I asked for a tune up and an oil change then got a call later stating the computer tested I also needed an 02 sensor which I agreed for them to go ahead and put it on not knowing I was charged for the computer test I didn't ask for my bill was already over 500 dollars then and now looking at my bill I can't understand why the labor was 400.00 and the parts 187.00 this is too outstanding. I really needed my daughter car fixed but didn't know it would be take this much to do it. I think I should be reimbursed for the computer testing cause it seems like something to make my bill much higher and I thought the filter was also included in the with the tune up which was also later called and added to the bill. Next time I will ask the price before I get any work done. Needing to find a mechanic who won't tear my head off.

Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dawn and her team are wonderful people. No hassle or pressure and answered all our questions. We purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali for an excellent price. We had 2 pre-approvals for financing before we started car shopping and we shared that with Dawn. She told us she was sure her lender could get us a better rate and she was right . I got off work late and Dawn stayed late to make sure we got the deal done. Her personality is infectious! Every part of the buying experience was awesome! I have bought a good number of cars through my life, and four of them being cash buys (including this one). Dawn with Custom Performance was the best experience out of all of them! Thanks to Dawn I was able to get my toy, one of my dream cars...a Porsche Boxster!!!
