I had a wonderful experience shopping for an used vehicle at Crown Cadillac. First of all, Jason - the sales specialist was just so pleasant to deal with. He is extremely polite and friendly. He is also straight forward and honest (which is a breath of fresh air at any car dealership). From the moment we started interacting, he explained everything well and was so clear on what the sales price and “out the door” price would be for my vehicle. I would recommend dealing with him if you’re ever thinking about purchasing a car at Crown Cadillac. From start to finish, I was so taken back at how professional everyone were. Steven the sales manager was also terrific. He explained everything well and did not pressure me into buying anything extra. He recommended an extended warranty that was fair & competitively priced. Overall my experience was beyond positive and I would recommending these folks to anyone in the market for an used or new car. Crown Cadillac is the real deal!

Scheduled for routine maintenance of oil/filter change, cabin filter change, air filter change, and tire rotation. I caught them not changing the cabin filter and oil filter (oil was also overfilled), they also left my air hose and air box disconnected. Tires were probably not rotated either as I did not mark them, worn patterns looked the same. Anyways as a previous technician myself, I've seen all kinds of tricks and hacks in the car repair/maintenance industry which left me a habit of marking my parts before sending in my car for service so I know the service is actually performed. Upon receiving my car back I immediately noticed my glove compartment was untouched which led me to believe the cabin filter was not replaced, I unscrewed the cover and found it to be the case. The rep immediately attempted to cover up by stating the technician opened it but put the old one back in and expected me to believe that. He also said oil filter looks new, technician put old one back on too? lol he stopped denying until I showed him my markings. Their explanation for oil overfill was they have an automatic dispenser which always overfill the engine a bit, obviously it is not true, when the technician does not change the filter the extra half quart to a quart of oil is still in the oil filter and housing which led to oil over the capacity when they put in correct amount of oil. The car was sent back to the shop and they had the new cabin filter put in and oil filter replaced, what was shocking to me is they had the audacity to claim the oil filter under warranty which they neglect to replace in the first place as oil leak and have GM pay them additional warranty time. After the second time the car was in the shop, oil was still overfilled and air box was still disconnected, I ended up connecting the hose and air box myself and used a pump to pump out extra oil from dipstick hole. The oil which they supposedly changed came out from the pump was extremely dirty and I kept a sample which plan to have my lab friend to do an used oil analysis to see what kind of garbage is in it. I walked into a Cadillac dealership and expected my Cadillac to be treated like a Cadillac, unfortunately I ended up with nothing but disappointments. Do yourself a favor get your work done elsewhere, don't let their friendliness get you. Fraud is a crime with a smile.

I had my Cadillac CTS serviced there once again as I customarily do. My service manager, Mr. Freddy Baez, carefully reviewed with me all the essential things that needed to be completed for my car after he discussed it with the mechanic, Chris, who always takes care of my car. He slowly explicated to me the jobs that had to be done. Since there was a lot, he loaned me a car to drive home so I did not have to wait there for hours. When my car was ready, he called me promptly to inform me the car was washed and ready for pick up. This service department gets one with true professionalism and courtesy. It is a good place to have a car serviced and maintained. Thank you Freddy and Chris.

Freddy will call me with recommendations of service for my vehicle prior to preforming any work on the vehicle. He will explain why it is suggested and let me know the pricing so I can decide if the work should be completed. There are times I am on a budget and I need to stage my repairs. Freddy reminds me of the repairs and allows me to determine the priority and the timeline without pressuring me to fix every item on the list. It is easy to do business with Freddy and Crown Cadillac.

I own a 2014 xts, I was parked in a store parking lot,when I got home a noticed someone hit my passenger side front fender leaving a dent over my wheel.I took the car to get a couple of estimates which I thought was way out line. I then decided to bring my car to the dealer where I was helped by Freddy who works in the service department he ask if I could wait around because it was the day their dent guy was coming in and he would look at it to see if he could fix it. Freddy let me know when he got there and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. When the job was done Freddy came to get me with a big smile on his face and said I think you will be happy. Needless to say I was very happy NO MORE DENT! Freddy Baez is the Best!

An absolute breeze from start to finish. I was treated like a queen! After taking a quick look online, I made an appointment with Andy, who was an all star. This made the process, quick and easier. Andy had the type of car I wanted, the style and an idea of what I was already looking for. After going over and and all questions, and having the car I liked already pulled up to the front the day of our appointment, and we went on a test drive. Not having owned a Cadillac previously I had a lot of questions, all were answered with care and professionalism. I will absolutely recommend Crown and Andy. I picked up my car a few days later, it was perfectly detailed, and ready to go. Every member of Crown treats you like family.

The service department particularly the Service Manager ("BILL") was timely, courteous and quite knowledgeable!! I was stranded on the highway for several hours, called CROWN Cadillac and he proceeded to assist me and after my car was tolled in, quickly resolved the serious issue with my vehicle. The Salesmen, especially Emmanuel "Manny" has proved to go far beyond accommodating in providing excellent service, professionalism and yet treating clients like family. 1st oil change. They even washed my car! I was treated like a VIP with all the amenities such as coffee while waiting and asking the service representative questions about specific features that my car had that I didn't understand. He went over the programing of the DIC and now I'm very happy to know how to change them myself! This is an Excelent dealer who really appreciates their customers.

I have purchased many new cars and I can say with certainty that our purchase of a new Cadillac SRX from CROWN CADILLAC was one of the smoothest vehicle transactions I ever had. This is our third Cadillac purchase (after years of BMW) so we are familiar with the luxury car market dealerships.We traveled to Watchung NJ, from Monmouth County, after getting the bait and switch runaround from the skunks at a local Cadillac dealership. I assure you it was very well worth the trip.Crown knows how to conduct business with honesty and fairness.The salesman, Craig Sussman, was professional in every way. Craig handled every question and request with courtesy and good humor.When there was a small smudge on the vehicle interior he immediately brought it right into service and had it thoroughly cleaned. Rather than worrying about making a commission for another sale he stayed with us while the detailing was being conducted. That is old fashioned service!.The General Manager Jeff Genovese is hands-on. He was extremely attentive, taking time out of his day to personally ensure that we were totally satisfied with all phases of the transaction. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I also have to note that it was very refreshing not to get the hard sell for high mark-up add-ons, (that a lot of other dealerships push) from Jerry Papp, the business manager, that prepared the final sales documents. The bottom line is, Crown Cadillac is, in our opinion, the perfect combination of Value (Great Price), Service, Selection and most of all Integrity. They certainly earned our business and they now have a new customer for life.

I was greeted with respect and shown the facilities. We discussed the problem with the car and I enjoyed the waiting room while my car was being worked on. The repairs were accomplished in one hour (I was told to expect two hours) and the car was washed & returned to me in great shape.

My wife's lease wasn't up until July and I had received a phone call from Crown Cadillac's pro-active salesman, Andy Athanasopoulos on Wednesday March 26th, where he explained a current leasing program that he thought I'd be interested in. I was, but I'm a CPA and this is the busiest time of year for me but Andy assured me the process would be quick and simple if I decided to take advantage of the current program, so I made an appointment for that same Friday at 4 pm to go over the details and by 6:30 pm I drove out in...well my wife did, in her new Caddy SRX. It was by far one of the most most professional and simple car buying experiences I've had.

I asked to have someone look at the paint on the hood of the car as it appears to be a re-paint. I had brought this to the attention of the sales staff and they referred me to the service dept. At the time of my recent service appt. I asked to have the hood examined and was told that it had to be by the service manager who was not in. This means it will take three visits to get someone to follow up on my request.

I needed to know if a new set of keys would be covered under my extended warranty before I brought my car in for service. I called my sales representative, John Restivo, and he contacted Jerry Papp, who left me a voice message that it was covered. Then, I called Freddie in the service department and he took care of everything. Crown Cadillac always makes sure that both sales and service go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Dealership is great and we got an outstanding deal on a jeep liberty that was used and in great shape with low miles. the headliner was sagging and we brought that to attention and Manny took the car in and gave us a new headliner free of charge. Go to Crown Cadillac for new and used vehicles. You wont be sorry! No pressure no games and no price changes my sister has had the car for a couple of months now and it is great with no problems. Manny even emails us sometimes about specials and promotions on new Cadillacs.

I had a problem with my windshield washer, and I called and they ask if I could bring my car in by 4pm.Freddy was there as usual, he requested I visit the lounge area until the car was ready, on the way ask if I was interest in having coffee. In about 25 30 min he returned and informed me that the problem was resolved and the steps that had been taken to avoid this problem in the future. Concentrate washer fluid was being use and that should cover it. He also said if this did happen again try once and let the weather run its course. I also enjoyed the car wash which made my car clean after a week in the harsh weather. Thank you to all and the quality of service provided are always outstanding.

I called the service dept. and ask if I can still be serviced since I am already latefor that day.I was able to contact Freddy since John was off on that day and he accommodated me. Manny (Emanuel Schuller) was excellent. He answered all my questions and followed up on everything asked. He was honest and the negotiations painless. Extremely easy transaction. Paperwork process took 10-15 minutes and didn't have to meet with several people like I did at other dealerships. Despite being busy that day, they rushed to get the purchased truck prepped so I could surprise my wife that night and took care of my existing car by locking it up in the service bay until the next day.

I am not at all satisfied with Crown.In August 2012, I negotiated with Andy to buy a 2013 XTS.Crown was not the best price, however, Andy told me any time I came for service, I would be offered a loaner car and my car would be washed.Not true.When I came in for service last week, Freddy Baez said I did not qualify for a loaner car because he estimated my service would take approx. 1 1/2 hours. Any service less than 2 hours does not qualify for a loaner car. When the service was completed, I drove my car out of Crown. It was then I realized the interior was not cleaned. I emailed Freddy and he told me that I did not ask to have the interior cleaned, therefore, only the exterior was cleaned.Part of the service was rotation of tires. I am surprised I did not have to specify left side AND right side !I am not at all satisfied with Crown.

I've leased and owned high-end foreign automobiles for three decades now and have come to expect a certain level of overall customer satisfaction when having vehicle serviced. I though Lexus offered the singularly best brand of customer service of all. Crown Cadillac is right there with the best of them in terms of personnel, friendliness and effectiveness.

Waited 4.5 hours on a Saturday for an oil change. The car was returned filthy and unwashed, the excuse was they were understaffed and did not have time to wash it. No window sticker telling me when the next oil change was due.THEN when I got home I noticed on the paperwork, they put REGULAR OIL in when my vehicle requires SYNTHETIC. I take it here and pay the extra money to avoid this type of mistake. When I brought it back Monday, they blamed it on me, told me it is my job to double check their work and still charged me for a synthetic oil change...Bottom line, even though I live two minutes away. I can't go back. As long as I have this car, I will drive to Totawa and let Brogan service it. We were considering a Cadillac for my wife's next vehicle, now we are not.

I have always had a pleasant experience when I bring my Escalade in for service. This was another exceptional visit. I always wait while my car is being serviced. I like making an appointment,. When I arrive, my car is taken in . In a reasonable amount of time, my car ready. The service ends with a car wash. Bill Friedman is my service advisor and is an excellent advisor. He keeps me posted on what the findings are if I have concerns about the performance or appearance of my car. If the problem is not covered, he advises me of the price and gets my o.k. before making the repair. There are no surprises at the time to checkout. I must mention that there are two waiting rooms with televisions with DirecTV service. The waiting rooms and bathrooms are always very clean-- thanks to the gentleman who is constantly doing housekeeping. In one of the waiting rooms, complimentary coffee, tea, and hot cocoa are available. I am very comfortable and pleased with Crown's service. Everyone is pleasant, including the clerical staff in service and the sales staff when I browse around the showroom.

This dealer goes way out of it's way to satisfy customer. It has a fleet of new cars to lend to customers during warranty repairs, performs a terrific job, and on addition will wash and details the car being serviced. When the car leaves the dealer, it feels and looks like a brand new car. When I arrived for my service appointment, I was greeted by Bill who advised my of all of the service bulletins issued for my vehicle. Since it would take a few hours, I was offered a loaner vehicle right away to use for the day. I was also given a free tank of gas and a $50 gift card from Cadilliac because of the inconvenience. So far, I like the new Crown Cadilliac!

I was going to have my wife pick me up but they saw me admiring a new xts Platinum. I was very impressed with the car.I'll be working my wife to trade in her 2006 Mercedes s class, at a fraction of the price and with the features it comes with I'd rather have the xts in my driveway. He is knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to assist in any way possible. "No" or "we can't" is not part of his vocabulary. Personal attention is Crown's hallmark and it is easily seen in Freddy.

I went in to detail my 2011 SRX and I figured jokingly let me see if I can just get a new car. So I walked in the show room and there was Ron whom I never meet before he said "Hi how can I help you today" I said wanna get out of my lease and into a new ATS he "Ok no problem lets get you into a new car today" and that's what he did. He made everything so easy I couldn't believe I was getting a new car so fast. I recommend him 100% the whole Crown Cadillac team are first class.

Overall, I find the Crown Cadillac Service department to be rather disappointing.I will say the dealership markets their service capabilities well, as I get frequent advertisements regarding check-ups and services that will help me "avoid" costly future repairs. Their service reps, smile and say "yes sir" and "no sir" at all the right times, though they don't always seem to know their product as well as I think they should. For example; you can't rotate the tires on a 2005 SRX, they are different sizes front and back and have a unidirectional tread patterns so left to right is also not an option, so please don't tell me that tire rotation is part of the service - it lessens my confidence in you as a Cadillac subject matter expert.As part of my most recent service, which came with a price tag of more than $3500 to replace worn items on my impeccably maintained and serviced car with 75K miles - motor mounts, leaking rear bushing seal, emission service (adding a pint of additive for $165 bucks) etc., I also included the suggested "transmission flush service". Unfortunately, even after claims my vehicle was properly road tested, my wife managed to drive a half a mile from the dealer before the all the transmission fluid leaked out and the car had to be towed back to the dealer. Of minor note, but something you just assume will be taken care of, even after "reattaching the transmission hose", the service "technician" didn't bother to reset the "transmission fluid life" indicator on the DIC. C'mon...Crown has apologized. I've asked for a letter indicating that they will assume their share of responsibility for any future transmission problem based upon their negligence. Though I was assured I'd receive this, I haven't heard back from them on that yet. So, major bad + minor bad + reasonable yet unfulfilled expectation that a $3500 service would be given the proper attention = DISAPPOINTING experience. I hope that if you choose Crown service, your service is better.

My service agent, Mr. Fredie Baez, is great! You phone him for an appointment and explain to him what your need is or problem; he listens and carefully advises you what to do. When you arrive at the service department, he greets you with a smile and takes down the essential information needed to service your vehicle. In addition, he inquires if you would like to remain for the car while it is being serviced, or if you are interested in a rental/ride home while your vehicle is being serviced. Furthermore, Mr. Baez keeps one informed of the car's service progression.

Service department took my car for an oil change at last minute notice and had me in and out- with a car wash- within an hour. Excellent service, no pressure to buy services or parts beyond the oil change I cam in for. I also caught up with my sales rep while waiting for my car, he is extremely friendly and remembers my sale from 3 years back. Cashier was also extremely friendly.

My experiance was great. John O'Caroll took good care of me as did Fred Baez. The only negative(and believe me this is very minor) is in the waiting area I was sitting in, the TV was "blasting". I am sure a customer turned it up but maybe every now and then a employee could stick thier head into the room to check it out but again a very minor negative.

My service attendant, John O'Carroll, the ass't service manager, took excellent care of me yesterday when I came in for routine service and oil change. He is a great communicator and kept me informed. He told me how long the wait would be and made sure I knew the "lay of the land" so I could be comfortable while waiting for my service to be complete. Overall, he was very professional and just the right amount of attentive. I would highly recommend Crown Cadillac's service dept. to anyone.

We could make the whole process in our language: Spanish. The seller who helped us was Fabio Berruecos. He was very professional and polite. He gave us confidence at all times. This dealership is like none we've ever experienced.From the floor salesman to the parts salesman to the car wash crew, everyone made us feel like we were part of the Cadillac family even though this is our first. The atmosphere is very pleasant and when you venture into the showroom, you feel like you're a part of something big. We enjoy just going back for a complimentary car wash just to see the new vehicles or check out the latest accessories even though there are many car washes in our area. From the moment I enter the Crown Cadillac Service Department I feel special. They always remember your name and have your favorite loaner car and color waiting for you.The service department is made up of expert mechanics that treat your car as if it were their own. They never recommend work on your car that is not necessary.My favorite part is getting my car back in better condition than when I drop it off!

I heard about the dealership just from driving by and I decided to go in and look for a used CTS. After discussing price with the salesman and not being able to make a deal I left. The salesman did not seem very knowledgeable about the car which was a turn off for me. Later I received a phone call from a well spoken GM-Jeff who was willing to work hard to put a deal together. Although I didn't purchases a car here (i had already found one) I would recommend to friends to go see the new GM if they are looking to buy a cadillac.

After John found there was no parts to fix the problem, he ordered parts from the manufacture promptly. After the parts was in, he called me immediately and set appointment to fix it. Just purchased a Cadillac Escalade ESV from Crown and have an H2 Hummer. This is my first experience with Crown Service (the H2) and it was exceptional. It was my first service visit to Crown and it went well. Mr Friedman explained everything to me and I was able to wait and return to work that day on time. The only complaint I have would not be about Mr. Friedman. It's the free car wash. Each time I have been to Crown, there is too much of a delay with car washing. Even though Mr. Friedman set it up to be washed, it took too long and subsequently I decided not to wait. I would take it to my local car-wash instead. Other than that, my relationship with Crown is great.I also had occasion to stop and speak with Ron Kramer, "my sales consultant," who explained the process necessary to purchase my lease vehicle. He has always been helpful and supportive. The team makes me feel "special." I hope they keep up the good work.

Freddy Baez keeps track of what needs to be done with my car. He schedules my appointments at my convenience. When I come in, he always accompanies me to the waiting room and makes sure that I am comfortable. He tells me approximately how soon he will be back to tell me how long the work will take. Since it was a 25,000 mile check up and a few other things that needed to be done, it was going to take a few hours. He offered to give me a loner car, but I opted to wait. Freddy came back several times to let me know the status of the work and to see if I needed anything. When the work was completed, Freddy went over everything to make sure I was informed and satisfied. While I was waiting, my sales associate, John Restivo came by to say hello. Crown Cadillac is so accommodating and attentive to customers. Everyone is friendly and does their very best to make sure customers are a top priority. I would never even consider going anywhere else to service or purchase a car. I feel very confident that when I recommend Crown Cadillac to people, they will be well taken care of.

I bought a used car from Crown Cadillac. When I test drove the car everything seemed fine. The sales associate was very attentive and promised to take care of the few minor problems with the car before I came to pick it up. When we came to pick up the car, the problems were not taken care of. However, we were promised that when the license plate came in, the problems with the care would be taken care of since they were mainly cosmetic. Instead they mailed the plate to me. When I called we set up a time for me to bring in the car. They said that they would paint the scratches that happened in between the time we looked at the car and when we picked it up, and they would replace the wheel lock since they did not have a key for it. When I was called to come pick up the car, I was informed that they didn't replace the wheel lock, instead they took it off, leaving my rear tire open to theft. Also they didn't paint the scratches because they didn't have the appropriate paint color and it would take another 4-7 days for it to come in. I found this to be extremely unacceptable because they sold me the car so they had all the information they would need to get the right color, and they knew when I was coming in. When I voiced my complaints with the service manager, I got very non-commital answers and was patronized. I left with them saying that they would put a new wheel lock on but that they would only touch-up the scratches, because I bought the car "as-is", which isn't true. During this time I found out that they had rigged my converitble top so that it would appear to close properly, but once I put it down I realized that it would never go back up correctly. They were rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend them to anyone, in fact I would warn prospective buyers away from them. The only reason I will be going back to them is because I bought the car there so they are doing these services for free. DO NOT patronize Crown Cadillac.

My recent visit for service was on an emergency basis. My Esdalade failed to start, just when my wife and I were scheduled for a Get-A-Way Weekend. Crown Cadillac is where I purchased my SRX and is local enough for me to bring my vehicle there. Fabio is my salesperson and has always been available for me during the sale and after the sale. I prefer Bill Friedman in your service department because he listens and responds appropriately. I asked to have my car washed and the interior vacuumed and was advised that was not part of the washing car service (Bill did not tell me this). However, the interior of my SRX WAS vacuumed and I assume Bill made that happen.

In short, I have been a Cusomer of Crown Cadillac though the Leasing of 2 Sevells STSs and the leasing of 04 Escalade, culmintating with the purchase of an 07 Escalade.That being said, for the most part of have been very satisfied with your Sales Department and most satisfed with your Service Department. The Service Department and it technical support staff have maintained and provided appropreiate diagnostics in the resolution of my needs to date. The entire staff has polite, couteous and timely in their responses. They have also provided proactive consutation regarding the continued care of my Escalade, for which I have tried to respond in kind in an effort to keep me and my Family safe while operationg my vehicle. Which has also been most helpful while trying to avoid unwanted/additional repairs cost.The Crown Caddilac Service Department efforts and dedication to service is greatly appreciated.Sincerly,Randolph C. We purchased a used 2007 Jeep Wrangler X from Crown Cadillac. We went there based upon their rating at this site and the price of the vehcile we were looking for.The salesman, Andy, touted the "great" condition of the car, and gave us a Carfax which stated "Engine/powertrain computer/module checked" by them. We test drove the car and it seemed in good shape. Until we drove it home! By the next day it was making a loud tapping sound. It was hard to notice at first unless you stood outside the car while someone lightly revved the engine, but over the course of the next day it got much louder. We drove it to our mechanic of 20 years who said: it needed a new engine. So we went right back to the dealer with the car, tapping all the way.I knew that the Lemon Law warranty period is very brief so I wanted to get it taken care of right away. Their service manager, Mauro, agreed to look at the car. An hour later he told us there was nothing wrong with the car, that it was not making any noise and to "go ahead, try it." Sure enough the tapping could not be heard. I called my mechanic to ask if it was possible that there was actually not a problem and he emphatically said no, and explained that they could have put an additive in the engine that would temporarily quiet the sound. He suggested I drive it for while and have them look at it again when the noise reappeared.I told Mauro that I wanted to drive the vehicle around for an hour or so and then have them look at it again, but he absolutely refused, feigning insult that I would even think they might put something in the engine. (You've heard the saying "He doth protest too much"?? He said the car had no problem and to just take the car home.But I refused to drive the car back home. I was sure they wanted me to go over that 1000 mile warranty period. Even worse, I (a woman) might get stranded on the highway 75 miles from home.I went back to the sales manager, Luis, and told him what was going on and that I did not feel safe driving the car. Funny thing, when I told him I wanted to drive the car for a while and then have it looked at again in case there was something masking the noise he said "If they put something in the engine it would quiet the car for a few days." Hmmm...I told him that since my mechanic said the engine was bad, and their service manager said it was fine, that we needed another opinion. Luis agreed to pay to have a Jeep dealership of my choice look at the car for a diagnosis. I found one four miles away and arranged to drop the car off after hours there, but was quite upset that I had to call for someone to come 75 miles to pick me up because Crown did not have a loaner car for me to drive home in as the "woman with the loaner car keys had just left." I had been at the dealership for over two hours -- they should have made sure I had a laoner car before she left. Instead I sat alone at the Jeep Dealer for almost two hours waiting for my ride.The next day the Jeep dealer's service department found that it indeed had a bad engine - the noise was coming from internal enigne rod bearings - and they said that it would cost between $6000 and $7000 to repair! Yikes! That was half what we paid for the vehicle. He said there was no way the dealer did not know there was a problem with the engine.While it was there, the Jeep dealer also did several recall repairs that had not been done.After the diagnosis, Crown agreed to take the car back and cancel my loan, although not without a week's delay because the general manager "was not in."Debbie was extremely helpful during the loan cancellation process. She made sure all of the proper paperwork was sent (and resent) so we could finally buy a different (Certified) vehicle. Thanks, Debbie, for your repeated contact with the finance company and your patience with us during that time!Honestly, I was not going to write anything about this dealership despite our very bad experience, since they DID take the car back (perhaps because I mentioned my attorney?) but upon seeing that this vehicle is again being sold, and it does not mention a new engine (the only way to repair the problem) or show any repairs on the Carfax, I believe they are reselling this vehicle in the same condition to the next buyer who will get a vehicle that needs a repair that costs half of the purchase price. They may be good at selling new Caddy's but DO NOT buy a used car here!!!!!

I purchased a new car from Crown and it was nothing but a nightmare, from the 6 hour ordeal to the deceptive practices changing interest rates and monthly payments after we negotiated a lower price. Buyer beware, you will be sorry..... A very unhappy Customer !!!!!

On june 28,2012my wife and I vistied Crown Cadillac to inquire about leasing a new CTS. I met with Mr. Ron Kramer who was very cordial.We sat at his desk and he went over every detail of leasing the car.He covered all aspects f he car, no questions went unanswered and he was very through in his respondes. He made my decision to lease the car very easy. The next day we went to pick up the vehicle, and Ron went over everything in the car omitting nothing, including the on star program.He gave us a tour of the entire faculity to include the service department.Ron Kramer and Luis Pacheco and rhe rest of the Crown Cadillac team should be commented for the honest and hassle free purchasing experience we went through. I feel very confident when I bring my car for service at Crown this will contine.

I requested a remote starter,I was told what I needed to do and they made an extra call so my trip would be a success. They got me in and out in less than 5 min wow.I was informed how long the work really would be and told they would call when car was ready. The price was the one given the day before. I was explain and demo how theremote starter was to work. I enjoyed the speed of service and the time was given to make sure I understood everything.

The overall service at Crown was excellent, from the time I walked in to the time my car was finished,the service was exellent, I though that my tires needed rotating but the service person took me out to check out the milage and explained everything to me.

I have a Chevy Trailblazer which has needed to have a leaky sunroof repaired. After many unpleasant experiences with Chevy dealers, iI went to Crown. The service was excellent, and they fixed the problem. Now I only go to Crown for service. Freddy takes excellent care of me, and it is always a pleasure to deal with him! I always reccomend Crown to everyone as a result of my positive experiences with the service department.

I recently purchased a used Cadillac from this dealership (my first luxury car). I called ahead to make sure the car was still there and, when I arrived the next morning, the car was spotless (inside and out) and ready for me to take for a ride. Mr. Restivo was prompt in providing me with the car's history and all the relevant information I needed to make a decision. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful in every step of the process. The purchase went so smoothly that I was able to drive there from Manhattan, purchase the car, drive home, and then get to work on time at 3:30 pm in The Bronx. Thank you all, again, so very much!

Yes, in a heart beat! I entered the dealership with hesitation on the affordability of the vehicle I wanted. Mr. John Restivo approached me I made him aware of my dilemma. He but me at ease and told me he might be able to make my numbers work. He Did not promise or pushed. HE WAS FABULOUS!!! with in one hour he made it happen. He dealership was excellent. Everyone I came in contact with that day were not your typical "car sales men" Loved it and will highly recommend it.

Mr. John Restivo was gracious and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He addressed my needs and what I was Looking for in a car. He escorted me to the array of cars available and offered me the opportunity to drive the new CTS2012 coupe to which I did. He sat down with me after the drive and enlightened me about the other perks associated with buying the automobile. He was knowledgeable and informative in assisting me to make the right decision. In addition, when the car was ready for delivery, he was thee to greet me and explain anything else to me that was not handled in the first visit. He also took time to assist me in setting up On-Star as well as the Sirius system.Because he has conducted himself in a fine manner throughout the past twenty years or so, is one of the reasons I will continue to purchase an automobile at Crown. He is a kind, honest, and caring salesmen.

John Restivo was very good to work with.I appreciated his honesty that he had never sold an Escalade Hybrid before. Still, he took the time and effort to help me learn about the car's features that I wanted to know about. He didn't bruhs me off. Plus, I learned later, that he still came in that day to see me off even though he had a major personal problem at home. It would have been very easy, but not right, for him to hand me off to one of his peers.Although I don't have a timetable in mind on my next Cadillac purchase, John and Crown are at the top of my list.Thanks John!

I called the dealership and spoke with Art in sales. I inquired about a discrepancy between the color of the car listed in the description and the pictures. Art was exceptionally rude and denied that there was any discrepancy. When I again asked why the description said blue and the photos showed a gray car, he exclaimed that there must have been a mistake. All I wanted to know is whether the car shown in the pictures was the car in the description. Art has cast a terrible shadow of irresponsibility on this dealership that I doubt I will be able to overcome.

I have been coming to Crown Cadillac since I got my CTS Lease on 2007. I recently got into a 2012 Cadillac SRX and so far I have no complains. Service is excellent. Service Advisors are not only friendly but knowledgeable. I recommend Crown Cadillac to all my friends and family. I even bring my other vehicles to Crown since they can service every make and model.

I was shopping for a used Cadillac DTS, went to a few dealers. I always tooks my two sons with me ages 13 and 15. The first few dealers would not even pay any attention to us when we walked in. Curtomer service is a key issue when making a purchase, at Crown Cadillac we were welcomed in, asked if we needed assistance, even offered a beverage. The sales team was very helpful, needless to say we purched our certified DTS Cadillac at Crown Cadillac. You will get a very good price and superior customer service.

I came to Crown when I was looking to purchase my first CTS. While the salesman was nice to speak with and friendly, he would not allow me to test drive the vehicle. He drove around while I had to sit in the passenger seat. How are you supposed to tell if you like the way a vehicle drives if you aren't allowed to drive it??? I also found Crown's prices to be exceptionally overpriced. There are so many surrounding Cadillac dealerships that had much lower prices and were willing to negotiate (they said the price is the price). Needless to say I purchased my CTS elsewhere.
