Matthew Dodok was my salesman, and this was the best service I have ever received from anyone, while shopping for a new car. I felt no pressure during the entire process. Matthew explained everything to me correctly, and when I got into my new car, he was very thorough. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership when considering buying a car, and I will be back on my next purchase, because of the excellent service from Matthew.

I had a great experience! It was very different than your typical pushy dealership. I felt ZERO pressure from our salesperson, Manny. They know they have a good product. They don’t need to convince you of that. The process was fast and simple and I feel I got a very good deal on my ILX A Spec Premium. The finance guy was great and fixed a little snag we had with no problems. Manny showed me how to work everything in my car, hooked up my Apple Play and explained all the benefits of owning an Acura. The free car washes, valet service, etc. really make you feel luxurious. Their warranties are second to none as well! Thank you Crown Acura!

Matthew, the sales person, was very friendly and informative. I would have given 5 stars, but I repeatedly told them what time I needed to leave & they guaranteed I would. Instead, I was out 40 minutes late because they made me do another credit application even though I was pre- approved, they tried to sell products I'd already declined, and they just didn't have a sense of urgency even though I was a guaranteed sell.

Very much appreciate the level of customer service my salesman Vince Cuffaro continues to extend to me. He has helped with tech issues as I acclimate to the vehicle, as well as most recently helped me get a service appointment before an important out of town trip. The whole staff is fantastic.
