We purchased our Cadillac SRX 4 from Crown Motors at the end of August this year. We came on a Saturday and were traveling from 2hrs away to come look at the car. Due to construction on the highway, we arrived 5 minutes prior to end of business hours for them that day. Despite this, they had the car front and center, waiting for a test drive. Their entire crew worked WELL over hours to see us drive off in our new car that day. They were friendly, extremely helpful and were more than willing to go above and beyond. We love our new car and would definitely make the 2hr drive again to give them our business. Thank you Crown Motors!!!!

I purchased this vehicle in October and am completely dissatisfied with each interaction I’ve had with the sales and service departments and the lack of accountability in completing vehicle repairs promised prior to purchase. I will be looking elsewhere in the future for any and all vehicle needs and will dissuade everyone I know from doing business with crown motors as well as be in touch with the better business bureau, department of state and various other review platforms. *** editing to add detail as the above was published by their company survey platform*** Purchased 2018 enclave with under 50k miles - Vehicle made a ticking sound during initial test drive… after turning off air and radio to listen closely it stopped. After purchasing vehicle it was identified this happens when the heat is on. I was assured this was covered under the vehicle warranty. The first time I was told it was repaired but it was not. The 2nd time I took it to be serviced for this I was told that this every 5-10 second tick is normal for enclaves and that unfortunately is something I will just have to live with it. (I would NEVER have purchased this) -Took vehicle in for promised dent/ scratch repair along with service for sound and when I was told I could pick it up I was then informed service was complete I was told the dent/ paint guy wasn’t in that day therefore the work was not completed -License plate, registration and title were sent to an address I lived at 3 years ago due to them putting the wrong address in on the e-docs. I now have to coordinate replacement with the Secretary of State and purchase a replacement title -I sat for 3 hours waiting for someone to help me complete purchase paperwork. There was then no time to complete it so the paperwork was scheduled to be completed digitally.

I had an amazing purchase experience with Marissa Castillo and Taylor Hopkins. The transaction for my new car was absolutely seamless and in my mind quicker than Carvana (I especially told them and made this clear). Application for finance and overall customer service was top notch and far superior to any dealer I have done business with in the past. I recommend Crown to all looking for a great deal, customer service, and vehicle delivery.

I recently went to this location to purchase my very first car. This process was very new to me, so I was very nervous because it is a huge financial decision to make. All of the staff was extremely nice and I was fortunate enough to have Obed to help me test drive and go over the different cars I was interested in.
