Jay is the best!!! We had been looking for a small SUV for weeks that was within our price range. As soon as we finished the test drive we knew we loved this car!! Our credit is not the best at all and we were not willing to put a huge down payment down on it that day but even with all of that Jay made it happen! The process was simple, he explained everything in great detail, he offered us several options! He was nice, fast, friendly and understanding! He went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the car! He was also so thankful and appreciative of our business and that’s not common with car dealerships these days! In a time of life where at other dealerships it would be an arm and a leg for a reasonable deal, Jay is a professional in demonstrating his eloquence and patience of taking care of the customer. Jay is a POS… went to buy a vehicle here and was talking about trading in my current vehicle. I waited over an hour for “his mechanic” to come test drive my truck. He agreed to the trade. About 5 mins later a woman shows up looking at the same vehicle I was… guess who he sold it to? Of course the woman. IF YOU DIDN’T WANT THE TRADE JAY YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME AND I WOULD HAVE STILL GOTTEN IT. Anyway after talking to a buddy who bought an F-150 from there I would steer clear. He gave him the same “used car salesman talk” he did me.. pulls the key off his key ring and says “I’m actually driving this one right now”… he sold my buddy an F-150 that he says he was selling for a friend of his.. he says this so you wont come back to him when it messes up. Jay sold this man an F-150 w/ a bad transmission. Let the whole selling a vehicle out from under me when I set there for over 2 hours but after finding out about the truck you sold Caleb I figured you needed your bad review. YOUR A POS JAY
