UPDATED BELOW! Buyer beware - I flew to St Petersburg to buy our Certified 2014 Yukon Denali from Crown about 3 years ago. Within months, it was obvious that they did some paint work to cover up damage to the hood and bumpers. After taking it to my local dealer, i found out the hood needed to be replaced. I called GM and tried to get the dealer to make it right and their response was "You bought it, so you accepted it as is". So the dealer knew what they did and the certified pre-owned program means nothing. Please avoid buying anything from this dishonest dealer. UPDATE: I was finally able to get a body shop to replace the hood and bumpers. Check out how much bondo they put on the hood to cover up the damage.
