I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from a private party in July, and have been enjoying it up until yesterday, 11/22/16. I went to downtown St Pete for work and when I came out to my car at noontime, it would not start. I was able to get my car towed to Crown Hyundai by Hyundai towing service and have a new starter put on all by 5pm the same day at zero charge to me. Everyone at the dealership from the operator, (who spent 30 minutes helping me get a live service dept. person on the line vs. leaving a voice mail), to the Service department manager (Chris) to the service dept. advisor, (Cliff Stoufer) to the service mechanic ,(Drew) were awesome. I left St. Pete. this am at 6:45 to drive to Charleston, SC, for Thanksgiving and I am very happy to report that I am typing this from my final destination. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! and Happy Thanksgiving!

I have used the Crown Hyundai Service Center several times for service over the years. They are always very quick and courteous. I love the way my car is returned to me completely clean. Brian Casey has been my service advisor several times and is always very helpful. I worked with Joanne Gecevich today and found her very friendly as well. I had occasion to speak with Chris Sanborn, the Service Manager today about a recurring issue with the car, and he went out of his way to offer assistance and resolution. I feel this is an honest business that performs just the necessary work and I always feel good about taking my car there.

I brought in my 2011 Genesis for a clicking/knocking noise that was happening after starting the car when it was cold. I was called by the service adviser, Clifford Stoufer, and was told that there was nothing wrong with the car. An induction service was needed to fix the issue which is not covered by the warranty and the service would cost around $237 + Tax. The price seemed high for the service, but I wanted to be sure it was done right. When I got the car back it was still making the noise. I was concerned about this so I spoke with the service manager and he told me some of the treatment that was put in the gas would need to work its way through the system. I waited another 2 days and the noise is now gone. I love my Genesis and I will continue to trust Crown Hyundai to service it.

The leasing of my Genesis G80 only took three hours including my test drive and when I drove off the lot. It was awesome! I love that they didn't play the changing of numbers games with me more than a couple of times. I understand that they are trying to make money on their sales so a couple of go arounds makes sense to me. In the end, I drove off the lot with a fabulous car at a really great price. Bruce was an excellent salesman!

Car was delivered and ready to go in three days. Bruce walked me through many of the features and set up my emergency system and bluetooth. I'm writing this review of Crown Hyundai service in St. Petersburg to give due credit to Ryan Murphy and his team which includes Tom Burkart and Jared Ziemak. As a matter fact I was actually pleased to see Ryan's name on my appointment form when I made my service appointment this time. Although I have never had any experience with Ryan before, my previous visit to crown for service and the advisor I had was not a very good one. I had been told by that advisor that I needed two different types of service that it turned out I did not need, because they had already been done at the dealership where I bought my Santa Fe. I allowed him to perform one of the services which was a change of cabin filters, (I found out that really wasn't necessary either because that service had also been done), but I'm not too upset about that. But the other service was a fuel injection cleaning that cost $139 or $159, and it actually was not needed on my car because it had been done.I was offered an apology by Ryan when I arrived for my appt., for the problems from the last service appt. and there was also a valve stem cap missing form the previous service appt. also. Ryan and his team did a great job with my car this time, and I've rated Crown 4 stars this time, due to Ryan's professionalism, which will become 5 stars with continued excellence. If i could just rate Ryan and his team separately, I would rate them 5 stars now.

Called Tomm Burkart for an appointment to check a rattle/vibration in the rear of my Tucson. As always, the best part of my visit to Crown Hyundai is their service department. Tomm was able to find my problem, arrange for transportation back to my place of business and had Jerry pick me up when the work was completed. By the way, Jerry an excellent personality and true asset to Crown Hyundai. Tomm and the service area are true professionals. I've bought 3 Hyundai from Crown. It's a shame their sales department isn't as professional as its service department. I never got a call after my purchases from the sales person or the sales manager asking if I was happy with my purchase or if any problems. Seems "selling the car" the only thing important to them. I get phone calls in the evening from Crown wanting me to trade in either of my cars for a new one, that's as close as I get to sales contact.We'll leave it at that. Service Department especially Tomm Burkhart (Excellent)....Sales Department (Never again)....

We traveled from Sarasota to St. Pete to visit Crown Hyundai after visiting several local dealerships. The service and expertise of this dealership is above the rest. It was a very relaxed atmosphere compared to most dealerships. Our salesman, Lance Dokes, is extremely friendly, but more importantly wanted to help us get what suited our needs rather than try to up-sell us. When it came time to meet the manager, (John) which is the part I most dread when buying a car, there was none of the usual pressure that you feel while making your decision. We were given a decent amount for our trade-in, and there were no hidden costs that showed up on the final paperwork. The finance part of the deal was painless and fast compared to other cars I have purchased. I give Crown the highest of recommendations.

I WAS SHOWN THE DETAILS OF A CAR WHICH HAD MORE FEATURES THAT WHAT I WAS SOLD AT SAME HIGH PRICE. INTEREST APR WAS CON SCHEME RUN BY DEALER. THEY ADVERTISING 0.90 % but offered 3.99. I trusted them that they will do right paper work but my mistake I over trusted. My first car in America so lesson learnt. If you check their site they still have .90 but when comes to reality they scam you. My negotiation was all fees and tag included. Again I trusted them but see that they charged me tag fee over negotiated price. Lesson learnt read documents you sign don't trust. Some parts were part of ultimate package that was printed and shown to me like roof rack but in reality I was never given in actual car I bought. Blue link does not work till date. Super bad pick up. Scared to drive this car at intersection and stop and go area. Chances that your car will not make it on time and some will hit and run you. Audio system stops working very frequently. Poor navigation software does not work all time. Ryan was following with me but soft words with so many dealer flaws will be of now use. I already feel cheated.

y I woke up to a dead battery in my 2016 Tucson. I called my road service and they jumped the battery. They said to leave it running for 30 minutes which I did. I went back to my car and it was dead again. I had to call my road service again and waited another 45 minutes for them to come and jump the battery again. They said nothing wrong with the battery. I did not trust their opinion so I drove to the Crown Hyundai. I did not have an appointment. The service rep by the name of Ryan Murray was very kind. He said they would take the vehicle in and test the battery. The car also had a recall. Two hours later I was driving out of the dealership without a worry! The recall was taken care of as well as them giving me a brand new battery. That is what I call quality service!!!

I'm still amazed I am a Hyundai owner after being a loyal German Car owner for nearly 20 years! I had never heard of Azera before walking into a Hyundai dealership with the intent of purchasing a used Genesis. The new Genesis seemed a bit too large for me, and I was asked if I had ever thought about an Azera... "A what??" I asked! Did the test drive and absolutely could not believe I had never known this car existed. I had been in the used car market for another Mercedes or even a Lexus or Avalon, then the salesperson told me about the reimbursement money toward a new purchase. After much research, and I mean "much" research, by both me and my husband we decided a lease may be the way to go. I did not purchase from the original Hyundai dealership that introduced me to the car, because I did not like the way they presented the purchase numbers, and pressure used without adequately answering questions. In fact, when I asked them for the consumer breakdown on the lease information I was told it was proprietary, which is not only insulting but absolute "Hogwash" as I completely understand consumer rights and protection policies. This experience almost sent me back to the used car dealership, but I decided to "price shop" other Hyundai Dealerships to see if their "culture" of customer purchase experience was the same or different. After running the same car purchase past 3 other Hyundai Dealers, it was Crown Hyundai, who was the most professional in their approach to adequately fulfilling my purchase expectations. My salesman was Steve Bednar, and in all honesty I was a bit of a "ill-attitude customer" the morning I walked in for my appointment. He successfully navigated my "emotional blahs" regarding the purchase. My past 30 years of career experience has involved training Professional Sales Teams on the Consultative Selling Model, Delivering Complete, Long -Term Relational Follow up Sales and Exceeding Expectations. So, I was completely sure that this was not going to happen, since none of the other 3 dealerships had proven such. I laid out my list of how, when, why and under what circumstances I was going to "work a deal." Steve Bednar's years of customer relations proved to be the "right fit!" His willingness to stay in touch after this visit through phone contact that was just right with "timing" intervals made me feel as if I was really a live person, and not a technical number. The fact that he actually followed through and sent everything regarding the lease in writing to me after my first visit, which detailed the numbers as I had requested, really sealed the relationship and my decision to quit investigating other options. It's very simple to quit playing a game with customers and just treat them as if they might actually understand something about a car purchase, which is what Steve and his Crown Manager, Ken Feck, are very successful at accomplishing. My husband would not even show up until the day we went to pick up the car, and I also add that they met my request regarding the date of pick up. Again, I am a bit of an unusual buyer, totally too many things going on in my life and the purchase of a new car was not something that I really wanted to do. I was thrust into this situation because of the VW buyout that was going to be happening in Oct and my husband wanted me to go ahead an get a car prior to this occurring. Steve did not act like I was "strange, or losing my marbles" because I did not fit the "new car buyer" mold. In fact, his sense of "dry humour" was what got me through the purchase. The actual day of delivery had me a bit concerned because it was the first time my husband had been in the dealership, and I did not want to be embarrassed by his "chip on the shoulder" about new car purchase, which when he first met Steve he wasted no time telling him he would "rather be getting "dental work performed"! However, Steve was able to have him thoroughly enjoying the experience and even set up our first service appointment before we left. We even had a "glitch" with a tag misunderstanding that the dealership quickly resolved to satisfy us without making us feel it was our fault. We met Leslie in the business department, whom, is also a great person to work with and asset to Crown! Ryan Murray in Service Dept. actually made us feel like it would be a great experience to spend Sat morning at 8:00 am with him getting the car serviced, so my husband made our first appointment! It is a good business to still have a salesperson our peer age that we were able to share some like-kind experiences with. Steve stayed 2.5 hours past his normal schedule just to go over everything on the car. I will definitely recommend Steve and the Crown Experience to any person looking to purchase. Steve is also going to help my husband with a truck purchase in the near future. In the past, I've used many different mechanics and dealer service departments and some of them left me wishing I had taken my car elsewhere. When I bought my Santa Fe I decided to give Crown's Service Department a try. Great decision! I was assigned to Brian Casey as my service coordinator and he did an excellent job of explaining everything to me before any work was done. He made a believer out of me. Let me explain...I'm a 64-year-old widow. My father was a mechanic all of his life and my husband was a car fanatic, so I learned a lot about cars over the years. The second time I came in for an oil change I had a question and Brian patiently answered it by explaining the latest technology in the new vehicles that I knew nothing about. I really appreciate him bringing me up-to-date. I now consider Brian my go-to-guy if I have any questions or concerns. Last year, they tried to set me up with a different service coordinator and I told them no, I wanted Brian! This time when I brought my car in for service, Brian actually came over to chat with me for a few minutes while I was waiting for my car to be washed. There were a few other people in the waiting area and I did not see any other coordinators chatting with their clients. They only spoke to them to tell them their cars were ready. As far as I'm concerned, Brian is one of the nicest and most caring guys I know in the automobile industry.As for the service I received, I give them 5 out of 5 stars. The work was done when they said it would be done and the news was good - there were no problems that needed to be fixed. Over the years, there have been mechanics that told me I needed this or that replaced, but when I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion, there was nothing wrong with it. I have great confidence in Crown's Service Department because they have never tried to run a scam on me just to try and sell me something I don't need. Way to go, guys! They keep it real at Crown!Thank you, Brian, and thanks to the mechanics in the service department that have earned my respect!

I negotiated the price over the internet. It is an hour drive from my home to the dealership. This first time I drove to the dealership figured I misunderstood because I thought the vehicle was available and I could just pick it up. Not the case. Then the salesmen called and said the car was on the lot but there wasn't a second key made yet. I made an appointment to pick up the car with the understanding that they would have both keys available. I also spoke with a finance person over the phone and thought I gave him all of my information to get me preapproved for the loan. When I got to the dealership the car was there but they still didn't have the second key and the finance person stated that she didn't have any information so she would need time to get the loan approved. This took way too much time. While we were waiting the salesmen tried to set up the bluelink account but it didn't work. By the way I have owned the car for more than a month and the bluelink still doesn't work and I still don't have the second key. Overall not a good experience.

My husband and I had a great experience with Warren Bennett. I have health issue that prevent me from being out in the sun. Warren brought the car to where I was in the shade to accommodate me. He listened to our questions and concerns and gave succint explanations and instructions. He was easily accessible by phone, and for follow up meetings to complete paperwork. We were so impressed by Warren and the cars that although we just came in to look at a car for me, we ended up purchasing a car for my husband as well. This was our first time with Hyundai, and were very favorably impressed. We had been looking at Suburus, but we found that I could get a new Tucson for the price of a used Suburu. I have always had an excellent experience when events have led to needing service at Hyundai. I recently worked with Cliff Stoufer. He was friendly, understanding and always professional. He emailed in a timely manner if I was unable to connect by phone. He dwelt promptly with the claims adjuster and made sure that when he was not in the office someone else was aware of the issue and nothing would impede the completion of the repair! Our recent shopping experience at Crown Hyundai was outstanding. There were many choices of other vehicles and other Hyundai dealerships. My wife and I shopped extensively online and in the area for comparable vehicles. I went to this dealer to purchase my lease car and was told that if I purchase a different vehicle, I would not have to do the turn in inspection. I was told this would save me money and get me a newer car. Win, win, right. No, only a win for Crown Hyundai, not a win for me. I got a bill for $600 in the mail that is due in 15 days that must be paid in cash for excessive wear on the vehicle. Yes I know there was recessive wear on the vehicle and that is one of the reasons I was planing on purchasing it. I was not fully informed by my sales person that I would get a bill for this. If I was told this, I would not have brought the other vehicle. So, I called Crown Hyundai and told them about the situation. Their response was that I basically made up that there would be no inspection. I do NOT recommend this dealership. All they are after is your money and they are willing to misinform their customers to get it. Yes, I did speak to a manager that offered me no remedy.

Took my 2012 Sonata in for a warrenty repair on steering wheel. While there Jarrett looked up any Recalls and found that there was one necessary which would take an extra hour. While they corrected the steering wheel issue they found an axel issue that needed replacing, and since still under warrenty. And while doing an inspection of the vehicle they said the front brakes needed repair, and since my wife recently mentioned a strange break noise I was glad to have the repair done as it a necessary repair and the estimate was not outrageous for a dealership. After every thing was done, the car was washed and Jarrett had been updating me continuously of the progress, I asked about tires and Jarrett worked out an estimate for me and some options to take on purchasing the tires. Great overall experience and would recomment Hyundai service at Crown and also Jarrett as your service advisor.

I saw this red Azera 2016 on the showroom floor and told Carlos I wanted to buy that car next year. I left. Carlos calls me up and tells me I should come back because there were awesome rebates on this car and I could get it now. We went to Crown Hyundai which is an hour and a half drive from our home, after having gone to 2 other dealerships in which we did not have a pleasant experience. Upon walking the lot Bruce approached us and asked if he could help. We told him we were looking at the Veloster but that we wanted some space which he gave us. He was available the moment we had questions. During the negotiations I told him I had sold cars before and do not want to go thru the haggling process. I told him that was the reason we walked out of the other dealerships . He left to talk to his manager and when he returned he gave us a great deal which included all the rebates that we qualified for. If your looking for a no nonsense vehicle buying experience, do youself a favor and just visit Crown. It was worth the drive.

He treated my nearly 65 year old parents like garbage....to the point that we have contacted a lawyer. We understand that the dealership needed to make their money, however, there is a right way and a wrong way to treat people and Vincent acted like he was doing my parents a favor by "allowing" them to purchase a car from his lot. I have a car that I take to Crown Nissan, another to Crown Acura, and one to Crown Hyundai. I've been treated well at all three. Tim Burkart, Hyundai, is an excellent service rep. Thorough, prompt, informative, and professional. He's always been very attentive to my car needs and takes the time to thoroughly explain things. In reference to the service center rep area at Crown Hyundai, what did Crown do? I felt like a hampster at the desk. WTH, No place to sit? No place to sign the papers, I had to scoot in when the door opened! What the xxxx were you thinking? Whoever is responsible for the layout and design of the reps desk area (cage), needs a lesson in office ergonomics. This will become counter productive, you will soon see if you haven't already. Bathroom stalls are BIGGER than each cage. What happens if one more rep joins your team? Will you loose a bathroom stall?

From Vincent one of the sales managers who's attitude is buy it or I will sell it I do not need you as a customer, to Leslie in the business Dept who clearly has issues and does not want to be there pure nasty from the time we sat down. Let me just say the car had issues deal had to be cancelled and we were barely able to get our money back. The service on my car is always top-notch!And though the wait takes a while, it's totally fine because they have a great A/C area to wait in with cold waters and snacks and free wi-fi. My car battery died last night right before 10pm. Hyundai Roadside Service sent a towing company and they towed my car to Crown Hyundai. (The dealership was closed so I would have to call them in the morning.) Tomm B. called me this morning and got my info and answered all my questions about warranties and prices and all the different scenarios I could think of! He was very professional, kind and knowledgable. It's now 1:30pm the same day and I've picked up my car (with a new battery) from the dealership. 100% Recommend Crown Hyundai! They made this as painless as possible given the dead battery.

I am a AAA member and was prequalified for a $40,000 new car loan. Crown Hyundai was one of the partnership car dealers. The instant I was prequalified for the loan, I received a phone call from Tony Cheung. I was very interested in purchasing a 2016 Sonata. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the Sonata. I purchased a new Tucson on May 31, the last day of the Memorial weekend sale with Hyundai rebates. I used Truecar and wanted to avoid going to a dealership. I communicated with two dealerships by email and settled on Crown when I connected with Mark Bowen who was abundantly professional, courteous, respectful of my time and quickly got to a bottom line with no pressure nor hassle. We settled on a price in a matter of a couple of phone calls. My wife and daughter picked up the car. We had one hiccup because the license plate being transferred was in my name. Mark quickly solved the situation by adding my name to the transaction and then drove the paperwork to my office for me to sign ... what customer service! I can't speak highly enough about the experience with Crown in getting the exact car we wanted at a great price, and with Mark in making it such a great experience.

There was a friendly greeting upon arrival, they have a clean and neat dealership, plenty of room to roam without being pressured or hovered over, and a good inventory. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be, we did not have wait several hours before taking delivery, and Steve made sure we had all our questions answered before driving off in our new car. We leased a new Sonata from them for mom and they explained all of our options. We'll definitely come back for another car at the end of the lease. When you go there, ask for Jon. He's very trustworthy and won't use any high pressure tactics. Great guy. Great company. BTW, mom loves the car and was very happy with the way she was treated by everyone at Crown. So was I. Upon arriving at the dealership I was welcomed before I entered the showroom. Once inside I was welcomed and asked if there was anything they could do. I gave them my salesman's name and William Swan came up,greeted me and took me to his office. He offered me water or coffee before we got down to business. I explained what I was looking for and Bill gave me three options. We went through the discounts and I opted for the Santa Fe Sport. I was already preapproved for the loan so we went on to the options I had available for my vehicle. Bill discussed the benefits of each option and how it would enhance my purchase. I opted for most of them and there was no pressure or added explanations as to why I should pick the ones I passed on. The best part of the process was our acting like siblings. It seems we have the same demeanor and everything meshed. I was then taken to Jessica's office to go over the choices I made. She painstakingly reviewed everything and I signed the papers. She got me back to Bill and we went over stuff again. Due to time restraints I left and came back the next day. While "prepping" the car I went to service and met Joanne Gecevich. Like everyone else, I was greeted with a smile and congratulations for purchasing my new vehicle. I had some questions that were answered to my complete satisfaction. I also set up my first oil change. I then was "summoned" to the front where I got my parting gifts ( keys, manuals and extended warranty papers ). Ouside I went through pairing my phone and was shown the other functions that were available on my SPORT. I was told if I needed more help to come in and we would go over the things I have trouble with. When everything was completed Bill and I shook hands and the staff that was outside thanked me and said goodby. The next day I was called to say thank you for my purchase. Bill called me too so he could check on my satisfaction with my purchase. Bill also confirmed that I could come in if I had any questions or perceived problems with my car.

I put in a quote request online for my wife, and got a response from Jordan Anderson. The quote seemed reasonable so we went in with 100% intention to lease the vehicle. Jordan wasn't available when we got there and so they stuck us with Steve We talked with him for maybe 5 minutes before he was telling my wife that there was no way she was getting a lease despite her great credit. Pushed us towards buying used instead quoting the old adage about "crawl, walk, run".We told him that we weren't interested in buying, much less buying used and that we'd just head home. He of course tried to stop us, that is his job after all. We left.When we got home we called Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa. It was a bit more of a drive, but would be worth it to get the vehicle we wanted. We talked to Pedro there and he told us there was no reason we shouldn't be able to get my wife her lease. We drove over and he linked us up with Mo. We test drove the car to ensure that it was in fact what we wanted, and a few hours later we left with a new lease on our 2016 Hyundai Tucson. In fact it was quite painless.So, Crown, you not only turned away a customer, but you belittled us and in an attempt to make a better turn around. (I've been told by a friend who sales cars in another state that salesmen don't make as much money on a lease, so I can only assume that is why this happened).We will never return to Crown, and will 100% be telling anyone we speak with about the buying/leasing process to turn their attention elsewhere. Drive across the bridge and go to Courtesy instead.

It's so interesting how the manager magically raised the price that was on the sticker of the car by $2500 and not honor the price that you list publicly on your website. Found several taillight bulbs burnt out and had to replace and minor issues with the console glove box that would close. Those should have been fixed if a proper inspection of the vehicle was conducted (as promised) by the dealership.

I brought my 2011 Genesis to this dealer for its first oil change since I purchased the car. It took 2 weeks before they could get me in for a Sat. apt. The services advisor, Ryan Murray, was professional and was very helpful. Since my car had never been to this dealer a full inspection was done. He went over all the results with me and made recommendations for other services that are needed. He also went over my warranty coverage so I know the dealer I bought the car from did in fact give me the coverage I wanted and paid for. I didn't give 5 stars as the day after the oil change I now have a check engine light on. I have a feeling that something wasn't put back to gather right and I can't wait 2 weeks for another apt. It may just be a coincidence but seeing as this was my first visit to this dealers service department and I am concerned about why the check engine light is now on. I will be getting it looked at by another shop to verify this new issue.

My wife and I were promptly greeted by the salesman (herein Mark Bowen) when we arrived at Crown Hyundai in Pinellas Park in our 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The following discourse took place. M.B.: Are you looking to buy a new Hyundai? THE LAWYERS: Don't know. Probably not. We purchased this car in 2013, and it has been a very good vehicle. We do not really need a new car, and for your information, I don't like cars. They're expensive to buy and expensive to maintain. We have this Sonata and a 2014 Toyota Sienna at home. We are satisfied with both cars. However, if the terms were right, particularly the price tag, we would certainly consider a new car, even though we don't need one. M.B.: Tell me what you're looking for, and what would be the right terms. THE LAWYERS: I'm not really looking for anything, but I will try to abbreviate and short cut the bargaining and negotiations process. Therefore, I will not tell you about my health condition, and that if you offer a shockingly high price, I could have a heart attack or stroke. I will skip that part of the bargaining. I will also skip the part about my sick grandma, and the fact that I need to save money for her. M.B.: What's wrong with your grandma? THE LAWYERS: She's sick. Very sick. So sick she's dead. Next question. M.B.: What kind of car are you looking for? What do you consider good terms? THE LAWYERS: Let's get directly to the point. In the ideal world, you would offer to sell me the Genesis or Equis, cars in the $70,000+ range. Mr. Crown happened to be on the premises that day, and you went to him, and asked him how much he should sell the car for. Mr. Crown asked who the potential buyer was, and you (M.B.) told him it was Don Blair (THE LAWYERS), Mr. Crown replied, "Oh, it's Don Blair. In his case get him the best and most expensive car we have. Add all the extras. As for the price, since it is Mr. Blair, give him the car at no cost. THE LAWYERS, with a final comment to M.B.: What I just referred to is the ideal world, and I understand it doesn't always work that way. But, you get the idea. Give me a deal. Thereafter, we began the negotiations process on a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. The end was nearing when M.B. brought Charlie in on the negotiations. (The only flaw was when it was my turn to counter, Charlie reduced his offer that was already on the table, thereby bidding against himself. I called this to his attention, and admonished him for bidding against himself. He then continued and said, "Make me you best offer." I wrote down a number, handed it to Charlie, and Charlie extended his hand for a handshake, saying, "We have a deal." I probably left some money on the table. The total time involved was probably three times longer than it should have been, but everyone had fun (except my wife, who was embarrassed by my conduct.) The above story is true, and you may confirm its accuracy with Mark Bowen. Mr. Bowen deserves special recognition because of his ability to endure and withstand the bargaining process. At all times he maintained his knowledge of the product, courtesy toward the customer, and professionalism. He is, without question, an asset to the Crown organization.

From there Bill, who noticed my Elantra, struck up an efficient, stopped at a red light conversation, and literally threw me a business card, telling us to give him a call if we needed anything. Months later when I needed some maintenance at Crown, Bill noticed me and from then on we kept in touch. 1 years later I just finished leasing my 3rd car through crown for my fiance and I (2nd through Bill). Bill and his associate Jordan delivered in every way possible. Couldn't be happier with the experience. I will surely be back at the end of the lease to lease yet another Hyundai from Crown. I filled up my window washer container but still no fluid would come up to the windshield. It looked as though all the fluid had dripped out, so I assumed the container was broken. Went into Crown Hyundai thoroughly expecting to replace it when Joanne M. Gecevich in the service department opened the hood and saw there was still fluid in the container and then noticed that the rubber connectors to get the fluid to the windshield had come lose. She fixed them in a jiffy and there was no charge! Great work, Joanne, and thanks! Ellen Engels

Its been a while since I've bought a new car, so naturally I was a bit cautious and wanted to make sure that this was the car I wanted. Sanja was excellent about explaining the various features on each car I test drove, and when I made my decision, she once again made sure I understood the workings of this car. I have always had a good experience at Crown Hyundai. All the service advisors are very polite and professional. The cost of repairs are in keeping with the quality of work completed and of course there is always a warranty for any work completed. Service is timely and the waiting area is very pleasant. I am a happy customer. Chris Sanborn is a very good manager and of course my favorite is Cliff Stoufer and in his absence Tom Burkart did a great job! You cant go wrong with either of these good honest men!

I am a Canadian with a Canadian Genesis, but since I have owned it, Crown has been my go to dealer for service, as we spend half the year in Florida. Tomm Burkart has been my contact since 2012, and he has always been great to deal with and provide advice. This review is negative, but having to do with the service area changes made since my last visit. The changes in the service reception area, have diminished the area for the reps. to use, as well as having the customer stand up while taking to him. Not nearly as user friendly. Who the heck designed the area, and who agreed to undermine the impact your service rep. has on the customer when he/she enters the door. Thanks, Bob O'Reilly

I stopped in to look at the new Santa Fe SUV as I was prepared to purchase a new vehicle in the next 2-3 months. Mario Pozzi was my salesman. After sitting in the car of my choice and talking about all the options and then taking it for a test drive -- I was sold. However, we had not talked numbers yet. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I left the dealership and returned within the hour and sealed the deal. Mario is a great salesman and not pushy. He is also very knowledgeable of the Hyundai. I will be a repeat customer! Jessica Scarboro is another asset to this dealership!

Keep him. He is a great access to your company. Rremember to appreciate a good salesman when you have one. As a ninety year old lady, i did appreciate the way he greeted me. Also, I apprecaite the patience he had when He explained and re-explained some of the new gadgets that are on the car. I had looked at quite a few cars before I came into Crown and knew what I wanted but was not sure where I would buy the car. He was able to sell me the car....and that took a good salesman to do that. I do feel if I have any questions, he will continue to help me.. Now, I have to be a good salesman and talk him into taking me fishing!!

The service for my vehicle was handled smoothly and fairly quickly. The facility provides snacks and a WiFi connection. I was able to get some work done and everything was addressed on my vehicle. They gave me a loner to do some business and a Doctors appointment and the car was ready before I finished my appointments. The loner was a brand new car similar to mine. Can't ask for much better service than that. I spoke to Imad Yazback about my upcoming lease end and what options I have. Very helpful. Clifford Stoufer and Chris Sanborn handled my service visit and made it a very pleasant experience as good or better than I ever receive with my Lexus.

My husband and I were pushed to give a great review to our sales cosultant before we even purchased the car. Spent over 4 hours trying to purchase a car and when we decided on the car that we wanted the salesman that was attending us said he would be back with the keys which he never did. When we went to look for him inside he was in a meeting. What kind of salesman leaves to a meeting in the middle of a sale without informing the customer? What a frustrating experience and unprofessional on his behalf. I was determined to drive off the lot with any car but he seemed to care more about giving him a good review than making a sale!

What a nice guy. Had a nice meeting while my Sonata was being serviced. Drove a new Sonata, learned quite a bit about the newest technologies incorporated in the 2016 models.
