Start with Tony or Mickey by phone. Thanks to their maturity and customer service knowledge wife and I had entire terms of deal for Used GMC Sierra entirely set up before we ever set foot in their dealership 100 miles from us. Once we checked out vehicle all terms of the sale proceeded and as pre-agreed by phone. Have purchased numerous vehicles over my 70 yrs and retired from sales long ago,but this was by far best car buying experience. Dealership Owner really fortunate to have these two generating profits and enhancing his future security. Chris (REX) and Angie Brandenburg, KY USA P.S. Let them pick your salesperson. The salesman was wonderful. He had a big task to sell us a vehicle! We started out wanting to see a used truck but he accomplished selling us a brand new one. We were not easy to help. (Not sure of what we wanted) The salesman spent a lot of time with us driving multiple vehicles. He even went to downtown D-patrick and picked up a vehicle for us to drive. This salesman worked with us from 11am til 6pm. He never got frustrated with us or distracted. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answers he went and found the answers. I appreciated his honesty.

Do not buy the extended warranty it will not do you any good. They also gave my personal information out without my consent I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! They are also very rude when confronted

I went to D-Patrick with a price in mind to pay for the Ford Fusion that I've been saving for over a year. Sticker price would not meet my price goal so I told them what I was able to pay and they found incentives from Ford to help. Then with their willingness to satisfy me even more they were able to get me all the extended warranties under the price I was welling to pay. Awesome!!!!!! They made my buying experience fun and enjoyable. With extra added assurance Eric Morris my sales rep made sure before I left that I knew all the features of the car.

My wife and I have purchased two new trucks and one used truck from D-PATRICK FORD in the last three years. We have been happy with each purchase. Tony is a great dealership manager and he has always given us a fair deal for our trade-in vehicle. Scott was our last salesman. He was the nicest and friendliest salesman that I ever met. He explained how everything worked to my wife and programmed her cell phone into the trucks sync system. I am handicapped and when I come in for service, someone will come out and get my wheelchair out of the back of my truck and bring it to my door. When my truck is ready, someone will help me out to my truck and load my wheelchair into the back of my truck. The people at D-PATRICK FORD don't try to pressure you into buying a vehicle and they really do treat you like family. It is the friendly helpful people at D-PATRICK FORD that will keep me coming back as a lifelong customer.

I bought my Escape from D Patrick Boonville, Tony & the sales staff were excellent to work with. I had looked all over for a specific color, V6 & 4WD, no other dealer was able to locate one. DPatrick found this one in St Louis & got it here in 2 days. This visit was just a routine oil change. I want to stick with a Ford dealer & since they had gotten my trust in sales I thought I'd try out the service dept. I found them to be just as helpful & easy to work with as sales. I had taken my former vehicle, an Explorer to a different Ford dealer, they changed the oil & then charged me for numerous things that I had not authorized. I will stick with DPatrick in Boonville from now on.

I'm an out of state buyer (I live in TN) and just completed my 2nd purchase in the past ~20 months with D-Patrick. First purchase was a used 2012 GT500, and most recently I bought a used 2002 Camaro SS Convertible. In both cases the transactions were super smooth. I worked with Jordan Brown both times. It was a nice no-stress process, and Jordan was a pleasure to work with. I feel like in both cases I got a nice quality car at a reasonable price. I will continue to look at D-Pat for all my future purchases.

My sales associate did a good job of helping me find my vehicle. My only complaint came after the sale as the salesman did not help me set up my sync or explain the various features of my car( a small complaint, still for over 30k you should get the red carpet).
