I had to bring my car in recently to get my windshield nozzle replaced and I contacted the Service Manager Brittaney Sturgill and she helped me set my appointment, and made this visit very quick and easy like always. I've been going to Crown to get my car serviced for over a year now, and every experience I've had has been absolutely wonderful! Crown Kia has an outstanding service facility. I took my soul in for a few warranty items and an oil change. They were fast and friendly. I had my old car towed to Crown and was very anxious about the possible repairs since I had already spent a ton of money on my 10 year old Jeep. Danny Flaherty greeted me with nonthreatening hello. I asked to sit down with Danny just to discuss financing since I wasn't sure if a new car was even a possibility. Danny Flaherty made my car buying experience anxiety free. Danny was professional but yet warm and friendly. I wasn't ready to buy a new car for many reasons, but Danny was patient and helpful as he answered my many questions. As a woman, the car buying experience can be stressful and intimidating. However, I would recommend Danny to any of my friends whose least favorite thing is to buy a car.

I'm so pleased with my experience with this dealership. When I parked my car I started to look around for cars but was not sure which one I wanted. Eric immediately came out and asked was there anything he could help me with. I let him know the prices I could afford , the make and model I was interested in and the interest rate I was aiming for. He Wrote all those things down and showed me each car that fit the description. He could have pushed me to buy the more expensive car for a bigger sale but instead he helped me drive off in one that I could afford. I appreciate him because without him I probably would still be shopping around for a new car !

Having our car serviced by Mark Nelson and the technician he assigned to the job was easily the most efficient and best handled "job" we have ever experienced. Mark explained his thoughts, how he would have it fixed, the sequence of events which led to the conclusion. We have nothing but "praise" and "thank yous" (which seems very inadequate for the way in which Mark treated us) .

I had my car towed to the service dept. on a Saturday afternoon without any notice I was on my way. Brittaney Sturgill the Service Manager and the great technicians had the alternator and fuel pump replaced the same day within an hour and a half. Can't ask for any more than that! Thanks again!!

Took 8 days to get in to get my oil changed. Way too long for a 15 minute oil change. Was suppose to be complimentary service for buying the car, customer service failed 3 times to get it right. Total oil change took about an hour which I felt was excessive. Did speak with Brittaney Sturgill and she apologized for the service received. I would not recommend the dealership ti have service repairs done. Personnel were all polite and attentive.

My Sales Representative was Lew Ash. He was very helpful in making my "long distance deal" work. I live 300 miles from Crown Chrysler Jeep but was willing to make the long drive because they had the exact car I wanted, and Lew was willing to do whatever it took to help me buy the car. My Lincoln was having a issue with the airbag light I brought it in for service and luckily it was not a huge repair . Jerry was my technics shin and even though this is not a Lincoln dealer he was very knowledgeable on my car was able to fix the issue simply by reconnecting the shock cord that had came loose . I am a visual person and my advisor Britney Sturgill took me back to my car to show me what had came loose and you needed to be reinstalled thank you for not trying to sell me anything I did not need. This was a quick fix and what a stress relief that I didn't have to spend 1000 dollars . I was told by another dealer I needed a new air compressor which was incorrect information . I'm glad I brought it to crown they are always honest and trustworthy

He worked with me to accommodate my schedule while getting some options added. He provided top notch post sale support to ensure I had no concerns or problems. Mark Nelson took care of adding on the trailer brake and ensuring I understood how to use it. First experience with Crown Service was as good as the sale.

I recently had to schedule an appointment to have some transmission work done on my Jeep Commander, but every dealership in town was running at least a week out and some were even two weeks out, including Crown in Dublin. However, when I spoke with Mark Nelson, one of the Service Managers, to schedule the appointment a week away, he asked if I was able to bring in the car now and there was a chance they would be able to get to it between other scheduled appointments. Since I wasn't planning on driving it due to the condition it was in, I dropped the car off on Wednesday. Much to my surprise, I got a call the next day with an estimate to fix the vehicle and an additional call on Friday saying that it was complete. I am very happy with the customer service I received as no other dealership even game me the option of dropping it off early. Now I cannot promise this will happen for everyone and perhaps I caught them at the right time, but the fact that they went out of there way to give me an option as oppose to a black and white answer of bring it on during your scheduled appointment, that is what I appreciate.

I have a brand new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk that I am obsessed with! Well within the 1st two weeks of owning it a fellow Jeep owner decided to swing a wooden door they were loading into the side of my Jeep and leaving a dent. Needless to say I was devastated. I called Tyler Ramsey at Crown Chrysler and he got me in and out within 1.5 hours with the dent completely gone. He also told me exactly how they would fix the dent prior to them touching my car and what the cost would be. I was very appreciative and do not trust anyone else with my vehicle repairs.

I made a service appointment and scheduled it out about a couple of weeks. I was assured that it would take less than a day to do the work and I'd have the vehicle back by the end of the day. My Jeep Liberty needed work done for two recalls that were issued by the manufacturer (some rear suspension work and the fuel tank/hitch issue). I dropped the vehicle in before they opened. At about 4PM, I received a call from Mr. Tyler Ramsey telling me that the work for one of the recalls could not be done today because they didn't have the parts. I asked him why he was calling me now instead of before I brought my vehicle as I had scheduled the work well in advance. He didn't have an answer for me. He did tell me I could come get the vehicle if I wanted to. I told him to instead call me when it was ready. The following day I received a call from Mr. Ramsey informing me the vehicle was ready for pick up. Upon arriving at the service department around lunch time, I found no one available to help me. I waited for 5-10 minutes until the cashier came back. I signed some paperwork and left. I got about a mile down the road and there was a loud grinding sound from the rear of the vehicle. I drove back to the service department, informed Mr. Ramsey that something was now wrong with the vehicle. He drove the vehicle, claimed to have identified the noise and told me it was a five minute fix. Five minutes later I'm going back down the road and sure enough the vehicle was not fixed. I should have been informed prior to my visit that the parts were not available to complete the work. After completing the work they should have driven the vehicle to make sure everything was okay. I won't be returning to this dealership in the future.

I had the misfortune of having a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with a bad transmission. Mark and his team did a total replacement of the transmission. During the transmission replacement Mark kept me updated daily on the progress and when I could expect to get me back into the Jeep. Mark and his team really cared about getting the replacement transmission in and test driving to make sure that it was good to go. For all my future service needs I will only go to Mark and his team at Crown Jeep. Thank you again for getting me back on the road with a new transmission.

I always call Mark Nelson when my Grand Cherokee needs any kind of service. He checks to make sure parts are 'in house' before I get there, and always gives me the appointment time I want. Purchased a vehicle in 2014 and just had it back for a couple of minor issues. Most surveys that you complete will ask you if anyone went over and beyond your expectations. I would say that Ty (The SRT Service Mgr) took the time to come out and look at the car with me when we were buying it. He was very knowledgeable and truly has a love of cars. When we took the car back in for service, once again, very knowledgeable and helpful. NOT your typical service writer that has very limited mechanical knowledge and wants to return the car to you with "No problem found". He understood the issue and we talked about the solution before the work began. As we looked at our second SRT vehicle, it was Ty that answered mechanical questions about the differences between the Scat Pack and the 392 SRT. I don't mind driving past other dealers to work with these guys. Nice to be treated like a customer, and from a knowledgeable person. Thanks!

Mark Nelson has been my service rep. at Crown Chrysler for a number of years. Actually Mark has probably been my service rep for at least a decade. Mark is really good about scheduling my service calls around my schedule. He always returns my phone calls which is huge. He takes the time to answer my questions and I always feel that Mark is truthful with me I trust Mark which is why I always use my Mark as my service rep. Finally I never have taken my car back after a repair. All car repair issues have been taken care of which I believe Mark has made sure that all issues have been addressed.

Mark Nelson stands head and shoulders above any servie manager I ever had to worked with. My 2014 Jeep Cherokee had a transmission failure while on a major highway. I lost all power to the Jeep and had to have it towed to Crown. Mark and his team kept me informed ever step of what they were doing and got it done in a timely manner. Mark called me after the repair was done and asked if his tech could take the Jeep home that night so he could drive it around and get the shift points perfect Which is exactly what they did. I will not take my Jeep to any other service department. Crown has my service needs and any new Jeep that I may buy in the furture. Crown and its service manager Mark Nelson are they reason that I will by another Jeep from Crown Chrysler Jeep and not go anywhere else.

We worked with Daniel MacDonald and I'd just like to say that he treated us with respect the whole time. Even though we didn't immediately buy on our first visit he listened to me and didn't hound me and as a result when the time came to buy there was no doubt that he was who we were going to buy from. After going to another auto repair shop and getting no answers, I took my 2005 Jeep Liberty to Ty Ramsey at Crown. By 8:30 A.M., a thorough evaluation had already been conducted and Ty called me with the results of what needed attention and the associated costs. He pointed out several concerns and informed me of what had to be done to get my Jeep back on the road. Ty didn't pressure when I opted to address some less serious matters at a future time. In addition, I was scheduled for an appointment the following week to have recall work performed, but Ty had the recall work completed so that I didn't have to return for a second visit. I was very impressed with the knowledge, speed of service and follow up after the service. Ty went the extra mile to satisfy his customer and the Crown staff even arranged for me to pick up my Jeep after business hours.

Purchasing a new Jeep Cherokee with the assistance of Christopher Fusco reminded us of the times we had new licenses and were buying our first cars. Chris brought back that "special magic" to selecting, test driving, negotiating the final pricing and just talking about the current world we're in--just south of senior citizenship. We (63 and 64 year olds) appreciated his patience, understanding of our needs and not insisting that we trade-in our higher-seating 2003 Jeep Ltd. (We are sure that grandchild #2 will be driving it in a couple of years.) Chris' sense of what we were looking for and what the dealership had to offer was on-target. Ashli McConnell's management and processing of the financials and offering (not selling) options for vehicle enhancements easily beat any other experience from the 1960's to date. Efficient and pleasant with her duties for Crown Jeep, we would recommend her for any responsible position requiring a high level of communication skills.

I am new to this area and recently had to have some recall work done and a remote starter installed on my 2014 Dodge Durango. From the moment of my first phone call until the work was completed, Tyler Ramsey from the service department knew details about my vehicle inside & out. He took time to explain the features of the remote starter plus gave me a ton of extra tips to make driving my vehicle more enjoyable. When I asked about getting my oil changed, even though they could have, Tyler advised me to wait until the vehicle indicated it was needed. Tyler was honest, knowledgeable, and very patient with all my questions. The remote starter works flawlessly - I'll definitely be going back for all my service needs.

We bought a used van from Crown in August 2014. In October the water pump went out (these things happen), but it was covered under our warranty. At the same time, we had a death in the family and had to leave town. Dustin Litteral and the staff in the Chrysler repair department went above and beyond to make sure I could get to the funeral in a vehicle that was safe to drive. They squeezed in our repair last-minute and showed my family a kindness not required in our warranty contract. It takes over an hour to get to Crown from where we live, but we will willingly make the drive to purchase any future vehicles from them.

I just purchased a new Cherokee from salesman Lewis Ash. When I started shopping for a new vehicle, I didn't understand all the different vehicle features and options for each Jeep model. Lew spent a lot of time with me on the lot, sitting in each vehicle model and explaining the different features and options available for each one. Without his help, I would not have been able to easily narrow down what I was really looking for. Lewis Ash was also very respectful of my time and privacy: I told him, when I was ready to make the purchase, I would return and I asked him not to bother me unnecessarily with extra follow-up calls and he did not. I really appreciated this! He kept me in mind as new vehicles became available and, when appropriate, called or contacted me to let me know. In the end, he found the exact vehicle I wanted and arranged to bring it to the dealership from Michigan! Once I purchased the vehicle, he sat with me again and gave me another "crash course" in all the vehicle features. I am thankful for his time and for sharing his knowledge of the vehicles with me. He was never condescending or impolite, even though I asked many, very basic questions. Lewis Ash is an experienced, professional, knowledgeable and respectful salesman and Crown is lucky to have him on their team! Thank you, Lew!

Great experience buying a Town and Country mini-van. The staff was helpful and low pressure. They even let me drive the car for a couple hours so I could pick up my wife and kids from TaKwonDo. Willing to negotiate on price and trade down. Love the service, look the van, really please with my overall shopping experience. I intended for this to be the start of my shopping for a new car and ended up buying at the first dealership I went to eventhough I also had been considering a Honda Odyssey or Toyota mini-van.

Then I was directed to Kevin Kelly who explained what would be done and that they had received notification from manufacturer that an adjustment with the computer was needed, and would take about an hour . Total time for service would be two hours. Very satisfied.

The family was in the market for a replacement vehicle after the insurance totaled out ours. I had looked at a few places that had the same type of vehicle we we're looking for. But none of them come close to the vehicle that we bought at Crown, they get it. Just because we're in the market for a used vehicle does not mean we want it to look used. By far one of the cleanest looking lot of cars I have ever seen. The staff we're great, they took care of us from the time we stepped in till we drove off in our new van. The salesman was very friendly and got the deal done quick and easy. So in closing I will definitely be back to see Jarrod and the staff at Crown Mia. Thanks again.....

I have had experience with other dealer service departments but I have to say this was by far the best I have had. Alex Greenland was right there as soon as I pulled in and he was super nice. He told me they would check the car over after my oil change and make sure everything was good to go. It was fairly busy but to my surprise the car was done pretty quick. When it was done Alex went over what all was done and got me on my way. Great experience overall.

I recently had service on my Jeep Wrangler to replace a faulty water pump. Kevin Kelly handled the process for me, and I was happy to have it go very smoothly. The Jeep is still under warranty, so there was no cost for the water pump, and I also received a free multipoint inspection, which I understand is standard at the dealership. I had planned to wait for the repair, but when I found out it would be a few hours, Kevin immediately arranged for shuttle service to take me home. I appreciate the professional, friendly service I received, and thank Kevin personally for making it a no-hassle experience.

After negotiating with another dealer on a trade-in, I stopped by Crown simply to find a particular color on a new Cherokee. I did not intend to spend time going through another long negotiation process. Nevertheless, the salesman (Dan Macdonald) who led me to the vehicle I was interested in viewing struck me as very personable, not pushy, rather interested in simply and succinctly answering a few questions left unanswered at the other dealership. That initial pleasant interaction was sufficient to motivate me to ask for Crown's out-the-door price on a trade-in. I found Dan to be very quick in understanding my specific requirements, in pointing out some good alternatives I hadn't considered, and efficient in the negotiation process. The final deal trumped the one I had reached prior to Crown; I accepted their offer. Upon acquiring the new vehicle, Dan's overview was most helpful, thorough, and patient. I would have no hesitation in returning to him in the future.

Mark Nelson, Service Department, informed me of several repairs that were needed for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee the last time I had an oil change in October. I scheduled an appointment once I had enough money to be able to afford the repairs. Mark did an excellent job in managing my time when I brought the vehicle in, and called me later in the day to inform me it was ready. About 2 miles after I left the service department, the "check engine" light on my dashboard came on. I brought it immediately back to the service department. Before I could get out of the car, Mark was at the door of my vehicle inquiring what was wrong. I had to wait about 20 minutes to have the problem checked out and corrected. My thanks to Mark and Crown for a job well done.

This is my second vehicle I've bought new from Crown Chrysler. I'd gone in for an oil change and to find out some information about the Jeep Renegade, which is supposed to be out for 2015. Chris Fusco spent quite a bit of time with me, showing me the various SUVs they had on the showroom floor and on the lot. He also asked what I was driving, (a 2010 Dodge Charger) and asked if I'd driven the new ones. We took one for a test drive, then proceeded to look over more vehicles on the lot. After more discussion, we took a beautiful red Charger for a test drive, and that's the one I decided to buy. The entire process was pleasant and stress free. Chris Fusco even "took care of" the cost of the oil change on the vehicle I traded in. The vehicle I bought didn't have a sunroof, which I wanted, so Chris Fusco arranged for that to be put in for me as well. A couple days after buying my new car, I dropped it back off and picked it up the next day with sunroof installed. I plan to go back to Crown Chrysler in 4-5 years when I'm ready for another new vehicle.

I took my 2005 Grand Cherokee in for a few engine repairs. Kevin Kelly the service manager was excellent at helping to narrow down the cause of the issues and tell me exactly what it was going to take to repair them. Kevin went above and beyond for me and my vehicle, and overall I'm very happy with the support I received from him and the service department. My only complaint is that the steering wheel was a little greasy when we picked up the vehicle. Kevin asked us to bring it back and he would make sure the interior was cleaned, but we just took care of it ourselves as it wasn't worth the drive back to the dealership. Definitely will go back for any other repairs needed down the road...

I recently relocated from NYC and was in need of a car after many years of not owning one. I randomly stopped by the Crown dealership because I love Jeeps, although I had never owned one. I met Daniel who showed me what I thought was interested in - a used vehicle. Because it was late, Daniel and I agreed to test drive the following day after work. I arrived early so I took a walk around the lot. I was lured to the new Jeep Cherokee. I took it on a test drive and knew this was the vehicle for me. We started talking numbers and then he mentioned that a used 2014 was just traded in. I decided to check it out. I'm glad I did - I ended up buying it. All of the bells and whistles but just 9 months old. Daniel was able to work out a great financing package, beating my bank's interest rate. Overall, the experience was great. No-pressure and determined to find a vehicle that was right for me. I would highly recommend folks to visit this friendly dealership and ask for Daniel.

I walked into the service department at Crown, and spoke to Kevin Kelly, I explained I had recently acquired an 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee (4.0) and wanted to know if they would service the vehicle under a few recalls. I was worried that due to the vehicles age, there wasn't much they could do for free, but fortunately all the recalls would be done to be vehicle free of charge. Kevin was helpful explaining some of the details on the work that was to be done to my jeep. I am typically very picky about who I trust to do work on my vehicles, normally I never take a car into a shop unless its something I really cannot do myself. The main thing I wanted out of this was the tow package installed, and because it was to be installed under a recall, it would be free of charge. I took a quick look around the shop after scheduling an appointment with the help of Kevin, I was pleased to see that things were clean, and the shop was well organized. Vehicles leaving the shop looked well cared for and were even cleaned. I dropped my Jeep off the night before the service would be done, leaving the keys in a night drop box. The following day I went to pick up my vehicle, I was a little early so I waited a bit inside, everyone was really friendly. The Jeep was cleaner than when I dropped it off, and most of the work was finished. I was informed that a detent rod for my gear shifter was not in stock (it's an older vehicle, so that's understandable), however they will install it when they get one in. I drove the Jeep home with no problems. After returning home from work that day I finally had time to fully inspect the car. The trailer hitch was installed well, it was bolted in through two rails that extended well up the frame of the vehicle. Bolts were tightened to spec and the whole assembly was very sturdy. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Crown, it was completed quickly with quality parts and good workmanship, what else could be asked?

Tyler Ramsey himself was great! He took time t explain everything to me and got to my vehicle in s timely manner. But my overall experience NOT so good, when I arrived there was no organization for first time visitors, I did not know which way to go, also when I called to schedule my appt. I advised that I woukd leave my car there, and would need a shuttle ride, well....when the time came there was no shuttle available and I was 30 minutes late for work. Noone tried to offer a ride or any apologies! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Went into crown looking for a new jeep after my family has bought 5 cars over the years from them. Right away Jason Stull greeted us at the door and took care of us from that minute on. I came in looking for the 2015 grand Cherokee altitude in black and at first they didn't have it available but Jason worked magic and got the black one for me. I just bought a used 2004 Rubi at another dealership and discovered some crazy things wrong with it. It was purchased as-is so I took it to Crown, right in my backyard. Ty took care of me through some very crazy repairs, gave me a loaner and was incredibly patient with me despite my (almost) daily calls to check on my Jeep. The parts/repairs took a month but it is running better than ever. Laura, the cashier, was so pleasant, she even got me a free Jeep cap. These are nice people, who treat you well. I highly recommend.

I have a 2012 Fiat 300 that I bought used at a local Ford dealer. The Fiat was still under warranty and I had to take it to an out of town dealer to take care of the problem. I called one dealership in the Toledo area and the response was horrible from trying to get someone to answer the phone to getting someone to return a call. I finally looked up another dealership and found Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia in Dublin. I called them, someone answered the phone immediately, and I was put through to Dustin Litteral. Dustin was very professional and answered my questions thoroughly. I made an appointment and took my Fiat to Crown for the covered service. I was greeted promptly and everyone was very friendly. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. When I was called to check out, Dustin told me that there were other issues they found and replaced and updated it all. I was very impressed. This was the first time I was taking my car into service at Crown. I had previously taken my car into another local Dodge dealer and had a terrible experience. My experience at Crown blew the other dealership out of the water. Mark Nelson made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in a professional way that I could understand and not in a condescending way. I never had to wait on hold for more than just a couple of minutes. I will definately take my car back to Crown.

I have been dealing with Mr. Ramsey for a few years and will only let him act as my service manager. I know the work will be done perfectly and economically. Recently I bought new tires and wheels for my Jeep at a 4x4 shop. The 4x4 shop balanced and aligned the front end. The work was not up to "par", so I took it to Ty to have the 4x4's shop work corrected. Needless to say it's perfect now. I should have never wondered! If you are reading this, my advise is to trust Tyler and your car or jeep will be serviced to your expectations.

In early August 2014, I placed a call to service manager Ty Ramsey in regard to a recently purchased pre-owned Jeep Liberty and the need to install the safety recall piece (hitch) as soon as possible on that vehicle. I stressed to Ty my deep concern for the safety of our teenage son as he was preparing to travel cross country in the Liberty to attend college in Wyoming -- a state that has icy roads from October through April. Ty was truly exceptional in how he handled our situation. Just had my first oil change on my year old Fiat 500 and was very happy with my service experience. I was greeted right away and Mark Nelson was very friendly and helpful. I bought my first Jeep from another central OH dealer and found that they had so-so customer service when shopping and even less customer service for their service. Because of this, we bought our second Jeep at a dealer 2 hours away in western, OH. Dreading that we would have to take our Jeep to our local dealer for service, I happily found Crown instead! Took our new Jeep to Crown for it's first service and to deal with a couple of minor concerns and met Mark Nelson and the team for the very first time. They made me feel very comfortable and were extremely helpful in working through my concerns. Mark even went the extra mile to work with Chrystler on covering a warranty item when Chrystler wanted me to take the Jeep back to the dealer where I bought it. (2 hours away). The team there answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking and provided great advice for care of my new Jeep. And I will definitely buy my NEXT Jeep from Crown.

Dustin Litteral and the staff at Crown Chrysler Jeep Dodge are some of the best I have delt with. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have been going for a few years and wouldn't take my Chrysler to anywhere else or anyone else. Dustin does a great job! He explains everything to me, answers my silly questions and always has my car done quickly. The waiting room is nice. Free popcorn and a $0.50 pop machine is great too! Another perk about Crown is the after service car wash. Repairs and maintence prices are reasonable, fair prices. Becuase of Dustin and the awesome staff at Crown you have gained a lifer!! Ordered a part to replace part of my Jeep Commander Bumper. Mark Nelson scheduled scheduled me into service and navigated my experience to waiting a short time while they replaced the rusted bumper part. Hello, I took my 2012 T&C in for its 32k miles service, rear window recall and recurring power lift gate problem we have had since purchasing the new at your dealership. I love the ability to make service appointments online and your extended service hours. Mark Nelson was my service mamanger. He is always professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained what was included in the routine maintenance and each components cost. I was disappointed to hear the only fix for the power rear windows was to disconnect them because Chrysler did not have the parts to fix the overheating and Fire risk. I received a call from Mark when the T&C work was completed. He relayed that the service tech could not duplicate the problem and there were no error codes in the vehicle's computer. I again offered to show the multiple videos I have made showing the problem. He again declined watching them. He stated I would have to live with the problem till it failed in the presence of the service department because replacing the failing part was not an option. I will gladly work with Mark in the future. I am sure the decision not to replace the part was made outside of his control. The lady at the cashier's office is very nice and always helps me understand the invoice. My T&C was quickly driven outside of the service bay exit and left unattended while unlocked and running. I was never told it was ready for me to pick up. I was disappointed the T&C had not been washed after being serviced as it has always been washed in the past. Oops, forgot to say how much I appreciate the shuttle service. Your driver is sharp, professional, and drives very safely.

I recently took my vehicle to the dealership for some regular maintenance. Dustin made the process extremely quick and easy. Dustin and the rest of the service employees are all about customer service, from greeting you in the service drive to holding the door open when leaving. Having been to a lot of other dealerships I've noticed customer service like this is hard to come by now-a-days. Not to mention the 4 oil change package you can buy for $65. My husband and I have been loyal customers of this dealership for many years, having bought four vehicles since 2007. The sales people are always nice and helpful. But what really keeps us coming back is the exemplary service that we receive, especially from Ty Ramsey. All the service guys have been great, but Ty is a standout. He is knowledgeable, detailed, and friendly, and definitely my favorite service person EVER. He works hard to make sure that we are satisfied, and has fit me in when I've had battery issues, or silly problems with my key fob. We are moving out of state, and I am so sad that we will be leaving Ty. The next dealership will have some big shoes to fill!

The last time I bought a new car was 14 years ago. I knew I wanted an SUV but was not sure as to which one. Thank you Jeep for the thousand commercials I watch over the long winter months, because I never thought about getting a Jeep. When people ask me "What made you think of getting a Jeep?", I tell them I really like the new design of the Jeep's and because of all the commercials. Also, I have received more welcoming information from Jeep then I was expecting. They truly go out of their way to make you feel that you are part of the Jeep family. I went to Crown Chrysler Jeep and was on the lot for maybe 5 minutes when I was approached by salesman Daniel Pierce. I truly appreciated that he was not pushy, he understood that I was looking at other SUV's and did not hound me the way other salesmen did from other dealerships. Plus, he understood that I had worked at a dealership for 14 years, and I did not need anyone's dog and pony show. Everyone I met at Crown was polite, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone buying a car from the Crown family of dealerships and a Jeep from Dan.

Chris Norman sold us our 4th Jeep over 25 + years as Jeep owners. He worked well with us as we made a thorough review of vehicles. We had settled on a Grand Cherokee until trying to get it into our garage; then we discovered fewer than 2 inches clearance at the garage door, measured from left-to-right of the mirror tips. We found better clearance and even a larger body than our Grand Wagoneer (1993) as measured side to side and top to bottom in the Cherokee. It is a few inches shorter, however. Amenities met our needs. We would be considered 'slow buyers' by today's standards and Crown accommodated us. We bought on our second visit, after arriving at 9:30am; it took us until closing to get out the door. Chris outlasted us, even through the trying and labored 'explanation' by the closer who had problems with the financials. Chris is a new hire and did a creditable job. We came in looking for a Jeep. The computers-meant to ease our lives- and the paperwork involved with the purchase however delayed even us! Some streamlining of these processes would be greatly appreciated by your buyers and the salespersons.

Not only was my car buying experience with Jay Gahm at Crown Fiat one of the easiest I have ever experienced, I was most impressed by how I was treated by the service staff at Crown Jeep where I had to take my car for its first oil change. The only thing I would have recommended to do differently would be for the service department to advise first time customers (which I assume would be known since my name was not in the system until I booked my first service appointment) that the service department is in a different location than the dealership for Fiat. Although this communication snafu did delay me by going to Fiat first and then heading down the road to Crown Jeep a few minutes late for the oil change, once I arrived I was treated with absolutely wonderful service and my car was done in record time! Every single person was laid back and made it a point to make ensure my car would still be serviced on time. My car was indeed serviced and ready to drive in record time and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future experiences with the Crown family and am so glad I did not buy my car from another dealership in town.

I used to be reluctant about using a dealer for my automobile service, but I have been impressed with Crown Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. The prices are reasonable and the work is done well. I have been particularly impressed with Mark Nelson. I came in for a break job, and explained to him that I was a little concerned about the costs, part way through the job Mark told me that it was going to be more expensive than he originally thought since the technician found something while doing the work. Mark and I were able to come up with a solution that I could live with and still get the work done. I really appreciated Mark's professional approach and make it happen attitude.

Since I purchased my car last year from Crown, the times I have taken my car in for service has been bittersweet: BITTER because I needed to leave my car for repairs....but SWEET because of the courtesy and competency I received from Dustin Litteral, Service Manager. He has been a 'true gem'. He is very thorough and keeps me 'in the loop' regarding the mechanics of my car. His demeanor has a calming effect, which is good when a customer is slightly agitated!!! :) I am very pleased with the service I receive from him and the quality of workmanship by the technicians.

First of all, I am from a country that emphasis on integrity, respect and trustworthiness. In the past, I was disappointed so many times with some of my business dealings. There were only a few that I was pleased with. I have to add that I am NOT picky, but I do hold high standard. For this reason, I bought a car because of Chris Norman. Even though I have owned and driven SUVs in the past, driving a car that not my own makes me quite nervous, however Chris was very patient with me while I was test driving. Moreover, he showed high level of professionalism yet he was very personable while he assisted me with the car buying process. By then, he won my trust. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler from Crown and have used there service department several times for oil changes. Recently there was a voluntary recall on a part, and they took care of it right away. I dropped the Jeep off on a Thursday night for a Friday appointment. The gentleman that I have always dealt with there, Mark Nelson, called on Friday morning to tell me they would start working on the issue and would try to have my vehicle back to me about noon. A few hours later he called at 10:30am to tell me it was ready and asked if I needed someone from the dealership to pick me up and bring me to Crown. I told him I had someone that would drop me off. Mark has always been helpful and I would highly recommend him if your vehicle needs service!

They were busy and we were acknowledged by several employees that were passing us to deal with other customers. (It seems this is unusual as we had been blatantly ignored at other dealerships) The Sales Manager Dan Bray was fast at finding us an available salesperson. He was Craig Gowitzka. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with showing us cars. We very quickly moved into new cars, and had to leave after only 1 hour. We went to two other dealers the next day, and after more bad experiences, we went strait back to see Craig that same evening. Craig was off, but we were helped by Doug Schreiber. He also was very nice, helpful and low pressure. (Again, unusual) We worked with him on several versions of the Wrangler, and finally decided on one. Craig, Doug and Dan were all professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and really made the buying experience easy. We will continue to business with Crown Chrysler Jeep for many years to come. We also suggest to anyone reading these reviews to give them a chance to earn your business. You will not be disappointed!

I was having transmission problems and too my Dodge Grand Caravan to Crown Dodge. I met with Mark Nelson who was very courteous, friendly and professional. He made it very clear what i might expect Later in the day Mark called me to let me know he was not going to be there the next day but that Ty would call me as soon as the inspection was completed. Ty did call and informed me of the results and let me know when I could expect the repairs to be completed. Mark called me to inform me my van was ready which was two days sooner than a transmission company had said it would take and a day sooner than Ty had estimated! This was the best communication I have ever had from someone working on my car. This is my second visit to Crown and I wish they were more conveniently located to me. Since we only have one car they are not always convenient but I highly recommend them.

I have purchased two vehicals from Crown (1) Chrysler Town and Country and a Dodge Avenger and with or without warranties I've always and will always take my cars to Crown for service. The level of respect, courtesy and professionalism that I receive is awesome in this corporate world. It is very hard to find anymore and at Crown Chrysler Jeep I find just that. From begginning with the Service Rep Dustin Litteral to the check out process. I don't have to worry about wether I have a way to get to and from work Dustin always make sure that I have that. I have been working with Dustin for years and I hope I never have to take my car in for repairs and he is no longer there. He is always and service with a smile he's very pleasant and take the time to even make small talk. It makes you feel that they are trully concern about your vehicle and the issues you may or may not be having. I've always come away happy and at ease that my car will not put me down while I'm on the road. I appreicate all the repair services that I've received from Crown since I've been a part of their service family. Thank you Dustin Litteral and your team of professionals.

I made an appointment for a front-end alignment on my truck that has 63k miles and is in excellent condition. The appt was supposed to take approx 45-60 mins. The service rep and tech tried to sell me on a list of additional service items totaling $4,700, including ball joints, tie rods, sway bar bushings (front and rear), new disk brakes, new water pump, etc. This cross-selling was soooo over the top that I couldn't believe it. I had them do the alignment only, for $89.00 and left, after over two and a half hours! Obviously, I will not recommend or go back that that dealership.

My car needed a transmission repair and the parts were unavailable for about a week. I feel that Mark did an excellent job under the circumstances. While the customer service is outstanding, I cannot say the same for a Chrysler 300C with less than 12,000 miles needing transmission repair.

What we appreciated most about our experience with Crown was that we did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle THAT day. Jason was helpful and informative, and after speaking with him about all of the great features of our new vehicle we knew it was the right fit. The process was simple, and we were only there for about 2 hours from the time we drove onto the lot before we left with our new vehicle. I have been a long time customer, having purchased Jeeps and had them serviced at Crown Jeep. The last two purchases were flawlessly guided by Everett. Service has been consistant and excellent. I am complelled to write this review after experiencing extraordinary customer service this week, I suddenly experienced a leaking water pump on my 2012 Jeep Overland. It was a crisis due to business travel required the next day. Mark Nelson, Service Manager, on a busy day, went way out of his way to squeeze, my car in and replace the water pump in record time. They even washed my vehicle! In this day and age, it is rare to find businesses who truly care about their customers like this!

Smooth transaction. I randomly stopped in looking at new wranglers on a Sunday afternoon and spent a while talking with Dan Pierce just about wranglers and what not. There was no pushy sales tactic to get me to make a move that day and just being able to talk to Dan like a normal person I felt good about Crown, so I went back the next afternoon to start the process. From there it was pretty quick and smooth to complete the transaction. There were a couple of items on the new Jeep from the factory that were in need of a slight fix but they were quick to get the new parts ordered to replace them. All around good experience and would recommend anyone looking for a new Jeep to go there and work with Dan as well.

I recently brought my Kia Sportage in for a Service recall. Not only did they complete the recall, they performed a couple other service recalls that i didn't even know about. They told me that everytime my vehicle is at the dealership they run reports to check for recalls and things like that. I felt very comfortable with all of the service staff and especially the service advisor Alex Greenland. He was very informative and showed me all the reports on my vehicle. From here on out i will only get my car serviced at Crown Kia in Dublin. They can check things that other quick oil change facilities can not. Thank you for all your help!!

Just needed to take a minute to say how much I LOVE this Jeep dealership!! They are always prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and just down right AWESOME! I never feel like they are trying to "rip me off" as a lady bringing my car in for service and/or repairs. In particular, I have often dealt with Dustin (a service advisor) at the Dublin location I go to, and he is SUPER helpful and generous. We went in to get a sliding door put back on track for our minivan. Although everything electrical on the door was in perfect working order, we were told we had to replace that part as well which would cost an additonal $250. I recently bought a new 2014 from Crown Jeep. I had a great experience with Dennis Hunter. We came in and Dennis immediately greeted us. We told him we were looking at new Jeeps, he got us the rubicon model right away, and let us take it for a test drive. After some thought, we decided to go with a cheaper model, which Dennis provided to us, he was not pushy about us not choosing the more expensive model. He catered to our every need, was not pushy, was very polite and easy to talk to. The buying process was quick as it could be with the paperwork process. I would fully recommend using Dennis Hunter, we might use him again in a few months with the new Jeep Renegade comes out.

This was my third or fourth purchase from Crown, and the first from Crown Kia. (Previously, I dealt with Frank at Crown Chrysler. Great guy. Obviously, if my past experiences hadn't been good, I wouldn't have come back.) My salesman, Maurice, was the consummate professional from the beginning of the process. Here's an example: He called me (and addressed emails to) "Mike." My legal name is "Michael," but I use it only when I need to, on legal and formal documents. For a variety of reasons, but mostly because it's longer and harder for others to spell, I don't like to use my formal, legal name: "Michael." I introduce myself as "Mike," and all my friends call me "Mike." Only a few close relatives call me "Michael." But these days, invariably, no matter how many times I tell new business acquaintances that I go by "Mike," they call me "Michael." This is a VERY imsignificant matter. I NEVER correct anyone when they call me "Michael." I assume people who go by "Tom," "Bob," "Don" and a million other names have similar issues. But by calling me Mike, Maurice showed he had been LISTENING to me during a very insignificant moment. It means that when I say something that IS important, he'll be listening THEN, too. He always returned my calls promptly, and he even called in on his day off to answer a question I had about the car -- a question whose answer wasn't a big deal, and a question whose answer I could have easily waited on (and I would have waited on it if I'd known it was his day off). Richard, in service, was also a real professional. In short, this, my third or fourth (and I'm getting too old to remember!) purchase, was another pleasant buying process at Crown.

Maurice got in contact with me and helped me figure out what exactly I wanted, and helped me find a car that had all of the features I was looking for. I did not have a way to keep in touch by phone, but Maurice kept in contact through email and even sent me a video so I could see the car without actually being there! He also held the car for me until I got back into the states. Maurice made my experience a great one, especially for a nervous first time car buyer! I had been in an auto accident in January. Once the weather broke I decided to open the windows in my mini van. I have a Chevy Uplander and everything is electric. Right before the last big storm of the season I was left with a van with a window that would not shut! Mark Nelson was able to get my mini van in the same day and start the repairs. I was even shuttled back to work in Marysville in a timely mannor. Mark kept me up to date about the repairs and when parts would be available. He was kind and helpful explaining the costs associated with the repairs. Mark even called to see how the repairs were onced I recieved my van back . In the future, I will keep visiting Mark Nelson for all my auto repairs.

My Jeep was in for routine service. It was suggested that I have the brakes replaced and I agreed. On the way home when applying the brakes there was a loud "clunking" noise. This necessitated a return visit and over two hours time to correct the problem. It seems this difficulty should have been detected on a test drive after the repairs. I had another unsatisfactory visit at your facility last summer. I had been having a slow leak which required frequent stops to add air. I then received a message from the onboard systems that the tire monitoring system needed attention. The Jeep was due for routine service and I discussed the problem. I was later called and told that the leak was from a previous plug and that the tire could not be plugged again and needed to be replaced. I knew that one tire had been replaced but had on way of knowing if this was the tire that was leaking. I was then given a list of "reasons' of why I should buy all new tires. Even though I did not think that the tread wear looked that bad I agreed. When leaving after the repairs, the same message for attention to the tire monitoring system was again shown. I returned inside with this information and was told to drive the car for awhile and it would reset. About three weeks later, with the message still showing, I also got another low tire pressure alarm. When I returned to the dealership, and talked to a different representative, I mentioned that I had spoken to someone who had a similar problem and it was with the valve stem. It ended up that this was the source of the problem. At this time I was doubtful that I had needed the expense for the four new tires. Three of the valves stem were replaced but not the fourth. This did correct the problem. During the routine service, I had a coupon for new wiper blades. The first time it rained after this visit, I found myself stopped along the side of the road in the rain as one of the wiper blades was trying to fly off of the wiper arm. Fortunately, I have had one good experience between these two incidences when the Jeep was in for some more major work at sixty thousand miles. I will likely try your service one more time as I have generally had good luck with your services with a number of Jeeps and a Chrysler van. If I continue to have experiences like the two noted, I would likely be force to look elsewhere for service. I do have to fight the feeling from my visits and from listening to conversation in the waiting room between the service representatives and customer that there seems to be quite an emphasis on finding additional costly repairs when vehicles are in for routine work. Thank your for giving me the opportunity to vent my frustrations.

When I arrived on the morning of my appointment I met with my service rep: Mark Nelson and he informed me that two techs called off and they would do the best they could. He called me a few hours later and let me know that they completed the oil change, and wipers, but had not gotten the brakes done yet and he did not think they would get their today. He reviewed my options, he even offered to get me a loaner vechicle. So even though, we did not get the work done that day, we gave the option to bring it back Monday morning and they would get it done. So even though it did not go as planned, I was happy that Mark was open, honest and worked with me... And he did look around the waiting area when I called him letting him know I left my coffee mug, thanks!!! Thanks so much!!1

We've been Crown customers for about 18-20 years with purchases/leases and service of several cars, both new and used. The most recent service was on my 2005 Town and Country. I made the appointment with Mark Nelson and was contacted when the needed part arrived. I told him I'd be "waiting". I arrived at the scheduled time, Mark promptly processed the paperwork. I made a cup of tea in the waiting area and sat down to read the book I brought. Within short order my car was ready. My only disappointment was that the car wash was not working that day so I went home with a car covered with winter road salt and dirt. The repair seems fine and Mark apologized for not being able to wash my car. I'll return to Crown when I need more work done on my car.

I have a great working relationship with service manager Ty Ramsey, he is always on point and reliable in his assessment of my service and or maintenance. The prices are always reasonable and the free car wash after the servicing of my vehicle is also an awesome perk! Highly recommended and highly satisfied loyal customer!

Even though Chrysler Jeep had the recall they weren't very quick in wanting to rectify the situation. I say this because Jeep is only sending the replacement parts to the dealership at a very limited rate of 1 every two weeks. It may have been late spring before I was serviced if it weren't for Mark Nelson at Crown. He was very helpful and after waiting almost a month got me the necessary part and took great care of me.

Due to the fantastic service from the salesman, I was able to leave with Kia Optima SXL with a payment less than that of my Sportage. The staff was professional and courteous. My husband and I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Jarrod Auten at Crown Kia. While our initial contacts were pleasant and the staff appeared knowledgeable and friendly, we ended with one of the worst car buying experiences I could ever imagine. We negotiated with the understanding that we wanted a Kia Sorento LX with a V6 engine, among other things. While it is possible that a misunderstanding occurred at some point, when we in the final stages of the car buying process, we asked Jarrod directly on three separate occasions if the car was a V6 and were told yes. One time that we stated our desire for the V6 engine was also in front of the new car sales manager, Andrew Ruck. We were not provided with the window sticker and were told that it was not available. Prior to entering the finance building, my husband and I again stated our concerns to Jarrod and were told as long as the car said GDI in the back that it was a V6. The staff at Crown Kia knew they were lying about the specs of the car when we went into finance. Neither the engine iteself, the car or the manual indicate the engine capacity. The only way we found out we were lied to was running the VIN number of the car when went home. While the staff did work with us to correct the situation, it was easily avoidable as we stated clearly on two separate occasions to Jarrod that we only wanted the larger capacity engine. If you are going to buy a car from Crown Kia, demand that you have the window sticker at all costs. Also review your paperwork thoroughly before signing and leaving as we also encountered several errors in our paperwork. My recommendation would be to go to any of the many Kia dealerships in the Columbus area and save yourself the hassle and headache of working with people that would knowningly engage in customer fraud. Unfortunately we had no written proof of their fraud, but I hope this review will at least save someone else from encountering the same problem.

I called the dealership to order a new door handle for my 2013 Charger which broke. Mark Nelson took my initial call for service and quickly transferred me to Joe Brady in parts to order a new handle and to recontact me once the part was in to schedule the service. I received a call from Joe 3 days later on a Friday that the part was in and was able to contact Mark and get the service scheduled for the following Monday. Upon arriving at the dealership, Mark took the necessary information and initiated the service. In less than an hour the work was done and I was on my way. Mark and Joe were very professional, courteous and efficient. This was one of my best experiences for service at any dealership!

I just had my oil changed at Crown Chrysler in Dublin and the service manager Mark Nelson took good care of me. I scheduled my appointment at 10am and he took my car in right on time. In about 45 minutes I was on my way. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definately go back.

I was traveling for the holidays and my car left me stranded. I called Crown and told Dustin my sob story and he calmed me down. He sent a tow truck to pick up my broken car, and sent a shuttle to pick me up. Vehicle was repaired in a couple hours and I made it home for Christmas. Dustin was a true Santa this year.
