Jacob ( Jake ) Lorenzo , was the sales man that helped me find what I was looking for in a vehicle . Jake is a good man ,as well as the men in the service department of Volkswagen John & Ed they treat you right . The dealership is always trying to find ways to help their customers . I highly recommend these people.

Went in shopping for a vehicle over a few days. I dealt with Sean and Joe . Great sales experience. NONE of the "car salesman" attitude I dread. Test drove several cars. Competitive pricing. Joe was great keeping my 4 y.o. Occupied during the paperwork was being done with finance. Finance lady, Stephanie, was great to work with also. Very happy with the passat we bought. Got the appropriate range of bluebook value on our trade in. Also, my wife was the first to visit there and was just looking out on the far side of the lot. Joe was the one to walk all the way out there on a sub-freezing day. Low fees also that we're understandable for being there. No hidden BS fees to jack up the price. Our second vehicle from Crown VW/Toyota. Good experiences both times.

Let me first say that I have ample experience buying new/used cars, I think 9 deals since 2001. I have not really ever had a bad experience but every dealer varies greatly and I know what to watch out for. Justin Pierce was my excellent sales rep. who was with me every step of the process from my first internet inquiry to showing me how the amazing tech. on my new 2015 GTI worked to following up the next day to see how I was enjoying my new car. Throughout the process he was very knowledgeable and up front about the whole buying process at Crown. There were no surprises and it was so low pressure, which was refreshing! They clearly showed me their numbers and were more than willing to negotiate to terms that were mutually agreeable. Finance searched for the best interest rate for my loan and got it; I should note that their finance dept. is also top notch! Justin knew right away that I was a GTI enthusiast and we had a great time test driving several new GTI's, talking about the GTI I traded in, talking cars in general, etc. He was extremely receptive to any questions that I had and patient as I made my decision two days after the first test drive. It really did feel like buying a car from a friend. I was so impressed in fact that I referred a fellow GTI enthusiast and friend to him; my friend bought a 2015 GTI the week after I did! He too had a truly great experience at Crown. Go see Crown and Justin Pierce if you're in the market for a new VW. You will not be disappointed. The new 2015 GTI is an amazing car by the way!

This is my second purchase from a Crown dealership, but my first Volkswagen purchase. Justin Hulshof had no problems answering my questions and suggesting cars based off of my feedback. The end result is a perfect car for me and a fantastic experience at this dealership. They explained all of the technology and explained differences between models of the same car so I knew which one would work best for me. Justin and Jacob Sacks worked hard to make a deal that worked for me financially, and Dave Gero provided a no pressure finance experience that was enjoyable instead of terrifying (which is rare). He was also completely prepared and ready before we sat down which cut down on the time we spent in his office drastically. Crown Volkswagen provided one of (if not the) best buying experiences I've ever experienced and it will keep me coming back in the future. This place is great!
