With a slew of big-name competition surrounding, Crown was my choice for several reasons: They had the car I was looking for (2007 Mazda6), the price was very fair, and the service was truly commendable. Craig worked extremely hard to ensure my expectations were exceeded- he was always prompt in communications, devoted his time exclusively to me when I visited the lot, was generous in allowances during my test drive, and never once pushed me in any part of the buying process. He was thorough on all the details of the transaction to ensure there were no complications down the road, and handled my after-purchase concerns quickly and graciously. After a full year of driving my newly-acquired vehicle without problem or incident, I confidently present this review as a testimony of my satisfaction with Crown Motors! About a month or so ago, I was shopping around for a newer but used car. I wanted to trade in my little older Altima, for a newer larger SUV. So I went to his website and found the dealership number and gave him a call. I wanted to know if he does trade ins before I came down to look at the cars that I liked on his website. He was very friendly on the phone, and was very upfront with me about older cars and there trade in values. So, I ended up going there, test driving a beautiful ford escape, but that car just wasn't for me. I wanted a little larger of an SUV but he didn't have anything larger there. So he took all my information down, and asked me for specifics on what I wanted and what I would pay. Literally, not lying that night called me up, saying he found me this beautiful Mazda Tribute. He even helped me with finding a place to help me with the financing of the car. He is definitely a good salesman, and i would truly recommend him to anyone. You will be happy with the end results!!!!

This was my first experience with a small used car dealer and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Craig is knowledgable, friendly and was very helpful throughout the process of car buying. A few weeks ago, I was shopping at Crown Motors with my wife. We were both impressed with the extent of the dealer's inventory and his competitive prices. They seemed to have a car, truck, or SUV to satisfy anybody's need, while pricing them far more agressively than the other lots on State Street. When I finally engaged the dealer, Craig, I found him knowledgeable and willing to work with me to find financing. I really appreciated his efforts to place my loan and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would reccommend him to anyone.
