Well just returned from crown dodge ventura. Jesse was great and very easy to work with. Was gonna trade in my truck for a new 2021 ram. They went through 6 banks and not one would finance me,even with a cosigner. So I didn't give 5 stars because of whatever banks they use ,6 of them would not help me out and money down as well. Other than that, Jesse was a good person to work with.

All the bad reviews are true, and after many incredibly negative experiences here over the years, I thought I would finally share mine. I first brought my vehicle in here for some minor repairs and after paying a ridiculously high price for them, I got back in my car and noticed a squeaking sound I'd never heard before. I should have immediately brought it back but since they had already had it for almost a week I kind of needed to have it back. So over the next few months the squeaking grows to the point of being unbearable and even being unable to take phone calls as it was so loud. That all being the case I decided to bring it back in. Service technician tells me he will take a look at it and get back to me. Has me sign a paper which I assume is just like a liability waiver, didn't notice any amount on it at that time. Then I don't hear back from them for almost a week, so I start calling. After an entire day of trying to get some answers they tell me they did a full inspection (which I never asked for) and found a ton of issues, and the total would come to well over $1,000. I told them at that point that I would be picking up my vehicle as they have screwed me over way too many times. The last time they quoted over $1,000 for something that I later had repaired for a mere $60 at another, more reputable business. Then they informed me that I need to pay them $170 for the "inspection" I did not ask for and that they would be holding my car until I was able to pay it. The service manager, Mike, when I finally reached him was instantly hostile and refused to help me or even acknowledge that I was in a tough situation having work the next day and no vehicle to get there. Ended the call laughing at me actually. Seriously, do yourself a favor and drive to the next town over if you are considering buying a car here. They might seem nice in sales, but that will wear off the second you buy. And whatever you do STAY AWAY from service. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

I recently went to have my charger serviced for a couple of things and I felt very well taken care of by the service people when arrived. The person that handled my account is a gentleman named Johnny. Not only did he address the couple things I went in for but they found a couple more things that needed to be addressed all covered by warranty. He explained it all to me in a professional manner. Sure it took a few days but I felt it was not being rushed. Besides I was given a loaner for the time it took so I was never out a car to get to and from work. I didn't even asked for it to be washed but was sparkly clean when I picked it up. I'm actually going to take it in today to see about getting a rear view camera installed. Make sure to ask for Johnny when you do go.

We had gone a couple times looking for a Wrangler. Bad experiences with the salesmen. The first walked away & left us waiting. Later saw he was helping someone else. The second salesman wasn't familiar with Wrangler & gave obviously wrong info. They were both firm that the dealer added $5,000 was not negotiable. Looked online & found Dependable Jeep in Canoga Park. They do not add dealer markups! Saved $5,000 before we negotiated.
