The best car buying experience I had was specifically with Job (like “robe” with a J). It truly was a joy meeting with him and have a genuine conversation. No BS, no typical sales tactics. He was so helpful and essential in helping to negotiate a great deal. It was a little tough, but he really fought for me. Thank you Job. Appreciate you so much. Honda, you have a great guy on the team. Honest, straight forward, and an overall warm personality. Thank you a million times over friend!

Have used CC Honda for 6 years but I will have to find a different place to take my business. Brought my vehicle in for recall repair, dropped car off on Saturday 6 hours later they tell me the car is ready for pick-up, return car home to find that the part they were supposed to replace was in the package on the floor of the car. Contacted CC Honda with description of issue and sent picture of part. They write back "bring back the car so we can see if its safe to drive", really?! Two days pass before I can get someone to agree to pick up the potentially unsafe car. They told me between 9-10 someone would contact me, so I scheduled my work day around this window. As 930a approached I reached out, to remind them to send a email or provide a call. Again at 10 and again at 1030a. Finally someone arrives at noon. Car maintenance actually gets completed this time, and they tell me they can't deliver the car to me, so either I can get the vehicle or they can deliver the next day at 8, but since I now how poorly they communicate I can't actually count on getting my car at 8a. So now its late afternoon and I work in West Hollywood, so I have to get to Culver City, so I've lost four hours of work in the morning and two hours of work in the evening because CC Honda is run so poorly. Things happen and all businesses make mistakes but there was no owning the mistake, no empathy, no meaningful apology, no service recovery attempt.

Had an excellent experience at Culver City Honda! The sales team (Anthony helped me out ) helped walk me through all the questions on a car I had seen online and was able to negotiate to a good deal for me. The finance team (Paul helped me out) worked quickly and efficiently to get me through all the paperwork. Overall, great experience, even in this crazy market. I’m very happy with my new vehicle.

Buying a car is never an easy task. I recommend meeting your sales rep, test driving a car and then coming back one day later to negotiate. This might not work for everybody but I had a particularly pleasant experience upon meeting sales rep Ashok Pradhan. He was very kind and friendly and greeted me without any pressure or expectation. His experience and knowledge of the different cars combined with his worldliness and logic when it comes to making decisions that are related both financially and personally, you are guaranteed to be satisfied. Never take for granted the time and attention the sales reps give you while you make your careful decisions on the right purchase. In total Ashok spent five hours with me and that I consider to be absolutely priceless! Culver City Honda made a good decision bringing Ashok on-board. I hope everyone else will have as good of an experience as I had. Thank you kindly.

Incredibly smooth, drama free experience working with sale consultant Ash, and Delphine in finance. Received a great price quote on new 2016 Civic Touring using TrueCar, and the dealership dropped the price even lower once contact was completed. I felt truly respected throughout the process. All car purchase transactions should be this easy!

This is my 3rd leased car with CCH, every experience there has been great for me. The negotiating process is always tough but ultimately I end up with a deal I am happy with. From beginning to end the staff was always attentive and upbeat. I'm really loving my new Honda Civic 2016, in my opinion it drives better than my previous 2014 Accord. As long as they continue providing such great service, I will always come back and bring my family to CCH Thank you

I am extremely happy about my new vehicle from Culver City Honda. I got exactly what I wanted and was not forced into getting the car I got. Pricing was reasonable and also benefited from being a Triple AAA member. The Sales rep Sailyn Cruz was exceptional in the service he provided and went the extra mile to see that I was happy. He was also quite knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. The Finance Team was also exceptional in making the deal happen. They al so lived up to their word. So before you purchase a Honda .. Please make Culver City Honda your first option.

The good:I brought my car in for recall work, which was performed accurately and faster than expected-- it was finished about 4 hours after I left my car there. The waiting room is nice, clean, and has areas to sit on a couch and watch TV or plug in a laptop. There's free coffee, and some snacks for purchase. The bathrooms are clean and well lit. Courtesy shuttle was available, and the drivers were friendly. The bad:My car was getting recall work done; my expectation was to not pay for any service or repair work that day. The service advisor called about an hour after i dropped my car off, and said they'd completed a full inspection, and my car needed $1850 work of repairs. Umm... hello, sticker shock. The service adviser was very vague about the exact work he recommended as well, and it was really frustrating being pressed into spending so much money without even understanding what was being recommended. He was very hesitant to explain the charges, which made the whole thing feel very shady. He then tried to negotiate with me to spend about half as much and prioritize the repair recommendations... is that the game?I had to wait 40 minutes for a courtesy shuttle to drive me home in the morning after dropping my car off. This made me late for work. When my car was done, nobody called and told me the courtesy shuttle was coming, so a confused driver arrived to pick me up when I was not at all ready. When I picked up my car, the service advisor was short, all business, and it felt like he was too busy for me. I definitely walked out feeling jilted with this last interaction. This definitely doesn't inspire me to come back, especially given the hassle with the courtesy shuttle. This is the west side of los angeles, there are service shops within walking distance all over the place.

Had gotten a quote from Dolly ( Internet Concierge ) for a new Accord. She stated in an email the quote was given to her by sales manager. She also indicated that if they did not have the car they would easily get from another dealer. I arrived at dealership for appointment on July 10. Dolly passed me off to a salesman and 15 minutes later he tells me Dolly made a mistake and the lease payment would be another $30 per month. I told him they should honor quote. He brings sales manager, Rudy who tells me he won't do deal as stated. He was very rude and surly. Stay away from these scammers.

I went to purchase a Honda Fit back in May. I traded in my leased Civic ( the low balled me on that) nevertheless,I signed the paperwork and drove away with the Honda Fit .A month and a half later I still don't have financing when I was told exactly what my rate would be exactly what my monthly payment would be excetera. To my astonishment Honda Finance did not have my paperwork for the new car, only info on the paid off civic. My first payment is coming near and I don't know who to pay. My car has not been registered Honda Finance does not have record of even my VIN number and every time I call and leave a message no one responds, no one returns calls, no one picks up the phone. I only get text messages from the snake-oil salesman that Hoodwinked me into buying the ca and he never has answers, just keeps telling me its,all taken care of (but it's not, when I call Honda finance, it's the same run around, over and over). I used to like Honda but this entire experience has made me make up my mind that this is the last Honda I will ever even look at and if I could get out of this contract I would. Do yourself a favor stay clear of Culver City Honda they are Crooks and they don't know anything about customer service or loyalty.

I was ready to buy a 2015 CRV EX FWD. I did my research at numerous review sites, Edmunds, and TrueCar. I went to test drive a CRV at Culver City Honda, and ending up on their mailing list. They sent an email proclaiming 15% off MSRP on any CRV in stock, including any accessories. I bit. I went down to look at their inventory and they had the color I wanted. The salesman went off the get the paperwork and while he was trying to get me to sign, I see an additional $1300 in the price, generously marked "down" to $1100, for something they called the ProPack. This package consists of a set of wheel locks (MSRP about $50), cargo tray (MSRP about $150), and mud guards (MSRP about $100). In essence, they wanted me to pay $1100 for items that were really worth maybe $200, and that's on a good day. When I objected, the salesman said (1) they put the package on every car that came on their lot, (2) the package was like an Extra Value Meal at McDonalds, and (3) the dealership would not make any money sold the car at 15% off MSRP if they didn't add the package. I countered by saying that (1) at McDonald's, I could choose to buy the EVM or not, (2) the EVM cost LESS than what I would have paid if I had purchased the items separately (hence the meaning of extra value), and (3) the ad said 15% off MSRP for the vehicles as well as accessories, so where did the extra $1000 fee fit in? He then claimed that the "company" forced them to install the package, that "it cost money for the labor to install the package" (how much labor is involved in throwing a tray into the back of a car???), and that the labor/processing fee wasn't an accessory. My response was that there was no way in the world I could in good conscience just give him an extra $1000 for no good reason, and that I felt they had engaged in false advertising just to get me into the lot before disclosing this ridiculous padding of the price. He then pulled the oldest trick in the book: "Let me talk to my manager and see what I can do." What followed was even more mind-blowing: he can back with a figure even higher than he left with!!! I said I was sorely disappointed in his tactics, and that, given the facts my husband had purchased an Accord from them just 2 years earlier and we lived close to the dealership so they stood to make money from service and maintenance from us, they obviously had no desire to cultivate customer loyalty. He then offered to call my husband so he could explain the pricing. I told him I wasn't buying, and if he thought I was upset, then he really didn't want to speak to my better half. The next day I wrote them a polite letter explaining my position and disappointment, and indicated that I would be buying elsewhere. A few days later, I received a response from the salesman asking what he could do to gain my trust and business. I called him and said that he knew my stance and I would only come in again if he were serious about negotiating. He said he would get the lowest price he could sell the car for and get back to me. A few hours later, I get the exact same pricing as what I had walked out on. Culver City Honda has lost not only my trust, but also my business. I bought elsewhere a week afterwards, at a much better price.

Beep beep, vroom vroom. That was the sound of me driving off in my dang near new, RIDE. I found and got the car I had been researching for months, right from CULVER CITY HONDA. And I got it in the color and style I desired as well. After briefly talking with Natasha Ramos on the phone, and setting up and appt to come and view the car, with her, we came down and got to meet our ride in person. We fell in love right away. Natasha was helpful from the very start. She was super friendly, and more so, very very VERY informative in regards to each standard and mechanism on the car. We picked her brain, and we got a very informative answer for each question we asked. And also the questions we didn't think to ask. I didn't feel any shade or shiesty "car salesman" maneuvers coming from her or any of the staff at the dealership. I also didn't feel like she was trying to "hard sell" me on the car either. Even greater, after we bought the car, I had a TON of lil questions about the car and the financing. Natasha was so gracious in helping get ALL of my questions answered. Marcus Mitchell, a Honda broker there, was also EXTREMELY EXTREMELY helpful with the financing portion of the vehicle purchase. My credit, was considered by the credit agencies to be only "FAIR". Marcus not only helped to get me approved, but got us an interest rate that we were very happy about, as it seemed very reasonable. I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. I will refer all of my friends and family to Culver City Honda, and I absolutely look forward to servicing my vehicle there. HAPPY HONDA HUNTING!

My family and I were looking to purchase a used Honda Odyssey and found what we were looking for at this dealership. Unfortunately, we were several hours away and so I called them to get their "bottom line price" before loading up the kids and driving the distance. I was told the lowest they could go for the Honda Odyssey Touring Elite was $30,500. (We had done extensive research and knew that this was fair, but could do better). I said thanks anyway and decided to keep looking. The VERY next day, they posted the van online for $29,998.....seriously? So, I called again, explained what happened and asked why they were not honest with me the day before....no one could give a reason. So, I said, if there is some wiggle room with the price, we'll come out to look at it and that we were coming from a distance (did not want to give out that info, but I had to give my phone number for them to call if the van sold before we could get there). The salesman assured me there was "a little wiggle room on this vehicle", so we were to see it later that same night. As we are an hour into our drive and another hour to go, the salesman calls and says,"I'm sorry, but my manager said there isn't any room to lower the price, it is what It is"....really? So, I told him he should have told me this 4 hours ago when we were on the phone, not when you know I've invested time into this drive. So, we got to the dealership, looked at van, the salesman and I took it for a test drive and I told him how disappointed I was with the dealership already and unsure if I wanted to do business. I also told him that if they would not budge on the price, the only way we would buy it was to get an "exceptional" price on our trade in. We returned from the test drive and my husband noticed that not one, but TWO brake lights were not working....on a 2 year old vehicle? That was "Honda Certfied"? A vehicle that underwent such a detailed inspection to warrant the "Honda Certified Protection"? Hmmmm. Also, the van had two new tires put on because the tires were never rotated, they had to be replaced. Except, looking at the srervice records, this dealership was the only service place where the vehicle had service...so, THEY were the ones who didn't rotate the tires at each schedule oil change! Then, to really abandon ALL hopes of purchasing this van(which we were ready to pay for fully, already had our own financing done) they offered a RIDICULOUS price for our trade in! Made it super easy to walk away and NEVER return. They thought that since we were driving so far, we would definitely purchase that night and could call the shots and be difficult. They were wrong! We didn't walk, we ran and never looked back, thankful we weren't taken advantage of this terrible dealership. I strongly recommend you don't let them try to manipulate you too!!

i had the best experience at culver city honda with the salesman (AMR) he's actually one of the best salesmen there .. i was there at 5 p.m and i left at 12:30 a.m some people would say that it's a long time to buy a car and thats your own opinion , but the reason i spent so much hours over there is because i was buying my first brand-new car in my life and i had a lot of questions to ask .. i would've left earlier if i didnt ask so much questions , honestly it was a busy day there so he was helping a lot of customers too though he answered all my questions i'am happy with my new honda civic 2015 .. great gas milege i average 28 city & 38 high way and still going up, overall (AMR) is the best salesman there .. and i really recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy a used or a brand-new car at culver city honda .. thank you amr.

On 5/8 was sold a CPO 2011 Odyssey with 2 broken axle (warranty covered, unknown at the time). Raises questions about the quality of service dept in certifying a used 2011 Honda as a CPO with TWO broken axle.1. Scheduled appoint to fix first axle - had to wait until axle was ordered, never got a call that axle came in, called a few times then finally got it fixed. When the car work was completed, never received a call to get it picked up, had to call multiple times before knowing van was ready for pick up.2. Drove around for 1 day still heard noise from the axle area, took it back to dealership, only to find out that the other axle is broken. Then repeated the first steps with some additional drama. Never received a call that axle arrived, it took 45 mins of repeated calling to find out that info on 5/30. Had been a BWM 330i owner for a while, love the car and the service from BMW - great overall - just needed a kids mobile, so they can beat up the car and I wont feel guilty inside. The rubbish, deplorable service from Culver City Honda service dept will make me avoid Honda Motors (good cars but I don't want my money supporting bad service).Regret buying from this dealer and also regret buying a Honda (if these are the type of ownership) Honda motors choose to work with. Anyhow lessons learned will avoid the entire dealership like the black plague.Alternatively if you are in the Culver City, Mar Vista area go to Airport Marina Honda, Santa Monica or Downtown for service, if you don't mind driving then Galpin Honda in Mission Hills has excellent service (got a 2014 accord from then on Cinco de Mayo).

I went to culver city honda after seeing a car on cars.com that I was interested in. I emailed asking if it is still available. I received 5-7 calls from different sales people and have continued to get calls even though the car is gone. The sales team insulted my wife by saying to me when I went to open the hood and my wife helped me" dont let the woman do the mans job". Then I was told by another sales person that we are not allowed to have my mechanic look at it till after I buy it. It says on the window sticker that you can have your own mechanic look at it. I arranged to have my mechanic check it out and sales person was going to drop it off. That never happened and nobody called me. I finally called my mechanic to find out that the salesman had never dropped it off. I then called the salesman and asked what's happening. He said he had sold the car to someone else. We said why didn't you tell us, our mechanic was waiting? He said "oh I guess I should have called". I guess he didn't want to sell us a car. I had a pocket full of cash and a preapproved loan. So if you want the run around and heartburn, then go to culver honda. I wont ever be back.

STEER CLEAR OF CULVER CITY HONDA!!!I recently entered into an executed lease agreement on a 2013 Honda Civic LX. The agreement included a trade-in of my 2012 Honda Civic LX. Edwin Coronado, Finance Manager, and I signed the contract. The dealership took possession of my 2012 Honda Civic, and I took delivery of the 2013 Honda Civic LX. Given the executed lease agreement, I left the dealership believing they would process the paperwork and honor the binding agreement. Note my FICO score is 830, and I have no reason to believe that the agreement would be rejected by Honda Financial Services for credit-related reasons. Much to my dismay and shock, I received a call 10 days later from Edwin Coronado, Finance Manager, and Daniele Martin, General Manager at Culver City Honda. Edwin and Daniele advised me that the dealership had made a "mistake" on the lease agreement and demanded that I return to the dealership immediately to sign a new lease agreement. Edwin said nothing would change on the new agreement. Daniele told me my monthly payment would decrease by $3.00 over the phone. However, it turned out to be a $15 reduction when I looked at the proposed lease. Don't be fooled --- this reduction equates to an increase in the down payment!I asked Daniele to send me a copy of the proposed agreement and was startled to see that the dealership had not made an inadvertent mistake as they had claimed. Instead, they completely changed the numbers of terms of the contract requiring that I now make a downpayment of $600+. Moreover, they post-dated the agreement which would require me to make a $200 monthly payment on the 2012 Honda that they had already put up for sale on their lot! When I raised these issues and concerns with Edwin, he lied and said he did not have the information of the proposed lease agreement at his disposal,. Even worse, I received a threatning call from Loren Coleman (Finance Director) demanding that I return to the dealership to sign the new agreement without explanation.Right now, I have turned this matter over to my lawyer to handle. As a lawyer myself, I am astounded that a dealership would renege on a binding agreement. I have filed a complaint to several sources, including the Better Business Bureau. I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are scam artists and will con you into believing they will honor the agreement they sign.

I went to Miller Honda in Culver City, CA to purchase a 2013 Crosstour. I was referred by Costco. I met Nora Anaya who was the referred rep. My experience was excellent. No hard sell, a nice demo and test drive of the car. I was presented with the Costco pricing and Nora lowered that number even more as we do know the Crosstour isn't a "hot" car. Yet it fills my needs for a good sized car with easy storage. I hope the Honda reputation follows this car, it's just my first week but it's cool. I was ready to go and had done some earlier shopping and research. The actual purchasing experience was easy as I've experienced. My answer to Shawn the manager to the extended warranty was "it's a Honda." I did want the interior and body protected so we did a little negotiating on that package and began the paper work. There is a LOT of paperwork. Now I have a Red/Ivory Crosstour. The Miller team was as pleasant as any car buying experience I've had. Recommended.

What a rude and horrible place. I bought TWO cars from miller Honda Culver city at the same time. One was used and one was new. They never sent me my plates on the used car because someone doesn't know how to file paperwork properly and I had to go to the DMV and spend more money that I shouldn't have if Manny (car salesman) did his job correctly and mailed me my plates a YEAR ago. Then you would think that if you buy 2 cars from a place they would be kind to you but when I needed help raising money they refused to give me a dollar!?! How much money did I make him and he can't even donate a dollar to a 501k cancer charity. The entire time we were trying to make a decision on buying the car, I just wanted to go get lunch and come back but they refused to give me my personal keys and registration back so I couldn't leave and they made me starve. I hate this place and Manny should be fired. On top of all this pieces such as the tray inside the arm rest is missing and the trunk accessories are missing. Its standard accessories at other dealerships but for some reason are missing in my car. Trust me I checked. I have already told everyone to go to other dealerships. This place is a joke. PS. When I was working with Manny I asked to see another car and a second sales person refused to open the door to the ar and told me I needed to wait till Manny came back. He was standing right next to the car! Great team work people.

I had decided to purchase a Civic Hybrid but I wanted to come back the next day to test drive it with my mechanical advisor. I signed ALL the sales & finance documents including the finance contract with Harvey in the Finance Dept. I was not allowed copies as I had not given a deposit nor had I taken possession of the car. When I came back the next day we drove the car in addition to a newer Civic. The Asst. Sales Manager, Mr. Hope Shaw, said he would run the numbers on this car. I was told that I would get a better interest rate on this car than the previous one I had already been approved for at 10.9% (since it was newer it could be financed through Honda Finance).Mr. Shaw came back all excited with papers showing some crazy monthly payment with an interest rate of 10.9%. I explained that this was the same interest rate I had been given on the lower standard car and I was told he could beat that rate by 2-3%. He came out with the papers I has signed the previous night. Nope. These were not the papers I had signed. They tried to tell me that I did not signed a 3 foot long contract and maybe I just "Thought" I signed it. The monthly payment on this new unsigned contract was about $20/month more than the one I signed. A woman who was Harvey's boss came out and said "it's only $20". Yeah, my $20/month not hers. The could not reach this Harvey and he was not due in for the next few days. They were able to find a couple of generic documents that I did sign, but not any of the 6-12 documents that I signed which showed the interest rate or monthly payment amount. She did show one document that did show the payment amount Harvey promised to me. This is an amount prior to any warranties, bells or whistles. She said that number was something else. HMMM $166.46/month means something else. It's very clear to me.I got very loud with them and explained that bait and switch was not going to work. I am glad this happened prior to buying. Their true colors came out before I was locked in. Great thing they couldn't find the documents. I went to Airport Marina Honda and found an even better Civic at a better price and interest rate.

While visiting the "Build Your Honda" website, upon completion of my "Build My CR-V" there was a REQUEST A QUOTE section that listed Dealers nearest my zip code so that I could "Select a dealer to schedule a test drive or request a price quote", so I chose to send out a request to two; Miller Honda Culver City and Honda of Santa Monica. Nora responded almost immediately. She asked specifics and went right to work to set up something. She was very communicative and answered all my questions promptly. I did get an email from Honda of Santa Monica simply saying that what I was looking for wouldn't be in until the end of the month (or so) ... however, today I bought my dream-come-true 2013 Honda CRV-EX from Nora Anaya at Miller Honda Culver City!!! I am a VERY satisfied customer indeed!!!

I have always had fantastic experiences with Miller Honda. Then I came in to have my brakes replaced, and the trouble began. Armin was the service rep assigned to me. He upsold me on having my rear brakes cleaned. When I asked the price, I genuinely heard $7 or $8. And that seemed reasonable for blowing some soot off my rear brakes. The price was actually $78. I complained and after much haggling was promised a check would be sent to me. I waited. Nothing. I kept calling Armin back and he always had a story. It was his manager. He was sorry. After six weeks of back and forth I asked to speak to his manager. "Oh, he's on vacation, and will be back next week". So I called the next week and he said "Oh, he's in meetings". He gave me the names and number of folks in book keeping and the office manager to see what happened to my check-- which he promised me had been mailed a month earlier. Nothing. At present the issue is unresolved.

Note The good #'s above are because of Saleperson not Dealership Miller. General Sales Manager not willing to work with me on second payment date or a newer used car...I had very bad credit score was able to walk out with car loan thanks to Nora (onine Salesperson) Not The Dealership itself. Nora was the only Good thing about this dealership..seems if Nora was not there and I just walk in I wouldn't have Got a car. It seem like nora was the only one who really wanted my business and was kind to me. I got no extras like alarm or 4 matching factory floormats for my Toy. Yaris.2007 from Miller ..didn't try and sell me lojack or offer to add on a alarm or Floor Mats. Seems like I got a car that was in the same price 14,999 like all the other cars I was shown first but loan was basic and not enough so I was not able to get a new used Honda/Ford/etc that they had on the Lot.. which where all priced the same but newer. But not the same year as what I ended up with a 2007. So they gave in and let Nora sell me a car for 12,499 and down was alot to start 2,500 and I financed 9,000 or so..seem like miller could have gotten into me into newer Honda but seem like they do not like Nora or working deals with her customers or customers who have lower credit scores....or online customers.......:( So I got a Basic Car with no extras. even after ref. or customer the next week to Miller. And Yes Nora :)was so nice I referred a customer who bought a car the next week from Miller a New Civic..but Not thank for the referral or anything from the dealership only a thank You Letter from Nora Anaya for buy the my car. Scott W Taylor ps: Nora Anaya Is the Best Got me Financed/Helped with Insurance/Help with Down/And help My friends Later buy a New Cars Too. Thank You Nora!

It seems that Memorial Day is considered the best time of the year to buy. I bought my last two cars around this time (both Hondas) and got okay deals. As a returning two-time customer to Norm Reeves in Cerritos, I was very disappointed they weren't willing to give me a stellar deal on the new 2012 Honda Odyssey. I sat there for so long trying to negotiate and ended up just walking out. Rancho Santa Margarita gave me a price and I said no and walked, and they ended up calling me, while I was already at another dealer giving me a better price. The fact that they let me go and were unwilling to get a good deal on the spot was disappointing. We called Nora Anaya, who we heard about through newspapers about her service awards and exceptional care for customers so we drove 30 miles to Miller. She was the kindest dealer we had ever met (I've bought 6 cars in my life). I told Nora my situation (and the hassles I had at the other dealers) and she said come on down and she'll take care of me. She was able to beat the deals I was offered everywhere else and she walked me through every step of the process like I was a guest in her house--not just a buyer. She had me out of there in less than two hours and...and happy. And she called a few days later to see how things were for us. Thank you so much, Nora.

Nora Anaya has an excellent customer service and very professional. She will go out of her way to help her customers find their dream car. She is very personable and knowledgeable about her work. She is very dependable and an asset to Miller Honda Culver City. I will refer my friends to this dealer and go to her for assistance. She has a great attitude towards her work and customers, has a lot of patience dealing with people.

Very helpful, fast, and patient. After wanting to test drive several cars and many questions later she was constantly very kind and helpful. When it came to negotiating a price, she got straight to the point and gave me a greatly reduced price right off the bat... it was obvious that neither of us were crazy about wasting time.Thank you for getting me in a great new car at a great price!

Since Miller Honda is a few blocks from my house, I decided to give them a shot to service my 06 CR-V. As soon as I got there, I noticed that a lot of customers and the service reps were on a first name basis, like they knew each other. Its crazy! At most dealerships, its like you get in, get you business done, head out and forget about one another until your next visit. Not here! The service reps are all really friendly and really know how to take care of a customer. As soon as I got there, I was instructed of the procedure and the approximate time it would take to get it done. I hung out in the waiting room until my service was done. What was great was that the waiting room was clean, quiet, and a pleasant area to relax while they worked on my car. Time seemed to pass by pretty quickly and before I knew it my car was done AND it was cleaned! Double bonus! Update: I went back 6 months later for another service. And I had the same rep as I did last time and he remembered me! Awesome!

No joke, the sales guy was some guy in a pimp suit! I know that doesn't help you to figure out who it is, but I'm being honest. It wasn't a 70s pimp suit, it's more like a 40's 50s zoot suit kinda pimp suit. Is this what Honda wants to project? The gentleman, for lack of a better word, could have been from the Islands. Our initial greeter (if she could be called that) was a lady who was either Indian or Pakistani. Both were quite rude. In general, it was a poor experience from the get go and a huge waste of time. We decided to go for a Toyota Yaris instead of the Fit, as we saved about $5K. We had a much better response by e-mail from Robertson Honda.

They are looking for specific people who do not do research, who know nothing about how much cars cost MSRP, and who are easily manipulated. The sales guy I dealt with would not budge to help me. He kept coming back to the same "how do you think we pay for this nice showroom" line. Who cares about your showroom and hair grease...help me buy a car. I know how much it costs, I know how much you pay for it, and I know that you are trying to take me for a ride. Seriously, if you buy a car from Miller Honda Culver City you are probably paying $7000 too much and you should probably take yourself to the nearest grocery store, find the candy aisle, and sit in the bin marked "Suckers." I hated my sales experience so much that I will not even visit this dealer to get an oil change. Its worth it to me (and I live less than a mile from Miller Honda in Culver) to drive 30 miles to Downey and get my car serviced there.

I purchased a my 08 Civic EX-L from Steve in the Internet Sales Department. Him and his manager, Art were very helpful and friendly. They were wearing the blue shirt which I thought was funny. They took my trade and gave me a fair price. I checked two other dealers before I came to Miller. I am vey happy.

Spent 5 hours trying to buy my first car. When we finaly settled at $19,000 I went to the bank, came back and they wouldn't go for less than $21,000. I got very mad so I left before I did something stupid. I bought the same car with a better stereo 2 weeks later for $18,250 out the door. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

the sales people are the worst kind of liars (prices and availability) to get a sale. I have a new s2000 that had a defected dash board pad that was bubbling up. I went in to have it replaced and they damaged just about everything they touched to replace it. On the invoice it said that it was a 3.5 hour job that took 3 days to finish. Apparently the tech that was working on it broke a part they needed to order in to finish the job. When I questioned about the screw driver pry marks and the scratches all over the place they got defensive and made it out to seem as if it was all my fault. I took it back to have a few parts that where obviously damaged replaced. They called me told me it was done, and it turned out they had done nothing to the car. Im in the process of bringing this to the attention of someone that can actually do something about this. 4 days without my car and worse damage then what it had to begin with.
