It's truly mind blowing that service can actually be this bad. If you have an alternative to Crystal Chrysler Jeep, I highly suggest you take it. Short story: took our Jeep Liberty in to repair the window regulator motor, which is a very common problem with this make / model and has broken on every window, and in this case, more than once. Called Chrysler / Jeep Hq. in Detroit to see if they would offer any consideration. They made several attempts over a few days to reach Crystal Chrysler to get some details, never got a return phone call. After our Jeep sitting at Crystal Chrysler for well over a week, decided to go and just pick it up and deal with the issue elsewhere. When I got there, not only did I have to pay the $129 diagnostic fee (which was just plain insulting), but they brought my Jeep around with the back window down (because of the issue), the door panel torn out and strewn across the back seat. In short, our Jeep had been sitting outside with the back window down for a week and a half...to say it was filthy inside and out would be an understatement...and brought the car to me with the panel still removed and in multiple pieces. Are you kidding me? I swear I thought on was on Candid Camera! Pointed it out to service fellow on duty (manager not there) and "at least let me put it back together for you and tape the window shut." Which they did. So after a week and a half: no repair, Jeep left outside with window down for entire time, car was absolutely filthy inside and out, returned to me with the door panel strewn apart, and for all this, I got the privilege of paying the $129 diagnostic fee. Pathetic and insulting are the two words that come top of mind.

I got my 2017 124 Spider Lusso from Fiat USA of Palm Springs, the Fiat dealer associated with Crystal Chrysler. These cars are hard to find right now as they just came in and finding one equipped as I wanted with in the color combination in Southern California was not an easy task with many dealerships playing around with "Market Pricing". Steve Montoya of Fiat USA of Palm Springs quoted me the price via email which was thousands less then other dealers and even $600 less than the next best dealer. Their pricing was straight sticker less the factory rebate. It was well worth the drive east to Cathedral City over going west to Orange County or Los Angeles. Ernie Sandez was there to make delivery because Steve was taking care of other business. There was no messing with pricing from the time I got the email on Wednesday until I took delivery on Friday. The time at the dealership was relatively quick but there was a little bit of a wait to get things done with the "Finance Manager", Leighton "Lee" Malcolm but he was busy with another deal. The time in finance took about 45 minutes and went quite smoothly. I was pre-approved with a letter stating so from my CU but still had to go through credit check which I did not want to do to avoid the hit on my credit but this was the only way they'd do it, not even wanting to call the CU to verify. I was soft sold the extended warranty and "Desert Protection" was offered but not at all pushed. Even though this and the "Market Demand" increases were on the dealer sticker on the windshield they took these "extras" off without any hassle unlike other dealers that haggle about that sort of stuff. All in all, These guys are straight shooters and easy to deal with and make the car buying experience as pleasurable as it can be.

I particularly appreciated the call from my service advisor, Brian Harvey, mid afternoon to let me know that a part needed would not arrive until Wed or Thur. This enabled me to have the use of my Jeep for the balance of that day (and the days while awaiting the part). EXCEPTIONALLY THOUGHTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL!

I can't get required warranty secures done. No phone calls are returned and dealership phone goes to private voicemail. Wort customer service experience ever.

Great, Brian Harvey my service rep was very responsive, made sure that I had a vehicle use when I left my Jeep for warranty work and that the issue in regards to my vehicles repair was taken care of promptly. Brain has been my service rep for nearly a year always friendly and courteous... I can't speak more highly of him... a valued employee

Advisor was great even when service dept was backed up. Loved having the car washed. Also advisor gave oil change discount because of delay. Overall was very satisfied
