I couldn’t be happier with going to CT auto. Albert and everyone in there were so helpful and pleasant. They made me feel comfortable thought out the whole process. Albert worked with me and made the process painless and super easy, I wish I would have came sooner. They worked with me and got me the best deal for my car. I’ve had the worst experiences in the past with cars so this time around was a breath of fresh air. I’m so happy with my decision in coming to CT auto. They’re professional, friendly and have a great selection of cars to choose from. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my family and friends. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! My parents and my husband both purchased vehicles from Albert so we were repeat customers. Albert made the process quick & painless! I will never do business with this “company” again. Orlando has to be one of the most unprofessional snakes and sorry excuse for a man I’ve ever met. I bought a 2017 dodge caravan and had nothing but problems with it since a week after I purchased it. Because it is still under warranty it was sent back 4 times within the first month of me having the car. I’ve driven it 7 times total. When I demanded something be done he yelled and cursed at me with such aggression that it seemed like he was going to assault me. I even had to call the police to file a report. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t waste your money or time with CT AUTO.

I have bought my wife's & my vehicle from here. Simple and straight forward process when we dealt with the finance manager. The guys were very professional & polite. Blew my mind that they even registered the cars right on the premise. This place came recommended to me and now I know why.

Very patient and helpful! I was unsure if I would qualify for a good pre owned vehicle bc my credit was on the lower end . CT Auto shocked me ! I was approved within 2 hours and drove off the following day ! A+++ to the staff ! Go see these guys!!

Nate sold me 3 cars since I've been dealing with him. He sold he a black Range Rover that NO ONE could even come close to on the price! Along with that truck he sold me a white 6 series BMW for the wife and a Porsche when my daughter graduated med school. Sure I could buy new, but once the depreciation hits - EVERYONE DRIVES A USED CAR!!! Not only have the prices been great, Nate and his staff have accomodated every reasonable issue that has popped up at a very fair cost and the warranty allows me to sleep easy at night, definately worth buying. Jen and Albert were great also when Nate wasn't in the office. From the second car forward, we don't deal with anyone except CT AUTO!!

I saw a car I really, really wanted but was leaving for a long weekend getaway and thought for sure I had lost the opportunity of a lifetime to own my dream car. Chris gave me that opportunity and we sealed the deal yesterday. I don't have the car yet, as it has to get registered first, but if it weren't for Chris thinking of me and how badly I wanted that car, it would have definitely gone to some other lucky buyer.
