I moved from Orlando to St Petersburg, FL and was concerned about where I would have my 2015 Nissan Rogue serviced and found a gem in Crown Nissan. Every single person there is so kind and thoughtful, but one stands out, and that is Dan, or Dan the Man as I refer to him. From the time you make your appointment with him to the time you are exiting the dealership you feel like you are the only customer, have your own concierge, and are royalty. I will only make my appointments through Dan as he has his finger on the pulse of the entire operation. I know exactly where my car is, when it will be finished, and I never have to worry about someone trying to "sell" me a service I do not need. Dan is so personable yet professional and definitely is skilled in the auto world. Again, everyone at Crown Nissan deserves an atta boy or atta girl, but Dan the Man...well, IS the man! Thank you Dan for always taking care of my service needs..and it doesn't hurt that my car always gets a wash after service. I am a customer for life because of your great care.

No additional "up selling" was applied , only a friendly reminder of a few milestone maintenance items coming up at 30,000 miles. I just want to say the service center always does a great job. However, on my last visit that started with having to change my flat tire that I discovered after work (just what I felt like doing) ended with an outstanding customer service experience with my advisor Lymari Martinez Acevedo. She let me know that since I had purchased the the tires from Crown, I had road hazard coverage on the tires. Lamari did an outstanding job coordinating the tire coming in, covering the tire, and getting it back on my vehicle. Also a shout out to Josh who gave me a ride home and picked me up. Great Job!

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Crown Nissan. As you can see i gave it 5 stars. I would like to give high praise to my service advisor, Dan Jacobs not only was he extremely genuine and understanding and a gentleman but also a true professional. I did not walk into crown nissan on a Monday evening not knowing i will not be able to afford the service on vehicle. I walk in only to get a oil change but it was more problems things that needed to be fix that i didn't know about. I needed the service done on my vehicle but i just wasn't able to pay couldn't afford. I told dan I couldn't afford it and was unable to get the service done on vehicle at this time and if it's possible that I can get my car tow to my house and I'll just leave it there until I can get it fix. Dan was very understanding and could relate to the situation i was in he told me to he'll give me a call back he'll see what he can do. About 5 minutes pass i call dan and i was told go back to sleep i was huh excuse me?? He was like go back to sleep everything is taking care of i was huh? Are you for real. He said no I'll call around 1 o'clock your vehicle will be ready. Dan went above and beyond his job dutie for me (a customer) and I am forever great full to dan and grown nissan truly appreciative thank you words can't express my gratitude to you crown nissan

This was my first time at Crown Nissan and I was really impressed. I had a 4pm appt. for car repairs and they determined what the problem was and I was on my home with my car good as new by 5:30pm. I waited in the service center waiting room and Lynmari checked on me several times to update me about the status of my car. The reason I am writing this review is because the customer service was great and I know everyone wants a hassle free experience when they are having car problems! I had just driven cross country and when I arrived in Florida my car died on me. I had it towed to Crown and was assisted by Rob Zoffer who was amazing. He handled everything with my warranty for me and had my parts ordered and car fixed in just a few days. He called me throughout the process and kept me updated along with way. I called to schedule a service call at Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg, Fl. and when I got there was taken care of right away even though it was a Saturday. My Service Advisor was Dan Jacobs. After discussions and initial evaluation with Dan it appeared the battery and terminals needed replacing. Sure enough Dan was correct and the battery and terminals were replaced. The whole process took less than an hour and I was on my way. Thank you for the quick service and fixing my vehicle that I depend on everyday. You were great Dan!

This was the second bar I bought from Crown Nissan in St. Pete. The first one was brand-new but the one I bought last week was a 2014, but it is like a brand-new car. The salesman who completed my purchase was Patrick Farrow, who not only did a great job, but was courteous and very kind. The car had so many bells and whistles that I wasn't accustomed to and he sat in the car with me and taught me what everything was. He was very patient and gracious through the whole process and made the purchase a pleasurable experience.

Like most, I dread dealing with car salesmen and their "tactics". I was pleasantly surprised to work with Jason J. and not have to deal with the high pressure you normally receive. He provided the requested info in a timely fashion and provided a clear and detailed explanation of the pricing. No tricks or run around. The pricing was also accurate. He didn't use the bait and switch tactics used by other dealerships. The price he gave me was the actual price for the car I wanted. No surprises.Jason is very pleasant to deal with. I spoke with Jason Jiovani on multiple occasions after contacting True Car. He replied promptly after my initial email and followed up with me (without pressure, I might add) during the course of the next few weeks. Ultimately, his dealership did not have the vehicle that I was looking for, but he did his best to locate one. At the end of the day, I ended up buying my truck from another dealer. Jason was very professional, and he just sounded like a guy I could trust. I was willing to drive 1.5 hours to do business with him. There were no games; just straight forward answers. Recently my family traveled to Madiera Beach on your vacation. On the way down, our Rogue started losing power. We made an appointment with Crown Nissan to have it checked out and discovered that our alternator and our transmission were bad and needed to be replaced. Both were covered by our warranty and we started the process to have our car repaired. Then we ran into the wait on the warranty people to do their thing game. Our warranty could get us a used transmission to Crown in the middle of the following week. It looked like we were going to have to rent a car to go home and then fly back and get our car the following week. That's when Robert Zoffer went to bat for us. He was able to get a Nissan rebuilt transmission for us and promised that they would have the car ready to go the following morning in time for us to travel back with the rest of our family. This meant that our car would require work even after the service department closed that evening. Needless to say, I arrived at Crown the following morning and found my car washed and ready to go.Rob Zoffer and the service department at Crown helped put a happy ending to our vacation. If I lived in the St. Petersburg area, Crown Nissan would have all of my business. Thanks to everyone at Crown

Having purchased a GMC from Crown in the past, I decide to look at a Nissan Frontier as I want to purchase a small/mid-size pickup truck. From the very onset my sales person, Jordan Hughes was attentive to my needs. He was always service oriented, personable and knowledgeable, setting up an extended test drive and searching for a Frontier for me. Although I didn't purchase at this time (due to minimal availability of a 2016 model), I will be looking at the 2017 Frontier, and I will return to Crown in an attempt to complete my purchase, using Jordan as my sales person.

I have to say our first few impression of this dealership startd out really good. We happened to be passing by on a Sunday not realizing they were opened. We stopped just to look at the new murano. We were greeted by surprising by a very nice young girl. Very kind very professional. Offered us a look at the new murano inside where it was much more comfortable. We talked a few minutes about our trade and some numbers. I have to say they all worked very fast which was very impressive since buying a car is usually my worst nightmare! It's usually a long drawn out all day affair ! It was overall good experience until we were promised a call back the next day to let us know what the final numbers would be. Since we had a pretty good idea that it might a bit to soon to get out of our lease we still expected some type of follow up the next day! I have been in sales over 35 years and to this day I would always follow up with my customers or clients whether the outcome is good or bad! They way I look at it is if I can't help this client it customer today I might be able to help them in the future! I'm a very successful sales women to this day because I follow up with my clients and leave a good memorial impression with them ! That's what makes them remember me! Once again if I can't help them today I might be able to later! They will also refer friends or family to me! I have our sales girl the benefit of contacting me the next day once I didn't hear back I decided to call her and follow up. Although I didn't feel like I should since I was the buyer! What made me decide to write this review is that even after leaving her a voicemail I still have not recieved a call back from her ! Once again even if you couldn't sell me a car today you might be able to in a few months !! Right ? Thanks but I'll be going out of my way to go to another Nissan dealer!

My almost one year old Nissan Rogue would not start as I was leaving a movie theater. Everything worked in the car, but would not start and I had an error saying "headlight warning error" And indeed the only thing not working was the headlights. Car would not take a jump, so not the battery. Crown Nissan came to my rescue, AT NO CHARGE, towed me in, and the tech, Dan, waiting for me even though it was past time for him to go home. He wanted to be sure I got there, got in a good loaner car, and took care of me personally. I did wait a bit for the tow, but that is out of Nissan's control, so please people out there, don't give your dealership a hard time over that! Feel blessed they are helping you out. Anyway, they had not seen this problem before but it was "integrated power distribution module" ..who knew! And I guess it is quite rare, but they are taking care of me, my car, the loaner, no charge. Great customer service and they make you feel like you are their only client. So happy to find them since I just moved to St. Pete a year ago and needed someone HONEST, and fair. Thanks Crown for being my Knights in shining armor. Dan is not listed under service techs as he is new, please recognize him. And Greg as well. :)

Jason Jiovani is the Internet salesman at Crown Nissan that handled my True Car discount - he was awesome - many appointments were made with several other dealerships and he was the one person that followed through with his promises.. Once we arrived at our appointment we explained that it was Kentucky Derby day and we must get to the the race track on time to watch the event -- my sister and I were complete with our exotic hats and did not want to be disappointed... Again he was true to his word and the sale was final with time to spare... It was the best buying experience I have ever had!! I bought my Nissan Altima in 2000 at Crown and have had it serviced at Crown Nissan ever since. I recently had it serviced and ROBERT REYNOLDS was my service representative. A very nice and helpful man. He answered my questions and graciously had the car washed, at my request. I will ask for his help on my next visit. Note: I have never had to return after a repair or service because it wasn't repaired correctly, thus my excellent rating of Crown Nissan. Thank you Robert Reynolds and Crown!!

Richard stow was my service advisor. He was amazing! Very helpful and very nice. He made sure I had a free ride to the dealership to get my rental car then had my car done the next morning.. I had to get a new radiator, oil change, and air filter. The last time I had the radiator replaced it took around a week at another dealership! Sure wish this dealership was where I live. I always call Christine Smith - Service Advisor for all my repairs. She is very pleasant, knowledgable, friendly, and knows her job. She lets me know the status of the job and calls me with information to make a good decision on all the repairs that need to be done therefore saving me extra labor costs. I have a 2006 Maxima with an extended warranty and she always tries to get the repair covered under the warranty unless it is routine, wear and tear items. My last repair did require me to bring the car into the shop a second day because they had to order a part ( Belt ) that was not in stock. She always offers to go the extra mile with car washes that I love.

Could not have had a worse experience...well maybe if I had been physically beaten or robbed it could have been worse. Pardon the hyperbole but it's useful when trying to express how truly awful this dealership and the culture they've fostered is, what with the short tempers, and BS'ing peppered with sophomoric insults and sad attempts at peer pressure. Every single interaction I had was tainted by some type of insult or aggressive "well whaddya gonna do" type statement. Sadly, everyone at this dealership fails to understand the power dynamic of a sales/customer relationship. Don't waste your time here. If you want a Nissan go somewhere else, or buy it from another dealer. If you're not sure - get another car. I went to Hyundai and got an insane deal on a gorgeous car (although their finance department could use some training). Good luck for anyone dealing with these amateurs.

Christine Smith had been Super Woman of customer service even when she was not the tech to check us in. So we purchased our 2nd Nissan in 2009 and we are still getting great customer service from Christine in the service dept. on both of our cars. We just had both cars detailed and services this month and there were a few mistakes but Christine fixed everything and we left with a smile and our cars in great shape and looking good. Met with Servvice Advisor Bob Zoffler, he was courteous from the time he greeted me! He asked me why I was there and I told him I needed an oil change and had a couple of other issues. While he was writing things up he advised me about a couple of items that I should take care of. He also advised me there were no recalls. This was all done in a timely and efficient way. When I told him I would wait he showed me to the waiting room and explained where everything was. Finally when I was done he explained thoroughly my issues and I was satisfied with his explanation. I was also happy about my clean and vacuumed car. Over all I had an excellent expierence at Crown the service is why I bout my new 2015 Pathfinder at Crown.The only issues I did have was the fact that when I went up North the Nissan Dealer did not honor my oil change and I had to pay for it. The other issue is that I bought a matenance plan for my new pathfinder a 5 year bumper to bumper when the vehicle already has a 3 year bumper to bumper. So effectively I paid for 3 years for nothing! This is in no way a problem with my service advisor but the sales team at Crown!

One reason there is no question about my five star ratings is that I have been to so many other dealerships in the area. My preference is to have an up front dealer where prices are clear and visible, sales people are courteous and not aggressive/pushy, and details are fully explained. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted with some wiggle room in my numbers but I had an upside down used car (I owed more than its worth). I didn't know the salesman before this Sunday, but I felt like he treated me like family. I say that because the numbers portion worked out better than I anticipated and I left with a new car. It was a refreshing experience since I just came from two other places that within the first 30 minutes I was becoming angry and insulted at the numbers presented to me. Not to mention the horrible "bate and switch" tactics that brought me in, meaning internet prices and deals had a lot of small print. I can go on forever about the other places, but the bottom line is I will make Crown Nissan my first stop from now on. I am someone who does a lot of research and shops around A LOT before making a big purchase like this one. Its twice now that I ended up at Crown Nissan. I have not regretted it one bit either. Jason Jiovani had everything to do with my wonderful experience buying my first new car. I was there a LONG time making up my mind and testing cars, not once was I pressured and I felt he would of drove around with me all day if I needed that much time.

I came in with a good idea of what I wanted with some wiggle room in my numbers but I had an upside down used car (I owed more than its worth). I didn't know the salesman before this Sunday, but I felt like he treated me like family. I say that because the numbers portion worked out better than I anticipated and I left with a new car. It was a refreshing experience since I just came from two other places that within the first 30 minutes I was becoming angry and insulted at the numbers presented to me. Not to mention the horrible "bate and switch" tactics that brought me in, meaning internet prices and deals had a lot of small print. I can go on forever about the other places, but the bottom line is I will make Crown Nissan my first stop from now on. I am someone who does a lot of research and shops around A LOT before making a big purchase like this one. Its twice now that I ended up at Crown Nissan. I have not regretted it one bit either. Jason Jiovani had everything to do with my wonderful experience buying my first new car. I was there a LONG time making up my mind and testing cars, not once was I pressured and I felt he would of drove around with me all day if I needed that much time.

All of the service reps are top notch! On this visit, I got Lynne Crockenberg. I've never seen her before, so I'm guessing she's new to the team. You'd never know it, though. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out, she took my coupon and knew exactly what was up with my rewards! Oh, and did I mention I didn't even have an appointment? 2012 Nissan Frontier purchased from this dealership. Vehicle has 46,000 miles,and with the exception of oil changes, and a set of tires about 200 miles earlier the vehicle is excellent.The air bag indicator began to flash and I contacted Lynne Crockenberg, a Service Advisor at the dealership who advised me that the diagnostic test indicated the cushion assembly in the front seat was inoperative and the cost to replace the item would be more than $1,400. Furthermore, this particular is not a covered item under the extended policy I purchased from the dealer.She contacted the Nissan factory representative who authorized the repair of the component failure at no charge to me.Hats off to Lynne and Crown Nissan for going out of their way to return this vehicle to a safe operating mode with a properly functioning air bag system.

It was very easy to make the appointment on line for what I thought was for a regular maintenance check-up. Rob Zoffer and technical staff determined that what was needed was more than a routine oil/filter change. The sensor from the camshaft needed replacing. Rob immediately saw that I had an extended warranty and helped me save several hundred dollars. He also placed me in an overnight rental so that my life was not terribly inconvenienced Salute and gold stars to Rob and his team at Crown Nissan..

My truck was due for routine maintenace - oil change, tire rotation, etc. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my 7:40AM appointment and Lynn met me at my truck with a smile and an energetic greeting. Lynn accepted the coupon with no unneccessay push for adds ons or such stuff that often happens at other places when one uses such a liberal coupon. We primarily dealt with Tom Quillen and his sales manager Tyler Silver, but everyone else we encountered was super nice and very friendly. Tom was more than patient with us as he explained all of the vehicle's awesome features. He was easy going and never pushy. Of all the other dealers we visited, we felt the most comfortable at Crown. We recently realized that the car we had purchased from Crown had wheel locks but no wrench to remove them in case of a tire issue. After talking with the service department, I was told I could bring the car by and they would figure out which wrench might fit. Robert Zoffer and Terry Hawkins helped me and tried to find one to fit. When they couldn't, Robert called around and said they would order one for me. A couple days later, Mr. Zoffer called me and told me to come by and he would take my car to have the locks removed, then put on new wheel locks and provide me with a wrench. A couple days later when I showed up, he greeted me at my car by name, took the car, delivered the service as promised, and then even offered a complimentary wash and vaccuum. Fantastic service all around!

I bought a used Rogue with 3500 miles in Jan 2015. There was a vibration in the glove box door but I kept putting it off because of the inconvenience of time. I finally brought it in and they were very gracious and immediately ordered me a new glove box. When I brought my car into the St Petersburg dealership Robert Reynolds assisted me in getting the glove box fixed. I was in and out with only my signature for work needed. I dragged my feet for months and yet the actual fix went very smoothly. I appreciated a good experience.

After much research and general vehicle demonstations , we chose the Murano. Unlike Lokey Nissan , Crown Nissan made no assumptions up front about our seriousness or lack there of , to purchase a vehicle. Or were too busy to actually give us the time of day. At Crown, there were no pressure tactics (i.e. if you buy today we can.....) etc.. Our sales rep. , Jason Jiavoni took the time to demo , locate and work with us to have a solid purchasing experience. The trade- in was handled above board , no clandestine trips to the garage etc.. In summary , shop the other guys do your research and then visit Crown for your purchase. They are a class group!

Our first Nissan, have had it less than a week, I love driving it! So glad that we stopped in to take a closer look at a Juke (Which it was love at first sight, those headlights really caught my eyes!) 3 Drive Modes, Normal, Eco and Turbo (Zoom, Zoom). Camera, Sunroof, Kicking Stereo, too much to list. My Husband and I were very happy with the service. We came in on a Sunday so the credit unions were closed. The original payment had a high interest rate but were told that on Monday Crown Nissan would contact the credit unions and try to get us a lower interest rate. I received a call on Tuesday that they were able to get our interest rate lowered from 16.87 to 5.25. We could not be happier.

Then make an appointment with the internet manager or internet sales team. It is important that you ask for the internet sales team when you arrive at the dealership. We went to a Mazda dealer to look at a vehicle we had our eye set on there and they pretty much shut us down. After that experience went south there we went to where we have always been treated like human not just another sale and visited our great salesman Adam Arendt Sales manager Scott Ballard at crown Nissan. I called to get my Truck in so it would be worked on first, because I am a Building Contractor and my truck is my biggest tool I have. Can't do much without it. I purchased a rear spoiler of my 2014 Altima from the Parts Dept at Crown Nissan and was told I would receive a call the next morning when it arrived. My phone rang early the next morning and it was the parts department calling to let me know that my spoiler was in. I hurried right over to have it installed. It was only after I reached the dealership I thought to myself that I should have made an appointment. The thought of sitting there for hours on end in the waiting room just wasn't what I wanted to do on my day off. I'd just bought my car and was getting add ons here and there to customize the looks. As I expect the place was busy. I spoke to Robert Reynolds in Service and explained to him that I had not made an appointment and that I would understand if there was no room or time if they could not install my spoiler. After he spoke with another Service advisor he and a Parts Dept employee left for about 30 seconds and when they returned simply said "Ok, it'll be finished in less than 2 hours." I was shocked! Our service agent Chuck Hoover was great. He listened to my wife's issues with the car and made sure he had a full understanding of what we wanted serviced. He explained additional service but did not try to up sell and when I asked for tire rotation and balence he explained the suggested intervals and pointed out that what I wanted was not due for a couple of thousand miles unless I was having issues. Car was completed as promised, came back washed, vacumed and at the price quoted. Would recommend and also return for future needs.

I have documented that experience when I bought the Murano last year.With that said, I am really glad to have Christine Smith help me the last two times I was in for a question and service. Had to update a previously posted review since they failed to adhere to their word and replace much of the exhaust system on the Murano and instead tried to get away with patching and salvaging what they could. I don't have enough characters here to post all the details, but you can check out all the details on Google under Marie Toze. 1. THEY FLAT OUT AND KNOWINGLY LIED TO ME, claiming they would replace the entire damaged exhaust on the CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Murano that they missed in the inspection and instead patching and salvaging what they could and replacing what they had to. My sales rep, who assured me everything would be REPLACED, claimed he looked under the car after the fix and everything looked great. 2. Their certified pre-owned 100 and some odd point checklist and claim is a joke. One of their master level mechanics missed a blatantly damaged exhaust system plainly visible to the naked eye. The Murano was not properly aligned. The used vehicle manager signed off on the checklist BEFORE the mechanic who did the inspection.

For those who dont have the time or patience to read the details, heres a summary:1.Pro - I was happy with Brandon, the sales consultant I worked with and think he did as much as he could throughout my experience to smooth things out.2.Con CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED IS QUESTIONABLE. One of their master level mechanics missed a damaged exhaust system plainly visible to the naked eye. Vehicle was not properly aligned. The used vehicle manager signed off on the checklist BEFORE the mechanic who did the inspection.3.Con - They totally dropped the ball on finishing the repair of my newly purchased CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED vehicle on time, and on top of that were not proactive in notifying me of the delay.My experience with Crown Nissan started off well but only went downhill from there. I stopped in to look at a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Murano on a Friday night and wound up making an offer that was accepted just before close. Rather than staying another 2-3 hours to complete the paperwork, I was able to take the vehicle home that night and finish everything the next day. Things went smoothly up to that point and I was very happy with the sales consultant and the dealer.The next morning however, I noticed that one of the exhaust pipes wasnt aligned with the molding on the bumper; the alignment was so far off that anyone could have noticed and a mechanic doing a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED inspection would have to be blind to miss it. Upon further inspection underneath the car, I found there were holes in the muffler where the pipe had been torn away and the pipe running from the front of the car to the muffler was crimped, hanging lower than it should have and had a bracket that was unattached. When it was put on the lift at the dealer, the mechanic immediately said it would need to be replaced, which Crown Nissan agreed to do. During this time, I also found out that 2 of the wheels were out of alignment, which is also on the checklist. Somehow this and the exhaust passed the CERTIFIED Pre-Owned inspection, which was apparently done by a master level mechanic according to the general sales manager. On top of all that, the used vehicle manager had signed off on the inspection BEFORE the mechanic. I was told that the parts would be in on Tuesday and the vehicle would be ready to pick up on Wednesday. However, the hours passed on Wednesday and finally at 3:30 I had to call since I hadnt heard anything. I was told that they would check on the status and would call me back, which I figured would be 5-10 minutes. An hour later, I called back since I still hadnt heard anything and finally found out they needed it for another day. Disappointed it had to be fixed in the first place. Disappointed they missed the completion date. Disappointed that the communication about the repair was not proactive. Actions speak louder than words.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I stopped by the dealership to check out a 2015 Versa Note and was presented with two purchase proposals that were ridiculously high for the model. The salesman was fine and he initially told me that I came on a good day since the factory rep was at the dealership and could offer me additional discounts that the dealership couldn't offer. That turned out to be a joke, since the factory rep wanted to charge me almost full sticker price while offering nothing more than currently advertised Nissan rebates. In order to get one of the rebates, which was only $500, he told me that I'd have to finance through Nissan at much higher rates than I could get myself. When I rebuffed that offer the salesman's boss came back with a second proposal that was only slightly better than the first in overall cost. These people kept focusing on monthly payment amounts hoping to distract me from the high sales price of the car. I left the dealership and did additional research, finding that even Crown Nissan's website prices were much better than what they offered me in person. Likewise, I checked other dealerships and an on-line buying service and found that I could purchase the exact same model and color (with same window sticker price) for close to $2000 less than the best price that they offered me. The salesman from Crown called me a few days later in the hope that I would still make a deal. I told him that his bosses tried to get me to pay an exorbitant price for the car based on my further research. He still tried to get me to come back stating that I'm sure his bosses would make it right. Make it right? No thanks--they had their chance. Never again for that dealership.

The next day, I checked in with Chuck Hoover with Robert completing my service visit. My car was serviced for a 3,000 mile oil change and a brake concern. They kept me updated on the process and didn't charge for a thorough inspection of the braking system. Excellent customer service!!

I set up an oil change, quick and easy to do with representative. Was able to work with my schedule. Although i didn't plan on seeing my usual service advisor Chuck Hoover, he greeted me upon arrival and quickly assisted me and offered me transportation home if needed. Car was ready when promised and a phone call was made to me by Chuck when car was ready. Upon pick up was quickly checked out and Chuck brought the car to the door for me. Very pleasant and helpful. I can go anywhere for an oil change , but the customer service is so good will continue to have oil change do e at dealership.

Called dealership to schedule my 30,000 mile service and talked to Chuck Hoover, my service adviser. He greets me with a smile and sets the appointment after explaining what will be done. From beginning to end, it is a wonderful experience. I arrive at the dealership (which is easy to find and easy to drop the car off at the service area). I see Chuck, say hello and give him the keys. Everything is ready and he ask if I need a ride to work. I already have a friend waiting and leave knowing from prior experience that Chuck takes good care of my car. He is professional, polite and caring. At 30,000 miles my car continues to drive and feel like it is brand new. I pick up the car in the afternoon and as expected it is ready and done. Chuck gives me a summary of the services, escorts me to the cashier, I pay, they give me my keys and I leave knowing my car is in excellent shape. Simple and stress free experience every time.

I had been vehicle shopping for months "off & on" going to many dealerships, spending hours online reviewing all the options. The day I met Jake Halterman, my wife and I had already test drove 2 other manufacturer's SUV's and expected a similar experience with a persistent salesman. I was very much impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. He listened carefully to our wants and needs and did not pressure us into a vehicle that wouldn't have fit our lifestyle. He never appeared discouraged as we went through his inventory selecting one feature over another, outside body color vs interior colors, and seat materials. His fellow team members were readily available to help when we finally made a decision to purchase our vehicle. While we went through the financing our vehicle was already being prepped for our trip home. After selecting additional features that needed an additional day to install, appointments were made and the day of service had a temp vehicle waiting for me during the drop-off.

Rickey called me to say that Crown Nissan would be willing to pay for our last 3 months of payments on our lease if we bought or leased another car from Crown Nissan. We checked on line and found the car we were interested in. We arrived at the dealership and Rickey was very personable with us. We test drove the Altima SL as well as a Rogue SL. I stay with Crown Nissan for a reason, their service. I bought my first Nissan from another dealer in the Tampa Bay area but wasn't thrilled with the service so when I found Crown about 12 years ago, I stayed put. They continue to provide excellent service. In my recent service I saw Robert Reynolds and he was great. Even though they were clearly swamped, he kept me informed and took good care of me during my wait. Keep up the good work team.

I took my maxi in for what I thought was simple i was w/o my baby for 2 weeks but Nissan staff was so awesome Christine Smith walked with me through each day even when she fell sick she contacted me to let me know and that someone would be stepping in for her. Chuck and Rob have always been awesome since day one.....the staff are always great I seen when some crazy customers come in and don't have a pleasant attitude. This is my first Nissan vehicle and after three yrs I want to purchase another Nissan because if the service advisors are top notch then what about sells department......I don't think I will be going back to a Toyota.....

My wife found an Xterra on line that sounded too good to be true(2014 with 3800 miles and certified) I called and Jim Gates answered. I told him my wife and I would be there within the hour. . When we arrived Jim greeted us at the door. There were no price or condition issues only my desire to finance the vehicle at a rate better or the same as 1.99%( a rate I had been offered from another Nissan dealer) Jim and the sales manager Eric Molin spent a good deal of time and energy on getting me the 1.99% financing. Thank you to Jim Gates , Eric Molan and the business finance manager. My wife Loves her new car!!

Hi! When ever we are in Florida I drive to Crown Nissan. The reason for that is I feel I have a warm and welcome relationship with every one I have dealt with. This time it was Charles Hoover. Again caring about any issues I have. I never have to clean anything on the vehicle. They take great care from the time I arrive until the time I leave.
