Walked in to Crowley KIA and inquire about anything else than purchasing a vehicle. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Ted Kramarz and Chris Rosario would not give me any information about what I came for I just want an oil change and maintenance they told me to call and that its closed with a smile on their face. Wipe that dumb smile off your face Take down my name and phone number and have me called but at this location as soon as you buy a car it's over then its just making money of doing excessive maintenance. Highly not recommend for any young people to buy a vehicle there or anyone who has any financial literacy and wants to be treated like a person. They never pick up the phone. When I had a safety recall for my Stinger it was so hard to make an appointment I had to call Kia USA so they will assign me the appointment because Crowley never picks up its phone. I brought the issue up Kia USA. I experience ageism and prejudice whenever I go in there. I have been at this location four times. The only person that I have had a positive experience is Scott Patterson. Highly dis recommend. I have never been to a worse car dealership in my life. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE

Brian Beaudry was very helpful. He got me in on time and explained what he would be doing to my car. He told me how long it would take and asked if I would need anything else. When my car was ready he walked me to the garage and told me what he had done and what to expect. I come from over an hour away and am sometimes worried if it is worth the drive but thanks to Brian and his team I am never disappointed! He is very friendly and knows what he’s talking about.

Do NOT EVER GO HERE. EVER THE REVIEWS AND RESPONSES SPEAK VOLUMES .. Its always. No answer. Or contact management. Scott Patterson is the SERVICE MANAGER.. HE IS MANAGEMENT. He responds to contact who?? Ken Crowley?? We tried. . Our car sat there for 4 months no engine. No answers nothing. Was told by our lawyer due to lack of maintenance the engine blew at 69000 miles. . Had to spend $4700. To pay for engine. On. A KIA. That has 500000 recalls for engine issues. And after $4700 amd 4 months the car came back like it sat in a field for 4 months. THEY DIDNT EVEN WASH IT!! it had grease on the inside. I called another dealer yes WATERTOWN. Now i have never talked to them ever... He goes where did you go. I said Crowley. He goes oh boy. Im sorry .. Didnt even know my name and said. Just come here we will take care of you. Crowley cant even answer the phones there. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AND STILL WAITING ON A MISSING PART 3 WEEKS NOW missing inside the car was suppose to be mailed and was ordered. ... I waited until the car was back because I didnt want to upset my girlfriend to post this. But do not ever go to Crowley

I’m really feeling the need to share with everyone about the exceptional warm welcome we received while shopping for our new Kia Sportage at you about Crowley Kia and how they deliver right from the very start Luke Capelli was at the top of his game he came right up to us to greet and find out what it was we were looking for in a vehicle. Talk about scoring high points, I would give Luke 10 gold stars because he went beyond anything we ever expected even helped us when things and paperwork were not correct by paperwork I mean registration the numbers were not matching (on the registration) we’re not correctly transferred look when ahead and took care of everything. Very exceptional salesmanship knew everything off the top without hesitation pointedly answered all of our questions precisely when we pick up our vehicle it was picture perfect. With a full Car Detail a full tank of gas, this is the first time we ever received a full thing of gas upon driving off a parking lot it was unbelievable! I cannot speak highly enough of this Crowley Kia dealership and a blue Capelli I wish them both all of the success which they deserve thank you. Furthermore I must mention Vicky finance manager another first! To come out after finance smiling, you know Crowley Kia dealership is a place to go for honest friendly and trusting service. Everything that was talked about over the phone (like price, fees, items on car) was the same when I arrived. Rob was true to his word and everything he said was part of the deal was part of the deal. I asked to send the deal in an email and he did. That has not happened with my other experiences buying a new car at other dealerships. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I purchased my car in June 2016 and at that time I was told that it will cost only 20 dollars in addition for warrently. once I reviewed with finance department I came to know that it is more than what has been told to me.At the time of purchase of my car, they added Auto Guard Wear and Tear and when I insisted them not to include it, I have been told that after one month I can call and cancel.I called since then close to 50 times and no one gives me correct answer on status...DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME with them.

Never any problems... only issue was I never received a return call on trading in my forte from Eric to do a new lease. Text, email and calls failed so I stopped trying. Sadly because I like the dealership I will have to seek a new lease elsewhere that will accommodate my terms. At least a return phone call.

Went to Crowley on a Saturday to find a pre-owned car for my sister, a recent widow on a tight budget. We had gotten a Kia there a few years ago, and although it took some negotiating, got a deal. My husband had spoken to Mike the salesman the day before we went and he had a couple cars lined up my husband had seen online. When we got there Rob took over, was very nice and showed us 2 cars in her price range. My sister signed to have her credit pulled, and after waiting for that, We all went over her budget and down payment and came to an agreement on a car she could afford. We were told by Mike and Rob it was a deal, gave a deposit, and made plans to come back Monday to get the car. My sister got everything ready, down payment check, insurance etc. When we got there Rob showed the car, transferred her license plates, while my sister went to sign the papers , and my husband went in with her. They walk out 1/2 hour later, my sister in tears and my husband angry. The contract was $100 more per month than what she agreed to !!! The finance manager John stated that this was the rate for her credit (which they had pulled 2 days before, and made the deal supposedly based on it), and couldn't seem to understand why this payment was a problem or why we were upset!!! We had never received a phone call prior to coming back in that there was a problem! Major Bait and Switch tactics!!! Rob, although very nice, didn't seem aware that the process had not been done properly 2 days before , and Mike was not there. Needless to say we left and will never be back, or refer anyone to this dealership. As far as we are concerned this is fraud and we plan on making a complaint to the State about this as well

I would not give this one star, but that was the lowest I could use. My husband has been looking at mustangs for the last three weeks we went to Crowley Kia because on the phone The Internet manager told my husband that it was going to be $26,000 so we hopped in the car and we drove over an hour to get there in 95 degree weather. We were surprised that the dealership is in a run down factory neighborhood. Between my husband and myself,we have been buying cars for over 50 years each. When we got there they told us the car was 27,500.00!! Plus a dealer add ins of $1500.0! When we said that the Internet manager told us the price was $26,000., they accused us of lying! When my husband said he wanted to test drive the car, they would not let him. The reason that they gave was the price had to be negotiated BEFORE he would be allowed to test drive the car! The sales manager was very offensive to me and accused me of having a bad attitude! OMG, what kind of car sales manager would do that? We were ready to make a quick cash sale and instead, we were treated so poorly that we just left in discuss. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. The people at Crowley dealership were deceitful, dishonest, and lied about their prices to get us into their dealership. It is my intention to inform as many people as I can about this absolutely awful dealership.

Purchased a Kia Soul from Rob on 9/15. This was my 2nd purchase from Crowley, i was tra ding in my 2011 KIA Sportage for this newer Soul. Rob was great and did his job thoroughly. Then turned over to Kara the finance person. I asked her to apply at my credit union and she said she did but lied. She applied to 9 banks and got me a 4.74% loan. With 9 credit inquiries my credit rating dropped 10%. She talked me into the additional service contract for an additional $1663. In Jan. 2016 I went to my credit union and looked into refinance. I was given a 1.2% loan and was told then that there was never an inquiry from Kara to them in September. They told me the service contract was a sham and I should cancel it do I called Kara to cancel. Went in on 2/16/16 to sign the papars. Never filed by Kara even though I called her sometimes twice a week in addition to calling the service company also. Finally called the service company and talked them into letting me cancel and they sent papers for me to sign that I immediately faxed back on 3/28/16. They called back that they had received the papers and cancelled contract and check would be sent to kia. Kia received check on 3/39/16 and I told her to send it to my new bank. Nothing done until I called business office at kia on 4/20/16 and was told they sent check to original finance company. I called that company and was told they had to hold money till it cleared. Called again on 5/17/16 and they mailed check iday. During this time the amount I paid was decreased from what it should have been due to the time from purchase to time of cancellation. I lost $55 due to Kara not doing her job. Also during this time I made calls to Rob, Ryan Derbiano, and Ken Crowley who never once called me back or acknowledged my calls. I have filed complaints with BBB but since Crowley Kia is not a member all they will do is file a complaint. I have also filed a complaint with Richard Blumenthal the Attorney General of CT. I have also contacted the company that did the customer satisfaction survey that o completed when I purchased the car to either refill or change my survey because after dealing with this issue I will never purchase a car from them again.

This dealership is full of liars, to put it simply. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder there a few months ago and went in for my first oil and filter change. Ever since it was done it was leaking oil. Bought it back in to get checked out and they told me that everything was fine, that they just didn't drain the old oil properly and the excess oil was dripping down, they cleaned it and I'm all set. That didn't make any sense. I noticed that they topped my oil off and told me that my oil level was fine too. Oil was still leaking so the next week I bought it to Crowley Nissan. They gave me the right oil filter and a new oil change. They told me that Kia installed an "after market" filter and my car was rejecting it. It wasn't sealing properly. Why wasn't the correct filter used in the first place? Also when I purchased my car we purchased it with a small dent in the door, they promised to take care of the dent at no cost. We made an appointment to fix the dent the following Friday at 12 pm. They even called to verify the appointment for 12pm. My wife took the day off and went there at 12pm only to be treated rudely and told she was late. They said the "dent guy" leaves at 12 and we needed to be there earlier. They said the "dent guy" was mad we wasted his time and left hours ago. But they wasted our time. Here we are months later with the dent still not taken care of because we can't take Friday's off whenever we want. Yes the "dent guy" is only there on Fridays and he doesn't travel to where our car is. Don't go here if you value honesty and integrity which I'm sure you do.

Bait and Switch.I was emailing back and forth with the Internet Manager named Kalani. I was under the impression of trading in my 2015 MDX for the 2015 Cadenza. I will get the Cadenza with them paying me $13K cash. My MDX has an Edmunds.com value of $47K. Kalani was helpful but unfortunately he was playing the Bait and Switch game that I didnt realize until he finally gave it up. Ive asked them to come down to my place of work to appraise my car. At first, he was willing to do so but after a few emails, he said he will take my words for the condition of my car and agreed to have the deal move forward. But there was one big catch. Instead of me receiving a check of $13,000 from them, I actually have to pay $13,000 along with my MDX instead. I was scratching my head and tried to figure out how he came up with that number. My car has a trade in value of $47k, the Cadenza has an asking price of $32,999. So if I have to pay $13K, that would value my trade in for a total of $20K. Thank the Lord I was able to unravel the deal before I went to the dealership to do the paperwork as he insisted. Buyers beware.

They get ONE STAR only because I can't give anything less. Tried to trade my low-mileage 2010 Honda Accord on a newer 2012 Honda Accord. Was told they could not help me with financing because I had no equity in my 2010. Later looked up my used car value and it was $3000 more than they offered. No wonder there was no equity in my used Honda. They were trying to steal it all. But then tried to push me into a brand new 2015 Kia they could finance. REALLY? How does THAT compute??? Wait. Here's the best part. Was told we had a deal on the 2012 Honda and I gave them $2,000 CASH MONEY. When I would not bite on their new KIA and wanted my money back they would not produce a check at Noon, saying I could pick up my check the following day. Next day I go to TD Bank to cash their check and was told that Ken Crowley did not sign off "electronically" on the check and they couldn't cash it until the next day. Went back the next day and TD Bank charged me a $7 fee for cashing THEIR OWN CHECK.

Had the most incredible experience buying a new car at Crowley Kia in Bristol! It was such a pleasure to do business at a car dealership with integrity. A business is only as good as it's employees and this business far exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of dealing with Rob Boyle and Kara who made our purchase effortless, not to mention Peter with his sense of humor. We have purchased a number of vehicles in the past at dealerships that we would never, ever return to because of their poor customer service, we were very leery as to where to go. I researched Kia's online and received many e-mails from car dealerships soliciting our business, we chose Crowley's in Bristol because they were the only one that called us, which was a nice personal touch. Rob and Kara were the best, we went there in the afternoon and drove away with our new car the next morning, for once it actually felt good buying a new car. I would definitely recommend Crowley's in Bristol, CT if you are in the market for a new car. We just love our new Kia Sedona!

I went to Crowley Kia in an attempt to purchase a 2013 Kia Sorrento. Syed Ahmed is my sales person. In summary, they were trying to charge me a bogus $450 additional dollars to "Certify" the vehicle. Their dealer "fees" FAR exceeded a competing Kia dealer. TWO times Syed and I agreed on the terms and the Manager came back and declined to accept the deal requiring more money. I finally thought we got the deal hammered out, and everyone (including the manager) was in agreement, they came back to me and said they would not honor the original trade-in amount. It would need to be $1,000 less with no explanation. I immediately called the Manager for an explanation. After several hours with no call back, I sent an email to the Executive Vice President of Ken Crowley Auto Group (Steve Miller ... smilleratcrowley.com) and told him about this experience. Steve responded to me very quickly and I received a call from the manager asking me to come back in to see if they could work this out for me. Too late. I went to Premier Kia in Branford and purchased from them. I got a better vehicle for a better price with no BS.

The sales person we worked with was Jose. Originally we were going to go through their bad credit program but after they saw we had a nice size down payment, I felt like we were taken for granted and pushed through this sale. Our needs werent addressed because the vehicle is too small for our needs. Even after a big down payment of 16000 we still walked out of their with a 9,000 payment and the car isn't all that. IT has no bells and whistles it's very plain. To add insult to injury it's a 1/2 hour drive just to utilize the free oil change which is part of that 9000 upcharge. The experience was so horrible we have no desire to come this far for an oil change just to be reminded of the mistake we made. Every week my daughter and I say the same thing we are blessed to have a car but we hate THIS car.

I only gave 1 star because negatives aren't allowed. I gave a "refundable" deposit that wasn't refunded. They screwed up the contract even though I was clear that I wanted my deposit back. Then, 6 days after buying a car the sunroof starts leaking. I bought the car and drove 150 miles to pick it up. Peter, the used car manager refused to work with me about the sunroof. The car also came with no floor mats which wasn't mentioned when I asked about the car over the phone. So 6 days into my car I have a leaky sunroof, I'm out my deposit, and I have to buy $350 floor mats. Go somewhere else. Read the reviews on Google. I am not the only one to have these problems. I only hope my review saves someone else the problems I am having.

The worst possible customer service ever!!! The people at Crowley Kia don't even look at you if you're not a prospective new customer. I called in and made an appointment to sign the paper for the gap protection cancellation since I paid off the loan early. I came in and the person there was busy, so I waited for almost an hour just to found out that she will have to take another 2 customers who came after me. I then was told to call and make another appointments tomorrow, the guy also told me that it doesn't matter if you have an appointment, new customers always come first. Then what the point of making appointment in the first place?Will never buy anything from this place ever again.

We recently purchased a used car at Crowley Kia. Unfortunately it is not an experience we would ever want to repeat. Our sales person, Erik, was quite pleasant. If we could have worked solely with him on this sale, it probably would have been fine. However, he had to go through the manager, Ryan, on several matters. Ryan's poor attitude and condescending manner towards a customer very nearly had us leave without the car and assured that we would not recommend this dealership in the future. In addition, the car was not clean inside or out, not even vacuumed - the seats were covered in animal fur and we had to scrape off a piece of candy stuck on a seat. I know this was a used car - but not even a minimal effort was made at making it ready to take home. A follow up call by us after the sale to clarify an accounting question was met with a defensive attitude from Ryan rather than a helpful or forthcoming one.

I went to Crowley a couple weeks ago looking for a new Kia Sorento. I spoke with Chris who had me test drive a sorento and then talked me into putting a deposit down on a specific SUV to hold the vehicle while they worked out the financing. After me calling them for 3 days straight, they finally call me back and told me that the specific car I put a deposit on is no longer in the lot; and it was sold. The sales manager "Craddy" (?????) was very nice while I was there but then quickly turned sour when I asked why the car that I put a deposit on was SOLD. His specific words were "Why are you badgering me?" ... Awful customer service, dishonest people. What do they take a deposit for when they sell the cars anyway???? I've been looking for a 2015 KIa Forte SX with a manual transmission and nav /no luck. I located the car and color i wan't in NY and NJ, but I didn't want to travel out of state to get one. Enter Crowley Kia and Erik Atkinson who I had talked to last year. Erik said sure I can get you that car in two to three days, I just couldn't believe that he could do it. So he and the sales manager worked with me to get the car at the price I was looking for, and the car was at Crowley in three days. Even though the dealership was under construction the car was prepared and presented on time and I love the new Forte SX it's everything and more than I thought it would be. It was time to have my second service with my new car. There was a call to remind me and I booked an appointment within a couple of days with a 12:30 time. I got there and was spoken with immediately and was told they would take the car in withing a couple of minutes and was directed to the waiting room. I was reading the paper and before I knew it I was told that the car was ready. The paperwork was clear and the inspection was well explained. I went out to the car which was backed in, making leaving easier. The seat was in the correct position - it was never so at my previous dealer as I am rather short. All in all could not have been better.

We bought a car at Crowley Kia in Bristol CT. Drove off with it and that's where our nightmare begins. About 4 days later we received a call from Mike Buccheri and he explained that we needed to come down because they found more damage than originally thought on our trade in. He said that we needed to either come down and pay them $2500, redo the paperwork for the deal and write up the trade in for $2500 less, or CLAIM THE DAMAGES ON OUR INSURANCE. I'm not sure how he figured we could do that since we had already removed the insurance from that car the day that we traded it in. He also gave us the option of bringing the new car back and they'd cancel out the deal and give us our trade back. I told him there was no way that we were going to take more of a hit on our trade and that I'd be fine with bringing the car back and taking back the trade. He said he would call me back and let me know where we were at. I'm sure he had to talk to his manager about it. We waited about a day before he called me back. By then he was talking to me like I was a child, and being very demeaning on the phone and said "I'll tell you what buddy, we will take $1500 off the trade value and we will call it a deal. I told him basically I've had the car for a week now that wouldn't be feasible. He was basically harassing me and my wife and making us regret buying the car from there in the first place. Once the sale was over it seems like the good customer service went out the window. We were originally looking for an SUV (Sportage) but figured it might be more sensible to get something that is a little lighter with a little better gas mileage. That's why we chose the Kia Soul. Well I have to say that we are very disappointed with the car. The car gets about 6mpg LESS than what it was advertised on the sticker and I've been feathering the gas. It feels like we have been cheated out of our hard earned money. How could they put these numbers on the car if it doesn't even come close to that. Also, the wind noise that comes from this car is almost unbearable. Car came with the worst tires in the world in snowy weather. Why would put tires that suck on a vehicle that is going to be driven in CT, especially when it's being sold during the winter season. You feel every bump and interior scratches VERY easily. I feel like we paid for a car that is made of plastic and on the same level of quality as a kids toy. Now this kia is going to cost me just as much, MAYBE EVEN MORE on gas than a Kia Sportage with the AWD which apparently gets better gas mileage. THIS REALLY MAKES ME MAD. After our first purchase of a kia we loved it so much that we raved about it to our family and they all went out and bought one or even two to replace their cars and now all my immediate family has kias. This includes some friends as well. I can tell you after this experience we will be telling everyone to stay away from kia, especially Crowley Kia in Bristol CT because we never want anyone to go through what we went through.

The dealership was spotless and all the salesman were friendly and extremely courteous.I would recommend your dealership to others.I gave the workmanship a "2 - bad" solely based on the detailing.The inside was dirty. The buffing on the outside was terrible! There was bare metal on the rocker panel, they did not even dab it with a primer. It looks like they tries to just rush it out the door. My wife spent Tuesday cleaning it for me.My father was in the car business, if I ever let a customers car go out like this one he would have my butt.

THE MOST DISHONEST & CROOKED DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. On February 17, I spent time at Crowley Kia located in Bristol, Ct. Before going to the bank and putting down a deposit, I was assured by Ryan Lanza in Sales that my deposit was 100% refundable if I decided not to go w/ the vehicle. I was hesistant as the receipt didn't state any terms. Ryan assured me they were a reputable business and would stand by what they told me. The following week, I called Ryan and told him that I would not be going w/ the vehicle. He said he would get the refund mailed to me. I also spoke with Tom in Sales the following week. He said Ryan mispoke but that they would honor their terms with me and mail me a check within the next few days. Weeks went by w/ no return phone call. I called this morning (March 4th) and spoke w/ Mike, Manager of sales who said I would not be refunded as his Sales people mispoke. This dealership is crooked and has stolen from me. They do not stand by their agreements. I want a refund immediately. I will make sure everyone knows about their deceitful business practices and will write every review possible telling the public of thier dishonesty. They are complete LIARS and THIEVES.

When I bought the car the man who sold it to me was very friendly, as he needs to be for his job. But ever since then I have had nothing but rude people in the service department and bad repairs done to me car. I paid $14,000 for a car that has had nothing but electrical problems, both headlights blew out at the same time, one of the speakers no longer works, and the AUX jack makes weird static noises when you plug it in. I would not suggest them to anyone as they sold me a lemon for a ridiculous price and when I go in for repairs the part that I got fixed breaks within 3-4 months.

I came in to purchase a vehicle with very little hope that myself, and my significant other would be financed. We both have very poor credit, but the sales team (especially Erik) took great care of us! I never write reviews, but I am writing this one because these employees definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and devotion to the company, and the customer! I was not at all disappointed and even with my bad credit they treated me just as good as they treated anyone else which was a lovely feeling, and not to mention that is hard to find when you are talking about sales/car dealerships. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! The down payment was not outrageous, they gave me a suitable amount for my trade-in and they were just overall amazing! I know this probably sounds a little too good to be true, but I was so so happy with the sales team. I know whenever I need a new car, or service I will definitely come to this dealership. I was also expecting to walk out with a dependable car, however I wasn't expecting to come out with a 2012. When Erik originally showed me the car my instant reaction was "this is exactly what I need, but can I actually get it?" Erik reassured me that he was going to get me into that car! And he did! I couldn't have asked for better. My one and only complaint... When I came off of the lot today my "low tire pressure" light came on, so I will have to make a phone call in regards to that tomorrow, but other than that I am very satisfied with the service, and courtesy of this team and would truly recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. This is definitely a no B.S.dealership and they are not shady or sneaky in anyway!

I called the day before my vacation because on the way to work my tire light came on. I called Bob in service , he said to come over when I could , they would take a look. I ran over in the AM, packed and ready to go, They took my car in, with in 20 mins, , a nail in the tire, fixed and safe. The staff was great and I was safe, the staff is always happy to help. I had a great trip and never worried.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BIG LIFE LESSON. Last August I wanted to buy a used SUV. I was deciding between a Rav4 and a Suzuki Grand Vitara, I found that this dealership was selling a used Suzuki Grand Vitara. I went to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. My boyfriend and I were greeted by Izzy, a floor salesman. Izzy was nice and answered all of our questions. We took it for a test drive and and told the Carfax was clean. The roof had a few dents among smaller dents around the vehicle- izzy said no problem, they'd have them popped out for us before we take it home. Excited for the car, I had one reservation- no USB/AUX connection for music. Again without hesitation, Izzy promised we'd get a simple kit installed before take home. We went through with the transaction and came back the next day to pick up the car- we got there and we were told Izzy was fired. None of the things he promised us were worth anything without him there. After argument after argument my boyfriend finally got them to agree to put in an AUX hookup. We ended up with a makeshift AUX hookup that can only be used with iPhone 4 and only controls iTunes on your iPhone- no pandora, no using your friends music, etc. Furious, what can you do? We called the GM and the owner of the store and left messages (never got a return call). I am still ok, I have the car I wanted and I can only use my phone in the car. A day or two into it, I can't even use it anymore!! It freezes my entire iphone and radio to the point that I have to turn the car off and back on to restart the radio!! I take it back to the dealership and they say there is nothing they can do to fix it - this is the kit Suzuki sells for it. End of story. now, to top off the experience- 9 months later, we find out that this Suzuki was in an accident prior to our purchase. WHAT. THE. xxxx. NEVER BUYING FROM OR RECOMMENDING CROWLEY AGAIN. WORST EXPERIENCE.

We decided on a car and I gave them a $500 deposit. Some items needed repair (tear in the leather, paint chip) which was part of the deal. Everything was scheduled to be fixed within about eight days.Three days later they called and wanted to be paid in full. No, the leather was not repaired yet. Didn't matter, they wanted their money. Very poor customer service because it was really high pressure to finish a deal that they were holding up! (The leather guy was on vacation.) Seven days in, not only was the leather still not fixed, they had sold the car to another party! Then they pulled all their Car Saleman goon moves to get me to look at another car so they could apply the $500 deposit to a new car (a problem they created because they sold the first car!) Then they made me jump through hoops to get the $500 back. Worse experience ever.

I spoke to Mike B. online and let him knew my situation. Mike was flexible and was able to find a car that had everything I was asking for. It is not easy finding a dealership to work with that won't put you through the ringer.The manager of internet sales gave me his phone number just about 24/7 as soon as I walked into the showroom and that is quality service. The Sales Manager quickly settled on a price that worked for both of us with out too much back and forth and had quite a bit of knowledge in his corner of the whole car business at hand. They were polite, easy to do business with and a starting price that I was willing to work with. I like no hassle and I like fast and both of those make a winning combination in my book. The Business Manger was top class, who made signing papers a good experience(as it can be) and again, no hassle and fast! Thank you for a smooth experience!!I will be back when necessary, but hopefully not too soon as it seems they sell quality used cars at great prices.

I picked up my Kia Sorrento last night and I absolutely love this vehicle. Adam worked with me from the time I first stepped on the lot until I drove my car out (and even called after to see how everything was going). He is very friendly and considerate. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was slightly disappointed that the monthly payment was not in the range that I wanted to be in but both Adam and Tom worked together to get me as close as possible to where I needed to be. Overall, I am very pleased with the courtesy and consideration I was given by everyone at Crowley. Before I left, Adam took the time to show me all of the instrumentation on my vehicle as well as setting up my bluetooth access for my phone. We are in our late 60's and were very intimidated by new car buying. Our trip to several very pushy dealerships, plus an overabundance of phone calls from dealers really turned us off and we decided to keep our current car because of the exceptionally low milage. We saw a t.v. add from Ken Crowley and being former Bristol residents decided to give car buying one last try. It was the best decision for us as this is one high quality dealership which sincerely makes you feel like family from the minute you walk thru the door. Mike Buccheri was incredible, a very knowledgable, low pressure salesman, and we immediately felt he was willing to give us a fair deal. We felt that he treated us as though we were his parents and introduced us to all of the gadgets in our new car in a slow, and extremely patient manner. This is truly an unusual, one-of-a-kind dealership and we give it our very highest recommendation. We'll never purchase another car anywhere else!

My husband and I went to look at a 2009 Dodge Journey. We did not take it for a test drive first, but chose to get the trade in value first and the total price. We were offered a fair trade in for our 2004 Ford Explorer. Joey accompanied us during a test drive. It did not take long to see that they were selling a quality used car. Financing was fairly effortless. During our wait we were offered a cold bottle of water several times. When the financing was approved we met with Tom. It occurred to me half way through the transaction that I wanted to see the work order of anything that may have been done to the car before resale. Tom was more than patient stopping the transaction, searching for the paper work and showing us what had been done. I was impressed that tires were replaced, a stability bar and brakes, pads and rotors. We finished with the paperwork. At the time of delivery we had just had a down pour. Joey had pulled the freshly washed SUV into the service bay. The car was dry and shiny- just an added surprise. He also had transferred the plates and given us a few gallons of gas! This was a very pleasant experience- not once did I feel like anything was shady, over priced or compromised. We left with a beautiful car and very happy with our experience at Crowley! Thanks guys! We will be back when we need another!

I went in to buy a car on a Sat morning, I had joey Pellegrino as my salesman,who we had made and appt to see for that morning. Joey showed up late to meet us, then he was annoyed that I wanted to test drive more than one car. Another couple came wanting him to be their salesman so he got even more annoyed with us, when I commented that I was sorry that I was taking up his time he replied " ya well it is only the busiest day of the week" making us feel very uncomfortable. When we finally made a decison Joey made us put down a 1000.00 deposit on the car and had me call my insurance agent and put insurance on the car, when my agent asked what bank was financing us Joey pointed to a bank on a piece of paper and said "tell him this one because it's who we usually use." I had to leave to go to work and all week my husband had been calling to find out what was going on with the car. Buy Thurs of the following week they still had not even run my credit so the following sat we went back in to get our deposit back and they refused to give it back saying we would need to come back on Monday. When I went in on monday they refunded my debit and told me the money would be in my account by the end of the day and I still have not gotten my money back. I have gotten overdraft charges and billed for insurance on a car I never owned. Crowley has not taken any responsibility for any of this. DO NOT BUY FROM CROWLEY!!!!!!! This was the worst experience we have ever had!!!! P.S I went to Berterra Subaru in Hartford on Sat July 21, 2012 and within one hour I had test driven, purchased and drove home in my new car. Go there these people really care about the customer. I was treated like I was the only one there and taken care of in an exceptional mannor. Berterra Subaru of Hartford Is EXcellent!~ Crowley Sucks!

This Kia is the 7th vehicle purchased or leased from the Crowley Auto Network, over the past 18 years. The level of customer service remains consistently high at Crowley.In this case, (due to a limited supply of Kia Soul's) Mike Buccheri worked tirelessly to obtain the vehicle I wanted with the correct equipment package and color choices.It wasn't easy, but in the end they came through for me. I live more than an hour away from Crowley; but the drive upstate is well worth it. Fairfield County dealers are somewhat inflexible and difficult to deal with.

Best car buying experience we have ever had! Never felt that we were being "sold". Joey worked to get us the best price possible on the car we were purschasing as well as the most money for our trade in...and he delivered! He presented us an offer better than we were hoping for! Brendan was great in making sure we got the best IR available and he also walked us through how to cancel our extended warranty on our trade in and actually get money back!! (Something we weren't expecting!!) We definitely felt through the entire process that both Joey and Brendan had our best interests in mind and wanted to make sure we were happy, which we are!! Over a week ago I went off the road with my non all wheel drive vehicle. My mother, who had recently bought a car from Crowley suggested I check it out. I went there two days after my accident and walked out in less than 3 hours with an amazingly priced SUV and the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My experience was so good, that its been 9 days since I bought the car and my boyfriend, brother, and step father have bought a new car too! Good news travels fast! Saw on autotrader a 2007 335xi BMW that I was interested in. I made a call to the number listed late one evening, and instead of leaving a message after hours, my salesperson Joey answered! He was able to answer all questions I had about the car. We set up an appointment for the next evening. I never felt pressured or cornered like I have at other dealerships. I felt very comfortable with the entire process and Joey and Ryan were very helpful! I will definitely be coming back for my next car!

The kia dealer near my house didnt have the model/interior combination I wanted, so I started looking online. That lead me to a dealer in Brooklyn and when I called about a car they were advertising online the woman laughed at me for asking if I could get it for the price listed. So my search continued. Thankfully I found Crowley Kia. I called and left a message on a Sunday and to my suprise Joey in Sales returned my call! I told him the price I saw online, the car I have to trade in, the amount Id like to put down, and where I needed my payments to be. He ran the numbers and called me back and told me it was possible. We set up an apointment for the next day. When I arrived Joey met me at the door and we were off on a test drive in no time! He never tried to upsell me or steer me in the direction of another car I couldn't afford. I got the sense that this is a no-nonse dealership. They are not trying to waste your time and keep you there all day like some others do. I liked the car so we started on the paperwork. This process took a little bit of extra time because I'm in a complicated situation. I live in NJ, Crowley Kia is in CT and I have California ID and insurance... Regadless of the additional hoops they had to jump through to process my sale they never seemed annoyed by my situation which I really appreciated. When I talked to Joe in Finance he never asked me to put down more money than I had orginally disucessed with Joey. He never asked me to make higher payments, and he gave me the trade in amount orginally discussed. I feel like Joey in sales worked a great deal for me and Joe in Finance stood by that deal. I know I was dealing with honest up-front people. Before I left Joey in sales made sure the car was detailed and he even put more gas in the tank for my drive back to NJ. This shows a real commitment to customer service. Now Im in the process of getting registered in NJ and Diane in the office is very friendly in explaining the process post sale which also shows a commitement to customer service. When Im ready to buy again I will go back to Crowley Kia. If you live in the tri-state area just go to Crowley Kia and save yousrself the time, money, haggeling and frustraitions of bait and switch dealers. These people are honest and it was a pleasure doing business there. I couldnt be happier with the entire process! I have the car I want, at the price I can afford! In need (read WANT) of a new car (read SHINY NEW TOY), I reluctantly set out in search of what I wanted. After 2 weeks of visiting numerous dealerships, I came upon Crowley Kia. I say reluctantly, because as most people know, buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Even more so when you intend on going alone as a single gal. It always feels like a red target is printed on my shirt. That was definitely not the case at Crowley. I expected to drive onto the lot and immediately get tackled like I had been the previous 2 weeks but instead found I was given the chance to walk around the lot a little bit before Joey P approached me and asked if I needed some help. Automatically in defense mode I shoo'ed him away and told him I was just looking.. Expecting to hear a 10 minute spiel, I was pleasantly surprised that he just handed me his card and let me know he would be happy to answer my questions if any arose. I walked around the lot and was really surprised to see a lot of variety in what looked like close to new used cars. I saw a few new Kia's that caught my eye and finally decided I should ask for some help. As I entered the showroom, I came in contact with Ryan, who introduced himself to me as the general manager and he answered a lot of questions for me. I then told him Joey P had approached me outside and wanted to discuss the cars I was eyeing. Joey was great. Answered specific questions, gave me more info on my selections and we were off for a test ride. Not once was I made to feel like I was being pressured to buy.. Not rushed through anything. Ted O and Ted B (sales managers) also offered insight on narrowing down my choice. It was nice to see everyone working together instead of the cut throat experience I had witnessed at other dealerships. It was apparent that these guys not only love their job, but love working together and enjoy making the customer happy and comfortable with their decision. My new optima cost a lot less than I was already willing to hand over, so there was no need for the dreaded price haggle.. They were up front from the start. Being in retail myself, it was nice to not have to deal with that. I am truly grateful for the new toy I now have in my driveway and to the guys at Crowley Kia for putting it there for me. I look forward to popping my head in to say hi to them when I stop in for my first oil change. I even got a glimpse of the famed Ken Crowley himself! Great job guys. Thanks for all you did for me. Ryan, you have a great team of guys there! I'll be sure to send my friends your way :)

I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience at Crowley... The team was honest and upfront with everything that was going on. I was coming from 3 hours away, so the deal was made over the phone. When I arrived everything was as described. Over the phone... no games... I had made a three hour trip to another dealer the week before and was extremly upset with how it turned out... lies and games!!!!! So, I was a little worried about making this trip.. I was greeted by my sales associate when I arrived and was introduced to the rest of the team... Everything went as explained during my phone conversations and I drove home in my new Shelby... I work with several people and have a couple of neighbors who happily drive Kias. When I was ready to purchase a new car I shopped around on the internet to price Sorentos. Crowley had the best prices around so I gave them a try. Ted B, Ted O and Rich were very knowledgeable and friendly. Rich knew every aspect of the Sorento and gave me a lot of helpful information. He gave me his business card and told me I can call him any time with questions. I rated this dealer the way I did because I was treated well, I felt like family and the showroom and lot were immaculate. I will go back to them for service when I need it.

Crowley Kia was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience imaginable.I received calls from Ryan then Rich the morning after I inquired online about their inventory. Despite it being only 1 day later, I was already in the midst of getting a great deal from another dealership and I had an appointment to test-drive and purchase a 2012 Kia Forte. I told Ryan this and I said that he would have to offer a better deal than the other dealership in order for me to buy from Crowley. Ryan called me back a few minutes later and was able to quote their Forte at a much better price than the other dealership, even though Crowley's Forte was a more expensive model. I had to bring my 8month old son & my 6 yr old daughter with me as my wife was busy. Rich was extremely friendly and even offered to help me carry some of my items. He had already quoted a great price, so there was no need for negotiating, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. Ryan gathered my information and at one point, I had to return to my rental car as I forgot my insurance card in the glove box. Ryan told me that he would watch my son until I returned. When I got back, Ryan was talking to my son, and my son was laughing and smiling at Ryan . We filled out all of the paper work and rich was very patient with me as I even had to change my son and tend to my daughter multiple times When i told my wife we returned 2 days later, we went back to Crowley Kia to apply for financing and purchase the vehicle. Ryan was out of the office (he told me this prior), but Ted and Joe was assigned to take his place to complete the purchase. Ted was just as friendly as Ryan and was also very patient with us as we had our 8 month old with us at the dealership. Just like Ryan, Ted and Joe had a very relaxed personality and he was very pleasant to work with.When we started discussing financing, extended warranty, and gap insurance, there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE! My wife and I were already approved through our bank; however, Crowley Kia was able to accommodate us with an interest rate that was phenomenal at nearly 4% lower than what our bank approved us for. (No hidden fees and no small print... Crowley Kia plain and simple beat the rate.) When it came to the extended warranty and gap insurance, I declined the extra warranty , got the GAP that covered $6000 from my totaled truck, and their finance department simply respected my decision and moved onto the next item.After all was said and done, I got the car at a price lower than what I thought I could negotiate, at a rate lower than I have ever had, and all with zero-hassle. I left Crowley Kia feeling confident and assured of my purchase. I would highly recommend either of these fine gentleman to anyone looking to purchase a new car.Ryan the General Manager acted more like a salesman who was proud of the product he was selling us and let us know he wanted our business and all of our friends to come see him personally , than some wizard behind A curtain that someone had to o back and forth to get a answer he even gave us his personal cell phone number and told us to call for anything anytime . These guys are the BEST & I HOPE KEN CROWLEY KNOWS IT! I've already sent him a personal letter of my thanks. While working with First Bristol Credit Union to obtain financing on another make/model car, I was cautioned regarding the inflated price I was being charged and it was suggested that I do a more comprehensive search. I was directed to Kia, and found a car that was almost identical to the other car, but was given a price that was thousands less than the original, with extended warranty, and price well below sticker price. I was treated with respect and it was a very comfortable and surprising experience. I pick up my car today, and am thrilled to have come in contact with the people at Crowley Kia.

I purchased two Kia's from Crowley Kia and have then serviced thier regularly. The service department at Crowley Kia is the best. I have dealt with Bob and Scott and they have both been terrific! They are Honest people to deal with, they only sell me on service that I really need. Bob and Scott explain to me critical repairs that should be made immediately and will let me know which repairs can wait until my next visit. The technicians will even take me into the shop and show me what they may have found wrong with my car. Never any pressure, Great service team..HONEST people.. I will continue to buy and service from Crowley Kia
