Beyond excellent experience! My wife and I hate buying new cars because the experience at the dealerships, we had been to two other dealerships and walked out solely because the games they play. We do our research we know what we want and we only expect a fair deal. Cumming’s staff was excellent no pressure friendly and were able to get straight to the point and get the deal done quickly with no back and fourth. Best of all the came to us the first time and beat our price we expected to pay. So wonderful definitely want to buy from them again!

Wow. I cannot even describe how bad our service was. They were dishonest and also created a new issues with our vehicle. They caused our insurance claim to last over 6 months and there was no apology or recognition when they were eventually proven wrong multiple times. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I do like protecting people from experiencing what we went through with this dealership. If you get assigned Jose for your service rep, take your vehicle and RUN

I came in already knowing I was leaving with a car so no one had to be so nice but Joseph was AWESOME! Buying a car is such a long process but his friendliness and communication skills made the entire experience enjoyable! Ask for Joseph when you go in, you won’t regret it!

Husband and I experienced the worst customer service ever. The staff were completely unprofessional and were bickering in front of us. I wish I could remember their names. One had shouted across to another employee angrily while he was sitting right in front of us. They had lack of communication and kept sending us different people to come sit down with us all delivering different prices. When we asked why the prices kept adding up higher and higher with each new person they would respond with dealership jargon. Because I wanted to understand what they were explaining, I would ask them to break it down for me and that's when they would realize the prices they were adding onto our initial price were completely unnecessary. When I asked them why everyone kept adding unnecessary fees they would get annoyed. The dealership manager was the last to sit down with us. We were surprised when he basically had told us the previous employee was too frustrated to continue speaking with us, saying he was "already dealing with issues at home." We were so shocked at everyone's behavior. My husband and I just smiled and said we would come another day. Recommend you to go elsewhere.

I have no complaints of other service. The service was excellent. My only complaint is I was waiting for 30 minutes to make an appointment and nobody answer the phone. Maybe just pay more attention on phone calls. After that everything is perfect thank you very much
