My name is Angelica . I recently just purchased a 2007 Volkswagen rabbit , I had gone around to about 4 other car lots and the cars that I was looking in my price range were just so not worth it . I knew I would find a car that would fit my needs as soon as i entered the building . Crown autos showed great customer service , the two receptionist in the front presented themselves right away and helped me find what I was looking for . I got to test drive the car right then and there and I bought it that day . I couldn't be more happier with the car I purchased . It is in good condition and runs perfectly ! Couldn't have made a better purchase anywhere else ! I recommend this car lot to anyone looking to buy a good used or new car !

I went in, interested in purchasing a Subaru STI that day. I was never taken seriously and was told to leave my contact info and the "person who knows that car best" would be back in 30 minutes to call me. I emailed and called after a day of nobody contacting me and they have failed to return those inquires. This place lacks customer service and sales support.

For several I have been looking for a nice Cadillac like I drove as a teen. 1984 Cadillac pooped up at Crown Auto. I and my wife went looked at it on a Saturday. We were meet by sales staff almost at closing time. I told him I wanted to look at it and I will be looking at several others. A few days later we went back the car was there. I met with Eddy we agreed on a price. The car was ready on Tuesday. I have enjoyed driving the Caddy around and turning people's and hearing " great car".

Crown Autos has an amazing staff that will do what they can to put you in the car you want. The staff is really friendly and welcome you into the dealership, Eddie brings in some amazing cars for a great price and will sit with you and work deals. I recomend this place for anyone looking for a great car!

Very happy with the car I bought had problems at first mechanically which they took care of quickly at there own expense. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle. The area i believe that improvement is needed is communication is where they lack. A little bit more time spent improving in customer service could really set this dealership apart from other used car dealerships. My son will soon need a car and chances are even tho i believe they need to improve on customer service its likely i will buy from them again they will do what it takes to make you happy in the end thank you crown autos for my nice used car i can rely on. 02/2015

This car lot seems to have a great positive/negative review ratio and for good reason. I live in Ohio but I traveled to Crown Autos to look at and eventually purchase a 07 Impreza WRX. Being from out of town I was not familiar with the area but the people at Crown made me feel really comfortable from the moment I stepped on the lot. I really enjoyed the way the negotiations for the car went as they did not try to pressure me into buying the vehicle at any point in the process. I also thought they were very honest and up front about the vehicle and I definitely did not sense any deception. They may be a smaller lot but the vehicles they have on their lot are quality.This was my first experience buying a car on my own and i am really happy i chose to go to Crown Autos. I dont know how anyone could have a bad experience on this lot because I surely didn't as I am going to recommend this lot to my friends and family.

My experience overall with Eddie and his employees was very good. I love the mustang gt I bought and it is as good as they said it was. It wasn't perfect, but I didn't pay the price for a perfect one either. It is really nice though, and they were very helpful all the way though delivery to me in Dubuque, Iowa, 6 1/2 hours away. I would buy from them again!

the place is never open nor do they reply to phone calls or emails so i stopped by to take a look they had a couple nice cars and a few junkers whats odd is a car that supposedly has a wreck free carfax was clearly wrecked with multiple places in the front damaged and even some of the(nice cars) had rust were comparable cars in that year and price range didnt also you may notice several different names posting the exact same positive review on them so im willing to bet they have posted most of these reviews themselves crown auto who im pretty sure were operating under a different name a few years ago at the same place are not anybody I would buy a used luxury car from save yourself some bs and go elsewere your conscience was right

I called twice today for getting more information about a car I am interested to buy. Every time I spoke to some sales person, they both told me their store would be open on Saturday from 9am-6pm. It took me 50 miles to get there and once I finally arrived at 3pm the store was closed!!!! When I called their phone numbers they just asked to leave a message! My call was not redirected to someone on call at least to get to the store!! They should delete their announcement on their car ad and inform to call for appointment on Saturdays!!!

My overall rating for this dealership would be EXCELLENT because this was by far the best experience I have ever had when looking for and buying a car. The staff was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. When i first stopped by the dealership to look at the variety of cars the staff showed me all the different models as well as broke down what each one came equipped with. They showed me all of the safety features as well as broke down my monthly payments and showed me the different monthly options. My experience was amazing and I already told my family that Crown Autos in Indianapolis is the place to go for a great deal! Thank you so much for all your help, you made what I thought would be a painful experience a very enjoyable one! I would definitely use this dealership again!

This is by far the best dealer in town, I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealer. I was just over there today and test drove a few cars. They were so kind and helpful! They took the time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured or rushed, unlike other dealerships which stress you out. They were very informed and knew a lot about each car. I tend to be a bit indecisive, but they didn't seem to mind. They let me test drive each car I was interested in and made sure that if I had any hesitations or qualms about the car, that I could try something else. They salesman was great and truly did everything he could to ensure that I was happy and comfortable with the car. In the end, I finally settled on a BEAUTIFUL WHITE TOYOTA CAMRY with SUPER LOW MILEAGE, but their service did not stop there. They continued to help me with the financial part of the sale and ensured that I was completely satisfied with both the car and the financing for the car. In the end, I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I would definitely come here again!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CROWN AUTOS!!!! For great service, friendly staff, and an amazing car selection go to CROWN AUTOS!!!

It was very easy to purchase the vehicle I went in to get. I called in only 2 days before I went to buy it and asked them to fax a bill of sale to my bank and everything went very smoothly. I am surprised on how well and easy everything was! They make it simple if you have a check or cash on hand, and the vehicles they sell seem to be of very good quality!
