Roger Bartlett and Brandon Howard exceeded all my expectations of a great auto buying experience! Straight forward with no BS and always willing to help. The Finance Dept. didn't push any unreasonable or hidden fees. I have only used the service department for regular maintenance and haven't had any issues. The parts department also has great customer service and very knowledgeable . This is my second new vehicle purchased from Dean Patrick Honda and I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. I by no means am easy to impress; I have shopped around and I haven't found any other dealerships that compare.

Make sure to ask for Roger. This was our third car purchase from D-Patrick. I would recommend them for new and used cars, and the service dept. Have had my older Honda's serviced there for years. My experience during my recent lease turn-in & new lease was outstanding from start to finish. The second I walked in the door someone welcomed me & asked how they could help me. After my explaining why I was there I was seated & speaking with Trevor within 5 minutes. He answered all of my questions & was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of turning in my previously leased car & leasing a new one—one that was exactly what I wanted. Most inflexible dealership I've ever tried to buy a car from. The Honda store manager was rude , he told my wife and I that he was going to "make us" both sign the loan app" (I was already pre-approved and have a A++ rating) he pressured us and said "you have to make a decision" after a few offers.No Haggle means you pay what they ask, on their terms, in their time frame or you don't buy from them. The salesman were courteous the manger needs to be replaced.

My first car had been totaled in my college parking lot when it was parked and I was needing to find a replacement car. I had spent the past two or so weeks looking for a replacement and did not have a very good luck finding what I wanted in the first few cars I looked at. I guess I got lucky with D-Patrick Honda.The night before I bought my car I was looking around on crags list and I saw a post that was the kind of car I was looking for. It was a 2004 Honda Accord LX. The ad was not very descriptive but I contacted the person the very next morning. I found out he the vehicle was a very recent trade in at D-Patrick Honda. The person I contacted set me up with one of her partners. Her partner Mark was great to deal with. Mark was very friendly and not by any means trying to push me into making any potentially bad decisions. I was with my dad and Mark gave my dad and I plenty of time in privet to talk things over. I thought that was awesome! After going on a test drive and inspecting the car further, my dad and I decided to negotiate the price. We spent some time negotiating a price, but we then finally came to an agreement. Part of the agreement included the out of door price with a vehicle inspection form the service department.Over all I was happy with how everything fell together. The staff was great to work with. I would certainly go back if I had any reason to. I would recommend D-Patrick Honda to anyone looking to shop for a new Honda or a used car.

The people in the service department are very attentive. They communicate what needs to be done to keep my car in good working order. They are truly concerned about the safety of my family when driving our Odyssey. If it is not safe they are willing to help decide what needs to be done to keep it safe. When I am given an estimate, they are right on target (this last time my actual cost was less than expected). I feel they always treat me with respect and don't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman.

The service at D Patrick is terrific. I was greeted at the door, turned in my key in preparation for the repair (small - call needed a new USB port) and given a ride to my appointment elsewhere by a very personable young man. Once I received a call that the vehicle was ready, I had only to call back when I needed a pick-up. The DPatrick car arrived at the door a few minutes later. All in all it was a smooth experience with wonderful attention to my needs. Oh, most importantly, the phone charger now works! Yay!

For some time I had been reviewing and deciding what car I wanted by using mostly the internet search engines. Recently I had become more serious and had actually driven a couple of competitor's SUVs. Finally, I took a trip to D-Patrick Honda with the intent of driving the Honda Odyssey van. I had been referred to sales consultant Roger Barlett by my son-in-law Roy Fleenor. Roger had assisted my son-in-law when he bought his Honda Ridgeline. My wife and I were certainly impressed with Roger's experience with Honda cars and sales. We fell in love with the Odyssey and felt it would be a great fit for us since we have 8 young grandchildren that we often haul around. I inquired about a lease and after some discussion with Roger, felt this was what I wanted. The application went smoothly. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with Amy on the financial side. I must comment that we also own a 2003 Honda Pilot and D-Patrick has serviced the vehicle many times. The service department here is top notch and it certainly cemented my decision to buy here. Kudos to Roger and Amy. Great doing business here!!

I was pleased with my experience at the dealership. I was taken home and picked up while the service was in process. The two gentlemen were professional and friendly. I also like the perks which include coffee, water, snacks, newspaper, yes I still read the paper as I am AARP. Plus the TV. It was very important I had a positive experience, as I just lost my wife at Christmas. One of her last wishes was for me to upgrade our vehicle one last time. I honered her wishes. When we purchased our Honda Civic lease three tears we did not have a great experience. Our salesman made a remark to my daughter avout her weight. We were in the final stages of the deal, si we went ahead and got the car. When I got home and called the general manager about the incident, he was very apologetic. Three years later, the current young inexperienced manager was aware of the incident. My ddughter and I went to turn in the lease and were made ro wait 3 hours to give them the keys and sign the odometer statement! Granted they had customers and i gladly waited for them to complete creditapps, etc for these people. Apparently, no one else could bring me the odometer statement! I needdd to leave to take my daughter somewhere and they told me to go ahead and I would be next. I got back and the manager was in withe the financial lady. They knew I was there and proceededto call back another person! I stepped to the door and said I was back and was next! They told me to get out of the office and they had CUSTOMERS to help! They were going to have me thrown out! I was told several times by the manager that DPatrick is a private business and they did't have to wait on me! (55 year old school teacher) i could go on, but hope this gives the review you need to see! HAVE never beentreated this way and hope you reconsider giving them your business!!

Still driving the Odyssey bought in June 2005 with 63,000 miles on it. No need now to buy another one so cannot rate your sales dept .now but your Service Dept. is excellent. Have known Tom Matthews for many years long before joining Honda and he is one fine gentleman, knows his cars and service dept. and feel he is a true friend. My Husband has been dead now for 5 months and I know Tom will do everything correctly when the Van is in for service and not try to do things to it that do not need to be done. David is one personality plus type of fellow and when he sees me coming with my walker always tries to open the door for me and give me a hug------that means so much. Do not know Chuck real well yet but he is always so friendly either on the phone or in person. My son bought a Honda two years ago and he is also very pleased with the Service Dept. All in all am very, very pleased with everything at the Honda dealership in Evansville, IN. and yes!!!!!!! have told many people about the kindness and being so friendly plus doing great jobs in Service Dept.

Took my car to have repaired. They had to remove back of seat. The following week back of seat fell off. I took off work to have this repair and drove an hour to get there. Now they want me to do the same again. I feel they are the ones who did bad work and they should pick it up and deliver it back to me. They made the mistake and I am paying the price. They are not returning my calls also.

My daughter will be heading to grad school and moving away from Evansville for the first time and we wanted her to have a safe, reliable automobile. Candy suggested we work in reverse to determine how much of a loan she could qualify for. Candy explained the benefits of the leasing program (which to be honest, we hadn't even considered). Excellent on all levels: schedule for service was when I needed it; arrival at D-Patrick the service manager was his usual friendly, affable self and more importantly ready to take care of things; service by Scott Brown - excellent - one information point that I really appreciated is that the service manager informed me that my next appointment would require more time due to filter changes. I really like the service coupons - helps so much. The office lady that I paid reviewed the service sheet. Overall, very comprehensive, professionally run business. I would expect this from Honda.

I spent almost a month searching for a used vehicle in decent condition since my previous vehicle had been totaled. I've wanted a Corolla for quite sometime, and I just so happen to come across this beautiful, black 2010 Toyota Corolla. After speaking with someone on the phone, I later went to check it out. We purchased a new Crosstour which included remote start in the deal. The service department installed the remote start a few days later. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They told me the job would be about 4 hours and to my surprise it was finished in only 3 hours. They also took the time to explain the operation of the remote start. I have a 2012 Honda Pilot. I had issues with spark plugs last summer (while under warranty). The repair was done but a year and half later, same issue. (no longer under warranty). To make a long story short. I had major engine repairs that Honda is covering under an extended warranty bulletin. I buy Honda for the reliability. It is great to know they stand by their products 100%.

The service people, especially David and Tom are the best and we are always pleased with the service, friendliness and attitude towards our repairs and questions. My husband is an engineer and can sometimes be questioning and they have always handled him very well!!!!

I recently had a problem with air leaking out of one of my tires and Chuck had my car taken back right away. It didnt take very long to figure out that it was a rim problem and he had one ordered and set to be delivered the next day. David and Chuck are wonderful to work with and provide great customer service to the Evansville DPatrick Honda.

My husband and I hate to be sold things, the car buying process is usually an annoying one because car sales men are usually -and have been extremely pushy in the past-which is why we didn't buy a Honda a few years ago. Roger was awesome, polite, and quick to show us what we wanted/needed. he also made sure to follow up with all our needs- with three of us looking at cars with all different wants and needs, he managed to get us all in vehicles we love! we will be back in a few years (because we like nice things)

This was a very nice experience. Although I have no mechanical expertise, I was treated very respectfully by all the personnel. My car was a mess after the holidays and the service personnel were so nice about it - dog hair and all! Very down to earth. The waiting area was very comfortable and I really appreciated the hot coffee. Because of how I was treated, I would definitely consider purchasing from this dealership. It is clear that they stand behind their product.

We had an early morning appointment to fix a fuel filter problem which was covered as part of a recall. We were told to plan on two hours to make the fix....just in case things didn't go according to plan. We were surprised when David told us our car was done after a half hour. No cost to us. In and out in less than an hour. I've always had good experiences with D Patrick Honda's service department. They are friendly, punctual, efficient and work quality is good. The cost for service isn't the cheapest but quality isn't free.... you get what you pay for. They let me know ahead of time what the cost will be and allow me to make the decision whether to proceed or not. I would definitely recommend them.

I scheduled an early appointment as always, with the intent of getting through in a timely manner. I've been told by friends and family that DPatrick only values you as a customer if you appear to have money. I do not judge others quickly, but after 3 years of them servicing my vehicle I now believe this to be true. Even with the earliest appointment on a Monday it still took over 2 hours for an Oil Change. Having come from a technical education in automotive science I know this to be totally unreasonable. So, DPatrick I don't appear to have money, but I will be taking all of mine to another dealer. Prove yourselves loyal to all customers!

When I set out to find a car I had two things in mind, payments and gas mileage. I came to Candy with those concerns and she helped me find the perfect car for my needs. She was helpful and had a great sense of humor. She wasn't a shark sales person either. She was relaxed and wasn't too forceful with her approach at all when previous to dealing with her I had dealt with quite a few sales people that were too aggressive for my taste. She delivered on all of her promises as well. I found the entire staff that I dealt with to be helpful and easy going including CY who did the financing paper work. It was a very smooth process.

I get all my service done at DPat Honda on my Pilot. David is ways friendly and ensures I am happy with my visit. Scott is my go to mechanic. He keeps me informed of all aspects of my vehicle. Job well done; left the vehicle overnight due to a noise problem that normally showed up when starting the vehicle after setting overnight. The discovered the problem the 1st thing the next day, informed us of the repairs needed, and that the part would be in the next day. Service shop was very courteous and attentative to our needs; we are well pleased.

I started my Civic buying process at Honda's website, requesting quotes from several area Honda dealerships. Jack Vieira, the internet manager at D-Patrick Honda in Evansville, quoted me the lowest price by far. When I met with him in person, I figured there might be a destination fee or additional fees not mentioned in our email conversations. I was pleased that nothing like that occurred. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. The price I got for my trade-in was comparable to the trade in values I'd researched online. Jack was courteous and friendly and made the buying/trading process (one that I dread) as painless as possible.

We spent 6 and a half hours at the dealership to test drive and purchase one car...however they were very patient, considering i had all three kids with me LOL Also, they don't offer much assistance or flexibility based on the condition of the car, which makes it hard to justify purchasing used from them. But they are willing to haggle if you know what you are looking for and talking about! But i did buy and im waiting to see how well they follow through with the repairs worked into the price and contract :/ wish us luck!!

After having bought a 2001 Honda Insight form Lacrosse, Wisconsin, I was surprised that D-Patrick would agree to do any service work on it, seeing as how these Hondas are rare and no longer in production. But I was greeted with "open arms" and had my brakes checked at NO CHARGE !! Thank you very much.

I have purchased 11 New vehicles since 1973 and my experience with D'Patrick Honda in Evansville, In. was the only one I would consider unethical and deceitful. We agreed on a price, doc fees and a $500 discount for financing thru Honda. When I met with the finance person, the $500 discount was not included. An argument ensued and I said I would not purchase the car. I asked for my deposit back. My salesman Adam Coulter called in the Sale Manager Aaron Coulter (his brother) and we could not come to an agreement. The Sales manager refused to return the deposit but said he would discount $250 but not $500. As he threatened to keep my sizable deposit, I agreed. In my opinion this was the most unethical, dishonest and deceitful I have ever encountered

I purchased my new car from Candy Cooper who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out all the new accessories and how to use them (blue tooth) My only problem was that I wasn't prepared for the time that it would take for the purchase. I was there for 5 HOURS! Partly because the car I purchased had just been taken off the truck and had to be prepared for sale. If you deduct the car prep I am sure I would have been there for at least 4 hours and that, too, is more time than I was prepared to spend. This is about my 5th car that I have purchased from D-Patrick and I have always been happy with them. I love that the service dept only works on your make of vehicle. I have had Jeeps, Nissans and now a Honda and all the service depts have been excellent.
