were within walking distance of my house but I am writing to let you know now I will not go back there even for free recall service due to my latest yet again bad experience.One of my first bad experiences with Crowley Jeep was in late 2009 when the starter motor on my Jeep failed. It was still under warranty from the place I bought the Jeep from so I took it to Crowley to have it replaced. They replaced it and the new starter motor they put in broke again just 16 months later. I took it back to them yet again and the second starter motor they put in failed again just last month. I would expect more from a dealer using MOPAR parts that should not fail after such a short time and so repeatedly. Also, the local service station that I had the starter replaced at this time guaranteed their parts for two years. I did not get any kind of guarantee like this from Crowley when the first starter motor they put in failed after 16 months.Also around this same time, I had Crowley look at my brakes for being squeaky. After paying them several hundred dollars to machine the rotors, the brakes still squeaked. I went to a different place for service and they replaced the rotors, which then no longer squeaked.Needless to say I stopped going to Crowley Jeep in 2011 after the second starter motor failure. However, since they are still my closest dealership, I chose to go to them for two recall items a few days ago because at least I knew I would not have to give them any money. A few days before I was scheduled to take my Jeep to them for the recall work, I got some warnings about my oil pressure and oil pressure sensor. I felt as though the issue was most likely just because the oil level was low as I was due for an oil change anyway. I asked Crowley if they would change the oil and reset the check engine code for the oil pressure sensor. If the code didnt come back, the service would end. If the code did come back, I said they could replace the oil pressure sensor.My service appointment was at 8:30AM on Wednesday, November 4. I dropped the car off on my way to work around 5AM and never heard from Crowley all day. I did not call them as I luckily did not need my car right away but they never called me all day Wednesday to update me on the progress of my car. I finally called them at 1PM on Thursday (at most all of this work should have taken about 2.5 hours, not 1.5 days) and the cashier told me Oh I have the paperwork right here, they just finished it up, never explaining to me what work had even been done. Of course when I went to pick up my car, the final paperwork was timestamped as having been printed at 9:44AM on 11/4, so the car had been done for about 30 hours and was just sitting at Crowley. No one ever called me to tell me it was done or what work they were planning on doing for the oil pressure issue. And if you are going to blatantly lie to me, you could at least print a new report with a newer timestamp to try to cover it up.As soon as I started my car to leave Crowley, the check engine light was still on, even though on the service report they claimed to have cleared the code and it did not return. As I recommended them to change the oil pressure sensor if the check engine light came back on, it should be pointed out that Crowley Jeep cant even manage to make more money off of me correctly, as they could have replaced the sensor. Additionally, when looking at my clanky suspension (which was clanking when I took it to Crowley for service) I noticed oil all over the front right suspension. So my shocks need to be replaced as well and no one from Crowley happened to notice this either when they were under my car changing the oil. Yet another missed opportunity for them to make more money off of me. I should mention as well all this time I never once talked to any service advisor or manager, only the cashier. I highly doubt this is standard procedure.In conclusion, I now will no longer go to Crowley even for free recall service as they cannot even manage to do that correctly (never called me to tell me my car was done). I will be driving further to the next closest Jeep dealership in my area. I will also be spending more money for an OBD II reader just so I can clear the check engine code myself so I do not have to deal with anyone at Crowley again. This is how little faith I have in them to do anything right after 7+ years of poor service experiences.

I thought I would give this place a try and trusted what was initially said by salesmen John. I've always brought my business to a dealer in Mystic, Ct and I always received outstanding service. Now I know my credit isn't the best but I've been working diligently to get it better so I mentioned on the onset not to go through a lot of banks as every inquiry would bring my score down. John mentioned that my score wasn't bad and I believed him and went to look at vehicles on the lot. I took two for a test drive and finally picked one that was reasonable and to my liking. At that point I was brought in to sales manager Mark whom seemed nice in the beginning and I also mentioned to him please do not go through a lot of banks as I don't want inquiries dragging on my score. I had to leave for my job and Mark mentioned that I would hear back in a couple of hours, however, I never did and it was always me calling them for a status. The first time I called Mark said "Yes we have you approved, but not for the amount you want" and that he was still working with the banks to get the approval I needed on the vehicle of my choice. The next day, after not hearing from them, I called back and this time heard this from Mark. " I'm working on getting you into a used vehicle that has 77000 miles on it, but trust me it's cherry...uh huh...I then said " well what happened with the approval for the lower amount" and the obvious salesman remark was " What do you mean? I never said that. Anyway, I withdrew my application and went to the dealer in Mystic, Ct that gave me a great deal and a payment that was even better!

My old car had 156K miles but still was ok for a daily driver. She did need a little bit of mechanical work so rather than drop a grand into that car, I decided I would go look for something newer. I had planned to drive to the dealer where i bought my last vehicle since I had gotten a great deal and awesome service but that dealership is about an hour away and it was already later in the evening so I decided to try Crowley as it's in the same town as I live. When I got to Crowley, I was greeted by Bill. We talked for a bit about what I was looking for and we made an appointment for me to come back on the weekend to take a few cars for a test drive. When I went back the following Saturday, I found a car that I liked so we went in to run the numbers with the Sales Manager, Kevin. I explained to him that I do not have to buy a car, but if i can get a good deal at the terms i am looking for, i would be willing to do so. I also advised that if they couldn't get me a good deal, that I would just go to the dealership that I went to previously which took excellent care of my needs. Now I am aware that my credit isn't great, which is why I wasn't at the Mercedes dealership. Kevin asked me to put down double the down payment that I indicated I was willing to give as well as giving me a payment that well exceeded what I said that I wanted to end up with. He then recommended that I look at another car that would change the deal. They had me test drive a older car with 72K miles. Granted, it was in really good condition for being older and well driven. I let him know that it was a nice car but I wanted to discuss it with my wife before I say yes. He told me that I would have to give a non-refundable deposit in order to keep that car available to me. Keep in mind that this entire process is what i would guess is just the typical car salesmen process, but it is certainly not the experience that i have grown to enjoy with the other dealership in Manchester. I went the next day to the dealer in Manchester, got a great deal to include a certified pre-owned car with only 32K miles, including the original factory warranties. I got the payments that i wanted, a better interest rate, and with the extra money that i didn't have to put down at Crowley, I had leather installed and weathertech floormat. I would never recommend any Crowley dealerships to anyone.

And listening to the Ken Crowley commercials that said "if you're not happy, I want to hear about it" led me to Bristol CT from MA. Believe me, it was worth my drive time to meet with the sales people there. They helped me thru the buying process , found me a car that fit my budget, and answered all my questions. My car needed a little additional body work done, and there I found another wonderful team at their body shop !! I have had great experiences over the last 30 years purchase my cars from Crowley, the sales staff is great to deal with and always gives me the best price around. The Service Department has been great, if repairs do take longer they always supply me a loaner until my car is ready. A couple of days ago I bought a new Jetta GLI form Crowley VW in Plainville CT. If I knew that they will offer me such a good price for the car, I would have bought it long time ago. I am a normal car buyer I feel fear talking with dealers, but CrowleyVW was the only place that I could complete the whole deal online simply through e-mails with a dealer. Essentially I did the whole negotiating online and still cant believe what a great deal I got. As of the GLI this is a fantastic car. I drove a Subaru and a Volvo and I am so glad I got the GLI. The regular Jetta is great, but the GLI is a class above. With a brand new 210hp car, I am getting 35mpg on the highway and around 30mpg in the city and it has this smoothness that you normally dont expect from a trubo engine yet it has this amazing torque that makes it so fast. It feels quite light compared to the Subaru and the Volvo S60 that I test-drove and yet it feels so solid. I cant be happier with a car purchase. Thank you Harry and Dominic for not being pushy, fantastic dealer job. You saved me a lot of stress.

We have been dreading buying a new vehicle for over a year. My husband's truck was not doing well, and he needed a new vehicle. The only thing he wanted for his birthday was a jeep. So we started looking at jeeps. We went to a few other Jeep dealerships prior to Crowley's in Bristol. From the start, we experienced nothing but positively superior customer service from Crowley's. I called Crowley's and spoke with Ted in sales. He was pleasant, honest and willing to work within my budget and our time frame. No other dealership I spoke with listened to what we were looking for in a jeep. Ted was able to find the jeep we wanted. When we met Ted, he was so down to Earth, not once trying to upgrade our purchase or pressure us for more. I cannot say enough positives about our experience at Crowley. I plan on using them again in another year, when it's my turn for a new vehicle.

My wife Lori and I brought our 2005 Dodge Magnum in for service at Crowley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Bristol, CT. Our windshield wiper fluid was not coming out, so we assumed it was the washer pump. Thus, we went through the process of telling our Service Advisor, JAMES GHEZZI our issue. He then, WITHOUT diagnosing the car proceeded to have a new washer pump installed just to find out that this was NOT the issue in the first place. Subsequently, we were charged for parts and labor for an issue that was not resolved because of an err in procedure and judgment on his and the department's part. So, with the problem still not corrected, he charges us a diagnosis fee to find out what the real problem is. Turns out that it was not the washer pump, but a multifunction switch in the mechanism that wasn't working properly. With more parts and labor, a job that was originally going to cost $150 hiked up to nearly $600 because of James' failure to find out the real problem in the first place. We refused the rest of the service because of all of the excessive charges tacked on. All in all we have spent upwards of $300 for something still broken. James would not refund us any money upon request because, "We told him the problem, so he went ahead and tried to fix it." Unfortunately, we are not mechanics and that's what we had THOUGHT was the problem. It seems very unprofessional to go forth with a job without examining the car in the first place. James told us "It was our fault for incorrectly diagnosing our vehicle" (as if we knew for sure). He also told us, "You should've just said the car was broken" and then we would've diagnosed it. Apparently if you go in asking for something, he and his team will fix it without consultation. You have to not know what you think is wrong with your vehicle for a job to be done in the correct steps according to James. All in all, our experience was very poor. James talked down to Lori and me, the work was incredibly unprofessional and we have just paid hundreds for a job not done and a problem that is STILL NOT FIXED. We would never recommend nor refer anyone to this service department. Crowley has lost our business forever and those should sincerely take this review into consideration when choosing where to service their Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram.

We went to buy a new jeep after seeing several online that we liked. Our initial visit went fine. Salesman showed us the model we liked and explained some of the features briefly. Went for a test drive and put a deposit on the jeep. Paperwork was done and we were to return later that week for pickup. That was a much different story. It was busy when we got there and we saw our salesman briefly before going in to see finance manager. He turned out to quite rude and sarcastic when we didn't buy service plan. Actually said we should have saved more money! I was starting to have doubts but turned over bank check towards payment and signed everything. I really came to regret that later. When we came out our salesman was gone on a test drive. Our jeep's plates were on a table there. We sat for a while and then the manager came and asked [ very exasperated] if any one had put our plates on. We said no and he rolled his eyes as if angry. He put them on and told us we could leave. I asked about the service department and he said to come back another time and they would explain about the service and to be sure and award them 5 stars on the survey questions we would be receiving. Fat Chance of That! We were already sorry we had gone there and had turned over any money. We went out to the parking lot area ourselves and got the jeep. We felt totally neglected and "pushed out the door" as soon as our money was turned over. You wouldn't think so, but the rudeness we experienced has actually changed our feelings about the car. Most features were not explained to us and some we still can't work. I have never been back and don't want to go there again after that. Their attitudes were terrible. We are actually thinking of getting something else even though it will be a loss. I have bought probably 12 cars in my lifetime and believe me that was my worst experience ever!!! They were disinterested and rude.

Crowley Dodge Jeep Ram is the only place to buy a new car. They have a huge selection and really want to help you find your perfect car. I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't be happier. They added everything I wanted early & surprised me by letting me take it home before I even expected to be able to!! They were very generous with my trade-in & made the process very easy. I really liked how Kevin Westcott worked with me on the price, making my new Jeep mroe than afforadable. The sales team knows everything about the cars and were very informative. They make sure you're happy and comfortable the entire time. I've told all my friends and family to go there. Run away from this dealership as fast as possible. Once you use their services once, your phone number will be placed on a robo-call listing, which we have found is impossible to stop. When I tried to address this with Mike the General Manager, he was rude and obnoxious, and the rest of the staff was also not helpful. Ken Crowley says if you are not happy, he wants to hear about it, but no one knows how to connect me to him. DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR PHONE NUMBER!!!!

I came to Crowley Chrysler from my home 85 miles away in Marlboro, NY after the Chrysler dealer near Carmel, NY refused to do warranty work on my Pacifica and that was the only dealer I could go to, per my warranty terms. Not to mention they mentioned my car was safe when in reality, it wasn't. I called Crowley, they said it was a serious issue to bring it to them. I went in for service and Tim Stroker(MGR), Mark Antoinetti(Asst Manager) and Steve(Tech) exceeded my expectations. 2 weeks later, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ted Ocyzcnko and Chris Winter. HOLY COW! This dealership is on the ball! Sales and service EXCEEDED my expectations and I WILL ONLY go to Crowley for service on my Jeep. An 170 mile round trip drive, yup, even for an oil change! My family calls me crazy, I call it good business. I HIGHLY recommend Crowley Chrysler for EVERYTHING! They are amazing and I find myself daily talking to family and friends about them. -Anthony

Ken Crowley is true to his word- if you are not happy he wants to know. We purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler in June and had to bring it back to service several times for continued leaks. We were frustrated as the problem could not get resolved and called Ken Crowley. Ken and the staff made arrangements for us to get a new Jeep without any hassle. we could not be more pleased with our experience at Crowley Jeep and Dodge as we also purchased a 2013 Avenger. Brought my Dakota in for a rough running situation, check engine light on showing misfire cyl 5. Diagnosis was bad plug wires and and a misaligned fuel injector causing a gas smell. $513 later, I picked up the truck with no vent, floor, or dashboard air flow. I went back in and asked the service writer if the technicians had done any work on the interior and was told they only were working under the hood. He asked if I wanted to call tomorrow (Sat.) to make an appointment for that new unrelated problem. I declined. Why wouldn't he have asked me to make an appointment then and there? Because he was off till Thursday.I left and the truck started running rough again within 12 miles. After showing the vehicle to another mechanic, it was determined the a vaccuum hose leading to the dashboard was disconnected. Reconnecting the hose corrected the dashboard vent switch problem, but didn't affect the rough running problem.Consider me a fan of never giving Crowley Dodge another nickel.

I visited the dealership this past weekend. I was in the market for a new vehicle. I met a sales consulant and talked about what I was looking for. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and we took one for a test drive. When we got back he took down some additional information and went to work with the sales manager. The sales manager came out and we discussed the numbers. I informed them that I wanted to think about it and would be back the next day to put a deposit down as they didn't have the vehicle that I wanted, but would be willing to get it for me. When I returned the following evening, I walked into the showroom and it was quite busy, but there were some employees that were sitting and talking to each other. So I walked out and looked around at a few vehicles. After a few minutes, I went back into the showroom and there were some additional employees hanging around and talking to each other. Since nobody bothered to greet me or ask if there was anything I was looking for, I walked out and called the sales manager. I left him a voice mail (since he was with a customer) explaining the lack of customer service and that I would be taking my business elsewhere. I am glad that this happened because I was able to find another dealership that offers much better customer service than what Crowley displayed that evening. I have told my friends and family about the experience that I had there and that I will never go back there for a vehicle.

We were impressed by the friendliness of the of the employees from the greeter to the finance people. They were very accomadating from test rides to making appointments that were convenient to us. the entire staff was attentive and professional, they went above and beyond and even mananged to ensure that the side boards which origianlly the vehicle did not have got on before we left with our new vehicle-cannot wait to buy another car there-Mark and Tom you are the best

I was very pleased with everyone who worked with me at the dealershipincluding the Sales Manager, Kevin Westcott and the financial closingpersonnel. I would definitely recommend Crowley to anyone who was inthe market for a new vehicle and I will.

the service was very friendly,they forgot to do a few things when i picked up my new ram 1500,like install the wheel locks,remove protective coating from rear bumper.they did take care of this,after i pointed it out,but after dealer prep.you think this would have been done.

Like always this dealer does not like warranty work three time my jeep want in for service and this is not under warranty but three want to a other jeep dealer and its covered poor mechanical service performance by Crowley again and does not work with customer to help find the low cost to help the customer just do not deal with this dealer

I helped my sister buy her first car, and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mark Carlone knew everything about the Dodge Journey we were interested in, and discussed all of the different options for buying a car. My sister was able to get exactly what she wanted thanks to Crowley Dodge.

I had recently bought a Chrysler Town & Country from Crowley and it has been my favorite van of all time. I few weeks ago the brakes started to sound a little funny, so I brought it into the dealership so they could check it out. Tim Stoker was MIRACULOUS! He knew exactly what I needed fixed, and fixed it right up for me. My car has been riding beautifully ever since! Thanks Tim!!

They did a great job, they help us getting the best rate possible, and they explained all the options and plans,, we are enjoying our new car ( preowned certified).We also like the service plan that was offered. Phil was great, he knows what he is doing.. and especially Adam who delivered the car to us..

went in to dealership to look at cars looking for nissan rogue went to nissan dealer after being ignored by receptionist there inquiring about where used nissans were located finally sent to jeep dealership next door, go next door start looking at cars some women comes out greets us has go into dealership to meet the sales mgr. who then informs us that he's going to get a product specialist who starts showing us cars find one go into do paper work passed back to sales mgr to do paperwork. Delivery day comes around go to dealership greeted by sales mgr. deferred us to another individual to go over the car(did not happen),instead starts going over paperwork inquired about the cleanliness of the vehicle this individual remarks that we have to remember that we are purchasing a used vehicle (Note this was a cash sales)Overall my feeling s referring this dealership to any of my family or friends is highly unlikely based upon my experience with this dealership

I don't remember the person's name that helped me look for the car I wanted and gave me the test drives (because I am horrible at remembering names), but he was extremely helpful and patient. Bob & Andre were very friendly and very helpful as well. And the experience was even greater when I was able to drive out with my car the same day, with registration & plates all setup! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Jon Bryant and the rest of the sales staff were excellent. Jon went way up and beyond to make my purchase as smooth as possible! Jon had his hands full dealing with multiple financial institutions attempting to get a lien release for my trade (they were not cooperative or easy to deal with). Jon was a true professional and spent hours assisting me in that process! Thanks Jon!

This was the best buying experience I ever had. I was made to feel as if I was the only customer and was given their undivided attention. I didn't feel as if I was being pushed into anything. They did everything in their power to make sure I received the vehicle I wanted. There is only one area I wish they would address when purchasing the vehicle is any additional items or services available. Upon pick up I was told about a protection package for the paint and interior. Since I was not picking up the car for 5 days, I could have purchased it and had it completed upon delivery to me. I will definitley recommend this dealer to friends and will return in the future.

After having brake service due to normal wear, the vehicle started leaking brake fluid because they did not secure all the valves. After I returned to the dealership to get the leak fixed I was only able to travel about a half a mile down the road before ai had to return to the service department because the vehicle had little acceleration power and stalled. I was barely able to make it back to the dealer before the vehicle lost all engine power. THis time they forgot to secure the vacumm line.To make up for their poor customer service to me the Service Representative promised me a free detailing job and oil change in writing, and also indicated in writing that this had no expiration date. When I later returned to the dealer for service the Service Department at Crowley VW the Manager refused to honor the free detailing and oil change stating that the Service Rep didn't work there any more-- that he had moved to a different VW dealership and I could go see him there and ask for the free service . I found this suggestion to be especially insulting on top of all the poor mechanical service performance by Crowley
