For a skeptical buyer, I did something really stupid. After I couldn't get the car I wanted for the price I can afford, I expanded my cars.com search to "All Miles" and found my 2013 Nissan Leaf at Cruise Autos. Knowing I won't be flying from NY to CA just to check out the car in person, I called Cruise Autos and no on picked up. Within minutes, David called me and I had a brief conversation. Long story short, with only the pictures to go by and the posted description and the trust I obtained through the brief interaction, I wired them the money from my bank account to theirs (both same bank). Within a week, my picture perfect Leaf arrived exactly as described and days after, I got a certified mail with title, transfer form, contract all signed. The tires were worn but Marco had informed me beforehand. For a small dealership, their service sure wasn't. Marco was very accessible, email, sms and call any day and any time. He always reminded me to call him if I had any question or concern. My first time buying a car site unseen has been a great and smooth experience. Can't thank you enough. Definitely deserved a 5 stars from me. I wish you success and have my used Tesla waiting for me when I'm ready for an upgrade. :-) Thanks.

I really enjoyed my expect here. I bought a 3007 BMW X3. The owner was very nice and attentive. He answered all questions and made the experience feel safe and inviting. The car was great! Beautiful in and out. I recommend giving them a call!

I have only had the pleasure of talking to this dealership via the web and emails, I am currently out of the country and will be buying a car upon my return in early February. Every time I have contacted them they have responded to my questions and concerns. When I have asked about a certain car they have helped me with my questions. This dealership WILL be the first and hopefully the last dealership I visit when I return on the 4th of February.

Purchased a 2005 525BMW almost 2yrs ago and, I must say it's runs excellent to this day. Have had no mechanical problems from date of purchase. Buying a car to me is so stressful because I have no clue on how to choose a good car, I was looking for a first time car for my son. In April 2016 I went to cruise autos (which was recommended by two other friends who previously had bought 3 cars here) I was treated with respect and PATIENCE, Marco was awesome! I got a really good car for a really great price! Marco worked with me and my budget Marco was real and genuine. It's a very small dealership, I almost missed it. But the environment is no pressure. Marco helped me purchase my car. He was straightforward about the price, which was way below other prices I've seen. The whole process was easy and comfortable.

After looking for several months at public and private dealers for a used Infinit M37, I was almost ready to give up the hunt. I thought I was going to have to sacrifice more money for better conditioning, or poorer conditioning for less money. Fortunately, my patience proved to pay off. One last search led me to Cruise Autos where Marco introduced me to my future vehicle - a 2011 Infiniti M56S.After seeing the vehicle and low pricing, I figured something had to give. Without hesitation, Marco allowed me to test drive the vehicle and take it to a local Infiniti dealer for inspection. After the Infiniti Dealer inspected the vehicle, they were amazed at the quality of the vehicle for the price it was being sold for. Immediately I made arrangements to purchase the vehicle. Marcos and his team made every accommodation to make purchasing as seamless and pressure-free as possible. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have not had any mechanical issues whatsoever. I drive approx 120 miles a day. The car is running beautifully and the compliments that I receive on it are endless. I will definitely look to Cruise Autos first when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Shopping for a used car often comes with a lot of skepticism and uncertainty. However, Marco, at Cruise Autos was nothing but professional, personable, and honest when we were interested in a used car on his lot. Marco addressed all of our concerns, took the time to walk through and explain all paperwork and promptly followed through on any costs that were to be reimbursed. I purchased a vehicle from Cruise Autos in the beginning of July 2014 and am very pleased with the process. Originally, I wasnt sure if I should purchase a vehicle from a private party or pay extra and go through a dealer. While searching around cars.com I found a vehicle that I was interested in at Cruise Autos that was advertized at a fair price. After reading some of the reviews I was a little surprised at some of the complaints. A couple complaints were that their inventory was low and was kept in an enclosed industrial unit. What these individuals thought as a negative I felt was a positive. My opinion is that if you purchase a used vehicle from a large dealership the dealer has very little time to inspect the vehicles from the auction, since their buying up to a hundred a month, while smaller dealers have much more time to inspect their vehicles since they buy much fewer. Overall, I felt David and Marco were very professional, polite and had their vehicles listed at a fair price. So much so, I didnt even bother to haggle them, which is strange for me. LoL. Lastly, they even changed the front rotors and brake pads which I didnt think needed to be done! Thanks, Cruise Autos!

I am overjoyed with thankfulness and appreciation for the hard working, loyal, trustworthy and very honest owner and mechanics at Cruise Auto. I took my car to Hemborg Ford in Norco and a family recommended mechanic to have repairs done on my Ford Excursion and both locations were unable to fix the problem. I took it to Cruise Auto and they bent over backwards to locate the source of the problem and fix my car. I highly recommend them before anywhere else. Thank you once again!!!!!

This dealer frankly does not even deserve star. They are deceitful, shady, and plainly some of the most dishonest of the used car industry. Pictures shown on the website do not accurately reflect the real cars on their lot. The pictures have be altered and retouched to hid and remove damage, scratches, and tears (interior). Also they claim all their cars have tires with "70% tread" - its more like 7% along with bad shocks and brakes. Not to mention no Carfax is provided. I highly recommend you find a different dealer for you used car needs.

Cruise Autos is a dealer that provides excellent Customer Service which made the entire Buying Process Excellent as well. Their stock was well cared for and they were open and honest about their cars, providing the Car Fax Information asking. We were allowed to examine and test drive the vehicle without being rushed. The Buying Process went very smoothly.

Made the mistake of buying a 2007 Mazdaspeed 3 with 150K miles without having it inspected by a mechanic. Turns out that all the shocks were shot ($1000 repair) but what was really lame is that they gave me the car with no gas in the tank and to top it all, it needed an oil change right away. I think the mechanic they have in store is there to make the cars look good by masking potential issues. Oh and the brakes and rotors are also on the verge of giving way (another $1000). So went from an inexpensive car to not such a good deal. And that's without factoring in the time I'll be wasting getting the car fixed . As far as Marco being helpful: we got the car with just one key, no remote (happens with used) and he promised to give me someone's contact to make copies. It's been a month and still nothing.

Please do yourself a favor and have a shop inspect any car your looking at here. I believe that they try to make repairs to the cars they buy from auctions, but sometimes things just get overlooked. I found several mechanical issues with a car I was thinking of purchasing.

I, like many others, was initially skeptical about this used car dealership because their inventory is very small and I could not find much information about them online. After viewing their website and finding the type of car that I was looking for at a price that was about $2,500 under blue book retail value, I decided to give them a try. The location is very small and cars are kept in a tight warehouse; however, if you can look past this, the buying experience was excellent. David, the owner, was very easy to work with and was willing to stay late to allow me to test drive the car after I got off work. The car was in excellent shape, looked and smelled brand new, and drove perfectly. The car exceeded my expectations and looked even better than the photos on the website. I mentioned that I never buy a used car without having it inspected by my mechanic, which is located about 35 miles away from their dealership. I was having difficulty finding the time off of work to drive the car with then to my mechanic, so they offered to drive it their for me in the middle of the day. These guys drove over 60 miles round trip just to have the car inspected for me at the mechanic that I trust. To me, that is suburb customer service and speaks volumes about these guys. All of their vehicles seem to have clean titles and one owner. They were not able to negotiate on the price too much, but that is because the cars are already priced less than anything you'll find at a name brand dealership. I will definitely look here first next time I'm shopping for a used car and I recommend that you give then a chance! Good luck!

Shopping for a used car can be a nightmare,who do you trust! However my experience at Cruise Autos has by far been the best used car shopping trip in a long time. David the owner was so nice and accommodating. He's straightforward and honest. Asked could I bring a mechanic with me - no problem. He has the best prices. For our purchase we walked away paying at least a $1000 less then any other dealer price for same car. Although he didn't provide a carfax, (me being the skeptic I am) purchased one on my own, and true to his word, car had one owner and clean title. What a great experience!

After seeing the green saturn listed on cars.com I called the owner, David, and asked about it. I asked why the car was priced so much below blue book and if there were any problems- he said that the car ran great and looked good. I explained that we would be driving quite a distance to see the car but he insisted that he prefers to sell cars very cheap in a short time frame and make little profit, this seemed unlikely but I was hopeful. After 2 hours driving out to the dealership I was sad to see the spoiler missing the entire top coat and some paint, upon inspection the a/c did not work, the driver's door wouldn't lock and the interior had rips and tears not shown in the artfully taken pictures. When asked about the a/c, the owner replied that he was being "honest" and that the part to repair it was cheap. I just wish he had been honest when I called and asked if anything was wrong with the car. He further told me that if I wanted a car in good condition I should have looked for something more expensive. What a terrible experience.
