Bought 3 cars from Paul Dean at Cumberland Kia. No problems with buying cars at this dealership. The problem lies within with the service department and the management. The service techs are incompetent and lazy. They do not want to spend time diagnosing or fixing problems. They want easy oil changes. I have had a few different problems and had to come back numerous times to get the same answers from the service advisers. "The problem you are having is normal and there is nothing that can be done to fix it."Try to complain to management and get ignored. Going to have to get service elsewhere and will have to think twice about buying any more cars from this dealership even though I like dealing with Paul Dean. Pretty disappointed.

After Mike Cox helped us, with a no pressure but factual pleasant experience we were sold. We ended up buying the Kia Soul + off the show room floor- in alien green. Never again will I purchase another vehicle from Cumberland Kia!! I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul from these guys back in March. First of all, it took them 3+ months and me making several trips back to the dealership just to get a title and tags for this car. It took them 4+ months and several calls and trips back to get the 2nd key I was promised at the time of purchase. Now, there is a recall on the 2015 Kia Soul for steering failure that my car is already showing signs of and they are telling me they can't fix it under the recall until their corporate office actually publishes the recall and they confirm my vin number is part of it. Meanwhile I am driving 132 +/- miles a day in a car that is at risk for steering failure. I'm tempted to wrap my car in lemons and park it on their lot with a big ol' sign that says "these guys sell lemons". Piece of advice, DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!

Me and my parents been shopping around for me a new car, and we went to a few places pther than here. Out of all the others i went to, the people here was seriously the best to deal with...by a lot.The biggest thing for me is to not annoy or push me to buy a car. So dealers try so hard to get you to buy a car that day, and when you leave, they call you 20 times the next two days...no...thats annoying, stop. The guys that i delt with here didnt push me to buy anything, and still let me fully test drive the cars. Them not pushing me to get a car from them actually made me want to get one from more. Joe will tell you he won't call you or pressure you into a car, if you want it, you'll get it.So them not being pushy, and the fact that i bought a car that you wont find anywhere else because of all the many featurs it has on it, is why you should at least go talk to these guys when youre looking for a new car! I'm definatly going to them in the future.

I honestly made things pretty easy for the salespeople at Kia...but they could not have been nicer! I had driven a 2012 Kia Soul at another dealership in town and frankly fell in love with it. When the salesmen at the OTHER dealership offered me a price that was almost what I would pay for a new one, I came directly to Kia. I first researched the vehicle online and looked at ratings and reviews and such. On Monday morning the first call I received that day was from Paula at Kia. She was extremely polite and professional and I was looking forward to working with her. When I got to the dealership she had one of the models I was interested in, ready and waiting for me to test drive. She then turned me over to Joe Greenwood. I was slightly disappointed that I could not work with her, but not for long. Joe was great and answered all of my questions. I wish I could have gotten it for a couple thousand cheaper since I was paying cash, but I am really happy with the car and the experience. I still hope that Paula also shares in the benefit from the sale. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and love my new Soul!

I had spoke with them on the internet back and forth letting them know what I wanted and what I could afford for about a week before I made the trip. Carmelina was the best. It took a couple of visits for me to decide what type of new car I wanted and she didn't pressure me to make a decision at all. This summer she spent all afternoon in the blazing heat showing me different cars with different features that I might like or want to consider. She didn't bug me or push me to make a decision and she was so patient with me! If she didn't know the answer to some obscure question I had she told me so and was quick to find out. It took a month for me to make my mind up about which cars I wanted. When I came to the dealership she remembered me and many of the things that we had talked about that I wanted. I went shopping for a new car with no idea of what I wanted. Mike Cox showed me nearly every car on the lot with no pressure to buy. When I said I was interested in comparing brands, he even got a Camry so I could compare Toyotas and Kias side by side. Mike worked with me over a three-day span (including six straight hours one day), allowing me to take multiple test drives and answering all the questions I had. Unlike another pushy salesman I encountered, he never criticized any other dealership or brand. He gave me the facts and let me decide exactly what I wanted. I first dealt with the folks at Cumberland Kia three years ago, when I leased a 2013 Rio. The experience was great, the people courteous, friendly and efficient, and I couldn't have been happier with the car. As my lease was up earlier this month, it was only logical that I return to Cumberland Kia. After a quick call to Ryan Corner (who took my call even thought it was a Sunday), I arranged to be at the dealership the following morning. After reviewing my options with Mike Cox, I chose to lease a new Soul. Mike made sure that the deal was precisely what I wanted, and the (usually) interminable process of paperwork was made as quick and pleasant as possible, and within a few hours I was driving back to work in a shiny new Soul. Was in the market for a new car / SUV. Have always been a GM family. Went to Carlen Chevrolet to purchase a car my wife liked, did not seem interested in selling us a vehicle. Drove by Cumberland KIA just to look... and left with a 2016 Sorento with more options and less money and a year newer vehicle. Very helpful, informative and earned our business. After a horrible experience at another dealership, I was ready to call it a day. It was only 10 in the morning. I decided to grab a cup of coffee and destress and maybe give it another try. This was my only day off after all, and I needed to make it count.We (my friend Jon went with me) pulled up and walked in the used car office and was approached by Mike McCoin. Mike was courteous, funny and actually listened to what I was saying. I'm a security guard. I'm not rich, and I don't have to best credit score. Mike didn't bat an eyelash. He treated me respectfully and told me a little about the dealership. He had another appt so he asked Kirby Beverly to help show us some cars, but checked in and didn't abandon us.Kirby was a pleasant person to be around. Funny, great attitude, and a fellow nerd. I was completely comfortable the whole time.I needed a car that was good on gas, was in decent shape, and a manual shift (they're just fun to drive). Nothing too flashy. I found the perfect car for me at a great price.Not one time did I feel like they were pushing cars at me that I wasn't interested in. I felt like they were genuinely interested in helping me get a car I could afford at a very reasonable monthly payment. I'm a first time buyer and Mike even helped me get insurance along with a second key for free and three free oil changes.Adam Eldridge, who took care of my paperwork, made sure I knew everything i needed to know about my about what I was signing. He was also very approachable and quick with a joke.I will recommend this dealership in the future and will definitely be a return customer.

My wife and I were in the market for a new car. After looking at other makes at different dealerships, we decided on the Kia Optima. Only one problem, we had three different color options we had looked at online. Talked to Christina, told her when we were going to be in the area and she had them sitting in front of the showroom when we got there so we could view them side by side (really beats walking the lot and got a better view). Our saalesman Joe Greenwood was very helpful with our questions and requests (Great guy to deal with if you're in the market for a vehicle). All around a very pleasant experience.

After finding Cumberland Kia through the internet, I came in ready to buy a pre-determined and pre-approved car through phone conversations with Christina (btw-best phone experience too...very helpful and courteous unlike most I've dealt with). Upon arrival, she greeted me and handed me off to Ryan Corner. However, I wanted to check out other options just in case so we looked at several cars and test drove a couple. All through the process, Ryan was knowledgeable, pleasant, informative and best of all...very patient. Never did I feel pressured or pushed. Found the right car for me after an hour or more of searching and comparing. Paperwork was a breeze. That's how it should be done and seldom is. My thanks to all involved.

Our lease was coming up in a couple of months and wanted to see what we might find that my wife couldn't live without. It was a new KIA Soul+. KIA had some incentives that actually forgave the last 3 payments and with my military discount, we walked out the door with a new KIA Soul+ without paying a dime! Great service and a really friendly staff. We couldn't be happier and come Fall, when the lease on my Nissan Frontier is up, I'll be back to Cumberland KIA and see what the guys (or gals) can do with a KIA Sportage. Jim Floria and Dusty were great to deal with and they made the experience stress free. They were able to explain everything very thoroughly threw out the entire process. No hidden fees nor gimmicks. I had the pleasure today of visiting Cumberland Kia and working with Dusty, Amy, and Adam. These three people went out of their way to help me find the vehicle I needed and were very nice from the beginning! Dusty was very informative in explaining the differences between vehicles that seemed very similar. Amy was very friendly, knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with her. She wasn't "pushy" like a lot of employees are at car dealerships. Adam was very good to work with on the finance end and very friendly too! I worked with Amy White and Kyle "KP" Potter and both were excellent. When I bought my car I was coming out of a 4-door truck, 4x4 that I loved! I'm not the car type of guy. So with that being said I tried out around 15 different cars. Amy or KP never fussed was happy lucky. Neither one of them was a pushy sales person. I had dealt with KP in the past and he had been a friend if the family for about 3-4 years but when it came to car buying it was all business. Amy had just come out if training when I started looking at buying. I would have never known it if she didn't tell me! Both were very professional but at the same time kicked back and down to earth!
