Great! Went in for a minor recall repair, was told it would take about one hour. Took only 40 minutes. People are very friendly and efficient. This was my third service. Always fast and complete. Very pleased with D-Patrick service department. Everyone is friendly and knows their business. They take great care to do it right the first time . The only place I take my car for service.

Will Swanson provided the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I left feeling totally confident and happy. I also want to give shout out to Danielle who was so pleasant to deal with initially and to Kevin, the finance man, who was also easy to work with. I was happy when checking my car in for service until they said it would be a week until they would even be looking at my problem. I will update this when I actually get a better reaction to my repair experience. Update and amended my 3 star review to 5 stars. My car should be ready Monday. They called on Friday, 4 days after getting the car. It has been diagnosed and should be ready on Monday. I am much happier with my experience now that the d Patrick service dept. is on top of the job.

Brandon in service takes care of me like family. He is always courteous and patient with my questions even when the phone is ringing off the hook! His follow up is top notch! DPatrick is lucky to have him on the team!
