Worst car buying experience in my life. The salesmen were courteous and jovial. After some consideration I was ready to buy. At the last minute Honda Manager Derrick Norton intervened and was extremely rude. He asked us if we had a certified check with us ? I told him no (?) but I was pre approved for the loan. ( A++ rating). He told my wife and I "I'm going to "make" you both sign the loan application then." Really !!!! - ? If those things weren't bad enough he told us "you're going have to make a decision now." Really !!! In truth they had a buyer for the same car (they told us). I believe the offer was more money so he was rude and pressured us to make a decision. It worked . We left. The salesmen were fine. He needs to be replaced. My advice. Don't buy a Honda there unless you deal with them at their price, their terms and their time frame !!!! - HORRIBLE !!! D-Patricks response is pure rubbish. No offer of a deposit. No market value of the car shown. High pressure and rude treatment from the manager. Demanded we make a decision then. "TOLD" us we WOULD both sign a loan application even though I had explained I was pre approved with my lender. Poor treatment , poor etiquette. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!
